Great atmosphere as soon as you walk you feel relaxed and welcome.I had the Works and highly recommend it!Linda was professional and gentle, explained everything and I was extremely comfortable throughout all my experiences.Will be telling my family and friends.

This was my first colonic experience and I have to say everything went well. Sammy was super sweet and informative. She answered all my questions which calmed my nerves about the whole procedure. The place is super earthy and calming. I instantly felt lighter! I will definitely return!

It was my first time doing colon hydrotherapy, and I was extremely nervous going in. The spa was very clean and relaxing. Right way Linda made me feel very comfortable and calmed me down. She explained everything very well. During procedure she did check on me to make sure I was comfortable . I did not feel any pain or discomfort is relaxing. I felt very refreshed and light after my appointment. Next day I feel really really good. I don’t know if it works for everyone but I also lost a few pounds. I will be going back again. It was an amazing experience. I will be booking other services. Thank you.

I staff was amazing! They placed close attention to details and were kind and courteous. The location had a relaxing vibe from the moment I walked through the door. This helped calm any bits of anxiety I had about my first visit. I totally recommend you try it for yourself.

What an experience! So today was the day to clean my colon out. I was so scare couldnt sleep the night before.When I arrived I had the pleasure to meet Sammy. She was so welcoming, sweet, kind, understanding and I can go on. She made me feel so comfortable. Talk to me through the process everything went well and smooth. I already booked my second session for next week.8 hours later feeling light as a feather.

Experience was much better than I had before. The staff was very nice, welcoming and respectful. The place itself was very clean. The machine (I went for a colonic and radiofreq) was pretty impressive and worked well.

I had only hoped they’d be nice and professional so I can get in and out quickly. They are above and beyond THEE sweetest and kindest business I have ever encountered. From their greetings, bedside manners, instructions abba above all compassionate and empathetic to whatever you are feeling. I am a regular and they make all the difference in giving you the best experience you can. And they deliver it every time! My 1st time getting a colon hydrotherapy. I have been wanting to try one for years, but was a little bit nervous about what to expect.My experience here was beyond outstanding! My first time trying colon cleanse was last year , but I’ve being experience some issue with my digestive system, than I decide to call inner health I spoke to Linda over the phone to get me scheduled, the minute I got in the office Linda was very kind and professional explain each step of the procedure , she help me getting more relax cause I was a little stress . She help me remain calm check on me Every 15 minute to make sure I’m ok . When the process are done she explain to me how I need to take my probiotic and she also offer me the product they have at the clinic with no pressure and I end up go with her products . I will definitely recommend Inner health for a routine clinic and to keep your gut in check .

I had been reading about the benefits of colon hydrotherapy and I knew I wanted to try it. I found Inner Health online and saw how convenient and private their location was. I called and spoke to the owner Linda. It seems she is always there and she sounded like she had a great deal of compassion and knowledge. I booked the appointment but was a tiny bit nervous about the process. When I got there Linda greeted me and took the time to answer more questions. The place is beautifully decorated, truly a serene atmosphere, and very well sanitized. All of the safety precautions are practiced. She is so sweet and calm. I knew I went to the right place. The process was so easy and not uncomfortable at all. I knew I would probably need a few times before I would really see the benefits. I wasnt pressured to book another appt...I just really wanted to.I now make it a point to go periodically and have recommended it to family and friends!

I’ve been looking into this service ever since I heard about it about 6 months ago and I’m very grateful I found Inner Health and met Linda. Linda explained the process and answered any questions I had and didn’t make anything uncomfortable or awkward. Even prior to meeting Linda was easily accessible via text.Everything was super sanitary and her shop was very welcoming. After the experience I feel so great, you don’t realize how “bloated” you feel every day until you do this process. A few hours later and I’ve already told plenty of friends, family, and even a couple coworkers how great of an experience this was. I’ll definitely be back, wish I could give it more stars.

