Stock piled today. By far the Best Vape Store in the Treasure Valley! Never had better customer service as I do when I go in there and Hayden is there! He makes my trip super easy remembers my name, remembers what I like/don’t like. Makes recommendations and hasn’t let me down yet. Should be CEO of this company, hands down! Vote for Hayden 2024!

Fantastic customer service every time I come in, Connor, Hayden, Dylan, the whole crew in here has been excellent. Its hard these days to find good customer service with a young crew. I hate sounding so old like that, but, it really is.These guys always have a very personable attitude, always smile, remember conversations from past visits, and remember customer preferences.

Stacey and the whole crew at the shop are amazing! Always super friendly and helpful! The selection of new products and their knowledge of them is hands down the BEST in the valley! Glad to be an OG customer!

I give this place 2 stars for the variety. But the customer service was terrible. They noted that they didnt use salt nic and that they arent as knowledgeable. Which is fine but let someone help me that is. I felt rushed. I was going to buy more and mentioned I wanted another and was told that I should probably just stick to what I know. Which I didnt know anything. I wanted descriptions since I cant see the product but that did not happen! I wasted money on something because I didnt have anyone truly helping me find what I wanted. Just trying to get me out of the door!

Best vape shop in Idaho! I have Been going here for years and have never been disappointed with the customer service, selection of products or atmosphere. The staff is approachable, helpful and nice. My main man Kory is always giving great recommendations on flavors and helping me out with exchanging broken/faulty disposables. I have Tried other shops in Boise and meridian but nothings better then the vapor loft.

Let me put it this way...If I came into this shop looking for my dog..despite the fact I dont have a dog..these guys would somehow manage to give me a puppy. In turn making my day, year and life.EVAN and ALEX were here tonight and their service and personalities were some of the best ive had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time. After them presenting me with the Lost Vape Orion Cartridges, Saurin Air Cartridges, and juice I needed I naturally wanted to stay and chat because they felt like friends already! 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely love this vape shop. I was new to vaping last year. They took the time to hear out my concerns, preferences and helped me to find exactly what fits best. Conner has always been great. Everytime I go in he helps me find my new flavor and answers my questions about nicotine levels, disposables etc. I will forever only go to this location because of the employees and selection!

I was in the shop today and last night. Trinity today was so beyond helpful! She knew all the flavors what taste great what doesn’t and was so awesome to work with! She gained a customer for life! However I do have to say the woman who was working last night Dec 5th was no help at all. She had an attitude and seemed upset to be there in general and made the experience not good, I returned today because my mom stole my vape and I wanted to get another before leaving town thankfully trinity was there to answer every and all questions we had! Thank you so much!

Synopsis: They sell/have sold;* Old/oxidized juices past expiration* Cheap/FAKE Sony 18650 batteriesBeen going here for years only due to its proximity to my house. Many times over the years they have sold me juice that is so old that the color is yellow when it should be clear. Twice they sold me the wrong atomizer, which fit, but leaked all over. Both times I told the clerk I thought it wasnt the right one, same dude both times assured me it was. Got a replacement on one, demanded it, he gave me the wrong replacement.. The clerks are nice, but they are kids who dont know a whole lot about stuff. One kid argued with me when I pointed out the vape juice wasnt supposed to be yellow, aka it oxidized in the presence of sunlight (UV). He was adamant about juice never actually spoiling. The most coincidental part about this situation was that when I got home, I realized I had purchased the same juice, dated from the exact same batch from an online retailer. The thing thats funny is that I purchased the bottle 8 months prior but kept it in a freezer. They sell spoiled yellowing juice.Thats just information from over the years. Thats not why Im finally reviewing this distasteful establishment. The reason I come to write, is that I decided to buy batteries from here. Even though its way more expensive than online, I figured they have sold me good ones before..... I almost bought four since it was some sort of deal. The batteries they sold me are Chinese fakes. They dont hold a constant voltage after 75% battery level drain. To give you an idea how ridiculously bad these fake batteries are, they preform worse than salvaged cells from a laptop battery pack that was over 10 years old. The owner is ripping people off, selling old juices, charging a premium and hires stoner kids to run shop. Anyways, they got hundreds out of me over the years, but Im done. The straw that broke the camel was cheapo fake 18650s. Never again, forever never. Bye bye

Once again a fabulous experience at this place! I bought a whole new set up and Stacy helped me out. She was fabulous and took her time explaining everything to me in detail. And she helped me price everything so I could stay on budget. She seriously made me feel like I was visiting a friend. How can you get any better than that? Travis and Stacey are amazing. They always have the best attitude and theyre helpful and so very nice. They always make sure theyre stocked with the flavor I can cuz its the only thing I like. Theyre patient have great music playing. And the shops always so clean and smells good. And its nice and cool in there.

