Staff have always been friendly and helpful at this location. I’ve purchased a number of cheaper water pipes from here which have all been decent quality and ripped nicely. My most recent purchase was a silicone water pipe with an ice catch standing about a foot tall for only around $25. The reason for the 3 star review is their lack of inventory; many times I’ve tried to purchase a quartz banger from here to no avail they are never in stock and many of the pieces have been there for quite some time and are marked at pretty high prices. A decent head shop experience, but not the best option within the tri-state area.

Much more glassware than their larger store closer to matamoras. Unsure if its due to the strip mall location but I always have a much better customer experience in this location, attentive and friendly staff tend to your needs quickly and thoroughly. I enjoyed my experience here. Not the best quality glass but the prices are decent and cigarettes are sold at state minimum.

This is a pretty nice store with a good selection of hand rolled cigars in well-maintained humidors. Id have given them more stars except that the recent staff seem to have the attitude that customers are an interruption to their day. Also, Smokers Choice has a No Refund/No Exchange policy and their merchandise is not always in pristine condition; if you buy anything from this retailer, check everything by sight and feel BEFORE paying for it and have them put it back if you are not 100% satisfied.

I love this place. They have a large selection for Dabbers and seasoned smokers like me. Prices arent a rip off either.

I’d like to thank the girl working in there for recommending the Caliburn vape. This is by far the best quality vape I’ve ever had and is not junk that breaks in a few weeks. Totally worth every cent. I recommend going to this one in Milford and not the one in Matamoras. I’ve had much better experiences in this shop. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tobacco vapes.

Keeps getting worse and worse with the vape stuff. You can get a better selection at some gas stations now. Beside being all clones. (They even have clones of Chinese stuff) they cant keep stock of juice (house brand is me e-liquid ) so every trip is a crap shoot also the 40% markup in Pennsylvania is silly. What may have cost 40 dollars before is now over 50...

Nice variety but prepare to spend money. Guys in there are just nice enough... not super friendly. I was a tiny bit anxious about asking questions.

Nice big store, helpful staff, easy to get ro from the highway. Big selection of cigars, both the everyday kinds as well as the more expensive ones to spoil yourself.

What is really sad is that I went in today with my wife for some cigars 9/8/19 and 80% of all the cigars had white mold on them meaning humidity was to high in humidor I mean a lot of mold. I just feel bad for the owner because that’s a total waste of thousands of dollars of primo cigars and I have been going there for 10 plus years. Just looking out as a business owner myself
