Workers were friendly. The place was clean.Massage was Ok.I read a previous review about the tipping situation which a reply by the business states they are not allowed to ask for tips and they will speak to the workers. Clearly that didnt work. I have no problem giving tips and I tip pretty well for services I believe deserve it. I also believe you should at least give 15% if you are getting a service even if its mediocre.WELL just to test out this theory I gave a $12 but I intended to give $10 because it wasnt amazing. It was clear that my masseuse was waiting for that moment as she held the singles separately and they exchanged some words, the woman behind the desk oh so nicely said excuse me and pulled out a card that was hidden that clearly stated that $10 was the minimum then told me 60 min was $10 and 90 min was $15 tip. So basically this is what they expect so it is policy. Just be honest about it and post it so it is seen.I certainly did not want to ruin my massage experience so I let it go. I received this as a gift, But I wont be back.

I went there on Friday. By the nighttime, I was in so much pain. I never thought to look at my back. By the next day, I had bruises down my back. I wish I could post pictures. I had to take pain reliever for two days and couldnt sleep on my back. I went back to show them and they said sorry. That was it.

My husband and I received a gift certificate to this place. We each received a 90 minute massage. The massage was pretty decent, the workers were very friendly. At the end when we tried to tip them we were told we had to give the money to the front. We tried to give a $20 tip but the manager told us it’s mandatory to give a minimum $15 dollar tip per person since we got a 90 minute massage. She refused to let us leave and told us it’s part of their policy. We ended up giving them $30 but we will not be going back to this place. They advertise the price for a 90 minute massage to be $65 but if there’s a mandatory tip it’s actually $80.

Terrible massage …. Do not waste your money. If you looking for someone to run their hands over you with zero pressure then you have found your place!

This spa is the amazing, I have been coming to it for over a year. You definitely get your moneys worth and the staff is really nice! I have referred my friends and family to come here. Every masseuse I have gotten knows what they are doing. They always relieve any tension throughout my body. I highly recommend you give them a try!

A very friendly professional, polite caring staff. Any issues, mine being shoulders and neck are taken care of....to relieve the problem. The total body massage with hot stones is so relaxing. You leave feeling wonderfulNicely decorated with private rooms.With promotions like free after the 10th visit and great prices you will feel the results and keep returning to promote a better you. I highly recommend this spa!

This is my new go to spot! I was able to schedule in a last minute booking and got a female like I requested. The room where I received the massage was very clean. The spa was very quiete, calm and I felt comfortable through out the whole time. Coco was my massage therapist and was amazing! She listened to my requests, made me feel very comfy and helped get out a lot of the tension I had. I just booked another session with her for today and looking forward to it. I highly recomend this spot for your next massage!

This is an exquisite and perfect spa massage. My friends and I had an hour of essential oil massage, which impressed us. We enjoyed good service from the moment we entered the door. The massage room is quiet and relaxing, which is worth it for us. I recommend that you make an appointment first.

The worst massage I have ever had. Lets start with my husband and I made an appt we got there told us we would have to have separate rooms or come back later for couples room. What was the point of making the appt then. Fine took the separate rooms we ended at different times. His lady turned him over got his shoulders,massaged his head. My lady basically just stretched me and rubbed me on my back if thats what you call it. I asked her to focus on my shoulders she did for less than 10 seconds. Overall bad experience and giving me 10 dollars off to come back will not push me to give you another chance. Also STOP taking calls when you are in a room with a client so unprofessional hire some one for your front desk!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at WJ SPA. The Spa is extremely clean, nice and new. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff. It is by far my Favorite spa. It is such a relief knowing there are Top Quality massages still available. They take your temperature at the door and sterilize your hands and feet. They make you feel very comfortable from the minute you walk in until you are ready to leave. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a quality Massage.

My second time here, my first visit was much better it was also a female. This time I was given a male who seemed to be warming up on me for samurai event. God was he rough and laughed when i moaned also he couldve done better with the draping- I felt completely exposed. I havent been back since.So if you are in the market to be roughly felt up now you know where to go.

This place WAS great. I’ve been there at least 20-30 times started off great. Over time things greatly changed. My debit card seems to only not work there being that for months it’sthe only location I’ve had a issue at over the months with my card. I always go to whatever store is in the shopping center withdraw cash come back with my payment plus 20$ tip sometimes a larger tip. But today aftter months of this and bringing cash and just not having the time after working a 16 hr day to stop and get cash. I was looking forward to finally getting a massage. The woman who gave me it I’m sure tried but definitely was over worked and tired and couldn’t give a good massage. When I went to pay the usual card issue happened but this time the lady who does the cash register who I’ve dealt with many times and knows I pay and tip even better decided to try and direct me to the atm’s in the shopping center which I in fact knew were broken having to do this before she relentlessly tried telling me to use the one at the smoke shop until I clearly pointed out the sign on it that said out of order.I knew going to the check cashing place was my guaranteed atm stop for the withdrawal I wanted to make. Upon my return the lady was waiting for me outside of the store like I’ve said I’ve been there 20-30 times always get 90 minute massages and always tip 20 plus. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

I was going to the supermarket in this location and this spa caught my eye.I decided to give it a try. When you walk in you get the impression that you are on a Cruise ship and when you enter the room you see the towels shaped artistically like on a cruise ship.Very friendly and professional staff and the massage I got was out of this world.I’m definitely going back on a regular bases and recommend it to any massage lover to try it just once for yourself.

I have to say one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Very detailed massage, I was lost in the journey of the massage. It’s 30 minutes away from me, but so worth the travel.

Very unprofessional: masseuse kept burping/chewing gum loudly, failed to follow proper draping techniques, was very rough despite numerous requests to use less pressure. Overall felt uncomfortable.
