Ive been twice this past month and had good service from Amy. Very attentive and skilled, very friendly and obviously enjoys her work, practically no English though. She did ask you tip? but didnt demand any specific amount. As for the spa itself, both times its been cold. There was a space heater in the room but it didnt help as the room walls dont go fully to ceiling thus not holding any warmth in your room. Shivering is not conducive to a good massage experience. Amy did her best with a blanket but it really wasnt enough. The place needs to not cheap out on heating the spa if they want return customers. The table and linens were clean, but take care when disrobing to put clothes on a chair or shelf, the carpeting seemed pretty old and grungy as evidenced by how dirty my socks were after my visits.Update: as of Feb 2024 Amy is gone, dont expect Ill return.
They are awful! During the couple massage, both massage therapist were talking and giggling to each other. Upon payment, while we were tipping, one of them looked at my husbands wallet and saw an $20 and demanded they give them the $20. UM NO! You get the tip you deserve, beggars can’t be choosers. So unprofessional and shady.
Just had a massage from Grace at this location. She did a great job. Very thorough. It was a little cold, but not overly. There was a space heater that I should have asked if she could turn, betting she would have, so Ill take as on me. It was $60 for an hour and she did not take payment till the end and never once asked for a tip. I gave her $90 and consider it totally worth it.
Good experience, I recommend it.
They have a mandatory 20% tip that they do not tell you about until after the massage.
Koko is amazing, she demand tip but I thing she deserve.
Nice people
