The worst vape store Ive ever been to. Kelly the manager needs to be out of the service industry. Condescending and rude, Ill never shop at this store again. Ive lived in 6 states and have vaped for 11 years in all those states Ive never been treated so poorly.

Very helpful ladies working the day I came in. Got the coils I needed and a good flavored juice within a few minutes and was in and out. Recommend this store if you have any questions about vaping or products that come along with it.

Cute store conveniently located on Atwood close the Barrymore Theater. Easy to get to by any mode of transportation -- it is on a bus route and just a few blocks off the Southwest commuter bike path. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly is awesome and very helpful!

Great, clean, nice staff, helpful, prices are too steep and I purchased a liquid years ago. It was wonderful, its what got me off of smoking, and I just loved it. After vaping it for some time and then learned of online purchasing for vape supplies and liquid, I stopped purchasing my liquid here due to price. I went back for a taste of my former favorite and it was GOD AWFUL. Hellsvapor line, French Vanilla. Something had to be wrong with this batch. It tastes like straight bitter, old coffee grounds with another after taste of indont even know what. Most definitely wasnt French Vanilla. Id love to try again, but being out that money for something I was never able to vape, I cant. I even let it steep and tried again. Still the same. Aside from that and prices, decent shop. Not as much variety as some, but not too bad.

Kelly is the fricking bomb! Answered my 1 million questions, actually listened, and the result… Hometown hero live rosin gummies. They are fire! Perfect dosage, great taste, high quality product AND they support Veterans. I love to support shops that are intentional with the brands they carry, making sure the quality, mission, and standards are up to par. I also picked out some crystals and games while I was here, they got a lot of products that make great gifts!

It was an amazing experience, came to the store hardly knowing anything about the THC/CBD world. I was mainly looking for something to help relieve my anxiety, it didn’t take much for Jennah to notice and jump out to help me. She very patiently and kindly went through all the information I needed to get, answered all my questions in a welcoming and friendly manner.

Such a nice, easy place to shop for my vape needs. I hadnt been there in a couple years but needed a replacement vape today and they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price - I was really surprised at the prices, to be honest! Even better, I had $10 on my account from previous shopping with them and was able to apply it to my order. The young lady who helped me was so friendly (I didnt catch her name), efficient, and very welcoming. Ill be back again, and definitely sooner than later. ;)

No longer will I go to public enemy in SP, no longer will I be stopped by those clowns at at E town mall, I have found all my needs along with great service. I had a great experience at Infinite Vapor. The manager (I sadly didn’t catch her name) was an amazing help and genuinely cared about helping me find a CBD that was the right fit for me. She was very knowledgeable and fun, which supports me wanting to go back. The store was up kept and clean with COVID implements in place. I will definitely be returning soon!

Ive been coming to infinite for 2 years now and Kayla has been absolutely amazing every time Ive had the pleasure of seeing her. She is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Been in several times over the years and not once have I left impressed.The final time, I was the only customer in the shop with three employees. I picked out some items, got rang up and the young woman at the register asked if I had a phone number for the loyalty program. I provided it. Then she says my name, from the loyalty program and tells me the total. I give her my card. She runs it. Then asks for my ID. I didnt buy anything age restrictive so I asked why. She said it was the law. I began to question why I was being carded, stating that was the first time I had been asked for ID in that shop. Then I was told it was policy. So at this point, Im done. She ran my card, it had been processed and no one saw my ID before that. I found it curious to ask literally while the card was being processed. So I declined to show my ID and instead asked for a refund, which I received promptly.Clearly they dont need my business and I ended up going to a competitor a little further away and having a very pleasant experience with the owner who works his own shop sometimes.

Highly recommend!! Kayla was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of juices and even had the B12 i was looking for.. I started with a starter kit and Kayla showed me how to use and maintenance on vape. Price was very reasonable. Happy customer !!

Bad return policy. Sells defective equipment, and will not replace it. Take your money somewhere else. But the will give you 20% another one? Not good business.

If I had to pick a word for this shop, it would be welcoming. Its clean, pretty, and very well organized. Ive interacted with four different employees over the last three months, and each was courteous and pleasant and very knowledgeable; I often had a lot of questions and each person was more than happy to provide me answers. For vaping needs, this should be your first stop.

