Every time I come here I get treated with all the respect and kindness in the world and no matter what day I’m having I always end up laughing and in a much better mood after being helped. The manager is the nicest person I’ve ever met and he always makes my entire day. The staff is incredible. Kind, knowledgeable and just amazing. I will never go to another vape shop. Nobody will ever top the outstanding customer service and beautiful hearted employees.

Real American glass headshop. Great owner and staff. Very down to earth people and amazing tunes played inside. A rare gem in todays headshop world. If you like great glass thats American made by a true artist come here. Best spot in the Midwest. I havent seen one like it yet. Amazing prices as well dig into some serious craftsmanship and dedication to the art form. True wizardry at these locations. Thank you Ignite for the pieces I will be back soon.

Enormous selection of products. I spent way too much time looking at things and dont feel like I saw anywhere near half of what they were offering. The staff were the real standout, though—incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat, and ready with personalized recommendations. Well be back!

Awesome place to shop for vape stuff or glass. Always have a cool variety of glass, prices are fair and quality is top notch. I always make sure to go on their holiday deals. Can come away with some sweet freebies if you get there while things last. Great places to get gifts for others too!

Staff are chill. Great location. Wide selection of products with competitive prices. All major disposable vape brands. Glass & electric devices/pieces. They got what you need & have knowledgeable staff. Every product is authentic.

Always an amazing selection and upbeat customer service! I would highly recommend anyone to go there and check it out. I go to the one on monona drive and sometimes wait for them to open vs going anywhere else. Five stars all around the board. Also have a trash can inside and encourage you to check out what you bought (as far as vapes go, havent tried anything else) before you leave. Cant say enough good things about this place. Very satisfied customer!

Asked and showed them what I wanted and they sold me something totally different. Only thing the same was the brand name. Now they wont stand behind their mistake 1 hour later, even with it being unused with a reciept. Was just looking for a exchange. Definitely will go to a place that will sell me what I ask for and knows their product better next time.Update: After writing this, Manager called and was willing to rectify the situation. we were able to exchanged the unused item for a item we need and was looking for. We were satisfied by the outcome.

Mike was amazing, Bless his soul! I work in Madison and have an hour commute to work. My vape pen ran out of battery and my atomizer was clogged. Leaving me with nothing to smoke and a long day ahead. I came in with the hopes of getting a battery or a brush to clean with. To my surprise Mike not only saved my day but also my money. He cleaned my atomizer for me and charged my pen while he was doing so. I will definitely give my business to Ignite in the future as should you. They truly care about their customers! I am forever thankful today for Mike for saving my day!

Normally super good experiences. I go here quite often. Spent 25$ on a device that won’t stop firing In my pocket. They won’t swap it out because “I left the store”. What a joke. Horrible policy and customer service this time around. Very disappointedUPDATE: not even an hour after purchase my posh plus xl is dead. Loved coming here before but to not do anything for a regular customer is pretty bogus. More than likely will take my business elsewhere after this experience

Every time I go into Ignite, all the guys are super nice and helpful. Tonight I had a question about an error message I was getting on a battery and the guy working took the time to look it up on the internet, see what other people were saying about having the same issue and told me what the internet said. Thank goodness he did because it solved the problem! The prices are great, the products are great, and the people that work there are kind and knowledgeable. I’d give it 5 more stars if I could

In Waukesha area so majority of products Im ordering off their webstore but I have stepped into their Madison location numerous times to watch glass get blown, amazing shipping speeds & the prices are hard to beat especially with how much of their selection is hand blown American made glass, much being local to Wisconsin too :) Love yall & hope the Gordo Riptips never go away.

Convenient location for the eastside, now I don’t have to go all the way downtown for products I needed. Store was clean and staff was there to help. Do not recommend buying the quartz bangers though. Grabbed one of the “thicker” ones thinking the glass quality would be better but it broke from the part where it inserts as soon as I was putting it onto my rig.

The woman with the colored hair of pink, blue and purple expresses to me that I had to buy a new device after only a month of having it and said there is nothing she could do after selling me a defective device.She wouldn’t give out her name and ignored me as a customer who spent a lot of money on the products.Worst service I have ever had!They don’t care how much money you spend on products that don’t work and when they know it Dosent work all the do is suggest to buy a new one cause money matters there not the people shopping to get products that actually work.No help. Excessively rude employees and products that don’t work. Wish I could give this place negative 5 stars!The receipt wouldn’t have mattered cause you said I had it for too long so why even bring up the receipt? I know different places that care way more about their customers and don’t let them waste 60$ on a defective device

I almost always see Mike working when Im in there and he is great. yesterday I had someone new and he was very helpful and gave an awesome new juice for me to try and it was excellent. I go in for new Novo pods and juice frequently. The only reason I give 4 stars is because in all honesty theyre glass is ridiculously priced I feel like. But hey what do I know. I buy glass online now. But, back to the positive, they are awesome. They have an excellent selection and its mostly higher end stuff, awesome service, and a VERY clean and well presented store. I ONLY go there for all vaping related stuff. Thanks Ignite!

Best smoke shop in town. Any location. No other shop in Madison even comes close to the headies, vatiety of items, and great customer service, especially from the employees that really know glass and you can actually have a conversation with them about multiple aspects of glass. Its a great spot!!!!!

Really like the atmosphere of this place. My go-to place for vaping accessories and CBD. I wont forget mentioning the amazing glass carried at this store. Mike is super awesome and always helps me break the bank here; in a good way of course.

I bought a couple CBD cartridges from there turned out they were both broken and they will not give returns. I bought three glass quarts nails in one week, two of them broke within 48 hours. Costumer service is really good though.

Its hard to believe that a business would give up a good customer over a $12 battery...I visited the Monona Drive location a little over a week ago, bought a pen battery, and at that time I thought I received decent customer service.Well, five days later the battery quit working while I was out of town, so exactly one week after my purchase, I went back to exchange the defective product.Wasnt looking for a refund, just wanted it fixed or replaced.After two salespeople futzed with the item, they agreed it didnt work and they were unable to fix it.When I asked whats next, one of the guys said, Well, you could get another one, and when I asked if I could exchange the faulty product for a different one, I was told that they dont know what I could have done to it in the time I had it.It worked for five days.So no exchange for the defective product, no fix, no credit or refund.Im out $12, and stuck with a product they sold me that doesnt work.Obviously I will never return to this business, and Ill make sure that everyone I know will have this information.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable behind the counter. This is the best head shop in the area as well as the Odana location. Some of the items available here are double the price at Selective Video or other head shops. Do your self and your wallet a favor and go to Ignite.

This place is what can I say one of the best duel use shops in Wisconsin great supply of glass and vape gear and they get extra points because they now carry Nic salt juice oh and before I forget the owners are very down to earth people and do truly care about the people they are helping hats off to you guys you have a customer for life!

Staff is good. Though, the nicotine juice available there doesnt often have above 12mg. Else, all is well.

Very limited choices for wax/concentrate prefilled cartridges and the cartridges I did happen to purchase broke within 24 hours sometimes 48 hours a few days if Im lucky.
