Ive never been disappointed or left without what I went in to buy at this vape shop. I just went to a head shop down the street and they didnt have either the tank nor coil I needed. Luckily they told me there is a Red Star here. Staff was friendly and very professional and got me in and out quickly and for a great price. Thank you! The Greeley location is also great. The dispo bars they make/sell are amazing! They last so much longer than any other disposables I’ve used. They have a percentage for the battery and remaining juice that is almost always consistent. And they taste good all the way to 0%, sometimes even after!

This is by far my favorite vape shop! Every time I come in they are always so friendly and helpful and don’t make me feel rushed when I can’t decide on a flavor. Today I bought a vape and left and noticed it didn’t taste good/ was burnt and I went back to exchange it and Bailey the assistant manager was so kind in helping me exchange out the vape they made sure my new one was good and was super kind + friendly. The guys there were super helpful in getting us into a new disposable. We had a specific vape and store we liked when living in the springs, the gentleman pointed out the brands with the flavors I usually get with a higher puff count. Their companys dispo bar is really nice

I’ve been going to red star in loveland for years now. I’ve been stuck on blue french toast almost the entire time i’ve been going to red star. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

The staff were very helpful and insightful.The root beer float dispo bar is absolutely fire! Nolan was also super helpful.

The staff always demonstrate so much patience, especially when youre new to the vape scene. Whether its disposable vs refillable pods, they provide as much info as possible to ensure the best experience in and out of the store. The variety of flavors and brands is immense as well. Easily a great place to shop at for your vaping needs.

First time at this store. I had called to see if they had a vape that I saw/had seen on the /their website. The employee said that he would hold it for me. Because of a traffic accident I wasnt able to get there until 9:55 (10 minutes before close). I was able to get to vape and some juices. And then he closed and locked the store behind me. Being socially awkward as a typical norm, environments like these typically give me anxiety. HOWEVER, this place is great. The vibe and energy are too cool to not let folks know. Isaiah was wonderful and made the experience incredibly welcoming. If I owned a retail location, he would be the kind of employee I would hire. He was a perfect gentleman and couldnt be a better face (for lack of a better term) for Red Star Vapor. The flawless way Isaiah and Bailey worked together was great. Not often do you see workers vibe so well with customers. And last but not least, the Dispo Bars were phenomenal. After Isaiah patiently allowed us to try multiple flavors, we found our favorites. Wonderful Establishment, unfortunately there is a past costumer who wrote the last review that is personally affiliated with the, “guy with the large beard and nose ring” (it’s a septum btw) who is upset about his friendship with him falling apart because of his own actions. Currently, he is trying to ruin his standing with the company and is a known issue with the staff. I’ve had nothing but a good experience there, I also know them personally and they all deserve better than some psycho. All my friends also come here and love it.All of this because of a league game, Lucas??? Really???????

I come to this vape shop all of the time and the staff is always super helpful. The menus are easy to read and there is great variety too. I come in mostly on the days Orion works because he knows his stuff. He never lets me down with recommendations and goes above and beyond to make me feel like an actual human not just a customer. Been coming here for over 3 years. They have a great selection of mods and kits, any type of coils you need, multiple brands of disposable vapes, tons of different juices, and are better priced than any other vape shop Ive been to.

Im new at this. Ive only had disposable vapes. I bought a kit, and on a recommendation came in for batteries and liquid. I was given tips and tricks as well as recommendations based off my favorite flavors. I wasnt pressured into getting the big bottles, but told to get the smaller ones to see if I liked them. Amazing customer service. Will be back.

Visited to get started with a vape kit for me and husband to help quit smoking , employee was extremely rude, and the door is a sloped drop when you come in, and a safety hazard they are aware of Im handicapped and use a cane and almost fell if not for my husband, when I mentioned them putting a sign up to warn people I was told the building didnt have to adhere to ada accommodations for handicapped so it didnt matter, I was floored someone would say that to a handicapped persons face. He also lied about a juice which messed up my new vape and when I brought it back I was told no refunds even though the first guy who should honestly not be working with the public specified we just needed to keep receipt for them which we had and all the juices sold to us werent compatible with our vapes and ruined our pods but of course no returns on those even unopened. I would definitely recommend Puff Stop, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great guy. This store I will never go to again, it was a nightmare and now Im out $50 for products I cant use.. plus the ruined pods

We were sold juice to our new vapes that ruined the pods. They wouldnt take the wrong juice back and only gave us one pod to replace first vleaking one, even though we lost 4 due to the guy who sold them lying and misrepresenting return process. My wife tried to contact manager with no response back. Dont waste your time or $$ at a store that wont do you right. Were still out over $60 and no one at this store cares even after being notified several times. Bad business practice

I have never had any issues with the store before I’ve called in the past and they’ve answered my questions with no problems, but today I called asking about a flavor of a disposable and they refused to tell me if they had it or not. Any other store that I’ve called in the past has and will still tell me if they have it or not. If this is a new law or something that’s incredibly stupid. I only Like certain flavors and I’m not going to waste my time going into the store if i dont Have to.

