This was my very first massage experience and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Reception was fantastic and Ashley my masseuse was friendly, informative and knew her stuff. I feel incredible. Highly recommend this location and will be going back.

Worst place to go for a prenatal massage. Seeing as they offer this service, I thought they would at least know what they were doing. I left with more pain than I came in with. Definitely not worth the $125 for a terrible 50 minute massage.

I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2012. I have been to many locations over 4 or 5 states. When Im in Phoenix, I look forward to my sessions with Becky. I do have to say that she is by far, my best masseuse in any of the locations I have ever gone to. She is a lot of fun and shes extremely knowledgeable. She can tell exactly what I need when I see her. I highly recommend her. Thank you Becky!! 🙂

What a goofy experience. Scheduled a couples massage and got a text at 8pm saying the massage therapist who was going to be working on my partner called off, so they wanted to know what we wanted to do. We texted back asking if there were other people available. Next morning (day of our appointment) they tell us that they cancelled our appointment and already scheduled someone else for the time slot. The girl on the phone was fumbling with “ums” and “uhs” and kept changing it back and forth from “the time slot was taken”, “you never responded”, “there is nobody else”, and “we tried calling you.” She seemed to know what they did was lame.0 calls, one text. Glad we didn’t come here, but it’s still disappointing.

I had a massage from Becky. She really does a stellar job! She able to use lots of pressure which is important for me. She’s also very skilled at working the various muscles around my trouble areas to bring me some relief. She’s very attentive to my preferences and really cares to make it a great and effective massage. I will definitely be back!

Massage could have been better. Told them areas I wanted to focus, which they didn’t. The massage therapist was breathing heavy in my face and smelt of cigarettes. Way over priced for what you get!

Ive been dealing with tension/stress headaches for years. When I get them they linger for weeks. I came here for the first time about a week into one of my episodes. Using Imitrex about every other day and using my Cefaly daily. After I spent 90 minutes with Rosa I felt instant relief. I set a follow up appointment for 5 days later because I know my body and my migraines that dont give up easily. Rosa finds all the tension knots and eliminates them. Im so glad to have found her. Her hands are blessed and she is amazing! She really found her calling. Shes a true healer!

Aiden was great! I felt totally comfortable and respected by him. Aiden took time to ask the right questions so that my massage was just what I needed. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain and he took extra care to make sure these areas were taken care of. As I told Aiden, it was the best neck massage I have ever had.

This place is a joke, I went in and canceled my membership 10 months ago and come to find out they didn’t cancel me then and have been paying for it this whole time. So had to go back and cancel again, and they told me that I would be charged again because they need another 10-15 days to cancel it. What a joke!!!!

Rosa is always amazing. We moved to Chandler more than a year ago, but we still drive up north for Rosa! Years of outstanding care without a single complaint or issue. She’s the best!!

Kayla is such a great massage therapist. I’ve been having a lot of pain and nothing has been helping. Not yoga, not stretching - honestly, not even other MT sessions with other therapists. It is now the morning after my session with her, and my muscles do not feel as tight (the cause of my pain), and my flexibility has increased substantially. The pain in my feet is gone, as well. Moving forward, I will continue to book with her. Excellent work!!!!! She’s a natural & I am appreciative of her talent. Looking forward to next weeks session with her. Thanks again 💜

I love coming here. It is very warm and inviting and the staff are wonderful. If you ever have an opportunity to get a massgae from Rosa, DO IT! She is amazing and incredibly skilled. I always leave my massage feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. After my most recent massage, my back and shoulder pain had reduced by at least 75%. She books up fast and she is worth every penny.

Aaron was terrific- I’m a stressed-out type A person who also runs every day and has associated soreness and tightness from both. Aaron managed to address both issues. He was personable and put me entirely at ease. It was the best massage I’ve had in decades. I highly recommend him!

Rosa is an amazing massage therapist! Every time I leave, I say “that was the best massage I’ve ever had” and they only keep getting better. She works with me and listens to my body adjusting the pressure as needed. I really enjoy the EMT on my neck and back. Kristine is great. She asks throughout the service if the pressure continues to be OK. She’s very connected with her patients and very caring.

I have never wanted to walk out of a massage until now. My therapist was sweating to the point it was dripping on me. I could feel the sweat on her arms as it mixed with the oils. I came home immediately to shower and change. In the 90 mins we still didn’t get to the problem areas. There was only 15 minutes left when she asked me to turn over so she could work on my back and glute which I expressed at the main areas of concern. My session started 10-15 minutes late (same as last time) and the time was not made up. Cbd cream was not used but paid for. I asked for deep tissue sports massage and got trigger point shiatsu. I left immediately before I was asked how my treatment went because I would have given too harsh of a review and didn’t want to hurt anyones feelings.

