Tobacco District Vape N Smoke Shop - Wickham

I have been a regular customer as this location usually spending over $100 a week at this location. I know the manager and a worker by name. On May 30, 2024, I bought a glass pipe there. I took it home and when my wife tried applied heat to it, it melted closed. I returned the pipe and noted there are signs there no refunds, no returns, and no exceptions. The manager, Eddy, refused to replace the pipe.I went down the street to Hywaze Smoke shop and bought another pipe. They also have a sign no refunds and no returns. I told the worker about my experience at the Tobacco District store. The worker told me if his product was defective, to return it for a full replacement. It works great. Hywaze gets my business now.Goodbye Tobacco District Vape N Smoke shop.I forget that the Tobacco District store also solicits a good reviews. They display a QR code that sends you to a website for review.

I had been here before years ago and wasn’t too impressed. Nothing negative. I was loyal to another shop and today they let me down yet again. Other stores the same problem but I gave Tobacco District the sudden death challenge and they actually one upped me.I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the counter, presented my case, and he immediately directed me to not exactly what I wanted but even better for cheaper. The work day was long, I was down bad, but this man saved the day.Glad I gave y’all another shot today because it exceeded expectations. Other places schmooze you with discounts and BOGOs or pretty storefronts. TD is just the real deal which is rare form for smoke shops.

The most amazing staff of ANY smoke shop!!! Every employee is personable, courteous, and caring! They are very patient and helpful!They sell more affordable cigarettes than most places. They also sell vape pen batteries and chargers. As well as lighter leashes. Smoke pieces and incense. They have a cooler of drinks for purchase too.All must haves for the common smoker may be bought here at reasonable prices to boot.To add, the location is easily accessible with easy parking, with short lines, and local to sarno Walmart as well as the dollar tree plaza.Great quick stop shop for what you need!

I called around because I was looking for a specific sized pen based on cartridge size last Friday. I’m delayed on posting my review. However. Eddy was the 3rd call I made to different vape stores and the only one that knew what I was asking for and immediately gave me a reasonable quote for what I needed. Very nice smoke shop. Clean, well lighted, friendly & knowledgeable staff.I was looking for a small, glass spoon pipe and found they have a good selection, and were offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal. I got 2 nice pipes for a great price, with a pack of screens, and a lighter for less than I expected to spend on one pipe alone.

Really wishing I can give 0 stars. I had came here to see if they could replace my old butane torch. Not even a month after I bought it and the bottom blew off and hissed gas. They tried telling me it was still good and literally gaslit me by trying to say I bought it over a month ago when I said it was shy of a month since I got it. I had to buy a new one and lo and behold, its also faulty.Im so frustrated and its sad because my mom and I used to love this shop. Sad to see what they become and how they treat people.

I just bought an Elf Bar and I left the store but it wasnt working because there wasnt any flavor from it. I came back after the store just closed and the representative was nice enough to swap it out with a correctly working Elf Bar. Definitely coming back!

Ive been shopping here since I moved to Florida 4 years ago. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences every single time! I go there about 4 times a month.

First time i went in there. Asked if he accepts cig coupons.. I smoke Marlboro so he rings up my pack and takes coupon i put my debit card in machine and he says oh your using your debit card that will cost you 50 cents !!! Im like really???? This guy never said hello to anyone rude to everyone. Bad attitude and i will never be back. Needs to be fired!!! Social skills with the public are zero!!!

I purchased a 70.00 item that didn’t work. I returned it within two hours and was told i could not exchange it for another. I have shopped at this store a lot and like the staff but there store policy is terrible. I also must add that Voopoo customer service is terrible I was told by voopoo I could return it to China. The estimated freight to China is 27.75

The only place I go for cigs, papers, vapes, and anything else in that realm due to their low prices and amazing service. If your shopping anywhere else your losing money! 6 outta 5 stars for sure thanks guys!!

Overpriced!!! Also, the staff fails to mention that they do not have a return policy. Period. They absolutely do NOT accept returns on any of the items they sell regardless if they are unopened and you have the receipt.
