Red Star is an interesting situationYou save a prolific amount of money ordering online as opposed to the store front. However your savings is eaten up by the shipping cost.If you only need one or two items, there is no winning situation.Its best to build a larger order and just order online if you can do that.The ultimate downside to this strategy is that you have to wait longer and longer for that amazing Wyatt Earp or Morley Red juice.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. That makes up for the higher price to some degree.

This place has outstanding service!! I had a mod that I bought from them 3 months back break on me and Koa ( I hope I spelled that correctly) and Evan worked on it for about 30 minutes to no avail. Long story short, Evan gave me his mod, which was the exact same mod even though I was prepared to buy a new one. These guys are the best. Im in there once a week to get juice, which in my opinion is the best. They never dissapoint. Customer for life here.Ive been coming here for almost 10 years and have never seen such awesome customer service. Great prices on house juice to premium juice. I love red star they’re my go to for vape juice and vape mods! You can get a 60ml bottle of vape juice for around $16 here which is a steal and they have a huge menu of juices to choose from! I’ve gotten a few coils from there that didn’t work and they just gave me a new one to replace it without charging me which a lot of places won’t do! They have all types of vaping devices and tanks with great deals price wise for those as well! Also the staff is really friendly and super helpful with any questions I might have whenever I go in or with choosing a new mod whenever I’m feeling a need to upgrade! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Just went in on Veterans Day. I normally go to the QC location, but I was in the area so gave them a try. I didn’t catch the guy’s name who was working, but he was super friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve been a loyal Red Star customer for like 7ish years now. After over a decade of vaping and going to dozens of vape shops, I won’t go anywhere else. Every single stop to get what I need has been great. Always friendly, always know their products, hardware and juices, and always have a great selection. Whether you need a new mod, coils, juice, disposables, whatever, they got you! DEFINITELY 5/5!

Visited recently. Had a great experience. The gentleman I met sold me some Red Star juice. I got Triple Berry, and Frost Dragon. I have been tearing through the Frost Dragon.They also sold me on the Vaporesso XROS 3 Nano. If you are a higher OHM, small device kinda person, then this thing is amazing. Super simple to use, easy refill, and USB-C charging.This location will be my new go-to spot.

I go to the location on Baseline closest to Dobson and I have made that the only spot I go to get anything to do with vaping. I only know one employee by name and that is Alex and he has remembered mine and welcomes me every time I come in. Great place definitely recommend you check it out. (I now have met a second employee whom makes me feel welcome and helps as if I was a friend. l feel horrible I cant remember his name, hell I had Alex named Zack.. SMH) Bottom Line go to Red Star!

Nick is new to this location, and they are lucky to have him! He is simultaneously personable, upbeat, respectful and professional. He even remembered from my last visit that I had purchased a Valyrian tank and might need coils, and generally which juice I prefer. Hes a great asset to the team/company 😊 and Im so happy that Black Raz Ade (house brand) still tastes the same. Good balance of sweet and flavor, not overpowering

Outstanding store, both the service and products! An update to my previous review: The service is excellent and caring to your needs from all staff (example is Josh who went the extra mile for my request). Also the products are diverse and of high quality (you can even get high VG and 12mg nicotine, hard to find these days). Locally made juice (90% VG) is outstandingly above the quality of big brand names. Very glad there is a store like this!

Great experience. The space isn’t overwhelming and the staff is welcoming. The person who helped me was really great — listened to what I’ve been using and the features I was looking for and was able to set me up with everything I needed at a really affordable price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They give great recommendations on new e-liquid flavors to try based on your flavor preferences. Although they didnt have the glass for my tank in stock they gave me a free band to put on my tank to prevent it from breaking for when I get a new glass.

Ive been using Red Stars house blend for 5+ years now. Ive tried almost all of the premium juice brands and none of them compare to Red Star. Not to mention, Ive always received top notch customer service at each location Ive visited.I would suggest selling the product online again if possible. I no longer live near a Red Star location but would happily wait for my favorite juice to be delivered. Until then, I will savor the Icy Blue Razz I have left and stock up anytime I have the chance. ✌️

Kind of mixed feelings.. Employee that helped me out was awesome. I went in knowing next to nothing, having just ordered my first unit online. Guy took apart my whole unit and showed me how and what each piece was. Invaluable information. That said, they dont carry iSub coils, which is what I needed. I was recommended to this place, and was told to try Sweet Water oil (which is great). If they had what I needed Id be a returning customer; but they dont, so Ill have to keep ordering online or find a new place..

