I refuse to buy my ecigs anywhere else. These guys are so nice to me and my girlfriend every time. I honestly look forward to talking to these guys as much as getting my products. Their customer service and product knowledge is top notch. But I also wanna point out that they have a rewards system that functions like cash back and it adds up fast. Stop buying your vapes at gas stations. Get them here. Cheaper and there is a rewards program.

This place is absolutely amazing. They have everything, and if they dont, theyll order and stock it. I was looking for a specific vape juice, which they didnt carry the flavor I wanted (menthol). They ordered it for me, and now I can get my weekend goodies (always great products and excellent prices), vape juice (very knowledgeable) etc all in one stop! The two guys that own and run this place put customer service at the very front of their business practices. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

Bought a vape and it didnt work went inside got a replacement left and that one didnt work either.So your going to come on here to tell me to delete my post? Wow ok very unsatisfactory! Wish I could leave ZERO stars! The man who runs the store is a fantastic business-owner!! He’s extremely personal with all of his customers and is vastly knowledgeable on all of his products in-store. He is not afraid to tell you which products are better or worse than the other. He truly cares about his customer’s experience. The first time I came in he even gave me a couple of incense sticks for free simply because I expressed an interest in them. They even have a point system that lets you rack up store cash that you can use to discount your final price at any time! I HIGHLY recommend checking out the best smoke shop in Madison/Huntsville in my opinion. It’s always a good day when I go to Cloudy Dayz 😎.

Super chill spot. The owner I met Caitlin and Waheed are super nice. I stopped in today and had to grab me a fume and a Esco bar. They just opened but Im excited to have a spot in Madison, AL I can go. Huge inventory and they know what they are talking about.

The business Ive had with the staff/owner(s) has been exceptional and by far the best experience and overall service Ive found purchasing from vape/smoke shops. I would recommend anyone in the area or within driving distance to choose this place over any other shop/vape store in the state. The staff really make you feel appreciated for choosing them to fulfill your orders for juice, vapes, hookahs, tobacco etc and its hard not to rave about them after my experience with doing business with them for some months now. They have a customer loyalty program where every item you buy earns you points you can use to discount some of the total of your next purchase and have very reasonable prices on juice and vapes compared to any other store. The staff were incredibly helpful to me in finding anything I needed and went above and beyond to assist me in replacing my vape tanks glass when it was broken (3 times). The owner even opened up a brand new vape kit just to sell me the glass I needed since he had sold out of that specific glass. Its really a pleasure to experience such a kind gesture when typically my experiences with many shops are oriented on trying to haggle with the insane markups they demand for the basics one needs to maintain and reup on vape coils and juice. The fact Cloudy Days went out of their way to make sure my glass was replaced in spite of having to custom order it), it just really cemented the level of respect I had for the way they operate their business and left me with no doubt of who I would be shopping with from now on for any of my vape, tobacco, water pipe, delta 8, hhc, etc needs. I cant think of any better example of customer service experience more memorable than the way the staff has treated me in my visits and I feel personally appreciated for the transactions weve had during our business with eachother. Anyone who has questions with what best juice to get or wonders about something can feel relieved they take enjoyment in answering and helping you choose. They have even offered me help in the form of advice on how to make my coils last longer, which many shops would never do in order to have you return sooner. Cloudy Days shines with their hospitality and kindness and I really hope anyone who reads this review will give them a try since they have made me feel lucky to have found a shop with an owner and staff so outgoing and dedicated to ensuring customers are welcome, offered fair prices, and feel personally appreciated for choosing them over other generic shops. They deserved every bit of this review and I have much respect for the owners responsible for making me feel like a friend and not just a sale. They didnt have to go above and beyond but they did (without expectations of anything in return but a satisfied customer) and I wish them much success in their future dealings and luck in all their endeavors since they deserve it for standing out in a business where so many simply buy low and sell 3x as high to customers who feel cheated for buying the products in person instead of online. I know the owner takes pride in his shop and enjoys the experience of helping and assisting in customers purchases and because of this he will have many more loyal consumers over the years and much more rewarding relationships with people who see the difference in quality of service with their very first trip to Cloudy Days. I never write reviews this long but if anyone deserves the shout-out, its the owners of this awesome vape store. -pat

I literally REFUSE to take my money anywhere else! The experience I have every time I walk into this vape shop is amazing, not to mention how knowledgeable, honest and personable the owner is. They have a great rewards program and if you’re looking for any particular item they don’t currently have, they’re great about working with you to either get that product in or find something that is similar. While on a work trip in Tampa I discovered an amazing new vape. I immediately started searching the Madison area as soon as I got home. I called over 10 Vape shops and no one had it except Cloudy Dayz! The owners are amazing and knowledgeable. They are so friendly and signed me up for their reward system. I’ve never been to a shop with such great stock and customer service. This is the only shop I go to now.

As a first time customer, the service was very friendly and accommodating. The Co-Owner Wajeev, was very knowledgeable about the products and even let me sample a new product they are thinking about selling in the future. He was extremely sweet and and treated me with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this place to other friends. Great business!!

Went in just looking & came out with a bag! I love how he takes time to make sure you get exactly what youre looking for & explains all ingredients so you know exactly what youre putting in your body. I tell everyone I can about Cloudy Day just hope they listen & at least give them a try! I drive 30 miles just to shop here, theres no telling how many I pass but the experience, price is well worth it!

If your looking for a vape shop\head shop this is the one for you. Waheed (the owner) will point you in the right direction. He is knowledgeable about every product that he carries and is honest. His suggestions are right on point with whatever you are looking for.Have you ever bought a vape and it tasted bad from the start? You will never find an imposter vape at this store like you do at so many vape shops and gas stations. The owner takes great pride in making sure all of his products are Legit.

Waheed went above and beyond to help me find a substitute flavor for my regular Poseidon and pulled a coil for me because mine was burnt out. Great prices and he’s gonna be rocking the whole Cyclops line soon. Definitely a great spot to grab you vape and gear!
