Just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, followed by an extremely relaxing and refreshing facial at Healing Massage Spa! This place is amazing and after, I was just so excited to give them a 5 ⭐️ review. I cannot wait to go back, this will be for sure my go-to place!I called on Saturday for a next day appointment and they were able to get both my husband and myself for a one hour massage, followed by a one hour facial. I had Amy for both treatments, who packs a lot of power in such a small body! I still can’t get over how great she was! 💪🏼🤯 My husband also had a wonderful experience with his masseuse, but we missed his name for this review.Half way through the massage, they both suggested we extend to a 90 minute massage, as it had been a long time since we both treated ourselves and we were both full of tension and knots. It was an easy agreement to continue and so worth it, we both feel amazing!Thank you Healing Massage Spa!!! Really looking forward to the next visit! 😁

Wow! What an incredible experience! Now I understand why they were voted best of Georgia! We called for a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate us. As soon as we hung up, they text us directions and an intro to their services - including a note that cash purchases get two free massage add-ons (a picture of the choices is attached to this review). I highly suggest you stop by the atm and pay in cash, because those add-ons made all the difference in the world.We both got full body massages, and opted for the two add ins, peppermint and lavender head massage and muscle tension soothing therapy for us both. Since we were both getting a massage at the same time, we opted for a couples massage. We were escorted into a dimly lit room that was tastefully decorated and smelled great.Our therapists were Tally and Summer. Tally was highly communicative and asked many questions to be able to make sure the massage brought relief and wasn’t too hard or too soft. That’s great because I’ve had many bad massages in the past at other places because I never had the nerve to speak up and ask for more pressure. That was no problem today. I asked Summer for deep tissue from the start and she delivered exactly what I needed. She worked on my traps and got some serious knots out. If you’ve never had a head massage with essential oils, I will tell you it was way better than I anticipated and made me tingle from my head to my toes! The muscle tension relief was a hot towel soak to relax the muscles and some sort of nice thick therapy gel that reminded me of Tiger Balm.Our visit was relaxing, therapeutic, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great massage that fit our needs. We have found our new favorite massage spot!

Well, now I know why this place has 5*. I went last night for a facial and massage. I arrived and asked if I could do my facial first and they were great with my request. I got a double room all to myself, but it was still cozy.The facial was wonderful! The peel at the end was fantastic and so much face massaging throughout!I next got a massage. There may have been miscommunication on my part, because I thought the office manager said each massage included reflexology, but my therapist hardly rubbed my feet (only downside bc I really love my feet rubbed).I opted for an add-on of cupping and it was great. Ive never had it done before and it was interesting. I liked it! Only bad thing was because you have to be on your stomach for it (and no extra time added to massage), you get a lot less time on the front, but it felt worth it to me. My therapist was Lucy.One thing was that I was in the room right next to the front door and could hear the comings and goings of everyone and that distracted a little from relaxation.However, I will be back!!

Best massage I’ve had in a long time. I booked an hour massage after reading others reviews as well as it being a Veteran Owned small business (I’m a Veteran myself) and I was not disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable, professional massage therapists, clean and relaxing. I had some stiffness in my neck and right shoulder for a few weeks. The therapist listened to my needs, and the amount of pressure I desired in that area. I left feeling relaxed, and will definitely be booking again. I highly recommend.

EDIT 5/6/24I have to edit my review as I went back and the experience was completely different from the first time I visited. Let me tell you about my experience yesterday.Upon arrival I showed my text message that I had previously posted a review and they rewarded me with 3 add ons and hot stone/towel.As I was getting my massage , he recommended hot stone for additional $10 and I said and told him I had free stones. He left the room and returned with someone and she said yes free stones, but he will leave soon and a different masseuse will come in. So about 20 minutes later they switched. ( it was very disruptive) .After the massage when I checked out they charged me $140. As you can see their website price was $130. Her explanation was that I booked a same day appointment. So they charge an extra $$$$10.I left disappointed ☹️My experience was excellent ! I appreciate the manager being thoughtful about my preferences. I got the 60 min head, neck, shoulder, back and 30 minutes foot massage.My masseuse, Lucy, was 🤩⭐️amazing! The added bonus of the peppermint oil scalp massage and the foot scrub took it to another level.I cant wait to go back!!!!