I absolutely LOVE Ms. Cherry!I have been getting massages for 20+ yrs and shes the best! Shes kind, caring, and amazing at what she does. Thank you!

Been going to this location for 15 years. I am grandfathered in and have always had good service. I’ve now had my appointments canceled twice on me in a row, with no explanations only to be told well you can reschedule another day. Well no I can’t wait when I’m in pain and have made my appointment for a specific date and time. We should be compensated in some way for the cancellation just like they do if we short notice cancel on them.

Dr. Dickerson and staff are incredible. My teeth are straight for the first time in my life, I actually teared up. Highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed. I purchased a membership a few months ago and have had a pretty amazing experience up until today. Over a month ago I pre-booked an hour massage going into an hour facial and the day before my service (today) I was informed that my original service provider for the massage would not be working tomorrow and gave me the option to switch providers. I was happy to switch therapists however, without realizing; they had signed me up for a 90 minute massage in which I would have to pay the difference. When I realized the situation I called back to specify I just wanted my original 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial that I had booked a month prior. They refused to accommodate me telling me my only option was to pay the difference for the 90 minute massage or switch the date altogether. I would understand this sort of treatment if it were my decision to cancel or not be able to make my appointment however it was this establishment that made the mistake. I am a small business owner and I understand the sacrifices that need to be made in order to keep your clients satisfied especially when it was the fault is from the establishment itself. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that I received. I absolutely will not be renewing my membership.

Everyone was super friendly! I hope I dont mess this up.. Jessica I believe was my therapist and she did do a wonderful job (put me to sleep 😆) It was a little pricier than I remember so thats why I gave it four stars. Maybe Ive never been out of the massage game for an bit. I did have a gift certificate that covered most of it so thats the reason I didnt shop around. Ill probably shop around next time. If price is similar Ill most likely come back to Massage Envy and bump it up to 5 stars. My basic massage was $115 before tip.

I have been a member of Massage Envy at the Dobson location for a few years. Ive been fortunate to find very talented massage therapists that care about their patients there. Recently I experienced some issues with booking appointments, and I let a staff member know about my frustration. When I came in for my last appointment, they TOTALLY made it right! Thank you so much! Its not every day that people or businesses hold themselves accountable. This gesture will not be forgotten, and I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Steven was great! Probably one of the better massages I’ve had. I was able to fully relax!

My wife had a gift card she called up there to verify that the $60 was still on the card and set an appointment. After her massage they said the gift card did not have money and it was probably a stolen gift card. The lady at the front was very rude and they made her pay will never ever go there again! Customer beware!!Still waiting on corporate to call us back.stay away everyone!There are plenty of other massage parlors out there that will not scam you!!!Just called a different massage envy location and they verified that there’s still $60 on the card.

Came in about a month ago and they were able to work me in the schedule as a walk-in within 30 minutes. I got there deep massage and let me tell you I like it deep. The therapist did an amazing job. I wished I remembered her name she had blond hair. She was able to remove all of the notes. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortabl.

Ive been going here for a few months. My masseuse Rosa is great, I definitely recommend her. Overall, its a really nice atmosphere. I usually get there early for my appointment and pop into Starbucks next door first. The waiting room can be a bit cold and you can hear the HVAC system pretty audibly in there and in some of the massage rooms but Ill definitely keep going back.

The atmosphere was very nice. However my massage therapist kept dozing off while doing my nexk massage. At first I thought it was just a rest for my neck until it happened more often. He would be rubbing my neck slowly start to stop and then start again quickly and hard and then slow down, stop then again start quickly and harder. After the 4th time I looked up and his eyes were closed! This was my very first massage and not a good one. Super disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a gift card for our anniversary and I feel like it was just wasted

Staff is extremely patient and adapts amazingly well to different pressures and whether the client wants small talk or not. I frequently get gifts for my parents from here and havent had a bad experience.Edit: Unfortunately, I had the complete opposite experience yesterday. I called a different location Thursday in Chandler to transfer a session to my grandmother. They said something about their system not letting them so I said nevermind. Called this one and staff said shed be able to help me, no problem, and I was so thankful. Arrived with my grandmother who was in severe neck and shoulder pain only to have that same staff member say I had to pay $55 plus my monthly $65 to keep this appointment due to their system. I asked her about what she said yesterday and she kept ignoring that and continued to say, in front of my grandmother, that Id have to pay the extra or cancel my appointment. I cant believe the deceitful, arrogant, blatant LIES I was told just so Id keep my appointment. I read the reviews about this place before going but tried to give it a shot anyway. Ive learned my lesson.

