Every time I come to this location I always receive great customer service with a welcoming greeting. I’ve been to several Cloud 9 locations and this is by far the best location I’ve been to. Between Sean, Nate and Will they are awesome. Truthfully every single employee has provided me with a great experience and I truly appreciate it. The vibes and energy are unmatched and that’s exactly why I’m a consistent customer. I can’t wait to smoke my new hookah.

I always have a great experience at Cloud9, but this location specifically is always a 10/10 experience. Today David and Hannah took my late night visit and made it one of the highlights of my day! On top of just being friendly and welcoming, David was also very knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing and helped me cypher through the options to find the best fit for me after listening to my preferences. Talk about personalized experiences right!? Love that they’re close to me and worth leaving my bed for haha. Will def be back!

Will was super kind and helpful- super great vibes. Incredibly knowledgeable on a lot of products. Did you know that cats can’t consume CBD? Will did!! This is the biggest cloud 9 I have ever been inside. Sometimes they run out of the flavors of vapes I like but the ones they recommend are really nice. But I just love how big the place I mean anything you could want involving smoke is here. I will only go to this cloud nine now!

It’s clear this Cloud 9 location prioritizes customer service. Today, i quite smoking cigarettes, and only those who have barked up that tree know what a dumpster fire day #1 is. David and Brandon were friendly and knowledgeable, creating a warm and safe space allowing me to emotionally vomit while looking for vape accessories. Staff members like them are incredibly difficult to come by these days. I sincerely appreciate their assistance and will be back soon. 🙏

This is my favorite cloud 9 location on Earth. I used to live in The Gables apartments on Akers Mill, and after I discovered this location, it quickly became my go to. No matter where Im @ in the metro area, I never hesitate to make the trip if I can. Well worth it everytime.

The service itself was great. Issue with product- I bought CBD gummies. Didn’t notice until I got home that the seal was removed under the lid, some of the seal was still there so there was definitely a seal- meaning people had been snacking or sampling this product.The guy helping me was really good so I avoided leaving a review, initially.I purchased these end of May (this year).Last night I noticed my gummies were looking and tasting a little old so I checked the expiration date and they expired back in March…

Cloud 9 has great staff, always nice at this location especially Summer!! They have lots of different products but buyer beware!! My favorite vape (ORB tm) turned out to be a dud! After several attempts and wasted money Summer helped me pick an alternative.

Came in was ignored by staff, waited at counter to be helped. There was only 1 other customer being helped. Another guy came in after me. When next available employee was finished, he ignored me and went straight to the other guy after I had been standing there. I walked out. I thought I had found my new vape store since moving here, but I wont be treated that way and expect to give my money to a business. There are too many other shops around. I frequent this particular Cloud 9 on a pretty much daily basis. The service is perpetually top notch. They know what theyre talking about when it comes to pretty much all of their products. Theres one particular salesperson and their name is Summer, whose personality is purely magnetic, and she would never sell you something that she didnt think you would enjoy. Shes Always a tremendous help with questions, as goes for the entire rest of the staff. Even if it wasnt right up the street from me I would go out of my way just to purchase from there.

Wow! That was my first thought upon walking into Cloud 9 for the first time. The store is large, well lit, and well stocked. I called before my visit to make sure they carried an item I was interested in. I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. Staff seemed pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the products I asked about. I was impressed with the price on the item I purchased, about 20% less than I’m used to paying. Good experience, I recommend Cloud 9!

I usually love this place, but the last few visits have been awful. It is SCORCHING hot, and nobody seems to care.. it is almost summer, and there is no A/C in the building? Unacceptable, and I will not be back until the air conditioning has been dealt with, until then.. I will be shopping with the competition.. which is a shame, because the customer service, prices, and products are great here. The poor employees were literally SWEATING! And still helped me with a smile on their face. I don’t know what they get paid, but it is certainly not enough to deal with the conditions the owners/management have them dealing with. It had to be over 90 degrees in this store. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better cloud 9

Montana (the manager) at this store is super cool. He keeps awesome stuff in stock and always greets me when I come in. I love shopping at this store and I don’t even go to their competitors anymore. Cloud 9 and Montana rock.

I went to this location a few weeks ago and got sub-par service. The selection was good, however, not great. The guy that worked there did tell me that they were getting a delivery soon. I went to two other local shops, shopping for a hookah set up and the selection was terrible at both locations and they were very expensive!! I then said, let me go back to Cloud 9 Smoke to see if the selection that was to come has arrived yet. Let me tell you...when I went back, I got the most suburb service ever and the selection was awesome!! I was helped with courtesy, my needs were listened to, suggestions were made and I got a very great hookah with the bells and whistles! This place is clean, unlike other stores! Im very pleased with the level of customer service received and will definitely be going back here ONLY for all of my refill supplies. Thank you for making my experience pleasant!

