Justus helped us with a new piece and answered every question we had for like 20 minutes straight.. 😂 definitely love the new location, the parking is so much easier and safer now. 10/10 customer service and he packed it up perfect so it wouldn’t break

Grace immediately greeted me, never got upset with me for taking my time, was very kind when answering my questions, helped me find a nice egg themed water pipe and some eggcesories to go with it, verified my id, and kept track of my available store points which saved me $16.Very thankful to have nice local shop so I dont have to order online.While some glass brands choose to be unrealistic with their pricing, whatevers shop on highland still offers great A+ glass and smoking accessories capable of meeting any budget classs/smokers needs.Thank you for the help!Happy Easter!-Santa

Called this store on behalf of a friend (who was sitting on my couch and asked me to make the calls during a moment of clarity). He was in bad shape and wanted them to please stop selling him nitrous as he was obviously abusing it and about to kill himself with it. Hundreds of dollars per week. The girl who answered the phone just... refused and told me I should be more supportive instead of judging him and for him to take some vitamin B. Super helpful medical advice. Out of all the stores I called or emailed, every single other store happily added him to a Do Not Sell list and they honored the request when he tried. This is the only store that had any sort of issue with him asking to be banned from buying it. She said if he was obviously abusing it then they would deny him but do they really think someone is buying hundreds of dollars of this stuff per week to make whipped cream? He doesnt own a bakery. I guess blue lips and burns on the mouth isnt enough to be obvious. Guess where he went when he relapsed? Now he has nerve damage. I dont have a problem with these stores selling anything they offer but if someone asks for the shop to help support their sobriety then it should be taken very seriously.

Seems like a nice enough place but its super over priced compared to what Im used to. A 16oz bag of kratom power is just over $100 which blows my mind. Considering Im used to paying 60 for a kilo.

Zach was very helpful and super nice. He helped me find what I needed and I found some extra goodies too.

Im at any one of their locations once a week at least and I cant say a bad thing about any of them. Always friendly and courteous. Always willing to answer questions to the best of their abilities. Theyve earned my loyalty. I dont think its necessary to even visit another head shop in the area. Unless you arent a fan of the qualities mentioned above. Keep up the good work guys and ladies.

This place brought me back to simpler times. It has been around for as long as I can remember. Those Grateful Dead dancing bears always bring a smile to my face!

Customer service was cool I usually go to other location on Madison but decided to give this store a chance. Once I got my sour diesal broke it down it tasted burnt like they had it in the sun too long totally downplayed the effects of the strain..

Best head shop in Memphis. The staff is incredibly kind, the selection is amazing, and their rewards program is awesome. You get really great discounts and its free to join. No other shops compare.

Theres quite a few smoke shops in this area, however, out of all of them, the Whatever chain is, by far, hands down, the best smoke shop in Memphis Tennessee. they are always offering a wide range of new, state-of-the-art, smoking apparatuses and gadgets all the time.definitely the go to smoke shop if youre ever in town

Cool Shop, employees may come off aloof because they’re super laid back but they can be helpful, just ask for what you’re looking for. They do not take cash app cards so have another form of payment. parking can sometimes be a hassle as well depending on the time of day.

Try their edibles. The THCO fruity pebbles kind that I got tasted wonderful and had me buzzed legally lol. Great product and I can personally guarantee a great nights sleep however please be aware that the effects can last well into the early hours of the next work day because it is strong. Just a heads up.

Very awesome shop. They have such a friggin huge selection of glass,CBD products, and all other types of smoking accessories. Conviently located near the University of Memphis and theres plenty of pubs and restaurants surrounding the area.

Moved here from california and from what I could see, amazing and seemingly overwhelming selection! Definitely a huge let down not being able to physically go in but of course no fault of their own! Thanks Covid-19...bought a beautiful pink handpiece and nectar collector, thanks to whomever the sweet guy was that tried to help when I didnt know what I was talking about! Cant wait to go in and actually see the shop when it opens!