Really knowledgeable staff and great selection. Ive had problems with my device a few times and theyve fixed it with no problem and no charge. The best part is that you can sample all (or at least most) of the flavors before you buy, so no getting home and realizing its not what you wanted.

Nice selection of juices and hardware at more than fair prices. Out of towner needing some juice I stopped in earlier today hoping to find my usual brands and was introduced to some truly great flavours Ive never tried before. Staff was awesome, Kayla knew exactly the types of flavors I was looking for and if I had enough money I would have bought everything I tried.

I visit this store frequently and will continue to return. Clean atmosphere, there’s a great selection of juice and hardware, and the CBD that they carry is top notch. Absolutely love Infinite Vapor. Both Madison locations are filled with wonderful people who are ready to help, but are also personable. Makes it’s very easy to get carried away in conversation. I definitely miss being able to spend more time in there with people, but am very happy with how they are handling Covid. They have been on it since day one!

Its a great place to pick up supplies like chargers, batteries, wire and wick, but some devices are a little over priced from most online vendors, even with rushed shipping. The people are friendly and knowledgeable though so I never overlook this place to pick up some last minute supplies. If youre a new vaper then they will definitely get you set up and teach you the basics.

First time at this location, usually go to the one on university but just like that one I enjoyed my visit. Friendly helpful staff, good selection of products, chill environment and in the wake of the current pandemic very proactive measures taken to make sure that customers can shop safely. Best Vape shop in Madison! Im a long time vaper(or)? Started years ago with Cloud 9 pen type thingies that you could only get online. Not too great. Now I have a great device and all the supplies I need. Down to 0.0% nicotine thanks to Kayla filling my new device with 0.0% nicotine juice I purchased some time ago. I realized that it was very easy to wean myself off nicotine. I feel better than I have in years! Thanks Kayla!!!

I visited here to finally purchase some CBD to help with my anxiety. I was initially very anxious about doing this and kept putting off my visit. But when I was finally able to walk in, I was greeted by such an awesome staff member (Kayla) who was able to chat with me for almost a half hour about what product would work well for me and how to use and figure out dosage! I am feeling soooo much better lately!

This place is legit man, let me tell yah. Whoever got this Luke guy working here deserves a round of applause, not only does he know his stuff, but he is also sociable. I’ve been to smoke shops all over this state, and it’s almost like I’m dealing with robots, but this guy is great. He knows his juices and the estimate he gave me was almost spot on, maybe he is a robot, like a human calculator or something. More or less, infinite on the east and west, will be my go to joint from now on. I may even call in advance to see which shop Luke is attending.

Infinite Vapor is extremely well stocked with all the vap supplies I have been ordering online. I was SO impressed with the choice of flavors, the price, and not having to pay for shipping costs.They have excellent precautions set up to protect their customers during the COVID-19 social distancing and the place was immaculately clean.

Infinite has always been my go to vape shop and I dont typically go to the east side but I happy I did because the guy who was working there, Lukas, was SUPER helpful. Time was limited for me on my first visit but I liked the space, it was open, had a decent feel to it. I was greeted right away, asked my experience with vaping (4years) and helped immediately.I liked that they had a really nice selection, in well lit glass displays, everything was clean and separated in a logical manner.The area with Juice had so many juices ready to try in CE3s right on the counter, that was impressive but I have never been to any other brick and mortar stores to compare it to.They had a nice selection of mechs, if you know the industry and have been around you will know how to judge the price points. I thought the prices were fair on most items, understanding this is a business, I only saw a few items I thought were priced a bit over.They have a great selection of tanks, everything was current and really the best on the market, newest most updated versions. I was very happy with my Kanger Aero Tank purchase, the price was fair and it really is a super product.While I was there I reviewed the RBAs, they had a small selection. I was invited to a class the next day on RBAs that one of the owners was conducting but was unable to make it so I cant comment on the event itself.I need to go back to try the juice but overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

I am new to the area and a vape newbie. My son bought me an evod starter kit last year and I didnt use it very much and thought the devices were broken. I found Infinate Vapor online and went there last week with the intention of buying a new kit/system. I did take my equipment along, just in case I needed a coil replaced. Kelsey was working that day and she was so very nice and helpful. She looked over my equipment and basically showed me how to use it properly! Everything was working fine, I just didnt really know how to use it. She was very patient and didnt make me feel like an idiot that I didnt know how to use what I had. She took the time to educate me on proper use and care and what the best strength of liquid I needed based on my smoking history. I have smoked cigarettes for 42 years and for the past 8 days, cigarette free. My experience was positive in all aspects and because of the quality of customer care that I received, Infinite Vapor has now acquired a new loyal customer. I noticed they also have a military discount which is just another bonus.

