N&L Foot Spa. Massage

I have visited A&L and it has always been exceptional. However, my most recent experience was not the best. I spoke to the manager (Angie)and explained the issues I had. She offered me a free massage. Next time I went in, she gave me the best massage. The manager responded in a courteous, professional manner and made up for the poor, previous experience. Great place!!!

N&L Foot Spa massage is best. I have an excellent experiences with a couple Massage there. This massage spa is very clean and quiet. All employees are Professional and friendly.I am strongly recommended everybody come there get your best experience!

I love getting my massages at this place. I found it a few years back. I have not gone anywhere since. Amy and the staff are amazing. They are the best in DFW!

Husband and I walked in for a 60 min massage. We were immediately warmly greeted and brought to a couples room. Nice soft lighting and music made it very relaxing. I asked for hard pressure and he was not shy about it. They really get into the pressure points and he instinctively knew my problem areas without my pointing them out. We walked out feeling amazing. Will be back next time we’re in the area!!

I was hesitant at first and expecting it to be mediocre based on other foot spas I have been to in the area. I was so impressed and I didn’t even tell her what areas to focus on. My body feels so much better! I was in so much pain and my body just felt out of whack. I left feeling completely happy with the service received. I will definitely be booking more treatments with her.

My masseuse was fantastic; she used a variety of stretching and massage techniques. She worked out all of my kinks and knots patiently.

UPDATE 3/2024Stopped in for a massage without an appointment, and they got us right in (on a Saturday!)Husband and I had the foot/body combo massage and both agreed it was the best massage weve had in a while! (And we get massages 1-2 times per month)----------------Great place for an inexpensive but still great massage! You get a full body (clothes on) and feet massage. Ive been going there for almost 2 years and highly recommend it if you need some relaxation.

This was my first time here at this establishment and the massage was excellent, however at the end when I left a tip the massage therapist then made a face & got an attitude. If a tip is mandatory they should place a sign upfront and let us know what is the percent that should be given therefore you do not have a person standing in front of you being rude and then speaking clearly upset in another language and making you feel uncomfortable about the tip. If a tip must reach a certain percentage I’m all for it but post the expectation. It is not nice to treat your customers with pressure, you come in to relax and you leave stressed out.I will not return, no matter how exceptional the massage was, this should not happen in any business, and I truly respect the hard work and that majority of people who work in this kind of job rely on tips however the treatment I received because “my tip wasn’t enough” was very unprofessional.

This massage parlor has far more skilled & knowledgeable masseurs than the typical one.

I usually dont leave reviews but I had to today! I came into the spa with a gigantic knot under my shoulder blade. I shared my issues with Angela and she got to work! Outstanding job from head to toe! Thank you Angela and I definitely will be back!

My husband and I have been coming here for several years, sometimes 2 times a week. We love getting massages here because Wilson and Ivy are so good at what they do. They are always professional, try their best to work on areas that really need attention and the best part about it, is they both speak and understand English very good! We love that their is no communication issue at all. I highly recommend trying them out. If you have sore backs, headaches or stress, this place will do wonders for you.

I have had many massages from well-known chain establishments, but N&L offers the best massages I have ever had. They are extremely clean, professional, flexible, and are gifted masseuses, and offer exceptional care at extremely low prices comparatively.The atmosphere is very relaxing, with dimly lit rooms with small windows that offer the right amount of privacy. They play soft music which is nice. The masseurs dont speak to you, except at the beginning to ask what amount of pressure you prefer, and when you need to turn over. It is so refreshing to just be able to relax instead of being forced to make polite conversation with your masseuse.At the end they wait for you by the front door and give you a bottle of water.I have gone multiple times with my husband, and it is no extra charge to have a couples massage, which is fun! I have also gone with my mom and been in the same room and that was nice, too. They also offer a 10% birthday discount.Again, out of all the expensive and professional massages from chains and exclusive spas that I have had, this simple location by far offers the best massages out of any I have ever received, and other friends/family with the same experiences as me completely agree!

