Very good selection of products. They pretty much have everything that youd be looking for at a tobacco shop and the gentleman there are always really chill. The The prices on almost anything in the store are cheaper noticeably cheaper than the same products that other stores like you know something thats $50 somewhere literally $40 here so so Ill Ill always be back to the store. And like I said before great staff and selection.

Ive been going to this store for many years and have had nothing but phenomenal customer service every time I go in. Cody is nothing but nice and always super helpful. Sometimes I have stressful day and come in venting to him. He gets 5 stars just for putting up w my butt. I love this store and wont shoo anywhere else. Only thing missing is lottery! My other shout out goes to Tony, hes always in such a good mood and smiling, I love it. He even went so far as to buy my daughter the teddy bear she wanted for her birthday. They both go above and beyond to make this store better and give everyone a good customer service experience. They both deserve a raise 100% they deserve it

Best smoke shop in Melbourne friendly workers and very helpful

Purchased two RAZ vapes, tested both out and one had zero flavor. The clerk stated she could “smell” the strawberry, though you can “smell” it after its dead for three weeks. Would not let me exchange it for one that has flavor. Do not come for Raz as they are flavorless and the lady specifically will not exchange.

While some of the items look decent a blonde girl behind the register was very rude and short with me as a potential customer! I had just got off work and gotten lunch when I stopped in with a friend. He had to pick lup a pack of smokes but left immediately and now I know why. The girl behind the counter when I tried speaking to her and building some rapport decided to respond with one word answers and be very short with meI decided to pick up a mountain dew and a lighter I began to look at some items I was interested in. Then she tells me to hurry up so she can pee and how patient she has been for the entire 3 minutes I was looking around . (Mean while she was tapping her finger on the counter and doing everything to oh so politely(😂) hurry me up!) Greatest customer care ever!!! Not going there again. Dont need to be disrespected like that again.

Great team of people working there. When I was a Tobacco smoker they always made sure my smokes were stocked, now that I only come in for hempettes (CBD smokes) they always have them stocked as well and always with a smile and good talk. Never a bad experience and they are always friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Grear spot for a large variety of vapes! This is the main spot I hit up when needing to re-up on my favorites.

This shop is great! Never had a bad experience. They carry Al Capone cigar’s as well as hard to find Italian cigars. Always warm and friendly service.

The blonde girl with the glasses was very friendly and helpful in explaining my new vape and made sure I tested it out before I left the store to make sure it was working properly and answered all my questions I Will definitely be coming back to her for All My stuff in the future she was so knowledgeable about all the products I cant wait to come back again to see what New juices and other things they get

I’m terrible with names but the 2 guys in the store at the time were very helpful. Very solid down to earth guys. Prices have gone up but I guess you can contribute that to general inflation. Shop tobacco district if you want a wide variety with great customer service 💯

So, I have no problem against this tobacco store in general. But I called today to get a problem fixed with the $50 product that I bought, it does not recharge. I was told earlier this afternoon that the manager of the facility would be in at 5 PM. However , the second representative I called and spoke to at 5 PM said he was not there, I called back again at 5:45 to see if the manager had showed up yet. The representative was very rude and even hung up on me saying he did not care about what I had to say. All I was needing is my product exchanged or fixed, witch I understand I need the manager to do. How is that a reason to hang up on a customer? We shall see, if I can speak to the manger and they fix this issue, I may change my review

I recently purchased a new vape and some nicotine liquid in a Cappuccino flavor- very tasty, but light. No after taste! Page was helping me behind the counter and was so helpful. She showed me their wide variety of vapes and flavors and even loaded and tested it before I left.A great experience and wonderful products! I am a vape enthusiast, and this store ALWAYS has in stock whatever Im looking for. Everyone else around Melbourne seems to run out of inventory constantly. But Ive never had a problem here.

Worst customer service Ive experienced. They sell fake dangerous home made vape juice and accuse other stores of selling fake products with no evidence. Was accused of stealing when i went to the restroom and told to never come back. I was a regular customer here. Middle finger to this place

Place is a joke. I asked for two 14 mm bowls and when I got home one was 18mm one was 14mm. When I called next day female who was working said they only have 10 14 and 19 mm. Lol what a joke. Also bought a ooze pen that would never charge. Brought back in flowing day with receipt they refused to exchange.

I personally really enjoy this shop. Ive been vaping for a little while now and usually prefer the dedicated vape shops that arent tobacco oriented. However, this place bridges the gap very well. The staff is friendly and eager to help, they may not be the most knowledgeable with all the vape products but I know my stuff well enough so Im not bothered. The real beauty of this place is price. The juice is cheap and tasty and coils are either at or below online retailers, which is rare for a brick and mortar shop. They have my business and if youre a vaper on a budget then check them out. 120ml for 20 bucks isnt bad.

This is the only vape shop I will ever visit. Their staff is very knowledgeable of every product and every juice that there is out. They know everything about every mod that is bought and how to assemble it. In addition the staff will help you put your mod together and put your juice in for the first time and show you how to use it. No other Vape Shop will do that unless you ask and will probably charge you extra money to do so. You will not find cheaper prices anywhere in Brevard County. So my friends go to Up In Smoke on Eau Gallie Boulevard.Melissa Wilson

I bought a puff bar and took three drags off of it and it stopped working. They sell faulty equipment and have horrible attitudes about it.

I personally go there because not only is it convenient but there is a young man there that is so nice to each customer and helpful to all and if he should ever decide to leave for any reason I will not return, the cigs cost more there then most places but he is worth it because he puts a smile on this old ladies face