Lots of variety and they have a rewards program that is really nice! I only take away 2 stars because the staff isn’t really knowledgeable. I usually go to Red Star for my vaping needs but the one in Chandler. However, I this was my first time at this location. I wish I remember the dude’s name but he had hella long hair. He helped me quickly get the stuff I knew I needed and made helpful suggestions on the stuff I wasn’t sure about getting. Super quick, helpful, and friendly. This shop will be my go-to from now on.

I came in today to get a new tank. Its been a bit since ive bought one so I didnt know what I really needed. I called first and Alex set aside a tank for me. Then when I got here Zane really came through on helping me not only set the tank up but also took the time to walk me through my mod settings. Man im so impressed with their service. Decent shop. To big for such a small amount of product. Staff are not very friendly. rush sales. Dont feel welcome to look for what I want. Rather if I say anything or ask a question they automatically assume I want it. No I have questions about the mod. Some of these guys are not trained and it shows. Ok, reading the few bad reviews, I feel for the guys who work there. They are ALL nice, helpful, cool as hell. I dont drive and Ive sent my dad, my mother in law, and even my boss to pick up juice for me. They all say that the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful, even to people who have no idea what theyre ordering. These guys make great recommendations, so if youre overwhelmed by the menu/shelf, tell them what kind of flavors you like,. Ive found my favorite juices this way. I love this store, the environment is laid back, the PRICE! oh my god, whenever I cant get a ride and have to buy other juice, its sub-par quality and too expensive compared to Red Star, THE BEST!

My favorite Red Star store to date! Im relatively new to vaping and I havent gotten down my favorite juice yet so Im trying various flavors to get it down. Ben is always super helpful in explaining them and suggesting great fruity juices based on what Im truly looking for. All those suggested have been great and hes been right on with the flavors and taste! I appreciate that very much!If I had to say one bad thing about anything Red Star it would be that the reviews were pretty spot on with regards to the Sweet Water juice. It was not good! Others reviews said since it was changed a bit it was bad and they were right cause it tasted like old and awful fruity water, lesson learned!Keep being awesome Ben and Red Star Vapor!

I was visiting from Missouri this last week and stopped in because of a recommendation from my friends boyfriend. By far the best experience Ive had so far in a shop. The two gentleman working were great to talk to. They gave me a rundown of how they got started to where they are now (I know how they are growing at such a great pace with the top notch customer service) they have a whole wall lined with flavors and were more then helpful with a few recommendations based on my wants.If youre ever in the Phoenix area look them up and stop by. I come here all the time and these guys are amazing. Just tonight I came in looking for help and get a very friendly greeting from Shawn, Evan, and Ian all asking how I was and how they could help me. Its just over $20 here for 100 ml of juice and they offer stars where you can get 10 dollars off every 10 visits. Comes in quite handy for trying out the smaller juices. Have never gotten a bad answer or recommendation for my mods, tanks, or juice. Will definetly keep coming back!!

The guy who works here is very knowledgeable on his products. Other shops jus sell the stuff and expect the customers to know what they want. He knows how to recommend flavors really well. He will get you what you need rather than try and get you to buy the most expensive thing to get a big sale.He has exclusive vape flavors that are worth a try and has sizes small enough where you are not mad if you buy something you don’t like.Beat smoke shop in the area by far.

Red Star is my go-to shop for all my vape needs. I like that this location has expanded to carry more than just juice n mods. I choose to give my business to Red Star for so many reasons. Firstly, their house juice line is supreme. If you like fruity vape juice n havent tried PixieTears yet, youre missing out. Their prices are great, esp when they have promos (follow their IG for weekly juice deals and a heads up on their other promos). The biggest reason I continue to choose Red Star when there are soo many other places closer to my house, is because of their customer service. I’ve only been in a few times to pick up vape juice for my husband, and every time I have the employees are kind, helpful, and patient; especially since I usually do not know what I’m doing lol-they always help me out to make sure I’m buying what he needs and they do so quickly and politely. Best vape shop I’ve been to!!