I have been in need of a good massage therapist who knows what theyre doing for a long time, 7 years to be exact. Im a massage therapist myself, so its hard to find someone who can do the kind of work that I need and like.When I came home last night after a long week of work, my body was a wreck, and I needed a massage badly. I called around to a couple local places until I found an opening here. You never know what to expect from a massage at a new place, you just bite the bullet and hope for the best.I can say that it was literally the best massage Ive had in 7 years, and ironically my therapists name was Seven. He has been in the business about as long as myself, 10 years, and he definitely knows the body well. He has the right amount of strength and flow to give a relaxing and deeply therapeutic massage. Treat yourself and go for two hours, you wont be disappointed. I know Ill be going back again soon.If you pay cash, they also give you two free add-ons. I got the hot stones/hot towels, and the sugar foot reflexology scrub. They also have aromatherapy and other choices.I highly recommend getting your next massage at Healing Massage Spa, and go see Seven. Youll love it!

What a wonderful experience and totally see why there’s 5 stars constantly as you scroll the reviews. I had Fiona work on me for 2.5 hours and it was magical. Because I paid with cash I was able to add on two extras and chose the scalp massage and foot scrub. She worked on me the full time, asked several times to be sure I was okay with pressure, and when I felt too much pressure even after just telling her I was fine, she was quick to reduce the pressure.Never experienced such a massage before and would certainly be back.

This is the best spa I have ever been to! Very nicely decorated, very nice workers. They always have great deals. The services are amazing and I send my partner here regularly to relax.

This was by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had & I’ve been getting massages for years. Booking an appointment was super easy! They accommodated my need for a same day appointment with me giving an hour notice. I hurt my lower back and I have chronic back pain. Lucy took such great care of me and really took the time to work on the area I was in pain with. I received a one hour Swedish massage, muscle relieving lotion, hot stone/towel & 15 minutes of cupping totaling an hour & 15 mins bringing the total to $100!! Their pricing is extremely reasonable. Tip- If you pay cash you get a free service included in your session. After the massage the customer service I received during check out was very friendly & left a great impression. From the customer service, bedside manner, atmosphere/aesthetic & the services provided I highly highly recommend you to book your appointment with Healing Massage Spa! I had my first massage today at Healing Massage Spa. To be honest I did not know what to expect as I have had dozens and dozens of massages over the years including from 5 star hotels. I was totally surprised AND amazed at the service! From the online reservation interaction to the warm and professional greeting from the front desk receptionist to my massage therapist, Lucy, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, professionally warm and had an elegant touch. I can recommend Healing Massage Spa with the highest rating!! Can’t wait for my next massage.

Best massage I’ve ever had in Georgia! Lucy was very detailed and really customized it to my knots and trigger points, which I appreciated as most places I’ve been to around the area do a very generalized routine & spend a lot of time on top of the sheet before skin to skin. The lavender scalp massage was a 10/10 as well, which was a free add on for paying cash!I will only be returning to this place from now on and referring my friends!

I try a lot of these Asian Massage places and this one is the BEST in the area! They charge $70 for a 60 minute massage and offer 2 $10 add on services for free. I got the mint scalp massage and oragnic coconut oil, which were both great.The lady did a full 60 minutes and made pressure adjustments actively, listening to my body. I have been short changed on time MANY times and given 53 minute massages when I bought a 60 minute massage.Ill definitely be back, thank you for giving a great massage and not cutting corners!

I am relatively new to Healing Massage, but after seeing numerous reviews, I decided to give them a try. I found the facility to clean, very accommodating and serene. Everyone is very friendly and makes your visit extremely relaxing. I will continue to use Healing Massage to assist in the extreme muscular tightness and nerve pain that I experience since my hip replacement surgery and finding out that I have some narrowing in the spinal column. I look forward to my next treatment!

I’ve been coming to this spa for about two years now. Each time I call or text for an apt, the staff is very prompt on a timely return. I’ve never had an issue scheduling or getting on their books and a bonus is if you book ahead you get a small discount (not sure if that’s an always thing) I’ve seen a few different therapist and I have loved each one. If you’re looking to relax with a massage this is the place to go. I have yet to go for a facial but they do offer that as well.