I would visit again if I lived in the area. They had a well stocked shop on hardware with plenty of flavors to try, though not many minty flavors which I prefer. The prices were average and the two guys that were there knew their stuff and were helpful without being too pushy. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you live in the area.

I started with Infinite Vapor and will not go anywhere else. I was smoking for many years then decided to stop and try Vaping. From the first time to today I have always gone to infinite on atwood ave. The customer service is great every time I usually stay and chat for a while as I have gotten to know many of the employees. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service EVER. I have bought many mods from them with out a hitch. The staffs knowledge of the products and how tos are top knotch. I will say that I have seen on more than one visit them helping someone with a leak problem or something is not working. Things happen with products all the time we should all know this by now its not always the venders fault but the products themselves. I am and always will be a BIG fan of ASPIRE as I have had purchased so many of there products with no problem. I hate to see some of the bad talk about this place as it is my go to. They have a lot of flavors and I like the fact that I can test out the product before buying it. I will say one thing and one thing only that maybe negative. Sometimes they do not have the product I need on hand currently I have a Triton tank and sometimes they dont have the atomizers for them on hand. There prices I have never seem that bad to me but I dont buy my stuff online ever and that might be why I dont see where people think they are over priced. with the customer service and there knowledge that they have at the store I will pay the price to know that Im getting what I paid for and with the service I expect. So Ive been pondering on switching to vaping because I wanted to finally quit smoking 🚬 cigs and was a skeptic on if vaping would really help me do that. Well I finally went in to infinite Vapor and purchased a Smok with the iced mango 🥭 berry salt vape juice 3 weeks ago and guess whaaat.?!?! I havent smoked a bleeping cigarette since°!!! Customer service is AMAZING and really helped me pick out a great priced vape and juice plus I got 30% off !!!! Im not going anywhere else but here and I also got my mom and son doin the same !!!! I came in only to look and research a internet mod purchase. But was super impressed with the patience and time Kayla took helping me choose a mod and juice, I bought everything I needed to start vaping and get off cigs that visit. Being very new at vaping, I was a little hesitant coming in but was chill after the great customer service I received and kewl shop. I chose a mod w help from Kaylas genius vaping mind. This girl knows her stuff and was helping me on my purchase while helping others and there wasnt a question she didnt know and she knew exactly where everything was. She also explained my mod to me and went over the option menu so I understood how to change any settings. Ive had 2 cigs after getting my mod and will never go back to that stanky smoke again. So if your new to vaping, go to IV and ask for Kayla, she knows what u want to know about vaping. ✌️

Drove all the way across town, called and told clerk I was going to be literally a minute past close. Knew exactly what I wanted, told her on the phone and was told to hurry. I did. Arrive a minute BEFORE close, door was locked, called and was told I was too late. I would have been more satisfied if she would have told me not to come. Owner Bill knows very little about vaping and is seemingly just in it for the money. He is not local to Madison. Juice is heavy on PG, but seemingly good if youre okay with that. This is honestly probably not a bad spot for mod clones if youre too impatient to wait on shipping.

They are very helpful. I have been here twice in the past six months.Bought a starter kit both times. They explain it all to you and it is so much cheaper than buying cigarettes.

It was cool. I gave 4 stars because the guy who works there seems like he knows his juices cuz hes tried them all. And he talked me into buying CBD flower and that wasnt even the reason I was going there. So thumbs up Infinite Vapor.

Friendly while purchasing, somewhat knowledgeable staff, nice clean store. All great until you try to exchange something that was unopened and purchased less than 14 hours with receipt. Bought a TFV8 tank (over priced but like to support brick and mortar). Purchased and went home, decided to double check to coil compatibility with the TFV4, found out they do NOT use the same coil. Being that I have 3 other TFV4 tanks I did not want to have to buy two different coils. Took back to store to exchange it and they would not exchange or do a refund. (Even after calling a manager--quoting new laws, however they do not apply to items with any nicotine). Luckily,there was a nice woman customer in the store that was interested in it and bought it from me. Will never shop at Infinite Vapor for anything ever again.