This Red Star is my favorite! Every time I go in, they have everything I need and the people are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I live about an hour away from this shop, but work close to it. I go to this one instead of the one by my house because I prefer this one WAY more.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. The reason I give them three stars is that they are WAY overpriced (about double the prices at Kidney Puncher for the same exact product). Red Star is pretty much the only company I get my juice from. This location in particular goes above and beyond the rest. They know my typical order and often reach to grab it when I walk in. Then, if I happen to be in the mood for something else they help me select a juice that fits my taste. Every mod, tank, or rda I’ve purchased has been exactly what I wanted and as described. I even go to this location over two others that are closer to my house.

Red star vapor is one of my favorite places to go when i need anything for my vape. They have a variety of flavors and types of juices. As well as many different vape set ups. You are always greeted as you enter and the employees are super friendly.

I stopped in shortly before close and was handled personally by the district manager Josh. He was extremely patient with me, and talked at length about various mods and their pros and cons and helped me stay within my budget. After ringing me up, he also took the time to explain everything to me, from setting up new coils to programming the wattage of my new mod. This store has a new lifetime customer.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they had more testers, not a huge fan of the spend money and hope for the best thing. They have said they will exchange your flavor if you dont like it, but going back and forth isnt convenient.

Ive gone to this location for years because every time I need guidance, I leave with what I came for. The staff are able and happy to have a well-rounded discussion about your needs and preferences, and their recommendations have always worked out.

I got my first unit here, a Smok V8 Stick, and as much I loved it, it had firing issues and eventually just stopped working within 10 days. Not only did they flat out exchange it for a new unit, but when that new unit failed to even turn on when I got home, they exchanged that one and opened it and checked the battery for me before I left.Theyve been absolutely the most helpful shop Ive been to so far, and the customer service is great, as well as the prices. This location is great! Has so much different equipment to choose from as well as liquids! Workers here are definitely friendly and makes the overall experience positively great. Recommended if you are in the East valley.

Went to the one on baseline and had a terrible expirience. Decided to give them another try, I went to the queen Creek location, and was met with very kind very knowledgeable staff, and when the mod I bought had a faulty battery cell Chris was very nice and helpful upon swapping it out. Also went into the greenfield location to get juice and had very kind customer service and I was taken care of in a timely manner. Seems like redstar got their stuff together. Definitely will be back.

I went to other red star stores and they were flat out rude and no help and left with nothing, so I went on a whim and went to this location and lets just say I was amazed by the great customer service!!! Best Vape shop ever! My day started off fine I wanted to stop by red star and talk to them about the last bottle of juice I bought since I wasn’t having the best flavor. When I started talking to the gentleman at the counter about the juice and told him that I get Liu Tang every time, but that last bottle of juice I got had no flavor, first thing I noticed was the bottle of juice was very yellow like it got stuck in the heat but I remember buying that bottle like that I tried switching it between my brothers tank and my sisters tank and it still had no flavor after speaking to one of the guys about this issue not only did I leave happy but they made sure that I left without paying for that bottle to make sure that my experience was great!! Seriously great customer service!!

I have been going to this redstar for years! Theres always superb customer service and everyone is just so friendly and helpful. They really know what they are doing and are well educated in the vape industry. I dont go to any other shop, they just dont compare!!!

This is by far the best vape shop in the valley. Not only do they have the best juice but their staff is excellent. We just popped in and were helped by Kieran. What RAD service he provided! He did a great job helping us pick out some new mods & juice. Im always hesitant about going to new vape stores and dealing with different employees that generally have the too cool vape employee persona. He did not AT ALL. knowledgeable, down to earth, listened to what we wanted and delivered. We set up our new mods & we love them! Ive bought other new setups before and always reverted back to my old setup because they werent what I actually wanted. We arent hobby vapers, were ex-smokers & I think theres a for sure difference in types of customer. We dont live in the area & only come to this part of town for Sunday breakfast.
