I had a battery start leaking on me a few days ago. I bought this battery from Kickin three weeks prior. Even though it had been past the time of return or exchange, Donny went ahead and let me exchange my faulty battery for a new one. Excellent service every time I come here. I also love the e-juice selection here. Best vape shop in the area in my opinion

Super-friendly, knowledgeable staff.Consistently the only place to find the juice I like (Tribeca)They give you 10 bucks off of I think every 100 you spend.

I found this vape shop when I first moved to the Madison area a year ago and it is my go to shop. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide great service. Derek and Katie have superb customer service skills. When either one of them are in the store they recognize me and know what items I’m looking for and any new products I may be interested in. I love this shop.

Been coming here for the past few months and it’s become my go to spot for everything. Katey is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to help as many people as she can while keeping the ship running. And Derek is also very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, even when it’s super busy. You guys deserve a raise for real.

One of my absolute favorite places to visit in town. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating, and also willing to answer any questions that you may have. They also have one of the best selections available!

Derek and Katie are awesome at providing a great customer service experience. This is the only store that I can buy my favorite vape juice. Given the laws they have to work around this is hands down my favorite store in the surrounding states. They have a large variety and they are knowledgeable.

Took top off of bottle to fill vape up in my car and juice poured into my lap, thankfully I had paper towels handy. Went back in to tell employees and dude takes the bottle, tries to open it, spills more, and gets the stuck tip out and puts on bottle and hands it to me. I said, ya know it sucks I just spent $30 on this bottle of juice and this much is gone already. Dude says, Im sorry theres nothing we can do to replace juice like this. Like???? You couldve just used it on the juice bar and gave me a new bottle. Horrible customer service. Was gonna just message them on FB instead of writing negative review, but the same guy who gave me bad service seems to be running the FB page since hes the one always posting on there. I used to love this place, but you should treat your customers well especially when they are returning customers that help keep you afloat. Ill just go to Athens location, this one sucks. Idk what happened to the people that worked there before, but the people now arent very friendly.

Always glad they carry some legacy stuff. My Apsire NX75 broke some time ago and my Aspire Atlantis Evo tank sat unused for over a year. Dug it out and needed coils for it. Kickn hooked me up. Dropped it on the old DNA40 mod I built some years ago. Vapes salt nic like a champ without the large clouds Im usually puffing. Great for indoor venues.

Whats not to like? Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Help you out fast and can even recommend flavors that fit your taste. I first started coming here after I moved away from my local vape shop. The young lady whos always working helped me find a comparable juice to what I was getting before. Havent regretted coming here ever. They have a wide selection of juices, mods, disposables and cbd. I go to this location rather frequently. Every time I go in Katy and Lee always make sure to take care of me and get everything I need. They’re also extremely nice and helpful people. Always willing to give advice on different setups, as well as what juices fit the flavor profile I’m looking for. Would recommend going here every time.

This was the only vape store that we could find in the area that sold our juice. We visited at least 5 others before we found this place. We dont live in the area so it was a little difficult for us to find but no biggie. The lady that worked there was beyond nice and helpful- she was very professional.

Great place for any vaping needs. They are very helpful and very nice. Theyve always got a sale going on or at least good prices on the products they have. You dont see anything you like ask them and theyll find something good for you. Or just ask questions about what you like.

I don’t know who owns this place but i am Haitian American/Black and it was just two Caucasian males in there “working”/vaping same thing i guess anyways they never greeted me or asked if i needed anything i was literally invisible. I will tell anyone i know to go anywhere but here I literally hate poor customer service especially in those instances its 2023 not 1952 thanks and do better.

This store is great. Perry is always so nice to me and does everything he can to help me while I am there. He went out of his way and spent a long time looking for something for me, before he told me they didnt have it. I could tell he didnt want to tell me no. I went in yesterday and purchased a new device and everything that went with it. I had stopped vaping for a while and am going back to it. The employee who assisted me was very helpful. They had the type of juice I like but employee advised me that the company is discontinuing it and asked if I would like to get more than one bottle. I am so glad he told me and that I was able to get plenty to last a while. Before I left they told me to call or come by if I had any questions or needed anything. They were awesome.

