Had the best massage experience with Elvin! He assessed my needs, clarified his pressure level and was open for conversations! Highly recommend!The only other comment I would say was during the massage I heard a cabinet door slam on the other side of the wall, which scared me and momentarily took me out of the zone. Elvin apologized, informed me that they were the cabinet for the linens, and continued the massage.Can I suggest that you add soft close doors to those cabinets?

Neche is just awesome! Her hands are gifts and she has found her life purpose assisting ailing bodies through massages. She is so sweet. My husband and I have been clients for at least 4 years and always feel better after my appointments. Give yourself a regular self-care appt with her.

Both my teenage daughter and I have been seeing Kididia for about a year. She is incredible! She shares knowledge about nutritional and lifestyle impacts to skin health to educate clients. She has a wealth of information! She provides customized recommendations so as her client you know she is really working with your individual needs. She is fantastic with my daughter and encourages her to be patient with her routine and her changing skin needs. We just adore her!

Arteus is fantastic! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and provides custom massages to fit your needs. I’ve been a Massage Envy member for 10+ years, and he’s probably the best therapist I’ve encountered.

Latisha was amazing! You can tell when someone is passionate about their work. Her hands were like magic! She made sure to take the time to address areas that were tensed. Latisha is super professional and always asked if the pressure was ok. My next appointment will be a 90 min with her!

Imani gave me the best massage yesterday I have ever received. She had specific areas she worked on with obviously trained procedures. I highly recommend her and even am trying to get my wife to use her.

The spa Sandy Plains and really promotes an atmosphere relaxation. All the ladies are kind and friendly. My therapist Arteus is truly amazing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My job requires that I travel a lot and I’m always on the go…Arteus always helps me to reset and prepare for my week!

Not good, not bad. Wasn’t what I asked for. I booked the appointment because I had pain in my neck & shoulder. Stated specifically I wanted most of the time spent on that area. I got pressure in that area using his elbow but that’s it. He didn’t go deep into the muscle area to work out the knots. Left with as much pain as I went in. Felt like I waisted my time & money on that session. I have had other therapist work out the knots in that area so I know it could have felt better. He was nice but it was disappointing.

Arteus is an amazing therapist! Hes by far the best massage therapist Ive ever been to in years. He is trustworthy and makes me feel at ease and relaxed. He will check with you throughout the session if the pressure is within your pain threshold or if it needs to be increased. He does an excellent job loosening tight muscles, stimulate the circulatory system, and has pinpoint precision to find the spot(s) in need of attention. Excellent treatment and service. I recommend this company and therapist Arteus to anyone looking for excellent service.

Arteus was great! He is very detailed oriented with impeccable customer service. He truly is good at what he does. My only complaint is his location. I can hear all conversations, doors opening and closing, and laughing while getting a massage. That impacts the experience.

Upon the unexpected closing of Massage Envy Windy Hill I located my fabulous masseuse Arteus at Massage Envy Sandy Plains. The office couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful getting me set-up with appointments. Arteus has been my masseuse for years. If you need a great massage, give him a try and get a warm welcome from the Sandy Plains team.

This was my second 90 minute massage with Juana and it keeps getting better. She really listens to you about your aches and pains and is able to interpret them into a completely satisfying experience. I even dozed off and momentarily forgot where I was while she was massaging my feet!

Chelsi provides excellent pain relief with her massage techniques. She has recently learned myofascial-release techniques that have really helped me a lot with my stiff legs and sore lower back. I had hip-replacement surgery two years ago. Her massages make me feel more loose and relaxed.

Imani is amazing. I can not recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and has multiple techniques to ensure her client leave relaxed and rejuvenated. She understands what your body needs and works hard to fix any issues you may be experiencing.

I had an amazing facial by Kididia. She is extremely talented and confident in her skill. She took her time to explain the steps and process need to accomplish my goal. I left with glowing skin and an understanding of how to better take care of my skin.

Juana is an amazing masseuse. She uses the perfect amount of pressure, just ask you ask. She knows her anatomy & physiology and get all of the knots out of the muscle belly’s and tight places without pain.

Neche always give my body a relaxing afternoon when I see her. I have been a client for years now and getting my massages is apart of my normal self care. It helps me sleep better, relaxes all of my tense muscles from working all day. Neche is sweet, talented, and a gem at this location.

One extra star because i like message envy overall. but my facial was a disaster. nothing relaxing or special about it. i have got facials in message envy at other branches and loved it. that’s the reason i went in here. but not at all satisfied with the servivery. my skin got more dry after an hour of the facial. may be the asthesian thing. but let people who know how to do facial do the facials please

Tanya is the best! I like deep sports massage and she always delivers. She also incorporates some stretching which I need. I always leave relaxed.

