Living Health Day Spa

We were in town just for the night, it was my birthday, and I figured I would give living Health Day Spa a try. It had a great environment, very relaxing! Everyone was so polite while I waited for my massage. My massage therapist was Colt, and I have to tell you, he was fantastic! He was very in tune with problem areas, a few that I didnt even know that I had until he worked them out. I also have an injury on my foot, and he was able to relieve some of the edema. I would highly recommend booking with him, if I lived here I know this would be my go-to place! Thanks Colt!

Jeanna gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I wanted deep pressure and a focus on my back. She did exactly that and was very intuitive! Cissie did my facial and it was awesome! I walked out feeling like a whole new person! Highly recommend!

Colt was the perfect massage therapist. My massage exceeded my expectations. It was my birthday today, but I would recommend him for any day. Fantastic. Great massage very relaxing very clean business. My only complaint they do not answer the phone or respond back to you, then again their voice mail has been full for 3 months. I got 2 gift cards and cant use them on the online side to book an appointment because it wants a credit card only. Then again I had to miss an appointment due to vehicle issue and couldnt notify them and lost 75 dollars because of it. Yall make your own choice on the business though

Just left a wonderful two hour couples massage at this eclectic day spa in Memphis! Customer service was great, the therapist were very professional, and exceptionally great at what they do! Highly recommend getting the works with full, aromatherapy, massage, stretching, hot stone, reflexology, And cupping. So many cool things are offered here we will definitely be back!

I love coming here whenever I have a day off. Mr. David and Mrs. Cissie with all the staffs are amazing. They are always sweet and caring. Their decorations is beautiful with the soft meditation music, everything is giving such a cozy and relax feeling. It has been over a year now, and I always enjoy my experience with them.

Excellent couples massage for me and my wife on a Saturday afternoon! We had Colt and Blair, both students of the massage school on site, but you wouldnt know they were in training by the quality of massages they provided! Perfectly professional, expertly executed, and with the amount of pressure and area focus we talked about. Definitely will be back!!

There are so many things I want to say here.I’ll start will how comfortable I felt under my massage with Colt. I’m usually very timid around new people but he made me feel relaxed so much so, I believe I may have fallen asleep.Second, would be the quality of the massage with Colt. He has great techniques for deep tissue for those tension spots that cause head and body aches.Last, was how personalized he made my massage. I didn’t feel like just another client. He listened to my issues and addressed some of my pain.I look forward to more massages as he learns more techniques.

Susana took care of my spa treatment. It was wonderful. My favorite was the hand paraffin wax massage. Her voice is very soothing and she was perfection during my full body massage. Shes absolutely great!!However, the location was not luxurious at all. It looked real homely inside. Totally not what I expected at all for a spa. The sheets I laid on for the massage were not soft at all.

My husband and I went to get a couples massage this morning. This is our first time trying this place out. Let me tell yall, this massage spa is amazing. Our therapist did an amazing job on our massages. My husband and I will definitely be back. Good job ladies! Keep up the good work

The most relaxing massage I have ever gotten. My wife and I have gotten a couples massage in a local massage chain in Atlanta, and an upscale spa in a resort in Jackson Home Wyoming previously.Id say that the massage that I received here at Living Health had the pricing of the Atlanta massage, but the quality of the Jackson Hole massage. In fact, Id say that Living Health was even better than the Jackson Hole massage. And Living Health was less than half the price!Ive never fallen asleep during a massage before, but thats how soothing and relaxing the massage was! I am an EXTREMELY light sleeper, so that is VERY rare! And my wife fell asleep too, she told me!I cannot stress this enough, if you want the best massage for your money: go here.

Living Health has been my go-to spa for massages for about a year now - and they continually impress me. I got a 90 minute massage with their birthday special (which is the BEST deal and 1000% worth trying out) and Elizabeth was incredible. She helped me relax, she was professional, kind and personable, and an overall pleasure. If you havent tried this place out, you should!

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage and received it from LeAnn and Brittney. When we walked in, the atmosphere exuded calmness, or perhaps we had a rough work week. Overall, the atmosphere and massage made it a great experience.

This was probably the worst massage and facial I ever had. The massage was mediocre. I told the girl what type of pressure I wanted at the start and when we started on the back massage, I repeated again that I wanted more pressure. Nope. It felt like nothing. No proper pressure. on top of that the girl was sniffling she probably had a cold and should have worn a mask. So, we are still in Covid times. Clearly did not follow simple health measures towards customers. Massage wise- Would not recommendThe facial. I think it was done by Cissie. My goodness if you want to hear bragging about all the academia clients she has then you are in for a treat. She could not stop talking about all the important customers she has! How about her work? Well, first of all facials are done differently. To start with, she did not analyze the skin. She cleaned it, smearing product over the face, then put the steam for a long time on only one side, the other side of the face wasnt educated enough to get steam? I asked her a few questions, which she did not answer, she did not explain what she was doing. Kept advertising a product she did notknow how to pronounce the French correctly, and kept telling us how we would be eligible for expensive upgrades. The checkout? No water was offered. Painful, the ownder took a very long time. Just no proper customer service.In these days where we are looking at our pennies, these folks dont deserve your hard earned money. It was very clean, and they did perform a service, but it wasnt industry standard. I sure hope I wont be sick this coming week. Masks are easy to get by these days, or dont come to work if you are sick. Too expensive for NO expertise! No real knowledge of her craft. Please dont go there.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I had a party of four reserved to receive 4 facials, when we got there we found out ONE therapist would be doing all FOUR facials at the same time... I asked the manager about this and he assured me we would be “pleased”. Because my friends still wanted a facial, I agreed to proceed but made very clear to the therapist and owner that I was not pleased and that this was false advertisement. Had we known when we booked appointment that we were going to be sharing one therapist simultaneously we obviously would not have booked. The therapist was very nice, however, the facial was terrible. We may have gotten a total of a 15 min facial each... there was NO massage, no oils, no moisturizer, no exfoliation... the facials were literally split up into 15 min intervals between the four of us in the same room.When I got out front to pay I asked if we were all still expected to pay $85 for a 15 min facial and he said yes. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and we got completely taken advantage of. My group are honest people and we all paid $85, however, we will never be back to support this place.