One stars just out of generosity. After reading reviews off of Yelp, my friend and I decided to check out this place feeling pretty excited.$30.00 for a foot massage includes head, full arms, and feet. Nothing better than that, right? The guy that I had was good. A little rough, but bearable.The reason for rating this place one star was because of the atmosphere, confusion with one of the masseurs, and comfort level.Atmosphere was bad in my opinion. When I go in for a massage, I like having a quiet atmosphere where the workers arent talking to each other. I mean, its cool if you do, but I mean, the least you can do for your customers is whisper. Major disappointment.So whenever my friend and I were done, we paid, we tipped, we left, etc. the masseur that massaged my friend came outside and indirectly asked him for more (of course he didnt based on his performance). Your friend tip $x.00 amount. And you tip $x.00 amount? Um...we tip based on performance sir...(we didnt say that, but still). Be careful!

June 10, 2020.I have been a patron of this location for several months in the past. They must have changed management. as the friendly host is gone. I went to this place for a birthday massage, which is advertised as 1/2 price, along with my boyfriend. They did not honored the advertise on their website, they gave us a $10 discount. Plus we discovered on site they no longer accept debit/credit payments.Everything was good, until the end they demanded a tip. Now, in the USA a tip is given if the service was good, its not supposed to be expected, much less demanded.This is my last visit to this place. I understand their business has been affected by CoVid19, but with this service methods, it will just push customers away.

I have been to N&L foot spa half a dozen times. I usually get the $30 foot massage for 1 hour. Every time the music has been relaxing and the masseurs never talk to each other but in whispers to relay information from one to the other. They usually do this at hand off time, because there is usually one who massages your face and head while your feet soak. Then another (stronger one) comes in to do your feet and then they do a clothes-on massage on your shoulders, arms, legs and back. The only critique I have is that the back and foot massage is very, very strong. If you are looking for a deep muscle massage, this would be it. I have to tell them a little lighter usually and then it is better.Also, the person at the front desk doesnt really speak English, but if you point at the massage you want on the chart at her desk she understands. I have never been overcharged, heart loud noises from other rooms, had dirty towels or any of the other complaints listed from the other reviewers.

I hate to be so harsh but this was honestly one of the worst massages I have ever received. I had to wait 25 mins which was no problem, they let me lay in a room. But the masseuse had literally no technique at all. I did not feel relaxed, and was pretty annoyed that I am still knotted up and felt like all he did was rub oil on me and wipe me off. Highly disappointed and would never return

Maria was very professional and so sweet! This was my first-time getting eye lash extensions and I loved my experience! She talked me through from top to bottom of what eyelash extensions are! Mentioned things I didn’t even know! I barely felt her doing my lashes at all which creates an even more relaxing environment. Once I saw the mirror I was shocked at how much a difference it made, I felt like a new person. Maria is so nice and friendly, she informs you about the aftercare which is amazing! Definitely recommend 10/10 to book with Maria at SAED Lash Boutique located in N & L Foot Spa!!

It’s a shame that the talent level of the masseuses doesn’t stack up to how nice the place is. The private massage rooms are clean, large and look well maintained. The restroom was clean, so I felt like the whole place was pretty sanitary. The lady that massaged me had absolutely zero skills. She mostly just lathered oil on me and called that a massage. I requested heavy pressure, but she mostly just sat on an office chair while she rubbed my back. I asked to speak to the receptionist halfway through the massage, but the lady said “sorry -she is busy”. I complained after the massage and they offered me a 30 minute massage, which I would need to pay for. Absolutely dissatisfied.

A friend and I went here a couple months back because I got a Valpack coupon in the mail and we picked the combo deal. We had a positive experience there. Staff was nice and informative. The masseuses didnt talk much except to instruct us to remove clothes for each section and ask if we wanted to add something to our deal (couldnt understand what she was saying so we declined, but they didnt press it further, which is a plus). Im okay with the lack of talking, just wanted to enjoy the moment. The room we were in was dimly lit, and there was some soft and relaxing music playing. It was a nice atmosphere. My friend remarked she felt like a noodle afterward because it felt so nice. Id definitely like to go back.