Montana (I believe!) was so beyond helpful when we went in last night. I swear there’s more and more to choose from every time and he immediately started helping with suggestions.

I went about 4 months ago and one the cashiers was extremely friendly and helpful. He also added in some small essentials to my purchase for an extremely discounted price. The employee was not pushy about buying extra stuff I didnt need. After 4 months, I have been completely satisfied with the product the employee recommended. The selection is huge and they also have vape juice and mods, as well as a large glass inventory. By far the best head shop in the Smyrna area.

This shop is a great place to find everything you need. Summer helped me and was able to give me lots of information about what would be best for me. I will be coming back for all of my future needs.

About a week ago I visited Cloud 9. I have been coming to this location for years since it opened. When I walked in everyone working was helping someone. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged, which was fine because when they help people they dont rush them. Let me tell you, this was the best experience I had at the store since it opened with LORENA. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately started showing me the best options within my price range. Lorena was super friendly, knowledgable, and patient. You could tell she wouldnt reccommend anything she wouldnt purchase herself. She made sure I walked out with everything I needed. Cloud 9 is lucky to have such great staff. I will be coming back and hope to run into Lorena again!! Keep up the good work and even better attitude girl.🤗

I have visited this store before. The past few times I spoke with the manager Jesse who was very polite and informative on glass products and CBD supplements. My most recent visit I was greeted kindly at the door by Lorena who was able to inform me of the products and prices from memory. Normally when I come to the store I am looking for a specific item but this past visit I was introduced to a new product called Kratom. Jarrett Was very informative on the subject and suggested the product most useful to my situation. The people who work in this store are most insightful, friendly, and Polite. They provid an excellent service to All newcomers and regular customers that I have not seen in a long time.

Ive been coming to this shop for close to a decade. There are at least 5 other decent head shops in my vicinity.. I choose this one everytime.

Great custom service. However absolutely ridiculous it was 80 degrees in there and they are both literally sweating. Management should be ashamed they let their employees work in conditions like this while they sit back and cash a check. Do better.

I went to cloud 9 to get a few delta 8 products. This was my first time finally trying it so, as you could imagine, I definitely needed someone to help me out. There was a woman Gina I believe was her name. This woman was so patient with every question I had! I knew the minute I walked into that store and she greeted me with her smile, I wasn’t going to have anxiety trying to not ask too many questions. I felt completely secure that I could ask as much as I needed without feeling like I was a burden. This is something that a lot of people in customer service lack. Gina does not. :) very well done! This is for sure my permanent smoke shop from now on.

Purchased a hookah from their location that lost its seal after 3 weeks. Called and they told me to bring it in so they can take a look. They replaced a few seals after testing for free and I was good to go. Great customer service and always a pleasant experience. Appreciate you guys!!

Best shop in Georgia! Their prices beat every other place I’ve been. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s definitely worth the longer drive past a shop closer to me to spend money at a place that appreciates me as a person and a customer.

I walked with an unusual problem to solve and wasnt even really sure what I wanted. I explained to the sales guy (sorry, forgot name) what my needs were and he instantly knew which product to recommend. I was sold instantly but he still took time out to give me the whole tour and browse. He definitely knew his product and had an answer for every question.He even threw in a free bottle of glass cleaner at no charge. Best store experience Ive had in Atlanta and wont go anywhere else.

One of my favorite places to go.. I usually shop in Canton Ga. And what do I see.,? One if my favorite guys that worked in Canton at the Holly springs store. He was as helpful as he always was at the windy hill location as he was at the Holly springs location.

Went in for a vape and ended up talking a with a tall guy named Ben with a gold necklace, dude was very rude and blatantly uneducated about what he was trying to sell me. He also smelled bad to the point I decided to shop somewhere else.

Me and my friends went in there and as you as we walked in the door the environment was so welcoming and comforting. The guys were very helpful but Mike was more than willing to make sure we got what we needed and knew what we were getting. He was very consistent and sweet and out of all the smoke and vape shops we went to this was closer and had better prices.

Very helpful and recommend alot of flavors and products. As well they greet you when you come in and discuss specials theyre currently promoting. Good deals, prices and membership program after you spend a certain amount products you get deals on other items.

Customer service here is top notch!! Always positive and always helpful. If you need help going through there selection they will always steer you in the right direction especially Christoph, Issac, and Jessie those guys will get you right.

Honestly its nice looking but there are alot better places that offer deals so you really get a bang for your buck. Theyre prices are really high compared to other shops. They were out of stock with alot of the things I was looking for. I guess its my fault for trying something new haha. Next time Ill stick with where I usually go. I regret coming hereUpdate: only had it for a day and a half and the device is faulty. It keeps blinking on and off as if Im inhaling but Im not you can tell its something wrong . Its leaking juice and if you try to inhale the whole device gets hot and makes a sizzling sound. I made sure to test it before I left the store. Literally the worst. Youll be better off going elsewhere. Stick with your usual!!!