Had a last minute appt called as I had a really bad week and was super stressed and tense. I never been here but was seen same day. I had a male masseur. At first I was skeptical but when I tell you… he was wonderful. I know I’ll be back. Great massage and great price and add ons etc.. Matter of fact sooner than later.

This is my absolute favorite place to go get a massage!! I found it by accident one day and had no idea it was only about 10 mins from my house in Woodstock! The massages are incredibly relaxing and they have fixed pinched nerves, tight muscles, etc. The prices are great and the staff is wonderful. And you can often get a next day (sometimes even a same day) appointment which is hard to find! It’s clean, peaceful and everyone I’ve seen so far has been great!

Excellent service and great attention to detail. I called for a last minute appointment for my boyfriend’s birthday. They were able to accommodate him along with going above and beyond with his experience. He was welcomed with a birthday greeting and decorated special room. He said the massage and first time facial was amazing! Thank you!

Ive been experiencing ongoing lower back pain and a friend said that massage therapy really helped her with lower back pain. I had a great massage at Healing Massage Spa by Seven. My back pain was much improved after a 60 minute massage. Their prices here are also reasonable. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I have been going to the Healing Spa since 2022. My daughter-in-law and son were in town from NY and she wanted to treat me to a massage, so we went to Google to look for a spa. We saw many but for some reason we choose the Healing Spa. We made appointment not knowing what to expectthe truth is after we got our massages our mouths were opened. She said to me I live in New York where there are s many massage spa there and she has gone many but none compare to what we experience at the Healing Spa. I felt the same way abd ever since 2022 my husband and I started going there to present and it just gets better and better. The truth is this is the only Spa in Atlanta or anywhere that I will go to, they are that good. I introduced my friend April to them, and she has been going there monthly non- stop . This is truth try just once and you will never stop going. Why because they have the best massage therapist that I have been to and they have a variety of different products to choose from.You can take me at my word I have nothing to gain by lying. The Healing Spa is the best 👌.

Both my shoulders, neck and back have been bothering me for the past several weeks, so I decided to try Healing Hands for a massage.This place is on 2 miles from my home, near Lassiter High School, so very convenient. I am so glad I did, I had a wonderful experience! My therapist started out easy to loosen up my very tight muscles. By the time the hour was over I had full range of motion in both shoulders.The place is very nice, clean and relaxing. Everyone was very professional. I went in at 1:15pm and he stopped at exactly 2:15pm. If you schedule at least a day before, you get a $5 discount. If you pay in cash, you get a choice of 2 upgrades- I chose the Hot Stones an Muscle soothing therapy.Best money I have spent in a long time. I went ahead and scheduled another one in 4 weeks. Not only are they the best at massages in the area, they are honest!!! I left a $2500 gold chain there 3 weeks ago and couldn’t find it anywhere. I searched every inch on my property until I tracked my footsteps. 3 weeks later I gave them a call and asked if they had similar chain, at last, they found it. Thank you Healing Massage!!!

This was my second time here the first massage was great second massage was not good the pressure applied was deep using mainly her elbow, you can tell that they’re not really trained as the time is not equally distributed too long in spots that don’t need it and too little in parts that do need more time. Poor technique and she kept checking her phone. I will not return.

I requested the 90 minute massage since Ive been struggling with pain and muscle tightness. It was SO worth it. I have never been so spoiled in my life. Lucy asked what areas I needed worked on the most, and how soft or hard a massage I preferred. I requested a stronger massage to releave pain Im sure that she had a physical workout softening all of my tight areas. I didnt want to move, I was so relaxed afterwards. I will definitely be returning.

Healing Massage Spa is a hidden gem in Marietta East Cobb, my masseuse was Rebecca and she didnt disappoint. Rebecca provided an excellent deep tissue massage that had my back feeling better in no time. She also applied hot stones with moist heat (hot towels) and coconut oil which I thoroughly enjoyed, Ill be visiting on a regular basis to keep my body feeling fantastic.

