Excellent service here and the guy here definitely knows his stuff. Just visiting Medford and I needed to pick up some juice, man Im glad I came here. Absolutely love this place. Prices are great. And the manager is amazing. Its the only vape shop I go to now. I was broke, had about 10$ left in my pocket till payday and one of the workers helped me get a bottle of juice. Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere and great prices. If I could rate it more stars I would.

My hubby and I have been coming here since they opened. Consistently amazing customer service, a great selection of vape juices and accessories. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Talk about an amazing experience! We walked in as new vapers of about 3 weeks looking for pods since ec blends is always out even though they sold us out novo x and novo 4. After alot of teaching (because we are literally vape toddlers) and information from Brandon we decided to move up to the GEEKVAPE M100 and we could not be happier! He was so informative and kind and patient. He did not try to upsell us but gave us alot of information that we then used to make an informed decision and upgrade to a new device! If you are a new vaper and need to know the ins and outs and have it dumbed down in terms you can understand Brandon is your guy.

I am new to the vape game, and had no idea where to begin. I went in and spoke with Brandon who was not only very helpful, but also understood my budget. he didnt try and upsell the second I walked in unlike Vapor legends or EC Blends they told me the lower end for something I was looking for was from $80 to $125. I almost gave up until Brandon actually asked me what exactly I was looking for, I explained, and he went straight to work. He gave me every little detail to all of the questions I had. I walked out of there with the Smok Nord 4 device, which is perfect for me a newbie. He was very knowledgeable and did not try and pressure me into buying something I didnt want. Brandon, you rock!!! I rarely do reviews, but I had to for Sublime Vapors. The guys at the shop are awesome! Theyre always friendly, and make knowledgeable suggestions for vape juice and whatnot... the customer service alone sets them apart from other vape shops in the area. For the record: I recommend the VooDoo Blue Razz...

People here are friendly and helpful. Seem to be more interested in helping customers and taking the time to help you than other stores in town. They have a great line up of juices. Cant say much about their mods, tanks, and accessories as I havent bought anything other than atomizers and juice here but I did find what I was after. They also have a punch card system that they store in their computer system so even if you lose a card, they got you covered. Great place!

Love this store,great selection,they usually always have what I need,if they dont it was already ordered. But the only thing I am not happy about is that closing time is listed as 7pm. But I drove from white city on a Saturday and got there at just after 6 and they were already closed up.Then went back the next day when it says they are open til 5. Showed up at 12:45 and they were closed already again if they even opened.

The female in there has no experience on handling mods. No one knows about the return policy. No one can return anything, you have to come in Monday thru Thursday. Return policy when purchasing was: return within 30 days... went to return within 24 hours: you have to come Monday they Thursday... go in on a Monday: oh you cant return unless something is actually wrong with it.... call to go higher: on you couldnt have used the device at all... I guess u have to look at it and prove something is wrong with it by looking at it.. get out of here!!!! I call Washington and their counter girl KNOWS EVERYTHING SHE NEEDS TO KNOW!!!!! What is going on with ppl here in Oregon?! Poor selection. Just Go to tribal vape

Good service, competitive prices, and superb products.Limited selection on mods and tanks, but the flavour and quality of the juice makes up for it.