Favorite vape shop! I love that the guys who work there try their best to make sure you have the best products to fit what you like. Korey 90% of the time is the one that helps me and always is efficient. He always makes sure my experience is great and always makes me laugh as I head out the door. Corey was awesome with helping me pick a new prince tank. I picked up a few coils for the new and my old tank. I was very impressed by there stock levels and how great the selection is. Keep it up! Costumer Service was great. Highly recommend.

Weve been in a few times in the past month and every time the service and support are amazing. Kory answered every question with knowledge and experience. He was available with opinions and information he had gotten from customers previous experiences. However he was never pushy or impatient. While I have limited experience with vape shops I have found MY go to! Thank you for a job well done with pricing I can agree with!

This store is the best around Boise, and I’ve visited them all! I can’t even pick a favorite employee because they’re all wonderful! Stacy is down to earth and will help you no matter what the problem is. Keegan is beyond helpful when I want to try 20 different juices, and always always has a smile on his face! If you are looking for a great experience at a vape store, vaporloft on overland is the place to go. They are always super friendly kind and have a great selection of juices and vapes. Ive been coming here for quite a while and they never disappoint with the new products they have. The grab bags are probably my favorite thing aside from the employees because they are always so kind and knowledgeable about devices. Colton and Stacy are always on top of their game, it can be super bussy and they still provide great customer service.

Absolutely love all the Vapor Loft locations in the area but the Overland stop is my FAVORITE for one reason: Kory!!!! He is so much fun to hang out with and talk to. My husband and I easily spend 30-40 mins per visit talking about their newest shipments, recommendations, etc. He is very knowledge about their products and always delivers amazing customer service. I always ask him for his recommendation for new juice and I’m NEVER disappointed! Love this shop and Kory is a large reason that we find our time here enjoyable! :)

The UVL is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, and knowledgeable shops in the valley! I cant say enough about their friendly staff and how helpful they are. Since I started vaping this shop has been my go to. Ive been to many other shops even their sister stores. But there is not one that compares. Between the welcoming atmosphere the family like customer service. To how personable they are. They know you by name. Know what you like. And always take care of your needs. Not to mention this is the ONE shop who always has what you want or need in stock. And if for some reason they dont stacS will order it. We now dont even live in Ada county anymore and will make the 20-30 minute drive to ONLY go here. Highly recommended by my family! To anyone who wants the best... Here it is. The prices are good, employees are always helpful, and the store is clean and welcoming. Ive stopped coming as often, since Travis and Kory stopped working here, because they really made the experience for me. But thats not Vapor Lofts fault.

Awesome customer service, Jack was great. I will definitely be back to this store over the one on Chinden even though I live closer to that one. This store was more than happy to fix a terrible experience caused by the chinden location even though they are separately owned and operated. Also, give Jack a raise.

This shop in Meridan is by far the best one I have been to yet. Im from out of town and was blown away. Customer service was top notch. The manager there Stacy Foresee knew her stuff and her staff were so polite and knowledgeable. I will be back to visit them soon. Cant wait to check out the new store in Nampa!

Amazing products and customer service! I had a mod that quit on me within 2 months, and they went out of their way to offer me a replacement mod of a different brand around the price of my original mod that quit on me. Very kind staff and true to their business. Ive never regretted being a customer at this location!

This is honestly the best vape store ive ever been to, if i could give it more stars I absolutely would. They have the nicest employees and wonderful customer service. I came in about a week ago and Evan and Kory were so helpful. They were patient with me and helped me pick out what I wanted without an issue. Then Alex came in and also was very helpful. All of them were super knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question i asked. Came back in abiut a week later(today) and Travis fixed my pin connection on my orion no problem. Best place to go in Boise. Definitely my favorite vape store in all of Idaho.

I have been going to Vapor loft for over a year and a half now. My Fiance and I consider Keegan, Kory, and Travis good friends at this point. Everytime we walk in we end up being there longer than expected but in the best way ever possible! They are always showing us new things and are AMAZING at customer service! Thank you Travis and Kory for hooking me up with some new mesh coils and two new juices. It was my first time in the Vapor Loft Overland location and you made me feel right at home guys. The mesh coil is amazing and I am loving the banana toast crunch flavor. I cant wait to crack open the sea salt caramel custard. I will definitely be back.

Im a new regular at this store. I was referred by vape trickster Jacob Mitchell. Every time Ive come in, Ive never had to wait for too long to get helped and they are always helpful when I have questions about my mod.I feel bad that I keep forgetting the names of the workers there, but I can tell you that each employee Ive been helped by have been awesome!