I had a 60 min massage with Paris and it was PHENOMENAL. The pressure was perfect throughout the entire massage. My shoulders had a ton of knots which she worked through thoroughly. It was perfect. I would highly recommend Paris as a massage therapist at this location

Great staff here. They always have. Even during the pandemic. The only reason I give a 4 star would be because you have to make sure what therapist you get. There are a lot of therapist that ate super limited with the kind of massage they can do. But you can find a few there that aren’t in their first year and super experienced.

When I tell you Latisha is the SH$T there is no lie here!!! I walked in and was blessed by this womans hands and heart. She such an inspirational and amazing person. I didnt know that God had set all this up for me. I dont join anything but babeeee they got me yesterday I joined the membership. Im going to use it with smiles. Thank you Latisha for me and my friends massage on October 21st 2023. Oh and the two young ladies that was working the front hunny they walked me through the entire membership process leaving no stones unturned. They made sure I knew what I was signing up for. Great massage, just wish it could’ve been longer!

My massage yesterday with massage therapist Tanya was exceptional as usual! She knows exactly what areas to focus on and is constantly checking in with me to ensure that I am having the best treatment possible. Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had.

The massage was fine but it is never an hour massage. They came back to get me a couple minutes late, then they talk about what I want and give me time to change, and they finished early. My massage was from 3-4 and when I was paying it was 3:56 so she must have finished around 3:50ish because I still had to get dressed. So I paid $120 plus tip for a 45-46 minute massage. Ridiculous.

My massage therapist, Arteus, was the greatest massage therapist Ive ever had!

The therapists that I have seen at this location are amazing in their techniques. They cater to my needs and find knots I didn’t even know I had. I have had great services each time I’ve gone in, and it’s so pleasant to talk to the front desk staff as well.

Juana was great, very knowledgeable and focused on areas of need. Definitely recommend.

Service was terrible! Manager was rude and inconsiderate. Have been trying to contact the owner about the poor service and lying. No one has replied. Only go if you want to be MORE stressed!!!

I had horrific back pain starting Monday of this week. I went to a massage therapist Monday ( somewhat firm pressure) and my chiropractor Tuesday ( who helped tremendously) but Thursday morning I still woke us feeling knotted and in some pain. I scheduled with Latisha at the Sandy Plains location and she was absolutely amazing! Very firm pressure without hurting ( I used to work with massage therapists and many confuse hurting someone for firm pressure. But that’s not the best part. She was so uplifting and positive I left there feeling so much better physically and mentally.

I definitely felt better after my massage with Tanya- she really got into those tight muscles!

Luis is exceptional. He focuses on the specific needs of each client and shares his knowledge so that you can get the appropriate level of pressure to to relax and relieve stiffness and achy muscles. The very best.

Neche is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, she’s patient and she listens. I’ve been coming to her almost 3 years.

I went for a massage today with Luis and it was a very disappointing experience. Whenever I got onto the massage table, the cloth where you place your face was damp. Secondly, my therapist was falling asleep during my session! This used to be a great location, but has went down hill within the last year.

Megan is my number 1 recommendation for facials! She’s very gentle and can offer some amazing advice for skincare products. She understands different types of skin types and give you your own customized experience!

Way to expensive for a 45 minute massage. I was charged 175 I got a foot exfoliant and CBD lotion? They said it was suppose to relax the muscles but I would rather use icy hot or something. My masseuse was 10 minutes late into the room even though I came to my appointment 15 minutes early, and she finished 5 minutes early. So my total was 175 for a 45 minutes Massage I Will not be returning.

From the friendly reception staff and welcoming environment to the talented masseuse Paris, I know that when I come in for my appointment, I will feel special and taken care of!And this past visit was exactly what I needed to celebrate a birthday milestone :)Thanks team!

I usually go to Windy Hill (which I love), but this time around I booked to get a massage at Sandy Plains because I could book two massages for me and my friend for his birthday at the same time. When I got there, my massage therapist canceled. Looks like a nice facility but they will cancel on you last minute.

Ive had a Massage Envy membership for over 7 years and have visited many different locations. This one has the worst customer service by far. If you want to actually get a massage, do not book with Libby. The last 2 massages I booked here were cancelled the day of my massage just hours before. Same therapist both times and coincidentally she had an emergency come up both times. The second time it happened, I called to speak with someone and hopefully reschedule. I was told a manager would call me back, but its been several days and theyve done nothing. Its ridiculous that I have to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or be charged, but they can cancel on a moments notice TWICE and dont owe me anything.