My mother, sister, and I received massages from Tyler, Susan, and Ashley. We really enjoyed them. This was really needed after being on lockdown for so long. They made us feel comfortable and everything was so relaxing. The facility was clean. Thanks again. We will be returning.

Living Health was a GREAT experience. The people were super friendly and accomodating and Cindy (a student of the massage school) gave me THE BEST massage of my life! I told her I had never told a massage therapist that they did it too hard and that I wanted A LOT of pressure, and she did not disappoint. She worked out A LOT of tension in my lower back, neck, and shoulders that Ive been carrying around for a LONG time. I also got my first facial (although I cant remember the name of the lady who did it) and it was GREAT. This place is definitely 5 stars...I wish I could take it home with me to Birmingham! 😊

This awful place charged me for 3 massages that I never received! No call. No text. They are a school that takes money from you. They are not nice people. They tell you whatever you need to feel comfortable so they can take your money. David told me to contact my credit card company cause it’s nothing he can do. He’s the owner but can’t reverse charges? Please do not go here! Spend your money elsewhere. Annddd please don’t take a class here!You were very much so made aware that we were not going to make it as you told our friends the day of that we needed to be there fifteen minutes early or we wouldn’t be seen! This David guy is rude and inconsiderate. He needs money apparently so he takes it from innocent people. Just awful.

Relaxing environment, I felt relaxed immediately after walking into the office. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The massage was absolutely wonderful. I dozed during the massage and afterwards on the couch. I have been twice and both times completely relaxed. Love it!

I visited Living Health Day Spa for a gong meditation session with David. To put it simply: It was amazing. David has a clear passion and calling for sound healing. I was able to enter a deep state of relaxation that was transcendental and my muscle tension melted away. I will definitely be back for more and highly recommend you all try this incredible experience.

Going to TSOM is one of the best choices Ive made in my career. Its a very uplifting, positive environment for anyone who want to go to school for Massage Therapy, as well as come to relax during a treatment with a Therapist.I still stay in contact with David and Cissy, theyre amazing people!Great experience!

I have gotten multiple facials. This was probably the worst facial I have ever received. They brought my boyfriend and I in a room and did our facial together. We had our facial in their “sound room,” and it was not relaxing at all. The woman was informative and tried her best. We paid about $180 and the service we received was DEFINITELY NOT for the price we paid. I will not go back at all.

I went to living health Day Spa they was amazing. I had one of the greatest massage ever. Just thinking about it I want to go back tomorrow. If you in need for a massage I recommend you to try living health Day Spa they will take care of you.

I have been going to see Cissie Pryor for more years than I can remember. I wouldnt think of using anyone else in Memphis. The spa is always clean and quiet. Ive had most every one of the facials offered and they are all good. I especially love the smell of the Repechage products. Ive never had a bad experience. I also have massages and the technicians are good and open to you telling them how firm or soft you want them to go. It is a monthly ritual for me to have a massage and a facial. Great people!!! Give them a try.

We had Tanya and Mackenzie giving us our couples massage today and it was amazing. They both hit the trouble spots and we both feel great afterwards. We will go back!

The Chakrasage was very interesting and worth the experience, however i cannot describe enough how amazing the 1 hr massage with Crystal was. She has such a delicate and soothing voice. Her hands intuitively dance across your body with an energy thats guaranteed to make you happy.

We were visiting from out of town and this was by far the best massage ever. Everyone was so nice and just very attentive to what our bodies needed. The only thing I hate is that I don’t live closer to be able to come back! Highly recommend.

You guys.Listen to me.Yesterday I did a sound bath (aka sound therapy) for the first time, and let me tell you something: THIS IS A GAME CHANGER.When my work wife and I showed up at Living Health for our appointment, we had no idea what to expect, but we walked out of there as new beings. Totally refreshed and in an amazing headspace. David was kind, accommodating, and professional. The space was also very nice, clean, and calming. (And totally unassuming in its east East memphis location)Once the session started, I was quickly immersed in the beautiful sounds and found myself drifting away and meditating on a deeper level than ever before. Like, ive paid good money for drugs that couldnt deliver on their promise to do what this session did. If I could give more stars, I would.I highly recommend this for anyone looking to expand their meditation horizons.

Me and my wife went there a few weeks ago for a couples massage and it was good. Ive had better massages but for the money this one was a good choice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I love this place! Staff and owner are extremely professional and make you feel right at home.The facility is spotless from ceiling to floor.Bathrooms and massage rooms are well kept and very clean.Staff makes you feel like they enjoy serving you and making your day a little more relaxed.
