This place surpassed all my expectations when I walked in. The customer service from ALL employees was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable to explain what I was looking for, in my price range and was able to set me up with all the accessories I would need that I didnt know I needed..Lol. The girl..(tottaly forgot her name, but she has red hair and some really cool tattoos) ..is a really good sales person. She was very detail oriented, personable and professional. It was actually a very pleasant experience and ill def be back.

People are nice, and knowledgeable, but employees are wishy washy with the rules. One day oh I absolutely have to follow this rule when a Month ago it was no big deal.

The shop is amazing. They are currently offering buy one get one free on any glass above $30. The associates are very friendly and willing to help. Their selection covers it all. Hand pipes, water pipes, basic and heavily filtered (good percs). 303 glass is a personal favorite of mine, out of Boulder Colorado, and they carry their products. They also have all of the vaping accessories. Batteries for cartridge tanks, real vape mods, e juices, and juuls.

Wild Side has the best prices! Im so glad I found it. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their products. I ask a lot of questions and they were able to not only answer but explain in detail what I didnt know I needed to know!🤔. Great place! 5⭐ and 2👍

I really like this store. They have quality products at reasonable prices and the employees always seem to be informed about any product Ive had questions about. That shows me that the people working there really care about their job and make the effort to learn about the items sold in their establishment. Its things like this that make me feel like I can make an informed decision when I make a purchase there and subsequently confident towards how I feel about said purchase. Solid 5 stars; highly recommended.

They are good and helpful at this place! They have many products, and a overall medicinal vibe. Went in for one item and left with three.. Claire will try to convince you to buy things here. She knows the things for sure! Also left with a fantastic discount, cannot complain about this place 👌 😀.

So my bf sent me to wild side to get butane so I bring my ID and he refused me due to credit card when I am able to use it because my name didn’t match. I am definitely well over the age to buy butane. This is supposed to be convenient which it isn’t. this is not the first time I’ve been refused probably three so you definitely lose my service as well, it’s too bad because I like the stuff in your store but your people suck excuse me for saying so but when I get turned a way for butane which could be used for anything by the way that that did it I understand ID I get that but I’m allowed to use the card for purchase and he turned me away again, so I will be shopping elsewhere.

Went in today to get my pods, was told they stopped doing the 25% off when buying 4 or more. This was the only reason I have been shopping here for the last 6 months. Not to mention I was stocking up for a month long vacation and they missed out on a 200$ sale (even spoke to a guy last week to have them order some more knowing I was leaving for a month).Guess my money is better spent elsewhere. 🤷

Update 5-5-2024I tried calling them again to see if they had the coils for the vape I bought there 6 months ago, still no answer. I am frustrated at the lack of supplies for my vape not being in stock, and the poor customer service and snippy attitude of that new sales girl there at the North Elm St store. So I have decided to stop giving them my business and I have stopped recommending them to other people. I found another vape store with a much better selection, and it always has what I need for my vape supplies in stock. Good bye Wild Side Smoke Shop. You now get a 1 star rating from me, a six year loyal customer who is tired of not getting what I need and getting attitude from that sales girl!OH, AND MY DAM NAME IS NOT ANDREW!!!!!!!

First time I ever been here. Gotta say they have such a cool and knowledgeable staff working there. Nadia and Izzy were a great help in taking the time to educate me to ensure I get the product I needed. Felt great to go into a business and be appreciated as a customer. Because I was the customer that had so many questions. lol Both girls were so patient and kind in answering them and making sure I was comfortable with my purchases. Definitely would buy there again. These staff members made it worth the trip! Thank you girls that was an awesome experience!

I’ve come in here many times over the past year and I haven’t had a single bad experience. The employees are always super helpful and giving recommendations on new products to try, and I don’t mean the occasional superstar employee like other stores, I really mean all of them! This place used to be my #1 go to for all my smoke needs butane great price awesome customer service friendly environment, I now wouldnt go in wild side smoke shop if it was the only place open I was bum rushed at the door asking what can I help you with , sorry but let me get in the damn door first second I was there to buy a smoke buddy an due to me being on the phone with my friend asking her opinion on which one I should get I was refused service unbelievable so from a 100% my go to down to a 1 % chance Ill ever go back..