For my first time to ME and first time for a facial, the front desk was courteous and professional. Taylor made my facial experience awesome! She listened to me, asked pertinent questions about my skin and care of my skin, at certain points of the facial. Overall, the one hour facial was relaxing and felt wonderful! Afterwards, Taylor suggested a couple products to use at home and answered all my questions. Thank you Taylor for your professional service.

Paris is a miracle worker. I always walk out feeling like a new person. The staff is also so friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about this place

One of the best decisions of my life was joining Massage Envy years ago. Before that I thought of massage as a treat or a luxury. Now I consider it the main component of my personal health care. Once I committed to a monthly 90 minute massage (actually every 3 weeks) my body doesnt get so far out of whack that I cannot do the things I enjoy without pain. My therapist takes time to target whatever specific areas are causing me trouble so that I dont end up with further complications. The money I spend is nothing compared to medical expenses that arise from not dealing with muscular tension and stress. The staff at the Sandy Plains location is exceptional. They are friendly and concerned about your comfort and total experience from start to finish. Thank you for changing my life!

I have given a review of five stars before but in the last 2 1/2 months I have been canceled on at least four times and they wait until the day of it to call me and cancel when they knew ahead of time that the person was not going to be there. Now the one time I had a problem and did not make it they still charged me for it but it’s OK for them to just cancel on the day of it. I called today to check on my massage for 2 days away and was told her schedule was rearranged and no longer had that time. They knew about this but did not call ahead of time to tell me that they were not going to be there.It’s extremely upsetting and I know sometimes if somebody calls in sick there’s nothing you can do about it but two of these times they did know ahead of time that the person wasn’t going to be there and they did not have the decency to call and cancel it. Now I have to wait another two weeks in order to get in. The massage therapist I’ve had are wonderful but they keep leaving which makes me wonder why.

Love the hospitality of the employees here and Paris is my favorite. She pays attention to detail and makes me feel relaxed and refreshed after getting a massage by her.

Massage Envy Sandy Plains is by far the best kept secret in East Cobb! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The facials are wonderful! Massages are exceptional no matter which therapist you have. I highly recommend getting the 90 minute! I’ve had a lot of massages at a lot of different places and I won’t go anywhere else now!

Friendly and great staff that greets you when you first walk in. Judy is a great massage therapist! Whether you’re looking to recover from gym/sports fatigue or injuries to just a relaxing massage to unwind for a bit, she’ll take care of you. Very personable and targets recovering areas when specified. Been coming here for months now and will continue to do so.

I had my second session with Jeanie for a microdermabrasion and I absolutely love the way she worked on my skin: I have been to other places and spas, I can tell you my experience with Jeanie has been absolutely fantastic. This location has such a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, it’s beautiful! And today I had the chance to meet Lidia, one of the owners; she made sure everything was in order and my experience there was top of the line I also give kudos to Aby who schedules all the appointments and has such a great attitude. Overall I would highly recommend this location, I’ll be back next month.

Elvin is the ONLY person worth seeing! I have seen several therapists at this location and two other surrounding locations and every time have walked out disappointed until Elvin.

I am a Massage Envy regular and I have not been to this location. I went for a massage and Luis was my therapist. He was WONDERFUL! I will definitely go back and book my next appointment with Luis.

For a chain company the entire experience was wonderful. Front desk staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The facility is clean and relaxing. I reccomend the 90 min massage but at least try the 60 min massage.Convenient location in a shopping center right off Sandy Plains and Shallowford.I will be going back for sure!

Joshua was excellent! He did a superb job on my shoulders and neck, finding every knot. Few therapists have this intuition, unfortunately. The staff was friendly and helpful and the whole place smelled and felt relaxing. The entire experience helped me de-stress and just relax.

Im not an easy to please client and not really a fan of membership deals. Well, it only took one experience at Massage Envy Sandy Plains for me to sign up for the year! The owners are friendly and helpful, the therapist was very experienced, the atmosphere was relaxing. The whole experience was a treat!

Good services at a price you treat yourself more often. I recommend 1.5 - 2 hour massage to work out all of your soreness or tensions. A true spa atmosphere, minus the fancy lobby and robes. A small sacrifice for a big discount. Other spas or parlors at this price are shady and or have no spa quality. Those other shops feel like Chinese food take-out.

Hands down one of the best experiences that I’ve had at Massage Envy. Logan was amazing - if he ever leaves, I’m going with him. Fair warning :-)

I have had to reschedule the last 2 appointments of my last 3 appointments because their therapists canceled. My last appointment was made 5 weeks in advance. I didnt even get a phone call my last appointment was canceled. The meeting invite they sent out was canceled so I called to find out was was going on. Very difficult to use them. Wont be back again. Thankfully there are 2 other locations near by.