Did the $29 package and it was awesome! I fell asleep 3x I was so relaxed! Not only is it full body massage, but they also soak your feet and then do hot stone massage on your legs as well. Definitely would recommend- great price too!

Person at front desk said 20% tip was required on our bill of $140. This was told to us after we where done with our massage. The massage was just okay we orginally left $5 tip. We paid the 20% just to avoid confrontation. Will never visit here again.

BEWARE. Do not recommend. Place is filthy. Lights are dimmed so you cant see how filthy the towels are. I had a foot massage and my feet were put on a wet towel - which was obviously re-used from previous customer. Turn on the lights for yourself and have a look, and feelthe towels near your feet before you start the massage.Also, the bags they soak your feet in are re-used. I saw this going to the restroom and their filling station is behind restroom in the back. The body massage single use bed sheets are re-used, which is disgusting and totally reckless. You can tell if you take a look.

I called this morning 04/29/2019 to make an appointment for myself and boss. I was told that 3pm was available. I told them we would like to reserve that time. When I arrived at 3pm I was told by the lady at the counter that she tried to call me at 2:50pm from the number I called from (which was my desk number) and did not get an answer. She at that time gave my appointment away. I asked why she did not get a phone number from me this morning if she was going to call back and confirm. She did not answer the question. I am also confused why she would not have the person that walked in at 2:50pm wait to see if I arrived at 3pm before giving away the time slot. This was a birthday present for my boss so it was even more disappointing. I feel like this is bad business practice and will not recommend them to anyone.

I just left this place after paying them a $100 dollars for services render . I gave her a tip and she tells me she wants $20 dollars because that is good for a $100 dollar service . I told her that, that is not right because people give tips according to their heart desires. That request really bothered me.

This is excellent place , l just left and l feel like a new person , l called earlier and made an appointment , but they took a same day appointment ! Well worth the combo massage I paid for , Highly recommended !

Best massage ever! I went in because I had shoulder pain and my masseuse knew how to fix it.

If you want a mediocre massage through a scratchy bath towel, this is the place to go. Twice during my 30 min body massage, the guy had to leave to go answer the door or phone.

Beware of this place I really doubt these licensed massage therapists and they have a lot of English speaking customers that go in there so they need to learn more English. I got the combo I told the guy he was massaging to hard and he kept saying yes he massaged my feet so hard now everyday my feet hurt they are sore every morning when I wake up and this has been 3 weeks ago! So do not go to this place they need to shut down!!

Love this place. I always ask for deepbtissue massage. The place is not fancy but they sure get the knots and tension off....thats all I need. You to need to call ahead to make your appointment.

Wife and I came here to get a message. This was the only place open near by. We initially chose the 1 hour message. It seemed to pass very quickly then the staff asked if we wanted to extend it while on the table. We agreed. At the end we paid a total of $140. I’ve been there three times and they seem to run away because they don’t understand or speak English. One time I did get a massage but it was mediocre. I prefer A+ massage.

The massage here is very professional, and the hygiene is very clean, in this situation their disinfection measures are very good, the staff have been working with masks and gloves, they only accept appointment now, you need to call first to make an appointment, because there is a change in business hours now!

Ouch ! WARNING ! If you have any plans requiring a physically-able body, and would like a nice massage, seek a licensed professional .Or roll the dice and sign a disclaimer that says you cant sue if they cause injury. ( It took weeks of back pain for my recovery. )There must be some legal loop-hole that needs to be closed for this place to go away.

Booked a 60 minute appointment, just to arrive and be told that they could only give me a 30 minute massage because they have another appointment.

I love coming here. I have been coming for a few months now. Every person that has massaged me has been amazing and has always catered to the pressure I have requested. Lee is one of my favorites! I typically choose a chair massage or I do the combo. Very reasonably priced and always nice and professional!

Cindy gave me a combination massage and not only was it relaxing, but she worked through several of my knots with deep tissue and reflexology techniques. Angela’s customer service from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal the second I walked in. This is definitely my new go to spa spot!