I came in asking for an recommendation and I told her that I was interested on a vape but I didn’t want it to burn my lips like the other vapes. I ask all the questions to make sure I was going to buy the right thing. So I bought a vape and I did everything they told me to do so. And put it on the level they told me. Once I tryed it the vape in the second hit it burned my lips and I called them and told them the issue. And they just told me they couldn’t do anything about my situation I spend $90. I ask for an exeption since I have been a loyal customer and they just simply said no. I’m very disappointed. Never recommending this store to NO ONE ANYMORE! Or will visit again!

Went there to get my usual ORB disposable vape pens and they were out. Sales lady, and I forgot her name but she was awesome, recommended the Cali Maxx. I couldn’t have went with a better choice. Frozen Grape and Guava!!!

My boyfriend and have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and have not had a problem until today when we spent $125 and they left an item out of our bag. I called up there when we get home and told them that an item was missing and the associate told us to come up there and the matter would be settled. So after spending $14 on an Uber ride when we get in the store all of the sudden were in the wrong and he doesnt remember even pulling out the item that we requested. He copped an attitude with me and my boyfriend as well and then try to sell us the item on top of everything else. Horrible customer service they obviously treat customers that spend money in their establishment like garbage I highly recommend going to Exhale a block down the road on the right. Im very disappointed that I would be talked to the way I was talked to this evening after the money I spent and I dont appreciate it one bit.

Mark was amazing. Was looking for a piece to fix my hookah. I went to 5 other stores, and everyone told me that I would need to purchase a new hookah. Mark looked at it and found that the piece I needed was just screwed to another piece, and all I needed to do was attach it back to the base. Mark saved me having to purchase a new hookah! Went in to make a purchase and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I wasn’t greeted and not one of the two guys acted as if they wanted to show me around and educate me on their products. Very frustrating because I really wanted to buy some stuff but the way they acted I could NOT spend my money there. They have a large variety of products though.

Stopped in to just check out the store and look at Hookah products and Sales Rep Dionte talked with me about a few Hookahs and showed me this Glass hookah that intrigued me and so I purchased it with a few other items. Store looked great, well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Glad I made the stop.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had a really awesome experience at the cloud 9 on Windy Hill today. First off they have the best selection of dab accessories I was like a kid at a candy store. Their prices weren’t the cheapest but the quality of the quartz bangers that I purchased was well worth the price plus they gave me a discount. I highly recommend Cloud 9 smoke shop 🤘🏽🙌🏽

Had a little issue at this Windy Hill shop but spoke with Dalton and Georgio at the Sandy Springs shop and they were able to make things right. I felt like they were eager to keep me as a happy customer and they were very disappointed that I had anything other than a great experience while shopping at Cloud 9.Thanks Cloud 9

Bought a vape and was having trouble with it.($40)Went back to the store for help & the Woman there before I could say anything had put her mouth on my vape.( more importantly she has rot in between her teeth, its covid and I dont know you)So then I ask about other products thinking since she used it, they can keep it!!!Well, she then stated no refunds/no exchanges. (TRASHED IT, $40 down the drain.)Bought another one $75 in the same day.This was a very bad experience.

Nice place. Very disappointed in my purchase though. I bought a vape that the flavor was week didnt last a day and it was to be 2000 puffs. I barely hit it because I only use it on office which wasnt long after I bought it. 21 dollars wasted. May have been a nice clean place but hella disappointed.

Worst customer service. We walked in and they didnt acknowledge us. That was the 1st issue. The second issue was that the 2nd male employee kept walking past us to service people that came in afterwards. We had to ask to be serviced. The taller, heavier set employee was short with his reply to our question and then become irritated when we asked about the size of the larger juice bottles. We came on a Sunday at 7:30 and the other vape stores nearby were closed. The next time we are low on juice we will drive further distances to receive better service.

I stopped in while visiting from North Carolina and I mean this place rocks! I mean the customer service could not have been better i mean i really felt like I was among friends!!! these people are patient, informative and they even worked with me on the price which is not ordinary with most vape shops. Dude the juices are great why wouldnt you come here?????

They tried to be helpful but didnt really have any of the product I was looking for (disposable vape). They did have one option in a 3 pack of a flavor that was unappealing. Lots of selection for more high end options and lots of pipes, etc. The girl tried really hard but admittedly I was limited on budget an they didnt have what I was looking for. The dude working was... Not cool IMO not helpful an kinda condescending.