My fiancee was treated horribly there by Joey. She was unhelpful, disrespectful, and rude to her. I have had a membership here for over 2 years and felt as though they did a great job, but following this treatment, I would avoid going here ever again and would stay away from the franchise if they make a habit of hiring people with this type of attitude to service the customer.

Chelsi is a lower-back witch doctor. If you’re sick and tired of that one spot being tight, she is your woman.

Logan the guy that did the massage was amazing!! but I always have a little bit of a difficult time when I go there Which makes it unpleasant and makes me not want to go back.

I had issues with appointment cancelations. One appointment was canceled the morning of. I rescheduled that appointment and then the service provider was a no-show, not answering cell phone either. I sat there for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. The store manager did reach out to me with an apology and comped my 3rd scheduled appointment.

In order to get a weekend appointment, you would have to schedule 3 weeks in advance...sometimes longer. Today is the second time this location has called me to let me know that the massage therapist called in sick. Ive been a member for 12 years and in 12 years this has never happened except within the last 3 weeks where they have cancelled on me twice.

Maybe it was a long day... whatever, I went to the massage room and I told him that I had issues with my psoas muscle and glutes etc..Apparently I didn´t pronounce psoas correctly so he proceeded to laugh - I have no problem with a little laughter but you know the difference between an innocent laugh and one that is that of a jerk. I decided to ignore that as I don´t have confidence issues and I thought I am here for a massage and not for conversation so things might get better once he keeps his mouth closed,Since I am a female, I wanted to make sure I knew how that area would be massaged so as to avoid any unpleasant and awkward situations. It´s my massage and my body so I want to make sure the more sensitive areas would be approached with tact ensuring one´s comfort. He gave me a vague answer so I then made it clear that I did not want my glutes to be massaged with his hands directly.I wanted that more private area to be approached with forearms or something else that wouldn´t be hands ( in that area). Any professional would have handled that by explaining how it would be done, would have listened and cared about the client´s concerns and needs. This guy, decides to say something rude like....are you going to let me do the massage the way I know how to...( and this coming from a business that says they offer custom massages!)WOW! I then clarified that since this was my massage, that I would have it the way I want it done! There was no way I was going to stay and have this person anywhere near me! Even if this was a bad day for this guy, there is no excuse for behaving like that and handling things in such an unprofessional manner!If you guys want to give this place a shot, I think maybe their other massage therapists might be great. I just unfortunately got stuck with this arrogant unprofessional!

This massage envy has a great group of people working. The front desk is always friendly and the massage therapists always manage to make me feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Massage Envy. Unfortunately, they have one of the rudest receptionist I’ve ever seen or spoke with. When I spoke with the owner, she made it even worse! Terrible franchisee. Be careful going to this location- others are much better!

I bought my fiance a 125.00 gift card for a prenatal message. The lady that sold it to me told me up front that it WAS refubdable in case something happened and my fiance wasnt able to attend due to pregnancy health issues. My fiance ended up in the hospital with preeclampsia. And has to have a c-section. Therefore she will not be able to do her message. So, i go up there 4 times. Each time the same story .. The manager isnt in today. Ill have her call you. Still a week later, no call. I call today and she proceeds to tell me she can not refund it. Then why was i told i could? I made VERY sure that i was able to because i knew my fiance was having some issues. So now im out of 125.00 that they get to keep in their pockets. The lady i spoke to was robot sounding and didnt know much. She said she had to call the distric manager for assistance. Im very displeased.These people will never have my service again and i will do my best to make sure everyone i know, knows what a scam you all have played on my fiance and myself.

I went to Massage Envy to have a therapeutic massage to relieve fluid in my surgically repaired knee. The therapist was awesome and it worked great. I would recommend this location to anyone and will go back!!

When I called I asked if gift cards expire. I was told they dont. When I went to pay with my gift card I was told old gift cards did expire. Yes my card was old but the information I got on the phone did not say old cards do expire. They should tell you old cards do expire before you try to pay with one.

My fiance bought me a gift card. Long story short. Im not doing well. Im the hospital. Cant attend. They refuse to refund the money. Even though he was told he could refund if I was not able to make it. They also said I no called no showed and took 100.00 off of the card. But I did call. I was actually IN THE HOSPITAL. I have preeclampsia. Im very sick. And these people scam myself and fiance. This was wrong! Ill never be back and neither will anyone I know.
