I paid $21 for vape juice and sweetener that was disgusting and a rip off. I could have bought 3 bottles online for that. One bottle that will only last me two wks + sweetener gobbled up almost all of my nicotine budget that was meant to buy several online. I just wanted a cheap bottle in the meantime. Had no idea it was so expensive until after. Never coming back here. The sweetener bottle wasnt worth it either bc I dont plan on using it anytime in the near future. It didnt even help the bottle was so nasty. Tastes nothing like it says it does. Ive also gotten vanilla that tasted like graham cracker .

They have a pretty good selection and the staff was friendly but if I walk in and am told I need to use the website for a custom flavor then what is the point of the store?Update in response to the reply: No, I was not offered the option to place an order at the register. I was merely told thats all through the website. Placing an order is exactly what I wanted to do. This was not an option that was even suggested while I was in the store.As a result, I have removed a star from my review.

The only vape store I frequent, as they carry everything I like.They have a great selection of disposables, nic salts, regular e-juice and a handful of devices.It took me awhile to find a vape shop that carried the nic salt e-juice I like, Iced Lychee & Blueberry Limeade as well as SMOK Nord Pro/Novo 4 coils.Lately theyve been stocked up as well, always great customer service and fair pricing 😊

I went to this store not knowing what I wanted. Charles met with me and taught me everything I needed to know, in order to make the right purchase. Charles is very knowledgeable and has the best customer service that I’ve witnessed in a long time. Another gentleman (can’t remember his name) helped me set up my new device. Outstanding service and outstanding product. Great customer service!!! A++++ 5 stars!!! Great job!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Today I was misgendered and kicked out for having my emotional support bird with me. I don’t know why today was different, but the rude way in which it transpired left me alienated. Never coming back again.

I went in looking for a disposable Vape and Ive been thinking about getting one that wasnt disposable and there was lots of options there so I still went with a Frogger Ultra disposable which Ive never had I love it so far it tells me how much juice I have left I like that about it I havent seen that in any of my other disposables the man there was so very helpful I really like the way they have things set up in their shop good job guys

I really enjoyed the personable employee that helped me with my purchase and he made helpful suggestions as to what might work for me better adding to a more pleasurable experience with good flavor for my vape. I would definitely recommend this establishment

Great shop with a little something for every one, regardless if it’s an accessories, box, or juice. What keeps me coming back, is the exemplary customer service I receive every visit from Brandon & Charles. If your looking for a new shop, or visiting from out of town definitely give them a visit.

Out of 4 times going in to buy pods on the mod i bought there, they were out of stock. When they have them they wont let me buy more than 3.When I complained they suggested I order online. So I did. I was sent the wrong pods. So I bring them to the store where the employee said, we dont deal with that.So now its on me to go ship them back but they wont refund the box I opened and found they were for a different model.....I tried one last time to get pods there, no luck. The employee suggested I try another shop down the road. They had ample supply and let me buy as many as I wanted.On several occasions I asked for suggestions on juice as I dont know much about them. Twice the flavor made me gag. No refunds no exchanges.Ive been going to ecblends for the nearly 3 years Ive lived here and I am done with them. They really need to get their act together.

Ive been a huge fan of these guys since my first visit. Drew, Greg, Jesse,and Matt (in customer service) are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to listen to you, help you pick a product that suits your needs, and explain how to use them. Ive been to other vape stores, and have not found the quality of service these guys provide. Keep up the great work.

There is not going to be a place with better customer service, ANYWHERE. These guys can work in any store and get a 5 star review. Not only are they nice and great at communicating their products, they are extremely knowledgeable and clearly have a customer first mentality. Doesnt get any better in the Rogue Valley. Friendly staff. Nasty house juice bought some of there top sellers and they are now in the trash. If you go here Id buy the coastal clouds or major company brands they offer gonna be a little more $ but youll get flavor and quality dont waste your $$ on the house juice

I come here at least twice every couple weeks and almost every time they have whatever I need. If not they recommend something great. Big shout-out to Charles and Vahn(sorry if I misspelled her name). The people who work there are super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with vapeing. If your new to it that is definitely the place to go or even if you are an avid user. The prices are good too compared to other places.

I have been going to this company for over 5 years now. They are so nice and are always willing to help me with all my questions. The only difficult part is finding the juice I like, however they are busy so I understand that. I am in love with my new vape system innokin sensis. It has the best flavor ever. I tried using my old system and it tasted wierd. I love the refresh coil option. Thanks for being amazing.