My experience here was definitely a good one. The masseuse was well trained and good at her job. It was definitely worth the price they charged for the amount of time she spent on the massage. You have to try at least one of their specialty lotions while youre there!!

I have contacted guest relations and only got a response from the corporate one, this is a franchise and Ive sent multiple emails to the people at the 89st location. I signed up for a monthly membership and was not told it was a 12 month contract, its very frustrating. I dont want this membership that i have used 1 time in 6 months....Make sure you tell customers what they are actually signing up for...

My husband loves Carmen, she is super good at deep tissue, and all his work related muscle problems. Laceyis my favorite, and she is the best as far as I am concerned. She knows when to dig in and rehear knots, and when to ease off and let me relax. We have gotten nothing but top notch service from this location. We actually live closer to another massage envy, but will stay here for the therapists.

Kristine gave me a hot stone massage. Excellent! She knows what shes doing. The only thing reason I didnt do a 5 was because they didnt even offer a water. Ive never had a massage where they dont hand you a bottle and remind you to drink lots of H2O afterwards.

All Massage Envy locations share a consistent, professional, clean, corporate-controlled environment in which to receive legitimate massage & facial services. This one is on par with others. On this particular occasion, there was a loud gaggle of women having a conversation and laughing in the hallway during my session. I think they were employees, not clients. Somewhat distracting, but not terrible. Could have been avoided by attentive staff or management. I like this location better than a Tempe Marketplace.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and a friend. In which both of us are members. When I get there they only had my friends information for the appointment. So it took them almost 20 minutes to correct. Then to follow up. We had to pay for our massages. I gave them a voucher for mine, but they made an unauthorized charge on my debit card for my friends massage. Failed to call him or attempt to contact him. Yet they had no problem contacting me. Keep in mind we are both members, and they had his information before mine when we showed up. I called them to see if it could be rectified. Instead she just hesitates, states would call me right back. Six hours later. No phone call. So I highly doubt I will get a call back or resolution for something theyve done illegally. Completely untrustworthy location! I would never recommend anyone to go here

Meh. I came here as I was in the area. From the outside and even inside, the center looks more aesthetically pleasing than the location in Tempe Marketplace. However, I still had a pretty not-so-good experience with the therapist. He had me count my breathing so that it was the correct tempo for relaxation. It was really distracting to listen to him talk throughout and also guide me on breathing. Afterwards, I did not feel that much better...At least he was nice and I think he really wanted to try... and front desk people were welcoming too...so gonna give them an extra star for their friendliness.

I love it here. I go as often as their schedule permits. My only complaint is they never have appointments available unless you schedule ahead of time .

I was feeling a little tense and decided a massage was a good idea, looked this place up and fell in love with the prices. For my first time, it was a wonderful massage and would definitely recommend the young lady I had, however, you get completely stressed out all over again as soon as your continuing to check out. You are bombarded and pushed into a sale over membership mumbo jumbo, and then tell you if you dont sign up, your must pay 50% more the next time you come in, the young lady at the counter (Lindsey?), was incredibly rude and difficult to work with. She was so unfriendly and made me feel completely uncomfortable, the next time I come in, or the next anybody comes in, I would avoid her and the whole membership. They obviously fake the customer service for a sale, especially when you say no to the membership they try to rush you out the door.

The massage itself was good. I had Carmen and she did a good job on my lower back and neck and I feel great but she didnt have enough time to concentrate on anything else because at Massage Envy a one hour massage means 48-50 minutes.

Best massage I’ve had in a while. Kayla knew what she was doing at getting muscles to release. I will be going back again.

I love this place so much! Im sad that we have recently moved away from it. The staff here are truly amazing. I highly recommend it. Especially if you have any nerves from it being your first time or previously having a bad experience or something, they are perfect. I felt so comfortable with every therapist and like my needs were always met. Im going to miss it but highly HIGHLY recommend it to others!

This place is very hard to get an appointment. Many times Ive not been able to get thru on the phone or internet.Two of the ladies are the best anywhere. The others are in need of experience. So I gave 4 stars on the two great masseuses.

I have a monthly membership and its one of the best feelings to be taking better care of my muscles and tension.This location isnt far from my house and its always clean and comfortable.

