Excellent customer service. A personable young man named Ryan answered all my questions, and gave good advice.The only reason I didnt rate this store 5 stars is because they didnt carry a lot of older model coils, and some brands of juice I like.I would definitely go there again, because the substitute ejuice he recommended is awesome.He also offered to help me with my new dripper if I had any trouble, telling me his schedule.This guy knows his stuff!

Good place to do business. I had bought a tank vape from these guys that was defective. We took it back and they made a few suggestions to fix the issue, which did not. Went back and they exchanged it no questions asked. A good business can sell all day long, but the real test is when something goes wrong, and these guys took good care of us. A person could very easily take their business online and find better prices, but what happens when you have an issue? Second unit is working great! Thanks guys!

A really great group of knowledgeable (and frequently hilarious) humans works at this store, and they make your experience there quite enjoyable. Their prices are fair, the selection of juice and accessories is vast, and they go above and beyond to accommodate their clientele. When I have had equipment issues due to my error or because of manufacturing flaws, theyve been great about either helping me resolve the issue or exchanging equipment. I have no complaints at all and frequently suggest this shop to friends.While I have no complaints, I do have suggestions that I think would make the shop better. Other local vape stores Ive been to allow you to sample juice flavors (for a small fee and with proper ID) before making a purchase, which I like because its annoying to spend $25-30 on something you end up not liking. And a customer loyalty rewards program would also be a nice touch. For example: buy ten bottles, get one free; or even a free bottle of juice on ones birthday month, or on the anniversary of becoming a client. Imo, the ability to sample before purchase, or a small rewards program would make this great business an excellent one.

This is my go-to place for all things vape. Everyone who works there is so super nice, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. They also carry quality products and expand their selection often!

Edit: After patronizing this place a few more times, I needed to update this rating and review. The staff here is awesome! Theyre knowledgeable and attentive and all around awesome people. Stop in and chill for a bit, its encouraged.The selection is pretty descent and the prices arent outrageous. I think Ill keep shopping here.

Have been a customer here since the shop originally opened (when it was formerly by another name) and it is the local vape shop I can consistently rely on for all my questions and needs in regard to vaping. Keep up the great work Kyle, youve got one of the best vape shops with the best staff running your shop, I go out of my way when I can to buy from Sick Clouds (even avoiding online ordering) only because I know I can trust Sick Clouds.

Just stopped in on a whim and got a new mod and tank. Ryan helped me today and was awesome, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Chill space, knowledgeable staff and fair prices. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!!

This place by far is the best place to go in the area for e-juice they have a large selection full of the most popular juices, their prices are great and they are very friendly. Im in there at least 1 to 2 times a week.

First off i bought a 90$ mod and it didnt work i told them and they blamed me. i cant believe how poorly i was treated. they also will tell people anything to get them to buy a product

Only store in the area so far that actually took the time to explain things and not just try to sell me their most expensive set up. This is the only brick and mortar Ill shop at going forward.

No nonsense, they didnt aggressively upsell me like Avail, and they seemed knowledgeable unlike Tobacco Hut in Centreville. Would shop again