Hands down, the best massage Ive ever had in Atlanta. I normally never get tired during a massage, but this was so relaxing that I actually became sleepy, which is a first for me, and I have gotten massages for years. This is where Ill be going now, every time. They were very kind, helpful, professional, everything. I loved it here.

During my professional career, I managed a high profile health spa in northern California for several years auditioning massage therapists from all over the world. After moving to Georgia, I brought my knowledge to open the first full service spa in Atlanta. Since retiring from the business, I’ve tried many local therapeutic massage establishments. Healing Massage Spa excels in a quality staff, professional therapists, and customer service which always aims to please their clients. I highly recommend their services for consistent satisfaction.

After our couples massage experience I am dubious about the authenticity of reviews. We came bc my partner had a true therapeutic need. Others reviewers did warn the place was not spa-like. Those reviews were honest. It’s definitely not spa quality. The massage was good except I nearly suffocated bc the air quality in the room was so poor (think a moist closet). I specifically asked special attention be paid to my partner’s aching part (as an add-on) and that was completely ignored. We couldn’t wait to leave and as we were doing so my partner’s clothes were on the floor in mystery liquid (presumably water but who knows). The “massage therapist” were skilled and the staff were very nice. It just was not the couple massage experience we were looking for.

Ever since I found Healing Massage, I haven’t gone anywhere else! All the massage therapists are kind, attentive, and take the time to really focus on the problem spots. I’ve always appreciated how quickly they’re able to accommodate me for an appointment and the services they include for free when you pay with cash. I highly recommend this place!

I have been there few times and I always request for Vicki, she is fantastic with her hands and she will concentrate on my problem area like my neck and shoulder. The place is clean and sanitized and I would highly recommend someone to go try to get their massage there

Much needed relief found. I went for a 90 massage to get relief from lower back discomfort, right knee pain and cramping leg muscles. I explain this when I arrived and Rubecca knew and found the source of my pain. I felt much relief the next day at work bending and squatting. Highly recommend Healing Massage Spa.

Over the past few months I have been trying out numerous massage places after reading online reviews and I would only go if they were highly recommended. I tend to work my body pretty hard working around my house and yard and as a result I get lots of knots in my body. I have tried the Epsom salt soaking at home with very little results so finding a alternative was high on my priority list. I came across Healing Massage Spa and started reading the reviews and it sounded very promising BUT it turned out to be about a 45 minute drive away sadly. The more reviews I read though I decided that I couldn’t dismiss trying it out and I am so glad that I did. I called and a nice lady answered the phone and I was able to set up a appointment quite easily and quickly. They followed up the phone call with a text message that provided lots of additional information. The 4 handed deep tissue massage was spectacular and I can’t say enough good things about the ladies. The attention to detail was amazing and they managed to locate knots that I wasn’t even aware of and then proceeded to address them. Sadly the hour went by too fast and next time I will have to opt for the hour and a half or even 2 hours! On the way home I drank lots of water to help flush out the lactic acid and once I got home I had to reach out to the owner and compliment the business and to proclaim that they now have all of my business. The massage and customer support was so good that it had me looking at what other services they provide. I may have to try out the Lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology or?? While some may say that I’m crazy to drive so far for a massage I personally think it’s completely worth the effort. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Kudos for a job well done!! Ive been getting massages for years, but I have to say that Healing Massage Spa has provided the best experience Ive had. The rooms are clean and always welcoming, the prices are excellent, and most importantly, the staff is fantastic. Ive been multiple times now and have had different employees deliver my massages, and each one of them is wonderful. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Not many people in my life have been able to press an elbow or thumb deep or hard enough into the tissue to illicit a strong enough stimulus to make my brain feel like a true knot existed or that a muscle was tighter than it should be.It hurt like heck. But I knew I needed the tissues stimulated, so, I communicated that.My back was bruised up and down after the massage. It’s yellow today! Haha. But it’s not sore. This whole canvas I’m painting is two fold:1. The byproduct released allows for blood to recirculate, prevents muscle tissues from fusing and adhering to other tissues inappropriately, and it allows nutrients within that trapped blood to be released, causing the bruising.2. You need to be honest with the masseuse about your pain threshold. *when they ask you for pressure, help them know what level of pressure is the appropriate/comfortable amount for you.Finding the right amount of pressure for your physical comfort is kinda of like a first date; Trying to understand what works for you, what you need, what you want, and where the boundaries are. Just communicate!They will prompt you though, and ask if what they’re doing is good i.e if you need more, or less.But, kudos to the masseuse! It was intense, impressive, and I will ask for your “light-medium” pressure next time.My first massage was mainly the lower back, hamstrings, with the other technique(similar to scraping with wooden tools)/cupping.Okay. That’s the vivid idea. It’s amazing. Could go on and on.