I will not use this store anymore Im told its my fault their staff cant look at the bottles properly and gave me the wrong nicotine level I wanted for one out of the four bottles I purchased. Sure its just as much my fault but not trying to reason with a pretty solid customer is the straw that does it for me.

Just one thing..the frostbite flavor. The customer service at both Atwood and university is terrible. Horrible experiences both times and think Ill stick with Midwest Vapors..they dont have the frostbite but the customer service isnt frosty there!! Got two batteries there and BOTH stopped staying charged in about a month!!

My friend warned me of expired ejuice. Didnt listen then received old eliquid just as friend described they act like they have no knowledge of selling particular product 😂 such a lie I contacted the ejuice company such as my friend did previous and they then sent me juice. Description of this store from them was this has happened multiple times please report them for illegal sales of expired product..... WHY DIES THIS KEEO HAPPENING? With all the bad news about vaping you think you would want to sell quality product in case of sue. Thankfully I did not file a claim since my friend works here but still.W T F

Why are their posted hours 10-9 if they arent going to be open at 10:20. Just another typical crap vapor shop, staffed by people with no concept of customer service, slinging starter kits to college kids. When will there be a vapor shop in Madison that caters to professionals, with people who understand that just because a shop looks slick, its still the people who matter.Deeply Disappointed, and will continue to order online from someone else.

Walked in and was completely ignored by the guy at the counter. Stood around for 5-10 minutes while he tried to upsell some kid on his starter kit. Counter guy answered the phone and explained to a caller that they are an out of state operation.I didnt even see prices on the juice. Maybe I just missed it but I donno.All I wanted was to buy a bottle of 12mg nicotine tobacco flavored juice but instead I just walked out.Dude could have at least said, Hi I will be with you in a minute.Prices seemed pretty high too.I will stop in again to see if this was a fluke, but out of state McVaper plus bad customer service, well the juices better be cheap/good or I cant imagine a reason to go there.

Tried to return an item and they made me jump through a Bunch of hoops to return the item. Not money back though a store credit.. Also have been told a part is in stock and 2 times In a row it was the wrong part I had drove there for nothing both times.. Worst business Ive ever had to deal with.. Poor customer service. Smokes on state is so much better.

YUUGE vape and vape accessory, Very clean, well informed staff; although I went to purchase mango juul pods but they wanted $40 for a box of four of them. They had different flavor juul brand pods with different price ranges and I ended up settling with a tobacco flavor since it was average pod price, but moral of the story unless you want to either spend more than double the price of pods, dont go here for pods.

This place is not customer oriented at ALL!!! Do not shop there! I came in to pick my husband up coils, read exactly what I needed out of a text, and the guy gave me the wrong thing. Came back within 30 mins to exchange them for what I had actually asked for (they were not opened, my husband knew right away they weren’t the right thing) and they would not take them back!! Very poor customer service and I will not be giving them my business anymore! Go to Puff instead!!

I have been tobacco free for 9 years and a customer of Infinite Vapor for more than 7 years. My store of choice is East. Every explanation and education have been related to me skillfully and respectfully.

The staff is polite and knowledgable, the products they have are decent, and Im likely making this place my go to for vape products, with the exception of devices and atomizers they dont have on hand.

Really nice vape shop, carries even glass replacement. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

So Im going to be serious here....i was a guy that cld smoke a pack easy out and about drinking with my friends on the weekend. That was the only time I would smoke was when I was drinking on the weekends with friends and then I stopped out to the east location on a whim with doubts and curiosity killing me but I knew I wanted to find an explanation point on kicking the habit...I parked my harley in their free parking in the back and spent a good hour there questioning everything and anything about vaping. Its a vape store. Decent selection of liquids. Some fun merch, helpful staff and some kits and mod stuff. They deal in tanks and drippers so thats why i come here. The store close to me only really has tank stuff.

Very expensive I paid $25 plus tax for one bottle of Vape juice when I can get a bottle of Vape juice for $15 or three for 35!I will not be going back there, and the lady that help me that day asked me where I got my juice app so she could buy it there instead of her own store

VERY unfriendly service and when I went to buy a vapor was told that the vapor itself doesnt include any batteries, which the cape needed 2 batteries, and that the store didnt even have the batteries that I would need and wouldnt have them until the following week!!! Never will be going back!