I usually spend 150 to 200 a week here for the last 6 months and will never go back. I am driving around looking for a new shop. The employee made me wait over ten minutes finishing up a personal call. Then wouldnt let me use my wife card Im an authorized user on as i had her on the phone telling the guy it was fine. Then he made her come in to purchase it while I ran to watch our kid in the car. Instead of just ringing her out her served 2 other customers and made her wait another 15 minutes. WILD SJDE YOU JUST LOST 2 LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND ATLEAST 10 GRAND A YEAR BECAUSE OF THIS MORON Aug 13th 630ish

Favorite smoke shop, far and wide. Excellent selection, with some nifty niche items too. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff are always keen to let you know about a deal or discount you might maximize upon, but not in a pushy way at all. Awesome community give-back, have won prizes in several of their raffles (and they usually have pizza for the giveaways too!). 12th year living in NH, these guys are my go-to from day one.

Bought 2x of the same vape battery on the recommendation of the person at the counter. After 2 weeks only held charge for 2 hours. Went in to ask who I could talk to about product failure and got a lot of blown smoke, including nonfunctional email contacts for the corporate Wild Side business. Id been recommending them for years......never again.

Any item I’ve bought here, I’ve personally been happy with so far. Employees I’ve worked with have been very nice, made me comfortable to ask questions and take my time. I worked in retail management for 9 years, and my personal experiences with the employees definitely has been great. Products so far, have been fine. I’ve gotten items that were cheap, they lasted very short amounts of time but that was expected for the price so no problem to me!🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏼👌🏼

I live right across the street. My husband and I would go there but they never have salt nice pink squares in stocks. I buy several a month and I have to go else where because they wont stock it. I have asked. Its too bad I look out my window and see the shop.

Every time I go they are always super friendly, helpful and make me smile! I ended up accidentally locking myself out of my car and one of the employees from Rhode Island who was there helping that day let me use his phone to call AAA and was super nice and helped me out so much!! I wish I remembered his name but will always remember and appreciate his act of kindness!

I went into this location looking for a typical vape not my normal shop. Justin introduced me to Lost Mary I fell in love I bought 4 because of the huge variety offered. And to boot I saved 25% what what!!! Thank you Justin for taking the time to help me. I look forward to my next visit!!!

So much variety ! AWESOME prices ! Newest products ! A little bit of everything and the girl working today (3.2.19 about 1-ish-pm) was wicked nice, helpful, hooked us up, told us about the raffle tickets we got for the raffle theyre doing, etc etc. All around great experience. Hard to come by sometimes, but this place is by-far my new favorite shop. THANKS WILD SIDE !!!(and girl who was working today!!! 😂❤)

My wife absolutely loves this store and just about every single time we get a chance to come into Manchester she will always have me drive her to this spot, she dont have to try to hard because I like it pretty well myself, there prices are low enough that I would think theyd be really hard to match not to mention they must be almost impossible to beat. Employees here are always willing to help their customers needs and they will even explain in detail what every item is best used for, which items you would need for what you need it for and more, Id recommend this store to all the 420 friendly people out there

I bought a 30$ pen there which is pricey, but it was a new magnet one so I tried. The thing lasted 4 days and they have a 48 hour return policy. Not even the respect to give someone the work week to make sure it isn’t a bumb battery all concord shops I’ve bought from helped me out exchanging within a week no problem. but they like to sell you there trash and keep your money. The only compensation they told me they could give me, is a discount if I came in and spent more money on some more 48-hour-return-policy trash. I was gonna go to their 4:20 event on 9/28 bringing my friends to get some new stuff but now I’ll just write terrible reviews and let everyone I know to stay away from here

This shop is the best place for glass and I would recommend it to anyone, as they have a great variety and a price point for everyone. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and Lindsay was a godsend with helping me find the perfect selection. She has a true gift!

They never restock. No selection. The Nashua store is bogus as well. The rude staff always tries to upsell. The worst smoke shop in the area.