These guys are hands down the best vape store in Boise/Nampa Area. I drive out of my way everytime I need something just to go here. Ive boughten 3-4 Mods here and tons of Juice. All High Quality. Today I had My Vape Serviced on here because i was getting error messages and Kory and Stacy gave me a loaner vape while they kept it and fixed It and also gave me a free charging chord that was working better with it. some Top Tier Support.

Used to always come to vapor loft when I needed mods, juice, and coils. Every single visit was literally the best experience I could ever have at a vape store. Always greeted when walking in and every employee is very nice and is very educated on the product they sell. I dont recommend going to any other store but this one.

That has now changed thanks to my visit to Vapor Loft on overland!Best customer service Ive EVER experienced in a Vape Shop. Ive been vaping 10+ years and am an advanced user compared to average. Stacy asked if I needed help while I was browsing RDAs. I gave her my usual test I give any vape employee to try to guage their level of knowledge so I dont go over their head, or dumb it down too much. Stacy is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable up to and including Battery Safety on Mech Devices, DIY coils etc. She knows her products and set me up with an RDA that Im incredibly happy with. She recommended products that would compliment my RDA and vaping experience, and was right about all of her suggestions.You guys are my new GO TO Vape Shop in the Boise Area!Stacy, now order some rayon and give it a shot. I moved to meridian last year and I have been going to different vape shops for years. Vapor loft meridian is by far the best vape shop I have been to. The staff is very polite very knowledgeable. They got juice and coils and that’s all of what I’m lookin for in life. Staff is great and never stand waiting for too long to get what I need. Also they sell the salt nic coils individually and that’s absolutely a blessing when I’m broke. Long live the loft.

Meridian Vapor Loft is literally the only vape shop I can go to anymore.Ive never had the pleasure of having such patient and knowledgeable employees. They offered to walk me how to coil and wick my rdta before I knew what that even meant haha. I never took the lesson because I always go right before work so no time lol.They have the best juice selection and the coils I like!Only negative experience I ever had was when I popped in needing some coils pronto. They kinda joked about taking their time. Whatever not their fault Im going right before work. Lol, then when I was checking out a random employee who wasnt even helping me just grabbed my vape started flipping it over and spilt half of my tank. I was like uhm and his coworker was like dude youre spilling guy never said sorry. He pulls out some wipes cleaned up his own hand, ignoring me while talking to other patrons and then put the wipes under the counter. I had to ask the original dude helping me for a wipe because dbag left my vape a sticky, empty, mess. Other than that... Ill always go to vaper loft in Meridian lol.

My family and I just moved my mom up to Idaho from Arizona. Before she left, she bought a vape because none of us smoke. The store she purchased hers in, did not explain to her the proper way to prepare and work her vape. After struggling for three weeks, I had the idea to go to a vape store to ask for help. I called the closest one to our home and Jack answered.WOW! I can not say enough about Jack! My mom and I appreciate his expertise and his ability to fix her new vape.Shes now able to enjoy her habit and for those of us who are not vapers or smokers, we will not have to worry about headaches and sinus infections. Got a drag 2 platinum from here about a week and a day ago and its cutting out when Im vaping on it.. it totally cuts off.. I called in about it and the guy said there is a refund but he has to use my mod for the day. my vape cuts out and does it every once and a while.. So the guy said theyll give me one to use while theyre using mine for the day and he said hell vape on it for a day to see what happens.. I just feel I got tossed over and spent 70 bucks and I just dont feel its right to treat a customer by having your people use my mod for the day and im just upset and unhappy😣. My boyfriend was a heavy cigarette smoker for over 20 years, after one day when I was fighting a cold I couldnt take the smell of cigarettes anymore. Plus I could see how negatively it was affecting his health, between wheezing at night, yellowing teeth, and not to mention the price of smokes. I did some research on vaping and the success its had with helping some quit smoking all together. After reading reviews on the hundreds of vape stores in the Treasure Valley, I went with Vapor Loft. We both went in and were greeted by a gentleman behind the counter, he listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and educated us on how to use a vape. My boyfriend wasnt looking for some fancy piece or looking to blow clouds of smoke. He settled on the Suorin Drop Pod which looks like and is about the size of a car alarm key. He chose two flavors and started with a dose of nicotine equivalent to what he was getting now. Well here we are 6 months cigarette free, his nicotine dose is cut in half and now he cant even stand the smell of cigarettes. His breathing is much better and were saving much more money. Next step is to quit completely. I just want to eat thank you to the guys at Vapor Loft on Overland, you guys are awesome and we appreciate all the help.
