Zong Smoke and Vape

Called in to ask if theplace had a certain product before I took a trip to the shop, and I was basically talked to like I was stupid for asking for something. It takes 2 seconds to check your inventory or what’s out on the shelf for a product. I was told to “Come into the store and have a look for myself” I can understand not sharing prices over the phone but what’s the issue with checking your inventory so I don’t waste my gas and time???? Was on the phone for less then a minute, employee said “okay” and went silent, then hung up on me. You guys have lost a customer before you even gained one.

Basically all smoke shops suck now. If you want anything that’s not an elf bar they look at you like you’re insane. Had to wait 15 minutes at noon for them to unlock the door too.

Tried a few times to apparently get something super niche, not really the stores fault they dont have it, but also nobody taking the initiative to perhaps order in what I was looking for was rather disappointing.

Always friendly and helpful. Good prices. Im a return customer because of those things.

I dont know when they changed their name, or how it happened. But this location is always one of my favorites. It used to be High Maintenance. The staff is always friendly and the place has just about every flavor of rollies. Smells nice, and very clean.

Always a good spot to get any of your medicanial utensils and so much more, awesome staff plenty of choices!!

They used to be pretty good as High Maintenance. I went in for a specific piece that I could always find at H&M, and they didnt even know what it was. Ive been trying to support smoke shops by going in person, but at this point, buying online is a better option.

Tiffany is the best! Helped me pick out a rig on sale a couple months ago and now she recommended a nice battery that has lasted me forever, customer service here is always 🔥

This is one of my favorite smoke shops in the Valley. The first time I walked in was about 20 mins before they closed. Instead of rushing me out of there so they could go home, they actually stayed open for as long as I needed and were very helpful. Ernie was courteous and very thorough. I never felt pressured to buy anything and the overall experience was laid back and comfortable.My second experience was even better! Tyler the Manager helped me today. I went in looking for a cleansing product and he went above and beyond. I was torn between two options when Tyler actually gave me a promotional product to try that he had in the back. He definitely did not have to do that and I was extremely appreciative!All in all this is a great shop. They have a great selection and at reasonable prices. Plus, the employees are all very nice and knowledgeable! I will definitely keep coming back here. OPEN TILL 11PM!!!

Poor selection - about 8 or 9 vape juices the small bottle at $17.99 and salt nice same small size same price - no vape mods would never come here again.

We had a wonderful experience with Tyler and his shop. We walked in not knowing exactly what we needed but Tyler went the extra mile and offered us his knowledge and opinions of each product and helped us make a decision. I waited in line behind two gentleman patiently and when it was my turn I let the cashier know what I wanted and it was pretty simple: the cheapest small pipe and the cheapest 3 compartment grinder in the store. He helped me pick a pipe then said okay the grinders are right over there. I waited at the counter for him to come help me for a while and he started helping the next customer behind me instead. He even rang him up and answered all of his questions even though I already knew exactly what I wanted and it was such a simple order. Not sure what it was about me that made the guy behind me priority

Great Customer Service very friendly and very helpful. There is no BS here. The employees are there and ready for you. Not having to ring a bell. Then the employees know what they are talking about. I want to give a shout out to Trent. I bought my puffco peak pro over a year ago and being outside of the warranty. I thought that with the power port not working I would have to buy a whole new unit. Trent suggested that I try using a wireless charger and to my surprise it worked! Money saved, good times, good people. This is why I’ve bought all my gear at this shop. Real, honest people. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Love this shop!! All of the glass pieces Ive bought from here are real high quality & have lasted a long time. They are also extremely organized (theres plastic drawers labeled behind every counter), so the employees always know exactly where to find something. Speaking of employees, every single one Ive talked to is not only knowledgeable, but very friendly as well! I mostly come here for the RoadRunner brand glass & jars & the Vatra cases.

After many years of shopping at this shop for all my high maintenance needs. I will never shop here again!! Apparently, it just went under a new ownership. New owner and managers, seemed unconcerned about customers needs. I left the shop crying, without any product and searching for new shop. Worst experience ever. 😔I will add this, I did inform them of my PRIVATE medical condition right away. I even told them I would disclosure to them what my condition is, even though I dont have to. I also inform them I had been in the shop less than a month ago without a problem. I was calm and polite. I assured them I would not come within 6 feet of any other costumer or employee. I also told them I didnt feel comfortable giving them my credit card information while waiting outside, in over 110° heat. Again, I have a medical condition which can be easily trigger by heat. We were not able to come resolution and I left. I did not threaten to inform authorities, however I did informed him I would be telling my friends, community and public about their choice to discriminate against people with medical conditions. Which I have and will continue to do.

Best smoke shop in Arizona! Been going to high maintenance for years! I’ve been using them for so long I used to go to the one on Gilbert and Baseline. Everyone who has ever worked there has been more then friendly. Doesn’t matter if I’m buying a 1000 dollar piece or a 15 dollar vape they always help me out in a timely matter. I’ve actually became friends with some of the workers there that’s how great these people are. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice friendly smoke shop to check it out. Also the owner Jason is a very nice and down to earth guy.

Environment was chill, great customer service and a lot of different pieces to choose from. The person I was with was extremely picky about the piece he was looking for...he took a lot of time asking to see a lot of pipes and asked a lot of questions.... The kid behind the counter was very nice and didnt mind at all answering all questions or pulling out all the different pipes. Prices are a bit high but when youre high maintenance you pay higher prices....Definitely recommend this smoke shop.

