Great store. It has anything you could possibly need as far as smoke/vape shop products, including beautiful bongs and dab rigs for great prices. The guy that runs the store is a great dude as well. Great customer service!

The customer service is outstanding and shop gentleman focus on the needs of customer and recommends variety of products with complete details and genuine pricing too. Loved it!!Shop holds most of all branded varieties cigars and attractive smoke equipments. Must try shop!!!I would recommend this shop to every friends.

My boy akhtar is a good guy. I appreciate how he helps me a lot with prices. He always has a good attitude and gives me a warm welcome. I suggest anybody to come to this smoke shop and he’ll hook up.

By far the best smoke shop I’ve been to in this area. The layout ensures the customer is able to see all the products that are offered and the sales associate is quite knowledgeable and well mannered. All in all a great place to get all your smoking needs, they even have a neat little wireless section :)

Az smoke shop has been the best since they opened here in the town of Manchester. They have absolutely every product they can offer and the guys there are great. They work various deals and caries multiple merchandise from tobacco products to cellphone accessories.

Worst smoke shop experience i have ever had. Every single time i go in i have to go back for refund because the gentleman at the register has no idea what he is talking about or selling. He constantly gives me the wrong stuff for my pod system vape pen. Constant problems with the register not taking my card (only at this store no problems anywhere else ever.) Constantly grabs wrong nicotine level after i have explained i want 5% salt nic. Constantly has to call his boss for help every single time i go in there. Never has anything in stock besides the stuff nobody wants. Over charges on fake puff bars/ puff+ (they are counterfeit). Honestly he doesn’t have any idea what it is that he is selling, nor does he know how any of it works. This stuff happened every single time i decide to give that smoke shop a shot. If you are looking for a smoke shop with great customer service and somebody that knows what they are doing/talking about, do NOT come here, you will be disappointed. If you need to go to a smoke shop and you are in Manchester CT, i would recommend smokers dream world, which is up the street from this store near the cash checking spot and the car dealerships. Smokers dream world is ran by a man named Cash and he knows everything he needs to know, and will gladly help you out.(Edit: after reading the reviews myself, majority of the 5 star reviews are not real reviews they are fake reviews to make the shop look better. Just sad. Don’t shop here. Waste of money and time.)

The gentalman are always very nice and curtious.They can help you with your purchase with the range of knowledge they know about the products they carry and whats out there. Not alot of smoke shop workers in my experience know alot about the products they carry. They are loyal to their customers and very welcoming to new customers from the moment you walk in. And they are always willing to help you with discounts and special exclusive offers. This is my one stop shop for all my tabacco, CBD or phone needs I rate it a 10❤

During these harsh times in the world. Most vape shops are closed and only selling limited items by curb side so hard to get what I needed. But AZ came through being open full during these time. Thankful I found what I needed.
