The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of their vape and tobacco products. Even if you dont smoke they sell lighters and lighter fluid for camping or if you just need a lighter.

I was helped by two friendly and knowledgable employees as soon as I walked in. I wish I remembered their names so I could praise them personally! Wild Bill, if youre reading this, the two employees working the day shift in Milford on Monday 9/9 deserve a bonus! I have finally found my ADV after months of searching thanks to them. I dont have to bounce around from shop to shop anymore, I know I can just come here every time.

I stopped in recently in need of a replacement vape as mine had stopped working for no reason. I know very little about vapes as my friend bought my first one for me. The manager Nick helped me pick out a new device, he was very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel rushed or like a dummy which was my biggest concern. I will continue to visit/recommend this store due to the great customer service I recieved!

Purchased a device from a wild bills out of town and was bDefective out of box. Took it to the local local wild bills and. was told That I wasnt allowed to return it to the Milford store Because it will mess up their inventory and that I had To take it back to the wild bills I purchased it at which is nowhere Near me. Great customer service! I purchase Stuff at this store all the time and never have seen this kid working there. He was rude and completely unhelpful and Took fifteen minutes to check out the device to make Sure it was new and then at the end told me he couldnt do anything about it

Long time customer treated like absolute garbage by a new employee because he believed my wife was a minor? Weve been coming here for years and she offered wait outside as she forgot her license today, and I was informed that technically I shouldnt even be getting this when I made my purchases. Very unhappy with the way we were treated, and how disrespectful the one employee was when everyone else treats us like family.

Update: Jason from corporate made things right and issued me a refund but the store manager still gave me issues with it So I call Jason again and it was handled. And The store manager pretended to call Jason and said she couldnt get ahold of him and was expecting me to just leave I called Jason got him right away things were made right but I will not shop here until that manager is no longer there.Horrible manager! Im a regular customer of this wild bills I was sold a tank for my mod and it did not work with my mod it said it was shorting I took it in was willing to exchange it for a high dollar item and she would not do it for me and its never worked I had the Box all original stuff she was not even willing to work with me and allowed me to walk out of the store feeling humiliated in front of other customers because she acted as though I was trying to rip them off I will never return to this wild bills location and they have lost a loyal customer.

Its milford memories right now..8/14/21 you have 100s of people walking around. Its 7.55 and your employees are kicking people out and locking the door behind them. I brought 600 dollars with me to spend on vapor equipment. They rushed me out despite my sympathies and apologies, also kicked everyone else out willing to spend money. Who trained these people? they only care about going home. They dont care about the business or public view of your store.

Employees are rude and get mad when you give them the same attitude back, discriminating against a situation that had nothing to do with them . The employees make false accusations of an animal walking down the sidewalk that again has nothing to do with them or their store . Used to spend a lot of money here never will again .

I wish I got a 5 star treatment by the employees at this location like other patrons. I ask questions because Im new to vaping. I stopped in on Sat and noticed the table with all the discounted devices. I started asking questions, apparently the staff working that day didnt feel like selling anything. The one guy stood behind the counter staring at me like I asked if unicorns chewed bubblegum, While the other one sat arrogantly in one of the chairs, rolling his eyes at the dummy who knows nothing about this stuff. This isnt the first time I was made to feel small in this store however it will be my last. When I told my brother about my visit he knew exactly who I was talking about and said that kid has given him the same jerky treatment as well, and that i should go check out vapes are us, they treat customers right. And thats exactly what i plan to do.

I have been coming here for 3 years frequently and one of your new employees carded me and since I forgot my wallet I waited outside but then the employee threatened my husband with not being able to sell to him because Im a minor. This was extremely disrespectful since we come here all the time. We wont be coming back anytime soon.

Stopped in for some cigars and decided to pick Aidens brain about humidors as moving made it nearly impossible to get my humidor above 56%. He quickly explained the problem to me and assured me that as long as I corrected the problem quickly my collection would not be ruined. Thanks Aiden!

Purchased a Rolo Badge and it was the one that was on display, had lots of issues with it from day one and the worker told me that there was nothing wrong with it and that she used it!!! I didn’t want to pay full price for a used product!!! Terrible
