Shannon has wonderful hands and a beautiful presence. I came to her for a massage after birth trauma with my second child and she helped me immensely in moving through it. She is incredibly thoughtful and connected, I highly recommend Shannon for anyone looking to reconnect to their body.

I look forward to my massages with Shannon every month (or more often, if I have an injury).My head had been hurting all day when I arrived for my last appointment. In 10 minutes, Shannon had erased it.She is very good at what she does.I wish I could afford to pay her in relationship to how much better she makes my body feel!

Shannon was so professional. She focused on what my body needed and made sure I was comfortable with pressure and certain pressure points. I was in pain and my body had a lot of stress. She not only talked me through what she was feeling but knew a lot about the body and what it needed. We talked about areas that bothered me during the appointment but also had a nice relaxing quiet time when the muscles started to relax. She cared about products that may have been sensitive to my skin and felt like I needed to have extra time because my body needed extra care in certain areas. Never did she push anything on me. I have to say people are placed in your life when the energy is right. She was one of them and I will be continuing my massage/body healing with Shannon.
