First time going they recommended Cream of Poppy got it in 3mg of nic and it is amazing I put it on dual core fused clapton in the Fat Rabbit RTA and its amazing smooth definitely will be coming back this location

Isnt enough room here for me to give the greatest staff at the most EXCELLENT vape in Memphis. Josh and the ladies are awesome. As an EXTREME novice and newbie at vapeing I had two million questions that SERIOUSLY took over an hour of Joshs time ,but he didnt flinch. Answered All my questions and fit me with my NORD .its an awesome salt / vers vape pen that is perfect. Thanks Josh 👍

This store probably has the largest selection in Memphis! The staff is very friendly. Large house juice selection.

The staff were so so nice. I wanted to switch from a disposable and needed someone to explain it to me. The didnt make me feel dumb and even made me laugh. They were even knowledgeable about allergies. Rayne was amazing.

Excellent Service as always professional staff just wish the government would stop with all the regulations they do not serve anyone under the age of 18 it is up to an adult to make up his mind or hers what they want to do. I have not had a cigarette in over 2 years thanks to Create A Cig and their staff but now I cant get my house juices because the government has to stick their nose into everything because of big corporations doing the wrong thing that hurts everyone. Loyal customer for Life Trust Me they know their stuff.

Love this place. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always remind me to check my items before I leave. I have closer shops, but this one is my go to.

Got what I needed and staff was friendly and all. Looses 2 stars because I don’t need to see your gun on display while you work. Doesn’t make an inviting/comfortable environment to shop at when dude is strapped up selling vape juice.

It’s good staff and all, but they hold the most horrible products for vaping I’ve ever seen. I bought a battery and reusable cartridge that doesn’t even work! I bought a charger that was defective and it got replaced with another defective charger. I also bought a battery that has been on and off on defective-ness since the first day I bought it. Of course now it’s all loose and won’t charge (despite it sitting in the same place before and after common use even) so I spend half an hour hoping the loose battery and the charger (which they declared the company was defective themselves) will actually charge. The staff is nice sure so don’t hold anything against them, but create-a-cig itself carries the most defective products I’ve ever seen. No hate to the staff whatsoever, but I’m taking my business to a vape shop that actually has useable products. Also, the products are too expensive for how inefficient they are.Edit to add: yeah. I’m not shocked the battery officially broke as of today which is a month after I got it. My only question is how do I demand a refund when every product I’ve bought there is a joke?

Awesome staff! Always helpful, and honest (they dont try to oversell you things you dont need) juice selection is vast, and house juices are amazing, this is the only place I will buy at, did I mention the staff is amazing?!?

Management at this establishment is lacking professionalism, integrity, and does not fulfill their overarching duties to lead their staff. I obtain no issues with their products, but their employment strategies for upper level management is shabby at best. BE AWARE of this particular facility and the employees they contain, because your best interests as a consumer and/or potential employee are not considered in their managerial position appointments.

This place is awesome, I explained my stressful situation to Cat and she new exactly what I needed. So when I go back to store I will call her Dr Cat!!!!

This store has a great selection, however, the staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. As a bi-racial, culturally eclectic Memphian I am immensely offended by the racist and homophobic comments made (under the breath of the sales associates). Perhaps most people wouldnt hear their whispers, but I have impeccable hearing and was so offended that I couldnt even finish my shopping. For this location to be in the CENTER of Memphis most diverse section of the metropolis, one would safely assume that there would be sympathy, or at least a faked understanding of their customers and contextual environment, but the pretentious demeanor of the staff is very disgusting, disturbing and unsettling. I may try another location, but I am very reluctant after my experience here. I considered this a safe haven, but obviously I was mistaken.

I purchased a $20 vape pen from them. Less than two weeks later it dies.Genty with the piercings in his lip tells me there’s nothing he can do for me.No trade in, nothing.I realize we’re talking about $20 here. But this is no way to treat a customer dedicated to shopping locally when other, superior, products are available online.I will never again spend my hard earned money with these folks, and I’d caution against you doing the same

Wide open floor plan with helpful staff. One of the biggest selections Ive ever seen in a vape shop. Ive been a long time customer of Create a Cig in Memphis, and this storefront is exactly what I would look for in a sales environment! Its warmly inviting, and they keep up with decorations for the holidays. They also price match with their local competition, which I dont know of anyone else doing around here in vaping. Always look forward to stopping by, and I absolutely love the staff!

Worst store Ive ever been ripped off by. Paid over 150.00 and received faulty product , they would not replace same day .the mod didnt work at all . terrible service . I would not recommend buying anything from them , they stole my money I was a loyal customer but they dont value customers . vaporwize has been very good and show appreciation for your business

So idk what happened to the customer service here. But little balding man at the counter really needs his attitude checked. He talks to his customers like they are ignorant. I dont appreciate being talked down to by people who absolutely dont know what they are talking about. I asked about a new flavor told him I wanted the 35 nic level and he sold me a 6 nic level. And when I brought this to his attention he talked to me as if I didnt understand the process of vaping in general. I told him I wanted the nicotine he basically told me I was dumb.

Need to pay attention to what the customer is asking for and stop selling them what u think they gonna like if i asked for a lava flow 6mg. Thats what i want. Not nothing else i never said anything about ice or menthol. Be more cautious and listen. Its not the first time i ask for something and get other than what im expecting or buying. Im tired of having to come back the next day to exchange. Once again on the phone i said i will be coming tomorrow to get what i asked for not to get refund are you guys high or something... Learn to listen

Good selection however I have had too many bad experiences with the staff. They are terribly pretentious and stuck up. I just order online now, cheaper anyway.

Purchased a bottle of the House juice they mix from scratch while you wait. I burned out 5 coils in 4 days. Thought at first it was my unit, but come to find out he put too much sweetner in juice and it destroyed my coils.Went back to get refund, and they would not refund money, only replace juice. I DONT want more coil destroying juice. Now Im out almost $60 in blown coils and usless juice.

This place was great!! I was looking for glass for a SMOK vape pen 22. I went 2 other places in Memphis and called about 5 others, all were out or didnt have it. I called Creat A Cig and they answered when I called and said they had multiple. The girl on the phone was soo nice and helpful during the call. Later, I went in and Garrett helped me find what I was looking for, put it on for it and put on a band to protect from future glass breaks! Great service not often found!

Do not shop here unless you are ok with receiving broken merchandise and being told they dont offer refunds under ANY circumstace.

Went in after a meeting at my daughters school to get my 2nd bottle of juice in a year. The 1st bottle was ordered online and was some of the worst harshest stuff I have ever had. Create a cig proves why the brick and mortar businesses in this industry and others will always be around. I got a bottle of special made juice. A Nutella custard was what I came up with and they made it while also juggling 4 more customers. Great job create a cig. Ill be back. This time for juice and those CBDs. They have edibles and oil. I dont know their prices. You should go down there and find out. Great atmosphere and worth the money youd typically save ordering online because your juice will taste just right and you dont waste your lungs huffing trash.