The second massage I received was for 90 min. With Hot Stones added on.I received two additional add-ons: a scalp massage, aromatherapy with lavender essential oils.The main areas of focus for my hot stone massage were: chest, upper back, neck, shoulders, and arms.The masseuse and I identified an appropriate amount of pressure, but even so, the new areas of focus had never experienced such relief from the metabolic waste build up. It was a bit uncomfortable, but again, like my last review, the fact that these were so tender, it was a necessity in my eyes. I but the bullet and chose to endure more discomfort for relief within the next 24 hours.I was shocked at how tender the area between the triceps were, the area between the shoulder and bicep/tricep, as well as the area between the forearm extensors and flexors along the backside of the forearm were, along each side of the ulna. It hurt, haha! And the shoulders were so tight, too! Boy do they feel much looser and you can almost feel that there is less restriction of circulation. I’m excited to see if the arm falls asleep or not tonight when I lay on my side (I need to sleep on my backside).Again. Walked away satisfied.I am grateful for the kind, gentle, strong, hardworking hands which care for the person that they are healing.

My husband had a massage here a few weeks ago and has been raving about his experience ever since. I finally tried it out myself yesterday and he was 100% right. Everyone was very communicative, friendly and caring and the massage itself was completely customized for my areas of concern. Somehow I got a huge crick in my neck and Im about to start 16 straight 10 to 16 hour days at work so I decided to give them a shot. My expectations were far exceeded. My therapist had excellent craniosacral technique, made me feel very comfortable and when I left I could turn my head from left to right without wincing in pain. Highly recommend.

I loved my massage. The person was wonderful and asked me every so often if the touch was correct. You know harder or softer. She worked really hard to move knots that I had in shoulders and legs. This was our first time at Healing Spa for a massage. We took a couple’s massage for 90 mins that included hot stones and lavender aromatherapy. It was very clean and relaxing. Our masseuses Lina and Julie were knowledgeable about how much pressure and where should the pressure be. I notified them of my sore areas on back and Julie focused on those spots for a long time relieving my pain. The hot stones were great addition. After 90 minutes, I left dissatisfied and in need of another, better massage. On leaving, there was no thank you or how was it? So, I am telling the owner it was below expectations.

Lisa does a fantastic job! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Woodstock. The first time I went there was a slight mishap with my appointment time being double booked, but they immediately made it up to me offering any other time the same day, free products, etc. I felt so much more relaxed just after the first time that I made a second appointment within a week. I’m going back for my third massage with Lisa today for a 90-minute this time because she does such a good job, and have already been referring friends and family to go to Healing Massage as well. I’ve been using healing spa massage for several months now. I have severe back pain from being a desk jockey for many years. I feel like a new person every time I leave his place. All of the ladies do an excellent job. They are great at working all of the tension out of the muscles in my back and neck totally alleviating my pain. The facility is relaxing, clean, and quiet. They do a great job at an affordable price Which allows me to come on a regular basis. I brought my sister-in-law’s here who were visiting from out of town and they absolutely loved it. They said they would come again on their next visit.

My overall experience exceeded my expectations. I received great service, same day appointment and a clean facility. I got a 60 minute massage that was great, but I would recommend 90 to ensure you get the whole body. I’ll definitely be back soon.

She was very thorough and professional. Unfortunately, I didnt get her name. The facility was clean but needs some cosmetic work. Patched walls need paint and sheets didnt fit table very well. Love that I found Healing Massage Spa so close to my house. My back was hurting and I found Grace at Healing Massage and got in within 30minutes of my call. What a wonderful experience! This is a relatively new business and they are going all out to please their customers. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. Grace used hot stones and towels to loosen the tightness and then she went to work. My back now feels great and I plan to return within a couple weeks. Good Job Grace!