Came in for my first colonic ever was feeling bloated and sluggish for a couple years so knew I had to do something to change this and right away from entering the place the environment is so clean felt calming and relaxed. Sammy took care of me went over everything and explained how everything works putting my mind at ease and stayed with me until I was comfortable there is also a button you can push right next to you if you need anything she’s so nice and ever since my colonic two weeks ago I have had no more bloating no more feeling sluggish my stomach is flat again my energy is back and mood improved wish I had done this sooner! I had a great experience my first time it was a little scary in the beginning but I was very very extremely constipated because I am on methadone and other prescription medications but even though. everything worked out and I felt like a million dollars I had an appetite that I hadnt had in years I felt so much better and I havent felt sick in the morning and constipated nearly as bad. Im planning for my second session in a few days. its $120 for your first session but I think the procedure is priceless

I dont even know where to begin. My experience with Linda has been nothing but phenomenal. I live in Southern California however whenever I am traveling back east through New England she ALWAYS finds time to fit me into her extremely busy schedule. If you don’t use the bathroom regularly or just want to rid your body of tonics, I highly recommend getting a colonic. It was my first time and Linda made me feel completely comfortable. She had great communication and it felt like during the appointment her full attention was on me and gave me advice about my diet with dairy, and education about how some of the body parts work together with the colon, to explain the benefits of a colonic. I left feeling lighter and happy that I had just gotten all of that out of my body. The whole experience was the most clean, posh way I could think of for eliminating lots of waste. I would highly recommend booking your colonic without Linda today.

I love having more energy after having a colonic. The room is private, comfortable and very clean. And as a bonus it’s warmly decorated! Definitely coming back! I find it’s a great way to kick off my juice cleanse. 😁

I came in because my left leg was numb and I couldnt feel my leg with a blocked colon. Linda was great. At the end of the session I had the feeling back in my leg again. The procedure is painless. Linda at Inner Health Colon Therapy is an angel sent from heaven. I was very hesitant about this procedure, but after struggling with digestive issues my whole life I was desperate to try anything. Within a pristine spa like environment, Linda made me feel 100% comfortable throughout the whole procedure and additionally discussed routines to further aid my track to feeling amazing. Instantly I felt lighter and energized, a feeling I have not felt in quite some time. I would highly recommend Inner health!

I was nervous when I first went here. The staff here was very patient with me. I know there is times I can act like a big baby. I was shown how to do everything on my own and well educated how to take care if my body. I had this done three years ago. Because of her professionalism Im willing to go back.

Nov 7, 2021. Edit- place moved to back of same building, however, Google maps no longer gets you to the correct place now. It sends you to a dead end. Owner has been having issues getting this updated. Dont take the left on West st. Take the next left instead.Perfect for seasonal changes. Clean, warm, friendly and relaxing.

Scheduling practices are pretty old school and done via a planner. While the services are great, she has repeatedly incorrectly booked appointments so you show up for an appointment and she tells you that you don’t have one, as someone else is booked at that time. She then asks for proof of confirmation of the appointment and when you produce it, she then asks you to wait until the end of the day and she will accommodate you. While it’s great that she attempts to rectify the issue, it’s highly annoying to schedule and confirm then to arrive be be told you don’t have an appointment multiple times.

First off the place is warm, cozy, welcoming, and so cute! I felt very comfortable during my colonic experience and suggest everyone give it a shot!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Inner Health in Mansfield. This is a one of a kind place. I was seeking an alternative to the prep for a colonoscopy. The typical prep for this procedure is uncomfortable and causes some side effects. I found Inner Health, spoke with Linda, and found that this could be even more effective than the nasty prep drink. The actual session was comfortable, non-evasive and did the job in the most pleasant way. Linda is certified in Hydrocolon Therapy and highly knowledgeable and, best of all, she makes you feel at ease. Now I go just for the wonderful way you feel after a colonics treatment. This is the best way to prep for the colonoscopy procedure and also to rid of toxins and feel so much better.

I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. I got service the cleanse and let me tell you, the room is private and super clean. I will be making this my go to spot. Thank you so much ❤️