Came here two weeks ago for the first time and I absolutely love this place!!! Staff is so helpful and efficient and Friendly!!! Have already recommended several friends come there and will continue to do so as well as a loyal customer from now on myself. The only thing I would change is I wish They Carried a selection of bagged tobacco and tubes for rolling cigarettes. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

What a joke this place is I go in there and I ask for a rig thats not $200 and the cheapest one they have is $99 and its the size of my hand! Are you kidding me there is no other smoke shop in this valley that is overpriced like that I literally saw pieces in there that were also as big as my hand and they were asking $2,000. Theyre like the big gas companies they seen inflation start and they jumped on the train!!!

This place is great! I have been here twice now and they have never let me down. The first time I was here I purchased a vaporizer and they went through everything to make sure it worked and wasnt missing anything before I left the store. I have been to many places like this but that is the first time anywhere has done that. Really makes you feel like they appreciate you and your business

The guys that work here are so nice and pleasant to talk to. Always upbeat and helpful. Reminds me of all the smoke shops at Venice beach except this one is nicer. Highly recommend going here for any smoke accessory you could ever want!

I went this morning and talked to a guy (forgot to ask his name) and purchased Kratom capsules for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and very nice! I will definitely be going back there and likely get a bigger bottle. I’m going through opioid withdrawals. I took 2 and it took the edge off but not enough. I took 2 more and my withdrawals are completely gone!!

I frequent many different smoke shops around the valley on almost a daily basis for the simple reason that I enjoy looking at all the glass artwork (i.e. pipes, bongs, pendants, ect.). So when I say that High maintenance is one of the most customer friendly shops around the valley Ive always felt very welcomed in the building and the quality of the products are always top notch...that being said .... yes it is far for most of you to drive out to the Mesa location for your smoking needs, however I believe that it will be worth the trip to see what you might find that you didnt know you needed.. ask for Jeremiah and he will get you all setup.. I have followed him to mesa because I am a firm believer in good customer service and attentiveness, and he is one of those people who has a great attitude about work and is very attentive to the people in the building. For that reason alone I make the drive..Thanks Jeremiah for always getting me the best and having a great attitude about it...

This was my first time there after a very bad experience in San Tan Valley. They were soooo much friendlier and had great sales and great prices which is a shocker for a smoke shop. I walked out feeling good about my experience and like I got a great deal! I like the membership rewards and giveaways....it seems like a nice thing to do.

Im disappointed that I have to edit my rating. I really liked this place. If you sell a $200 enail you should carry the replacement parts (bangers, coils, etc) that that piece uses. I went in last week to pick up a replacement for my high 5 enail... Which I love, but was told they were out of stock. They had then at other locations here in the valley, but at $40 an hour trip on top seemed like a waste of time and money, especially since the staff ensured me they would order some. I wait a week, come back, nope... So if you shop here be aware that they might not regularly carry relative attachments for pieces they sell, and you cant trust that theyll order those parts in even if they assure you they will. Not the best business practices.

High maintenance knows how to do customer service. Attentive, caring employees who seem to really like what theyre doing. Makes me want to get all my merch here. I go back whenever Im in need of supplies.

High Maintenance, in one phrase, is a cool place. Welcoming and friendly employees, a wide and quality selection of everything related to smoking, and a hefty 20% discount for Med Card holding customers. Theyre a pillar in the community for sure, and the child in me always appreciates checking out the secret stash stuff--the pringle and dr. Pepper can are two favorites. They also have the giant 2ft RAW cone in stock if youre trying to have a fun time with friends or really wreck your lungs. Highly recommended smoke shop!

Called in the phone was answered by a woman who was unprofessional and told me they dont carry the tool I wanted. Im pretty sure they actually have it as I bought one there two weeks ago. She showed no desire to think outside the box and gave me no reason to come in .

Im have always been pleased with the Chandler location but I moved to east Mesa and while the staff is nice they dont keep items stocked and I have come 4 times to the Mesa location and the item I want isnt in stock. Tonight it really frustrates me that the employee even suggested that I drive across town to Tempe or Chandler to go buy the product. Really drive 30+ miles out of the way for a $ 5 dollar item. Do these employees have any common sense and who cant figure out how to order product to keep it in stock. I think high maintenance has dropped the ball so disappointed for the fourth time

This shop, has the largest selection of HIGHer end devices, and HIGH quality pieces. And yes they also have some HIGH priced glass, however they have a HIGH selection of glass to fit anyones budget. Plus everytime you come in the always say, HIGH. This place is the bees knees, for anyone looking for HIGH Maintenance of anything you own, or for something new.

My Favorite spot to get my smoking accessories! This place is pa ke with Quality Hlass and smoking products. I got my dr.dabb boost here as well as voice ts and fuel for my torch. The staff here are very knowledgeable and super chill. If your nervous about asking questions or anything, no scared, these guys is super cool!

Our favorite local shop (we drive from STV). The staff is always really helpful and I always find something when we come in because the selection is always changing. Will definitely be back.

This shop (Mesa location) is the very best that I have found so-far regarding Kratom. The one young gentleman was very informative and very patient in helping me select the Kratom that would best fit my needs. He spared the B.S. and even suggested an informative documentary to gain more knowledge about this fantastic leaf. I cant recall his name, however I believe everyone and anyone there would be extremely professional, helpful and informative.

Upside: Great selection and friendly service from a knowledgeable staff.Downside: Prices are pretty high, even on items you could plainly go to a smokeshop a few miles away and buy cheaper.

Over Priced!! The employee who answered my questions didnt really know anything about the pieces, didnt really know anything besides No tax after so many purchases... on a $250 bong.. Oh my no taxes. Ill get that same piece online with taxes and shipping for $150. I dont like how they promote their store or products (the employee said the high price just means itll last longer..) No thank you and have a great one.

Michael waited on me today. He went waay out of his way to help me get an item that wasnt out front yet. Said he believed there was some in back still in boxes. Called his GM and got me hooked up. P.S. other employee, just told me no.
