Lynn Lake Uptown has become my 2nd family. As a competitive bodybuilder, they pay full attention to my needs with different approaches. Ryan is the best doctor I have ever went to. I had scoliosis surgery when I was 14 and have been treated by multiple doctors. He has been the only one who actually makes the adjustment feel good afterwards. Cannot say enough good things about the whole staff!
My first chiropractor experience and Im a believer! I came in with crippling pain and after 1 visit felt significant improvement. Im 3 visits in and pain free!! So grateful for Dr. Ryan Jones.This isnt the stereotypical chiro experience Ive heard about - the Dr. Isnt trying to talk you into unneeded appts - hes focused on getting you healthy! They have an informal open treatment room with ~10 tables which makes for a casual environment with fun music. You receive tens treatment and a massage with every appt which really helps loosen up before an adjustment.The 10 min massage from Jeffrey was seriously one of the best massages of my life. Talented!
Came here for a last minute visit before a big road & backpacking trip. Came for a long term injury that had flared in my shoulder and neck. Despite being very unusually busy that day, the staff spent time with me, working on my shoulder with e-stim, massage and adjustments. They also taped my shoulder before the trip- which rly contributed to the strength of the treatment- which endured through the trip and weeks after! Usually relief from chiropractic adjustments are short lived for me- so I was rly impressed with the duration of this one. Shout out to all the staff for their stellar care!
All of the technical work was done very professionally and effectively. However its a bit of a bro environment with various people just coming to work on you without telling you whats going on and each table has a basket for you ti put your wallet and keys...but no place ti put your purse. Obviously thats not a big deal logistically but it kind of shows the bro mentality
Dr Ryan treated not just my whiplash but probably injuries from my childhood. I half expected the room to break out in applause when he adjusted my neck. I wish I had seen them sooner. The care Lyn-Lake offers is exceptional.
Lyn Lake Chiro is the absolute best! Never loved going to the chiropractor more. Everyone is so friendly, the environment is casual and lively and I love that they do a 10 minute massage before every adjustment to really get you as much progress as possible. They also let me drop in without an appointment which is great anytime but especially when I pull something or my neck is locked up. Best ever!!
I met these fine folks yesterday and they got me in today to deal with some severe pain while waiting for surgery. Ive never had a better experience with any business in uptown. They treat you like your family and theyre there to help you, and not just to hitch up for money. As a matter of fact when I walked in yesterday I told them I didnt have enough money until payday to come to the appointment and the insisted I come anyways and said well work it out. If theyre going to trust me Im going to trust them. If you need a chiropractor thats where you want to go and uptown.

I am a singer who had been sick a lot in the prior months, but even after full recovery, my voice wasn’t the same. I had less elasticity in my throat, my voice tired faster, and I couldn’t produce the big notes the way I had. I was concerned I’d sustained some type of permanent loss or damage, and was preparing to cut back on performing.Then, Dr. Ryan Jones performed a neck and sinus treatment on me. When I sang that weekend, it was all back. My sense of relief cannot be over stated. It was truly miraculous.

The routine is great - tens unit, heat, super awesome massage on the affected area, and then the awesome Dr. Ryan adjustment. You cant beat the price (especially without insurance), you cant beat the service (walk-ins always allowed)... and the amount of trust, experience, techniques, and even the way they train new people. Great overall experience! I first came in due to stiffness in my back from working at my computer all day and after 2 sessions I felt 10x better. The staff is kind and I appreciated the quick scheduling of my appointment. Would suggest parking in the lot as it’s a little cheaper than the street parking. This was my first time visiting a chiropractor and had no idea what to expect. From the time I arrived I treated by a professional individual who genuinely seemed to care about me and my concerns. After receiving a thorough intake, physical examination and explanation of what to expect, I the hooked up to a tens machine followed by a deep tissue massage by a skilled therapist. Last but not least I met Dr. Jones, who addressed my concerns and his treatment plan. Although I received relief the first session, I purchased a package and had my third visit today. Each time I have visited, I manage to feel better than the previous time and leave with a euphoric feeling. I highly recommend this establishment and feel it is the total package. It has definitely been an exceptionally positive customer experience.