I came to this location to get a massage to alleviate the pain I was having in my neck, shoulders, and one area on my back. The atmosphere is very calming to help you relax and the masseuses are very considerate about your comfort. They are also very informative regarding what you can do at home to help alleviate shoulder or neck pain. I got the hot stone massage and my masseuse was very kind and understanding. I will definitely be visiting again!

I was looking for a massage place that can provide real massage not just touching my skin softly, because I have neck and shoulder pains and my doctor recommends massaging as a long term healing therapy along with his other treatments. I have a membership with another chain store for 2 years but I was not very satisfied with them because they were more like relaxing instead of healing. I decided to cancel the membership with that one right after my first visit to this massage store. The facility is small, cozy and nicely decorated. The masseuse there asked very detailed questions before the massage and focused on my areas with pains. Her hands were firm and reached correct areas with great pressure. She also followed up with me after the massage one day later and discussed with me on the results and concerns. She wanted to figure out if her methods helped and what she can do to improve next time. They have a good referral policy as well. I am looking forward to their facial services to start.

First visit. Excellent service. Traditional Shiatsu massage techniques. Highly effective even at higher pressures. Masseuses can easily leave me sore when they use too much pressure. That was not the case here. Annie was very intuitive and easily identified areas where I had issues even though I had failed to recognize them. Excellent staff, excellent service, fair pricing. Will certainly visit Annie again

Hello. I came across this site on the recommendation of a friend and he spoke to me so well that I decided to go and it really surprised me that it really is a unique experience. The attention and treatment is really professional and warm. I work on home remodeling and I end my week very tired and in a lot of pain and when I get out of giving myself a massage I am really ready to start another month of work. I went to healing massage with extremely tight upper back and shoulder muscles. I have been experiencing dizzy spells from this for months. I decided to give this a try, and I felt relief after the first massage. They recommend I come a few more times to help relax the muscles and then I can come less frequently. I am looking forward to my massage again tomorrow!Their prices are good and they give discounts if you pre-book.Highly recommend!

I arrived on Sunday, March 14th for a 1pm massage and was greeted very nicely by the very kind lady at the front counter. Everything after that point was FANTASTIC. My masseuses skill level was impeccable. She adjusted the pressure I needed flawlessly. Next time I may be courageous enough to let her walk on my back, Ive never had that before.!!! I do not get massages regularly but I may start. My sciatic issues were in full swing prior to my visit but 2 days later I must say that the work she put in on my glutes, lumbar and hamstring areas have helped immensely. Thank you, I will be back.

Being a marine, he has some on the job injuries that would benefit from a massage. I have a spinal fusion that also benefits from massages. The building was super clean, everyone was friendly and followed Covid protocols. Both of our ladies did a great job at relieving our aches and pains. Will go back again.

We moved into the area about 9 months ago and Healing Massage Spa was right around the corner. You might question the quality based on its location, but dont...this place is top notch when it comes to providing pain relief. I have been there numerous times for just a standard massage - and they have all been great - but recently I severely pinched a nerve in my neck and a massage from here has provided more relief than 4 trips to the chiropractor. Definitely recommend!

Fortunately, Healing Massage Spa could fit me in for a 90 minute massage! I’m so glad I found this place! My massage therapist was so nice and attentive to my needs. My massage was soooo good and relaxing. I added on hot stones, muscle soothing relief, and the scalp massage. OMG the scalp massage was amazing!! I even got a good nap in—something that is hard to come by when you have two small kids. Lol! I’ll definitely be coming back and sending my friends here!

Seven did a great job of an invigorating deep tissue massage that incorporated serious work on my back and neck, scalp massage that relieved stress I didnt even know I had at my temples, a ridiculous foot massage, and some stretching at the end.He gave me the option of adding more time, which I appreciated, because an hour just wasnt enough.If you pay with cash, you get two complimentary upgrades, so I got tea tree oil and a peppermint scalp treatment on the house.For a nondescript place next to a Smoothie King, you will be pleasantly surprised when you give them a try.Facility is clean and relaxing.