The customer service here is Outstanding. The prices are competitive not only locally but also compared to the Internet. This week I had an issue with my Vape. Jesse went above and beyond to help me fix my Vape system. Drew the manager has a Can Do Attitude. Greg really knows the products. This is not just another Vape Shop. These guys really know what theyre doing & are committed to Excellence.

THIS PLACE IS SELLING EXPIRED VAPE JUICE! THEY DO NOT CARE EITHER! theyre so desperate to make money right now, they are selling liquid thats expired by months!! Called to complain but no manager and no customer service to speak to! used to come here a lot but they only have a select few vapes. 85% of the time they wont have what you need either! this place has been going downhill for a while now. so disappointed in their actions. this is disgusting!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff!!! Always make me feel welcome in the store. Last time I was in they were out of my coils but the attendant called the other store to see if they had what I needed. They did, and they held it for me til I could get over there to pick it up!!! Definitely my favorite vape store!!!

Horrible customer service. Snotty people at the office, zero customer service skills at the store, all over a $4.95 coil. I will not be going back and I used to enjoy going there. They obviously dont care about future sales and or customers returning. And yes, theyre response on here will be sir, we tried assisting you. Lets see, taking over 10 minutes of my time, arguing with the customer, plus having to drive back to the store, again, after telling me no the first time, is NOT customer service on a $4.95 item. I dont care what your policy is. It was $4.95. Now you wont get anything future! Ill take it to someone that cares.

This is my favorite shop to go to for all my vaping needs. The staff is awesome and always have an answer to any and all of my many questions. Greg B. has helped me from the very beginning when I had no clue what I was looking for vape wise and he pointed me in the right direction. The prices are great and the quality of the liquids are very high with a huge selection.

The BEST place to shop for all your Vaping needs. Their Staff is always friendly & helpful and their selection of Vaping Hardware is extensive... Not to mention the Vape Liquid flavors, you can try any of the large selection that each store stocks. Their manufacturing facility, located right here in Medford, sells 400+ flavors on-line. You can custom make your own flavors and conveniently pick up your order at one of their Retail Stores! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I tried this place when my regular place didnt have any mods for sale 😱 I purchased a beautiful mod/tank and juice for around 100$. They do have the best selection of juice these days. Very friendly and helpful as well! This is ny new go to for everything vape.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever dealt with in the vaping industry. Extremely unprofessional service gentleman behind the counter was very rude did not seem welcoming at all. I will not be returning. Also have you ever noticed that this companies 5 star reviews all the people only have one review and its ec blends. Seems like fake account so the owner can get a better Google review

This store is really just amazing. Ive been in here a few times and the two girls that have helped me so far were very helpful. I come from Charlotte NC and the closest store to my home was madvapes. customer service compared to madvapes is 1000% better and I favor ECblend flavors over topvapor by madvapes any day of the week. I just purchased the peach watermelon today and i cant put it down. 2 thumbs up from me and I highly recomend this store to anyone in the area. thanks guys!

I have been going to ec blends for a couple years. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Stock is normally good, but they have selection if its out of stock.

Knowledgeable staff, who didnt mind explaining everything to me like a child. As someone who has never vaped, I came out of there with a good amount of information. Love that I can find out 100% of what is in them, also.

I had came to the shop a couple weeks ago to buy some coils. one of the coils that came right from the package was broken. i went to the shop yesterday to only have someone put it back together, which was no different than when i tired to put it back together. i was sent away to go try the coil anyways. which was a fail.

Great variety. Good pricing. A nice vet discount. Can be understaffed at times. So you might have a wait.

Purchased a CBD pen, when I removed it from the wrapper, the rubber caps had melted on to the case. Smelled DISGUSTING…. In town visiting, have no way of getting $$$$ back.Honestly, the entire experience was a little odd.

The prices tend to be lower compared to other vape shops and they almost always have what I am looking for. They also have a stamp card that when filled can be exchanged for a free 60 oz. vape juice.

I arrived at 10 on Sunday but nobody showed up until after 11, the employee didnt seem to care or anything about being so late.

Terrible phone service.. waited on hold for 20 mins!! And was never answered!! Plus they only have 60pg 40vg ratio. Terrible. Upgrade on your juices is desperately needed.
