Ashley is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable from the first moment you meet her. She is very knowledgeable and can help you with any certain area or full body massage. I have been going to her for years and she has always done a great job!

Yall!This girl is truly amazingFirst prenatal massage and I left feeling amazing!!!! She hit nerves that were in pain that I wasnt even aware of. I was filled with knots and she relieved a,not of those pain. At one point I didnt even notice o fell asleep . When she touched n massaged my feet, like who knew a,lot of m my stress was stored there . Definitely coming back . Shes just incredible

My daughter treated me to my first time ever deep tissue therapeutic massage. Ashley Biro was great! Her calming voice, peaceful atmosphere and firm, yet gentle touch were mesmerizing.

Ashley was very professional with her massage of my neck and back. The room is small, but absolutely very adequate for a massage area. The heated bed/ table was really comfortable and a nice size. This was my very 1st massage and I am pleased with the results. My wife has been going to her for about a year and is also pleased with her sessions.

Loved my experience! It was my first prenatal massage ever so she made me super comfortable and the pregnancy cushion allowed me to still be face down which was a lifesaver. Will definitely be back!

Ashley is an incredible massage therapist - easily the best Ive experienced in the Charlotte area. She was able to work through a lot of knots in my back and give me relief that other massages havent been able to get to. Her treatment space is warm, inviting, and incredibly relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Ashley listens to where your pain is, and through using different techniques is usually able to lessen the pain by the end of the session. The medical massage is different than a regular Swedish massage although the techniques used can be similar. Would highly recommend Fire & Ice.

Ashley is a great massage therapist that focuses on what you want. She has been a big help for me since breaking my lower leg in two places which required surgery to place a plate and screws. I have used her, along with physical therapy, to get back on my feet again. I highly recommend her!

I wasn’t aware the spa was located in someone’s house. I feel that information should have been advertised. I’m sure the service would have been fine but the feeling of being at a strangers home was a bit unsettling for me. I did not stay for my massage. She seemed very nice and inviting. I felt terrible for leaving. However, I’m 9 months pregnant so you can call me a scary cat. I’m very cautious.

Ashley is great. She’s very knowledgeable about the human body and ways to help work out some of the issues you may have. She’s a nice person with a good heart too.

My gluteus medius ,minimus and lateral oblique were extremely tight and painful . Ashley was able to loosen the muscles and bring back mobility

So I tried to walk in yesterday and Ashley was booked up. She placed me on the list for if anyone called out I could then come in. But I guess she also seen me hobble my way back to my car and she reached out to me. So I was able to see her today. She worked on my right foot that just randomly started hurting 2days before. And Im here to say I left today able to walk regularly again. She is very knowledgeable and the experience was overall very wonderful. Ill be back DEFINITELY

There is a huge reason this place has 5 stars!! Ashley is a life saver! I am 34 weeks pregnant and for the last 2 months I have had excruciating sciatic nerve pain. I could not walk most days and by the end of the day I was in tears. Id be up most of the night. I tried a chiropractor for several weeks with no relief. I finally found a review on a mom page for prenatal massage with Ashley and decided to try her. I regret I didnt know about her sooner! After one session with her I have NO sciatic nerve pain! I walk normal, even went to the mountains with my family to walk around the day after my massage! I dont know what Ashely did with her magic hands but Im now in tears from joy since I can walk and live my life in comfort that last few weeks of pregnancy. Ashley is definitely my go to therapist from now on. Thank you Ashley!!

I have TMJ issues with my jaw that not only causes alot of pain in that area, but headaches, shoulder and neck pain as well. Ashley, my therapist, was very skilled in this form of massage. I not only was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, but left an hour later completely pain free! I will be a repeat client for sure. Its a very nice, clean and quiet office!

After a serious car accident, my regular visits to Fire and Ice got me healing and moving again. Ashley is the best I’ve had at finding the exact locations that are causing issues and working them out. I recieved a Deep Tissue massage from Scott and I was extremely impressed with his effective techniques. I have received many massages from many locations, states, countries etc. and this was by far one of the best I received. After the massage, I felt very rejuvenated and able to move my shoulders freely. Scott listened to all my concerns and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend.

I made an appointment the Friday after Thanksgiving with Brandon for a deep tissue massage. My left shoulder, arm, neck, and upper back have been bothering me for months and it finally got to the point that it was waking me up at night. Brandon spent our session focused on my back, neck, and shoulders and that night I could finally sleep again! Each day since my appointment it has felt better and I have had less pain. Im going to schedule another appointment with Brandon - I highly recommend him!

Staff here is phenomenal.Ive seen every therapist here and each one have a wide range of knowledge. I have had them work on my baby who was constipated, my 7 year old who plays softball, and myself with sciatica and neck pains.

I just had a Swedish massage by Ashley Dwyer at Fire and Ice and it was the best massage Ive had. She was able to locate and fix the discomfort I had built up in my shoulders. This is definitely a hidden gem in Mint Hill.

Relaxing atmosphere, staff is friendly. There care about their clients, and how to make there ailments feel better. Whether it be headaches, neck shoulder and back pain, sciatica ect... They have special promotions throughout the year. Without a doubt, worth the money.