Horrible as hell. Rude customer service and everything they lied said they checked our product before we left they wouldnt look at the cameras to see that we wasnt lying and then we call them cause the item was broke and they wouldnt do anything about it and told us we are out of luck on our money or trading it for another one

I love everyone that works here and I always have a great experience and they have the best customer service out of all the other vape shops in the area. 100% recommend going here. I refer to this shop as my vape shop as I dont go anywhere else if I can avoid it

Two employees and one other customer yet I walked around for ten minutes with no help. I finally took a step closer to see something for myself when one of the employees was rude about where I was standing versus asking if I needed help. That’s cool, I’ll take my $300 water pipe budget somewhere else.

Horrible experience and never coming here again. Rather go somewhere they want my business. Wouldnt offer to try juices, said they would charge a penny to taste the juice? And then on top of that it took 20 minutes to buy the juice because they messed up the books on their register. Rather than check us out and fix it later they made us wait. Do not go here. They do not care about the customer at all.

I will never go back there. I bought a clock and it didnt work. When I called the employee who sold it to me he told me, in a rude manner, I could come back and exchange it. I brought it back and the same employee looked at and told me he could give me store credit. I said thats fine I want the same one, but one that works. He told me he was out of that one, but I pointed out four of them on the shelf. He then told me he couldnt do it because the clock I brought back smelled like weed and they he couldnt sell it. He continued to down talk me as I tried to explain that I bought yesterday and never used it and regardless if it did or did not smell like weed, it didnt work, there for he couldnt resale it anyways. He then kicked me out of the store cuz I continued to argue with him. He was absolutely terrible. I cant remember his name but he was Indian and had shaggy greasy curls, you cant miss him.

When I came in I was immediately greeted by a kid named aris who changed my mind completely about vape shops. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have came back ever. Definitely will be coming back to the windy hill location. Ask for him when you go!

Great staff, very helpful. They have a very nice collection of glass here, including some J Smart Glass. Great selection of CBD products as well. Highly recommend this location.

This is the only vape store I go to. Everyone is always friendly and their prices are excellent. Sean is especially great.

Loved it first time hookah shopping , Sam made it very convenient to pick one with awesome ideas. Theyre license to sell all the great vape option to treat your taste buds to bud, and for you pet lovers there something for the family friend as well stop in you wont be disappointed. This place used to be my go to but not anymore. I dont know if they changed staff but the inventory is getting smaller and smaller. There’s “construction” so no one can walk into the back part so the guy had to yell the flavors of the vape juice to me. It was ridiculous. Not to mention guy that helped me seemed like I was an inconvenience. Last time here sadly...

Cloud 9 vape shop off windy hill is hands down the best smoke shop in the area. They have you covered in all areas from roll to glass. Best prices and best customer service! Give them a visit, you will not be disappointed !

I’ve been to this location a few times and they’ve always been great at assessing customer needs, after an unfavorable experience with another locally owned store that is closer to my house I remembered Cloud 9 is near where I work, and they were able to address my needs and assist with the item I was in search of to purchase.

Love this place ... the staff is polite , knowledgeable and very friendly .. they know their clients by name and just a fun place .. even though I know I can get my shisha products cheap online .. I prefer getting all my products from them .. they definitely honor my discounts at all times and they got the best products so far in this area ..

Manager Rob was awesome!! Sooo helpful and had answers to all my questions. Staff was soo cool and the shop was superb and dope, very well put together. The whole vibe of the place was cool, down to the music they were playing... I will be going back for all my vape needs!!

Went in to try and find some new liquid but the employees informed us that they hadnt changed out their tester coils in six months. They also told us that we were welcome to smell them but that anything we tried in the testers would taste bad. How can you make a decision on a liquid if you have no idea how it hits?

Purchase your hookah direct from manufacturer so you are provided with at least a 60-90 guarantee. Spent $100 on a hookah 38 days ago. Two weeks ago, the hose being bent causes it to break. Two weeks after that, the magnet that connects the hookah neck and the vase fell off, making it inoperable. No warranty. They also won’t provide the manufacturer information.

Always the best experience when i come in here, i had issue with my vape and came here and it got fixed in no time, brought new vape, ray helped me with a new purchase one also. this location feels like family to me 😊😊

The employee was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about CBD. He showed me different types and strength of CBDs ( Gummies, Chocolates, and oral as well as smoking CBDs)

Called them about a battery I needed for my vape box, went in and he gives me one fresh off the charger, in and out in 15 mins. Spent 10 mins looking at juices, which I will be back to buy. Great customer service.

Cloud 9 is hands down the best smoke shop around. This shop has some of the best glass Ive ever seen, the owner and employees are always giving me the best deals. I know after coming to this shop I will never go to another, they have anything you can think of, vapes, water pipes, hookahs, you name it they have it.