I used to buy my stuff online but they werent that good. I didnt know what I should get or what they recommend. I went to other places and they were either expensive or didnt have good service. My friend recommend me this place and told me how great it was. So I went there and honestly the best service I ever had. They also have the best stuff for a good price. I have been all over northern Colorado trying different vape shops. Even as far as venturing down to Denver once or twice. This store has the best and most knowledgeable staff I have ever met. I happened to go here on a staff members first day, and she made sure she took the time to learn the answers I needed so she could provide excellent service to me and future customers. I SERIOUSLY recommend this shop and I will go out of my way to only shop here. Plus they have SO MANY flavors and types that you are able to purchase AND SAMPLE immediately in the store so you don’t end up buying something you don’t love.They also offer a wide range of mods, tanks, coils, and drip tips. Everything is fairly priced and they stand by their purchases, giving you refunds and proper discounts when needed. If I could give it more stars I would.Side note: if you get the “indestructible” mod, it is VERY indestructible. I ran over mine with my car (whoops) and it ended up just getting a few scratches.10/10 exceptional vape shop, with excellent service and knowledge. I

Came here at 7pm on a weekday and they were closed. Every other Red Star in the state is good. This is an extreme disappointment. Sign on the door says will return at 9. Edit: Returned the next day at 3pm. Still closed. Every other store in the same area is open, except Red Star. Its Colorado, Snow happens, properly prepare for it.

I’ve been vaping for about 2 years, and my partner even longer. This is the only vape chain we visit. Every time we need something at ANY location, they are always more than helpful. It’s nice that you can always count on Red Star to be a pleasant stop.

Lots of variety of vape mods and vape juice. They also have glass and torches with attachments. The store is well maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. I went in today to get a vape set up to stop smoking. And Chrissy is who helped me out. The staff was great! Im pretty new into vaping but the saleswoman helped me and it made for a great experience. I asked about CBD a few weeks ago and she mentioned they would be getting in CBD juices within a week but if I wanted to get some sooner she referred me to another business in town. The disposables have not tasted decent nor pallettable whatsoever, its say strawberries and cream but taste like sweaty feet smell. Its honestly not worth the money. The house e-juices are way better along with their premiums. This is the 4th disposable from a new company and they have yet to match any of the flavor profiles at all. (Flum flort) was the brand I used this occasion.

Expensive, dark and always full of smoke. Smells like pot.. I dont shop here unless I have too. Rude service. Made excuses for it when I said something. Drive couple extra miles to Fort Collins to better shops.

I personally love this place. Theyve got a good selection of both salt nicotine and normal vape juice as well as relatively cheap vapes. All of the employees have been super friendly and helpful, just be sure to have your ID because they do check, which is great.

I love going to this place to get my vape juice and coils. Sadie always helps me with whatever I need. I absolutely love her. She is so kind and friendly. I dont go to any other place because of her.

This is a great vape shop. From 10ml-240ml bottles they have you covered. The staff have always been accommodating, are knowledgeable about their products as well. I come here for vape juice and supplies, and now that they have expanded the store and are selling glass rigs, it will be where I get my next piece as well.

Red Star has a huge variety of in house vape juice, and the staff are knowledgeable about flavors and help with suggestions. It is rare they are out of something you might need, and they are open late too! This is my favorite smoke shop!!

This place is amazing. Best prices around, BY FAR. Quality juice, knowledgeable staff... Exponentially better than the shop that used to be here. I found my home shop for sure.

Not my favorite place. The young brunette is always in a nasty mood. I dont shop there anymore. Prices are high plus they deleted their reward system.

Update: James reached out to me to resolve this issue, it turns out they do in fact have coils/pods for the Drag X vape pen however the girl behind the counter that day was either confused or just not aware of her inventory and made a mistake. I already purchased elsewhere but will give them another go when its time again.Original: they dont carry anything for the drag vape mod. not sure why they sold me a $70 Vape that the dont even carry parts for. Will be doing all my business online moving forward

Stopped by Red Star to graduate from the juul. Brandon was great. Very helpful finding a couple of great vape juice flavors and giving some guidance on how to use my new Novo2 device.I dont intend to be a long term vaper, but while Im working my way off nicotine, Ill be shopping at Red Star.

I called the store not once but twice Kyle Answered the phone after 5 minutes into on hold The call Just hung up but I call back and Kyle put me on hold again but I was on hold for 15 minutes while in that timeframe I was able to get in my car and drive to the store when I Entered The store there was 2 employees that were just sitting down on their phone and mind you I was still on the phone so I hung up and I proceeded to get my items after I got my items and he realized I hung up the phone he called back Ive been in customer service all my life Ive never had a customer hold on the phone for 20 minutes well they play on their phone this was March 16th 2022 at 5:42

Felt pressured to buy a vape that was way out of my league and price range. I had to leave before purchasing anything. Went back the next day and had a better experience and ended up buying what I really wanted on my first visit.

I needed to buy 26650 lithium battery for a flashlight that the big battery stores didn’t carry. These guys were the only place that had one, and were super helpful.

Staff has always been helpful. Good store staff know their stuff. David has been extremely helpfull everytime I have visited.

The Walmart of vape shops. But the employees are super helpful in all areas. They let you try juices for free which is great. I bought a vape from them and it broke four days later from being dropped. I brought it in and they fixed it with plyers for me, that was nice :)

Did not have what I was looking for even tho ad stating they had it in stock and available.