Very dishonest dont do your holiday shopping here. My wife responded to a holiday ad just last Christmas to pre-purchase a 3 month membership as a Christmas gift for me. When I activated the membership a few months later her credit card was automatically charged another $15. I called in to inquire what the charge was for and they claimed it was a gratuity I left during my massage. I informed them no I dont carry my wifes credit card and I left a cash gratuity. Then they said it is because the price of the 3 month membership increased between the ad we responded to and when I activated the membership. So dont be fooled by holiday promotions as they will not be honored. Keep in mind this membership was prepaid then they changed the price, billed our card for the difference months later and never even mentioned anything to us about the charge. Dont give your credit card info to this company as they will charge at will. Extremely dishonest and deceptive advertising and business practices. Too many options to do business with someone so unethical.

I have been a member at this location for over 10 years. I dont keep a regular massage schedule but I am still able to get a good massage. I know that cheaper massage rates are available nearby but they are not as thorough as the services I receive at Massage Envy.

Ive been a member at Massage Envy - Dobson for a few years and my experience with them has always been positive. The facility is clean and well maintained; the receptionists are friendly and helpful, and the therapists are well trained and professional - my current favorite is Tai. If you like deep massage, she is great!

Thieves!!! I went to this place once. I had a very bad headache and I did not know what else to do. I just wanted a massage. Instead of helping me, they insisted on giving me a sales pitch. They could see I was in extreme pain and one of the office assistants even volunteered to dim the lights. They continued to insist I should have a membership. I agreed to anything to get relief. After that, they continued to charge my card for years into the future. I had to dispute it every time. They refused to stop charging my card and started claiming it was an internet transaction. I had one massage that has now cost me several hundred dollars and hours of wasted time. They are not interested in you, only your membership. I have now convinced them to do a partial refund, but after so much wasted time, I wish I had never met Massage Envy.

I felt like Aiden did a wonderful job addressing my concerns and really helped me with my neck and back pain.

I am very picky about massages. I have been lifting weights regularly for 15+ years and need to get regular deep tissue massages. I can honestly say that Shanice (I probably spelled her name wrong) is the best therapist Ive ever had. I have better range of motion and my workouts are more effective.

Before you sign anything - or before you give you credit card number make sure this place is where you want to get your massage. None of the people give good massages - overpriced - an hour service is NOT an hour by the way because 10 mins is supposedly used for counseling, taking off your clothes. Other massage places give you EXACTLY an hour 60 mins not 50 mins like this place. Will NOT recommend anyone - go to reflextology places they are much much better $30/hr. Bad service and no customer service!!!!

I spoke with the manager for the Dobson & 60 location, and she was extremely rude and unpleasant. I was very polite throughout the conversation, but she was consistently shrill and annoying. She was probably having a bad day because she is alone except for her cats, but still I was shocked by the way this manager behaved. Such a disgrace.

Eve is excellent. She stays calm and quite while providing soft information on each point of your facial. Highly recommend.

Do NOT waste your money on a membership here. After 3 months I wasnt able to pay for the membership monthly charge. Told I could freeze my account for 6 months and then I could cancel in January. Get a call in January and then was told I couldnt cancel until I had 6 more paid months. And my next take out wouldnt be till March 10th. Then I get charged on Feburary 10th. Now instead of 6 more months i have to pay till i can cancel its 8. Total WASTE of money. Not worth it at all. I would give this a 0 if I could.

This place is amazing, I came in for deep tissue and let me tell you the massage therapist Chenise delivered.

The massage therapists are hit or miss here. Not all them offer the same services or types of service... If youre going to here to relax then its not the place for you. The pricing is a bit expensive... You have to become a member and sign a contract to take advantage of their lower rates..which are still expensive!

Get an affordable, amazing massage and then a facial all in one awesome spa day if you want. They have amazing Aromatherapy to add to the session which always helps me to relax.

Ask for Lori, she is amazing. Anything less than 90 minutes and youre wasting your time. Go relax, bring a gallon of water, and youll feel amazing after.

She does a great job and addresses all your concerns and works hard on your problem spots

They have continuously cancelled or had to reschedule my appointments due to injuries or illnesses. I have also had appointments randomly cancelled and not found out until I showed up at the location.

The manager lady is rude and unprofessional went to turn in an application to apply there and asked to speak to the manager to introduce myself, sat waiting for 20 minutes and she wasnt even busy! She walked past me 3 times looked right at me KNEW I was waiting to speak to her and ignored me. Very rude.

I just canceled my membership due to the fact of all the sexual assault claims in the media definitely don’t want anything to do with this place anymore absolute ashamed sucks that when you google Massage Envy the first thing that pops up is sexual assault from many locations
