If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would. Incredible staff who always makes my day. They always have such great service, and they remember me each time I come back. I truly enjoy talking to the workers, (especially Danny and Noore) and I love coming in and looking at all of their new merchandise. They recently expanded the store and put in new shelves so they would have more room for their new arrivals. Probably one of the best vape shops Ive been to. They always have stock and never sell fake products. I bought a couple of puff bars that didnt work and they replaced them for free without me even having to ask! The customer service is phenomenal. Theyre always friendly and happy to see you and treat you with respect!

Looked up vape shops near me and this one was right around the corner. The reviews are what lead me to go inside. They arent lying. The son who was working was very helpful I have never owned a mod or anything and had recently quit smoking. The service here is amazing. Store was clean and they pride themselves on their customer service. Great experience. Told the guy I could spend up to 150 he got me everything i needed for 120.

Very poor smoke shop. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a shop before. Very unfriendly, very unhelpful, and very rude. No welcome just three people sitting the back corner. Sales person was less than helpful seemed like they wanted us out of the store than helping. Also no masks worn by anyone in the store. The claim the they are LGBTQ+ friendly but it sure didnt seem that way. Will never shop here again.

The people here are pretty nice and the really tall guy is super friendly and helpful, think his name is Charley. However they knowingly sell expired shisha. This is the third expired box Ive received after telling them about it the first two times. Just make sure to check what your buying and know it may be well past recommended use.

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to. The business is family owned and operated. I have been on many occasions and always leave with a smile. They always have exceptional customer service, knowledgeable advice, and good prices. The store has great feng shui and you can always feel the positive energy in the store! If you havent been and are on the fence, go check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Pretty good pricing from what I see but the products are very specific to that shop like most smoke shops. Dont buy the owners vape brand unless your sure you want it. It may be a great deal but not every body can handle that homemade mix. They dont have a huge selection of for any kind of regular smoking so just keep that in mind.

CROOKS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a SMOK, NAVE at this store 3 weeks ago. it started random firing so I contacted the manufacturer. They said there was a 30-day in store warranty with all of their vendors. I took it back to this store and they refused to replace it. I spent over $80.00 there on my initial purchase for oil, replacement cartridges etc. All I wanted was for them to replace the main part. They refused and said they were happy to sell me another one. I was talked into this model by the sales associate, the same one who denied me a replacement then told me to have a nice day as I left. What a joke! I guess they did not want my repeat business. I went to a better store which gave me $10.00 off the same model and confirmed the in-store warranty confirming for me that Vape A Hookah is an arrogant crook of a company. I suggest you find another store that cares about you, your purchase and your repeat business.

This place is awesom, the staff know there stuff and are pretty laid back. With that being said it took a couple visits for them to warm up to me. However once we became aquainted they earned a customer for life.

This is a great shop with probably the best glass selection Ive seen at a brick and mortar store. They also have a wide slection of kratom, CBD, vape juice, mods, and accessories. Pretty much anything smoking related you need, they have it. A lot of vape shops just do vape, but this place has everything.Ive been going to this shop for probably close to a year now, and Ive never had any issues. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are pretty reasonable, and they have a discount / rewards program as well.Ive been to several vape shops in Scottsdale and Mesa, but this one is definitely the best, highly recommend.

Better device selection than Kidney Puncher (and employees are nice and dont have mech-mods up their arses). They also make your custom juice just as good, if not better, than Oasiss BUT unlike Oasis Vape, theyre courteous enough to let you try it out first before you buy it!! A+++

Finally a business with no bs just the other day i went to get a pizza next door and decided to stop and check this new store out wow didnt know about this stuff any staff new alot about the products but the awsome part is they didnt know about one of them they were honest and said they didnt know anything about it other than the company makes a real nice vape from eleaf but the product i was looking at they didnt know so i bought it guess what its great ive never walked into stores like this and met real people instead of the a tipicle stoner, college student or just the plane old go no were employee these guys are real great normal people with a beautiful well put together shop and proud to have them in the neighborhood