I swear ive been telling every friend, coworker, single mother, bachelor, cat, dog, and mouse about this place and i STILL struggle to find good conversation at the dab bar.jokes aside, this place is WONDERFUL. an absolute emporium of quality CBD products, on top of a myriad of novel cannabinoid products. unlike plenty of other vape shops, especially self-proclaimed head shops, you arent flashbanged by a wall of gaudy t-shirts and bongs the moment you walk in -- instead you get an immaculately-kept sitting room with a chest-height bar across from the checkout counter, usually with soft easy listening or pop tunes from a few years ago piping through the speakers. selections behind the counter range from vape cartridges (i recommend 3chi, honeyroot, and modus products) to gummies and tinctures to flower and concentrate to torches and ashtrays to even some multi-panel at-home drug tests. and if you thought that was nice, you can walk into the back room!the dab bar is lovely but youll feel out of your depth at first. thankfully everyone who works this counter in particular is endlessly patient, good at small talk, and highly knowledgeable about all the concentrate on offer. theres delta-8, delta-10, THC-O, THC-A (wink), and even pure THC-A crystals with no added terpenes. i wont say that i recommend the crystals, but as someone with a monster of a tolerance, it was the reminder i needed that my week wasnt so bad after all.if youve ever consumed cannabis, for any reason, give this place a try. theyll have what you need, if not what youre dreaming of.

Yet another amazing vape shop. The service here is top notch. The staff are very knowledgeable and are also very nice. The quality of the shop is superb. It has a friendly atmosphere. The products they have are in wide range and honestly they have a lot more than other stores in the area.This is genuinely your one stop shop for vape and CBD products.

I’m very picky when it comes to my juices. They have a wide juice selection and I’ve only found what I like here. They also have a bunch of products to choose from. Katie is absolutely amazing!!! She is highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what will fit your needs. I would highly recommend coming in and seeing her for any of your vape needs! Make sure you ask for her!!!

Had to go back three times to exchange expired product. Staff literally said “what’s wrong now?” While helping other customers, and while going through their product, most of it was expired (some in 2020). Didn’t apologize to us for having to come back within 10 minutes of going to replace the first expired one. Choices were extremely limited due to most of them being expired. Staff was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction.

Hands down my favorite vape shop. Katie and Lee always treat me like family. They greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They got so much juice and make great recommendations that are always in the customers best interest! Definitely the best shop around!

Superb.I travel alot and see alot of vape stores but I rarely see ones with the selection they have.Its nice ya know? So many options and tanks that date back to the begining of vaping. Delta products are solid and theres a giant variety. The bearded gentleman in very classy attire helped me with several decisions while maintaining a very pleasant conversation. It was hard to leave the place honestly. There clearance is also unbeatable. I truly will be coming back next time im in the area. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Madison store has been good to me. Plenty of juice to choose from as well as mods. I usually go in thinking I want one thing but decide I want something else. Katie is always so bubbly and helpful. Plus, she is patient with me. She takes my snarky, sarcastic attitude with a grain of salt.

This place has a great variety of vape and smoke products and an inside vape bar. The guy and chick there really knew their stuff and thats why we pick this non-assuming shop at the end of a small strip of stores. Always deal with Athens store and will continue to do so... Employees at this store are rude know it alls... instead of listening to the customer they try to force you to buy something you dont want/need. The Zit-faced Sasquatch is one of the rudest people Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with in the retail business... not to mention their prices are sometimes double what the Athens store charges for some products

Always dealt with the location on South Parkway and will in the future. I went in last minute in the Madison location to get a house flavor and was looking to get a drip tip. The guy with the ponytail stated that he couldn’t sell me anything else because a minor asked me to purchase something and I said no. With that same breath, he didn’t ask for my ID when he sold me my nicotine juice. There was never any intent to purchase anything for a minor and he knew that.

My fiancé and I went in yesterday to find a beetle solution to quit smoking! We started using the disposable pops and that just became to expensive in the long run! We walked in and were greeted with a very warm smile and personality! Her name was Kaittie if I spelt this correctly we talked about how crazy the spelling of her name was. She immediately heard us out and within 1 second had the solution for us! We are very happy with our experience and definitely recommend this business as well as Kaittie!!! Go and ask for her!!!