Everyone that works here is super friendly and knowledgeable about all items . I seem to usually see Lexi and she is always goes the extra mile. I know Im a pain asking the same questions about the flavors and puffs on the ecigs and shes always more then willing to help and answer all my repeated questions so whenever I need a smoke shop this is my automatic go to ..it doesnt get any better the ladies that keep this shop going!

I had a really good time here with friends.I was there for the 4/20 sale last year and they auctioned off a lot of stuff. I went home with a cool worm hole for $25 and a few other things.It was fun getting to know the people at the shop and to look around to see what they had. Theres a nice variety of bongs and bowls and almost anything else you could need. I got a really cool steam roller and a pretty bowl.I even got to talk with the owner about her tattoos and she was really friendly and had an awesome attitude about everything. There was free pizza there for the event/sale/auction along with free water and nothing but good vibes.

Sticker price is very high, talk to the counter person. Most likely they will help you making it more be reasonable. They dont know much about batteries, but who cares. They are friendly and have the items.

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. The people are always nice and they hold raffles just about every month for a chance to win free stuff and the prices on their coils for vapes? Are great, especially compared to Smokers Haven. They allow you to purchase them individually, instead of having to buy an entire box when you dont need as many at the time or may not have enough money at the time for all 5 coils. Boooo! Unfortunately I was stuck walking to the shop 15 minutes before close. I knew I would make it in time but I chose to call in to make sure they were open and ask if they would be open until 11. Whoever answered my called reassured me they would be open until 11 pm no later and as long as Im in and out by 11 they would service me . Knowing this, put some pep in my step .I flew down there reached the glass windows by 1057. And as I reach for the door someone pops up on the other side to block me from entering while mouthing we are closed Im not sure of what is supposed to happen in these situations but Im rather upset with their actions and lack of consideration

Wildside Smoke Shop is hands down the best shop Ive been to in the area! Their employees are all extremely knowledgeable on all of their products and beyond helpful with any questions you have! They have one of the most lenient exchange programs that Ive seen in ANY smoke/vape shop ever and its even posted in SEVEN locations in their shop! Dont pay any heed to salty(user error) reviews, this is one of the best smoke shops in the game!

I bought the mystery $150 case from them. Great rig and banger but the torch leaks when filling and doesn’t work. It stays on after trying to turn it off. And when I went back in and explained they told me I had the wrong filling tip. I told them that it doesn’t turn off sometimes but that must’ve had to do with not filling correctly according to them. The dude who sold me the case was cool af and same with the lady who helped with trying to fill it. But if you sell a defective product to a customer you should find an exception for no returns because selling a starter mystery pack for a rig with a broken torch just is not cool guys.*edit* so since posting this I went back and actually talked to the person who made my mystery case for me. He was really bummed that it didn’t work and gave me a discount on a new one. Still a headache but I updated to 4 stars to reflect that I’m much more satisfied with my purchase(s) lol

Extremely pricey for average stock. They were also limited on what they have. No martini heads, just the bulb ones. I was pretty let down in this store

This shop is small. But is stocked with everything you could want and need. The deals in this shop are great. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you find all it is you are looking for. If you are looking for something check this place out first. You wont regret it.

They will hassle you for an I.D. for pipes and screens. Thats fine. 9 other shops around will sell me pipes and screens no questions asked.

Its ok but they dont tell u you cannot return this idem once you open it and use but then it doesnt work well how do you know if its gonna work till u try the products. Then you go to manufacturers of product they say only 24hrs and if you used it can not be returned the store should should tell u this before u buy there products

Love the employees I love this place but its excellent and if you want something you can ask to see if they can order it for you theyre very helpful courteous kind considerate and not just theyre trying to make a buck they actually talk to you and Im very helpful and helping understand different things I would recommend this place over any other Ive been to so far I love it and very reasonably reasonably priced and like I said the employees there are the greatest thank you for all your help are very wonderful ladies and patient thank you again love going there youll be seeing me soon

Make sure to ask for a receipt if you buy something and if you plan on making a return you have only 48hrs. Just a heads up because they explained none of that to me until I tried to make a return 3 days after purchase.