I purchased a canna🌱fresh glass jar that was sold to me as air tight and would not allow odors to escape. The jar DID NOT do this. I attempted to return the jar and was told by Alex, who identified himself as the owner, that he accepted no returns. HE AT NO POINT OFFERED ME A STORE CREDIT. His reason was his customers buy stuff, use it for what they need, and then return it. Great clientele. I was sold something that was misrepresented by the salesperson and that is not honest reputable business. The least Alex could have done was offer me a store credit, not literally tell me to get out. It is a shame that a nice city like Memphis has to put up with this mentality retail ownership.

It a awesome shop! We been going there since the 1990s and it has only gotten nicer! They are very knowledgeable about what their selling and the quality of it! Keep it up!

I bought a grav bong didnt even last a month. The stem broke away from the bong. $120 piece didnt last a month. The only good quietly product I have bout from this place is a nail and butane. Not to hard to mess that up. Not recomend!

I gave this place three stars ONLY because of the art workof the pipes was amazing and the gentleman was nice! However, the woman was EXTREMELY rude and spoke to me as if i was dumb! Those are tobacco pipes? YEAH RIGHT oooook! I LOVE THE OLD GUY THAT OWNS THOSE STORES BUT HE SHOULD FIND A NICER PERSON THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

I absolutely love the energy! They had exactly what we were looking for. Being from Austin Texas it felt like walking into a piece of home.

Everybody is so courteous it was awesome I could have stayed in there all day spent the night and stayed in there a whole nother all day and spend the night again and it stayed in there a whole nother day I wouldnt even worked one of them days for free just to stay up in there and check all that stuff out

I’m so done with this place. It’s borderline a pawn shop in Tijuana. They could care less about their customers and only want your money. I tried to exchange a vape tank because I left with the wrong one (employee didn’t bother to tell me there was any difference in them) brought it back not looking for a refund or cash none of that just an EXCHANGE for the tank I needed. Did they allow this request? No lol. Why? Because I had peeled the sticker off which left some residue of course, THEIR price sticker mind you so it’s ok that it blemished the product when I was buying it but it’s not ok if y’all have it in that condititon, double standard? Lol. Fact of the matter is this was an un used product that had no grounds for being denied an exchange. I will never shop in whatever again and plan to tell all everyone I know that shops here about how petty they are.*UPDATE* Tall Bike Guy gets a shout out from the owner in the reviews and insists he will exchange his faulty vape pen LOL. Good luck buddy. I guess a $24 exchange is less valued than a $10 one, go figure.

Hard to rate as we werent able to go inside. Based on past experience I would most likely give a 5, but giving a 4 because we missed out on the browsing, touching and feeling shopping experience.

Wouldnt sell me anything without a mask on and we were outside. Ridiculous.*there wasnt a line to enter because you couldnt we were outside and I was the only person there. Ironically enough the gas station next door GAVE me a mask to earn their business. Hopefully by now you followed suit.

Was treated with no dignity treated as an outsider wasnt even warned or advise of rules of naming certain prehistoric items that Ive been using since I was in my twenties which Im now on my 40s yet being treated like I didnt know what I was talking about and that I should watch what I say and was not allowed to buy anything was told that they could not sell me anything I honestly felt like it was due to my nationality guessing I wasnt the right tone

I went to get some sage to fill my home with positive energy. They had what I was looking for, at a good price and friendly service.

Went in looking for new juice for my vapor cigarette. Was greeted friendly and was even introduced to some new flavors. I left with a new tank and great tasting juices.

Unless you visit the website and/or already know what you want, its disappointing just being able to window shop. The employees are doing their best to make this form of shopping work the best it can.

The first time i went there i got one price on the starbuzz 10 buck 100grams then the black guy who sits in the wheel chair for fun told me a more expensive price(false advertisment).its really just too much bullshit to type but dont go there to sum it all up.

The markup at this place is ridiculous. I purchased an item that cost $109 in store but was $30 online. Tried to take it back 20 minutes later and they wouldnt accept it. A 300% markup on an item is ridiculous and a smack in the face to would be customers.
