Hannah was super knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations for every product we were curious about. I was amazed to hear details about the conditions in which products were grown as well as the extensive testing they do prior to putting these products on their shelves to ensure they are safe and free from harmful chemicals. Great experience! We spent over $400 and still expect to be back real soon!

The staff at Nimbus are consistently great, and kindly guide customers to the right products for their well-being. The shop is bright and well-stocked, with lots of options to choose from. It’s also open fairly late, even on weeknights. One of the finest quality stores of its kind in metro Atlanta.

What sets this shop apart is the staff. They are consistently cheerful and helpful, and they know their products well. This and the Hemp Company on Whitlock are the only places I will go now.

I have been searching high and low for a good shop and Nimbus is that spot! Victoria and Hannah are very knowledgeable, friendly, & make the experience one to enjoy. They listen to you and recommend products based on your preference and not to push a product or make a sell. Traveling around to legal states, even dispensaries seem to push high cost product. Definitely try the Elyxr La produce. The THC-P disposables are on point!

Ive been to quite a few vape shops, and this place is by far the best one. Their selection is really good, and their products are high quality. They have brands there that you wont find at other stores, and they seem to care a lot about the quality of what they sell. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. It was my first time at this store and delightful, bright young soul by the name of Victoria helped me with all my needs. She answered my questions with precision and grace. She helped me make a purchase that I was wanting!!

I walked in not knowing what to get at all and Damien was a great help. He was very well versed in his product knowledge and made a great recommendation for a super sick glass piece. I’m very happy with my purchase and experience here.

I don’t think I have enough good things to say about this store! I went in last night not expecting much but the staff was immediately friendly and helpful. The guy (I forgot his name but he was awesome) had me and my boyfriend try our products before we left to make sure they worked. The next day, the elf bar I bought stopped working. I called the shop and the manager looked through the purchases from the day before, found my order and said I could come in and have it replaced. I got there and Victoria had me try the new one and it also wasn’t working so she got a new carton from the back because we figured the two broken ones were from a bad batch. The lengths these guys go through for customer satisfaction is unlike any business around!!!

Tonight was my first visit to Nimbus. To be honest I wasn’t sure what the name of the place was when I walked in, but it was getting late and I needed juice before driving 8 -10 miles home and I knew my regular Vape shop would be closed before I could get there. Victoria greeted me and she made sure I knew her name. I told her I need juice and asked her what the best selling juices are. Most Vape shops will tell me what their best sellers are but Victoria kept deferring to the “it depends on what people like” statement, which was a little disappointing because I really do want to know which juices people buy the most. I want to buy only the best selling juices, ya know? Nimbus’s juice selection is amazing and that is why I put them in My Favorites in Google Maps. I will drive past ten Vape stores just to get to Nimbus because of their juice selection.Side note- apparently there is a customer service contest going on intra-company but the Kennesaw location isn’t listed on their website. -*shrug*

Went in out of town and was lost with the different brands in the area compared to the W coast. Kayla the manager guided me with the best service possible and was an amazing help.

I love this store! Im new to vaping. I was looking for a Coffee Vape. This is one of the only stores in the area that has them. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.
