Great selection and staff are able to give some great advice and selections on new flavors.Staff member Kaylee was super helpful and nice.I wish that they had a rewards program. If they do then I havent been asked to join. Still a great shop.

Great place! Staff is always attentive, but zero-pressure, and pretty knowledgeable of the stuff I buy! Clean, and well-lit, something you usually dont see in smoke/vape shops- a welcomed difference.I only give 4 stars, because I wish, wish, wish I could see ejuice brands/flavors available online. I totally understand them not disclosing pricing unless its in-store, but I really dont enjoy going in completely blind when I may decide to try something new.Totally worth a visit, as Ive been a repeat customer and will continue to visit, but I cannot say this is my number 1 choice, even though its closest to me versus competitors!

This place is conveniently right by my work, found it by chance by googling, had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised! Really cool, nice , friendly gal working there, so helpful and always has a friendly hi to say with a smile, because of Kaylee this is now the only place I go, she rocks it with her mellow, awesome personality, so refreshing in this world to actually see someone care about their place of work! She rocks it, please find more employees like her 🤗

Came in here the other day and spoke with a girl who I’d be surprised has been mentioned in other reviews..she was rude instantly asking what we wanted, super quiet it was very hard to understand her, she wasn’t helpful with any of the products, was not friendly at all and not to mention in her pajamas with 2 other guys sitting on the floor behind the counter looking like they were having a pow wow.. seems like a child like store with an overload of over priced product.⬇️ unprofessional girl should find an easier job

Have stopped here about a handful of times now. Thank you K for helping with finding the right vape. I have a hard time finding new flavors I might like. He is easy to talk to and always has a great explanation of product and flavor

Great selection of nicotine vaporizer liquids, which is what I originally came in for. However, their selection of glass and flower vaporizers caught my eye as my partner dabbles in the fine arts. Kaylee was very patient, attentive and answered my multitude of naive questions with care. Because of Kaylee, I made a purchase of a great flower vaporizer to see if my partner likes it. I will be back for another purchase of a higher end device if my partner is satisfied with consuming flower in vaporizer form. If not, Puff Stop will still be my go-to spot for my nicotine needs. Thanks Kaylee, keep up the great work!

Giving a review under my other account just because i like this place so much i bought a Puffco Peak Original from here tonight 2/25 which have been decently hard to track down. They definitely had the best price in town hands down, some places were charging almost as much as the brand new model Puffco Peak Pro which is way to much for the original/older model so i appreciate the reasonable prices! I cant remember the employees name who sold it to me, but she was really nice and customer oriented even though I came in last minute (sorrrry) She was still professional which i appreciate and knowledgeable, Thanks once again for the great customer service. 🤘 Ill be returning for sure 🤘 The device works perfectly 💨

Selection is ok but overpriced for cheap imported wholesale glass. Was quoted $60 for an item over the phone but when I got there twenty minutes later the price was $75. I was pretty disturbed to see that this place sells “oil burners” aka meth pipes. You should pass on this store and go to another local shop that doesn’t stoop as low as to sell the smoking accessory that’s helping destroy our community.

Great store with lots of amazing flavors...😋.. They always have the products that Im after in stock which is great!! Started going here about a week after they opened. Staff has always been friendly. They like to suggest new products when they get them in and will teach you about stuff that they carry. Only had 1 issue with a product in the past and that was weeks later and clearly a manufacturer defect and not the staffs fault. Great place to go for vapes and smoking accessories.

Every time Ive gone in there has been a good experience. Plus, they sell some cool pieces. I got a silicone nectar collecter/pipe with a slick for stashing some wax. Kaylee is pretty knowledgeable and helpful for what you may want or need.

This was after 1 day of use and its now burnt, no harsh movements no tipping it on its side. Juice is leaking through the plastic barrier. It said 5500 and I barely had a days worth of puff put into it. This product taste like failed attempt at a cereal flavor

Never shopping here again! Bought batteries, juice and coils from there. Came back to return/switch the coils since they didnt fit my mod. Was told they cant do returns. Ok fine. So asked the girl working there for 2 new ones that would fit. Even handed her my original coil to compare. So after telling me about 5 different coils, I replied whatever fits the tank is fine. She grabbed 2, rung them up and I paid. Trust, that was my mistake. I should have looked first because they were 1/3 the size of the original coil i gave her that she had in her hand!!! Thought since I was still in the store, that maybe we could try this again. Mistake again. Even though I bought them 30 seconds before and comparing the two in her hands was apparently really hard...no refund/return/exchange. Pretty shady there princess.

Only smoke shop in Loveland i go to. Had bad experiences with faulty products at other shops in town and they have the juice I like and the prices are great! . Staff is knowledgeable and patient and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!

Sells faulty products and refuses to exchange or refund them. Long haired guy is extremely rude. Not a disposable, a torch that the sparker was not functioning. Dude said just use a lighter to make it work. Horrible customer service. Tried to support a small business. Sadly the owner would rather dismiss his customers than give a simple trade out for a defective item. I will gladly take my business to one of the many other shops in Loveland. It is going to be sad to see another business close in the Thompson Valley center.

Great prices for everything some stuff a little more expensive than other shops but these guys are really friendly with great customer service skills. Very knowledgeable people working there and a massive Vape Juice selection. Always stocked up which is nice! They also dont pull BS and talk badly about other smoke shops and lie about other shops products like most of the smoke shops out here in Loveland do. This is my new favorite smoke shop hands down 🤘🤘

Went in today. Jonah was the one to help me out. He was super chill and very helpful. I ended up getting some incense, some mini cigars and even a dab piece. Was blown away by how much this shop has, the walk in humidifier is awesome. Vape and glass prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely go back for those kinds of needs.

Dude I think they buy their merchandise off of temu. I will NEVER go in this store again and I suggest you dont either. Vapes that dont work, torches that dont work, this store is a complete waste of money. RUN FIRST RUN the other way. Stop going to puff stop

You sell things that are broken and your return policy keeps from people returning. You stopped your rewards program without warning and I was told o you’re the third person. Put money hahaha… yea not funny! your prices are not the best so I will never come back here not that that matters. I’m sure other people will but it’s stupid! I urge people never to go here… management has zero customer service!

Bought cigars here. They were so dried out and falling apart. They were highly overpriced and they charge you a credit card fee on top of it.

Doesnt make sense you buy a vape they tell you go ahead and open it up and try then when it doesnt taste right they charge you for another one???

Puff Stop is a magnificent place that sells all your smoking necessities!! They got it all. Im talking a plethora of rolling papers, cigars (theres a nice walk in humidor), vapes, hooka, cigarettes and a ton of glassware and accessories! Plus the staff is super kind and informative. Highly recommend stopping in at Puff Stop while in the Loveland area.

Walked in and have no tobacco products. Not a swisher, Dutch, White owl, Optimos, or even a game. But backwoods for over 10.99 a pack will be found. Terrible.

I came in today for a certain brand of juice expecting the same old stuff. This being my first time shopping for juice here, I was amazed at the different flavors of Cloud Nurdz that were available. Jules was my customer service agent and she explained all the flavors to me. The one I chose was the one she recommended (Aloe Mango) and it tastes EXACTLY as she described. She also upsold me on some Wild Berry incense she recommended. Well done Jules 💪🏻💪🏻!! I’ll be back!!
