Everyone who works at this location is great. Super friendly and courteous. Brian is always a pleasure to deal with super cool guy.

Went in to get a diet soda with my husband who was purchasing beer. I am almost 8 months pregnant. They only had Diet Coke and I didn’t want the caffeine so I was not getting anything. I stood waiting for my husband to buy his beer and the lady asked for both IDs. I said oh sorry I don’t have mine, was in here to get a soda and I’m pregnant. Cashier responds “being pregnant doesn’t stop people from drinking.” I was floored. She could have just said “sorry it’s my store policy to ID all.” This was an extremely rude accusation and the cashier was very rude. Don’t let go of customers service in lue of just stating policy. Do better and focus on customer service skills.

This is a great place to stop and grab a drink after getting hit by a semi truck! Just one Monaco to settle down my nerves after that kiss I got from the trailer sliding into the side of my car.

I do love Tobacco Connection but that one associate always has to ruin it just a little.I was in and speaking to the associate. She looked up and said, “I’m sorry I am not going to listen to you. There are people are the drive through.” Excuse me? What? I’m still mind blown. I’ve never had an associate tell me that before. 😂Mind you there was a manage and a second associate working at the time. Very interesting customer service.

Asked about a lighter best for pipe smoker. Young man showed me a $6 lighter. I bought it and soon regretted it. It worked 3-4x then it wouldnt work anymore. Plan to go back soon and see if they have a solution to this issue. I really do like this place. Great crew, cold beer & assorted beverages. Any kind of smoker accessories. Packs, cartons, bags of various tobacco products.Always have items on special too.

Great products, I dont like the way it smells, its not a bad smell but its way to musky. Also it doesnt look good when a boss is literally chewing out the staff in front of a customer!