I honestly meant to do this a while ago since I started receiving care with the folks at Lyn Lake Chiropractic- but after today I had to do it immediately. I suffered a rib issue over the weekend that was painful, constant, and scary quite frankly. I made a frantic call to Lyn Lake this morning to check if they had any time to see me last second. They said Yes, come now. without hesitation. I was so uncomfortable and nervous to even seek treatment for fear of even more pain. I am so glad they were there for me today when I needed them! The massage staff are pinnacle care providers. They start the services usually and are always present and engaging throughout the whole space- a calming time to relax The gift they give even just for 15 minutes is a day changer. Their part of the treatment is just as critical to the adjustment itself and they do this right, well and proudly. Every single one Ive encountered has been just textbook care. I mustve come in contact with 8 staff today throughout the clinic and EVERY single one assured me that they were going to get me feeling better TODAY. Dr. Ryan is a great human. Period. Hes engaging, confident with care and procedures/adjustments, a killer instinct and a sniper with surgical precision with adjustment points. Another Doctor (forgot his name! :( ) was there today and popped in during my XRAY (no pun intended) to see what was going on and offered some great advice, perspective, and laughter! This guy had me laughing and feeling so comfortable during it all- I kinda wanted to just hang out there all day. I was really anxious and they created such a collaborative caring space for me today. It was emotional! LONG story SHORT. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO COME HERE FOR CARE! The aftercare is also top-level, no alright see you next week business. Its all about what the next steps are, how youre feeling, getting taped up- they even sent me home with a bottle of cream to help with the bruising and pain. Ive been experiencing long-term effects of frostbite for over a year — stiff fingers, poor circulation to my hands, soreness. Coupled with symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome, I resorted to trying Lyn Lake after meds and other methods didnt provide relief. Ive been 4-5 times and can honestly say Im experiencing relief with each visit. I appreciate how attentive the entire team is and the tailored approach to care with every visit. From the very beginning they were confident that there was a solution, I wouldnt feel like this forever AND I wouldnt get roped into going to the chiro forever. Very grateful for this team!
Was an amazing experience! I initially went in for lower back pain and told them about my achilles tendon discomfort. They were very knowledgeable and worked on both my back and leg! I woke up refreshed and without pain for the first time in weeks! The heating pad, electro pulse, massage, and adjustment was 🔥🔥🔥 Such a nice vibe and chill spot. Highly recommended.

I have tried other chiro clinics in the area, and just havent found the same service and holistic approach that Lyn Lake and Dr. Ryan have. I so appreciate the focus on soft tissue along with the spinal adjustments.I also appreciate that they have flexibility with appointments, same day appointments, and walk-ins. Just be aware that it sometimes means you might have to wait a little longer for your adjustment if it is a busy time of day. I do not mind this, as I get flexibility to get treatment when needed, so it is no big deal to be patient and flexible in return.All in all, highly recommend Lyn Lake for treatment for a holistic approach. I walk out of there feeling amazing every time.

LynLake has been there for me for the past 7 years through pregnancy, chronic migraine and an old back injury that comes and goes. It is such a relief to know I can call and be seen and HELPED right away when the random low back pain shows up. In less than an hour I get a TENS unit treatment with heat, a fabulous massage therapist treat the injured area, and then a professional chiro treatment. I will never go back to having to wait for a GP appointment, then wait for a PT referral which meant pain for days or even weeks. Thank you Ryan and the whole team!

Just amazing! I came in hunched over with a cane barely walking with excruciation back pain, and they immediately took me in and started working on my back. They started with e-stim, then and very light massage, taped up my back with special tape, used cbd lotion to calm the muscles, and very very gentle adjustment and they got me on my feet standing strait up! It was still super tender, they provided me with a back brace and ice packs. I went in a few more times over the course of a week and a half and they pain was almost diminished. I have struggled with back pain all my adult life and I have never recovered from severe back pain that quickly! The team is extremely knowledgable, professional, and easy going. The adjustments and massages are incredible. Best Chiro I have ever been to!!

The experience at LynLake Chiropractic is perfectly fine. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My main issue is that the business seems to focus on churning appointments. I was never provided with a care plan or exercises for helping my issues in between visits. They have great massage therapists on staff that I would give 5 stars individually. Your visit starts with stim, then muscle work with the massage therapist (which I think is the real reason people keep coming back), then manipulation from the chiropractor. It gives the appearance of being holistic but I didn’t get the sense they actually cared if I got better or not.

I was referred to Lyn Lake chiropractic to see Dr. Ryan Jones. I had problems with body alignment my shoulder my lower back neck and hips. I have seen Dr. Ryan, two visits when I have my third visit with him tomorrow 21st of July for my third visit since I have seen him my body is thinking me I will continue to see him for alignments. I tell you this doctor and his staff is amazing that truly is an understatement but I will recommend and I have recommended individuals I work with to make appointments to be seen by Dr. Ryan they will not regret it. I found this through the Active Release Technique certification list, and I am all the better for it. The whole team is knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to getting you feeling your best. Not only that, but they also teach you what you need to know to be self sufficient at keeping your particular issues in check for the longterm. The massage+heat+treatment you get at each visit is a great deal for the price.Edit to update: They totally solved my pain. Like, its gone. I go back about once a quarter to try and make sure it doesnt come back, but so far its just a precaution!

Dr. Ryan and his staff are amazing. Every time I am in I am greeted with smiles and upbeat personalities. They always seem to know what part of my body is causing my pain/discomfort even with my mumbles, random pointing and less than helpful descriptions. I was slightly hesitant to go back after a neck injury requiring surgery but I dont know why. Dr. Ryan is taking special care around that area and has been relieving some chronic pain in other parts of my body from being non-active before/after my injury.Take away points for anyone interested in trying them out:- They listen!- They have amazing knowledge of the body!- They only do what you are comfortable with!10 out of 10 recommend.

Every time I go into Lyn Lake Chiropractic I have had a wonderful experience. They are knowledgeable, caring and efficient. They treat the people that go to the clinic like family. When I was training for my marathon, I regularly would tweak something due to the intense training. They were able to fit me in whenever I needed help and got me back into running shape.I cant speak highly enough about the staff that work there. They are so kind and answer any question I have. Another aspect that I love about them is they explain everything they do. When I ask questions like what muscle are you working on? or how will this adjustment help my daily exercise?, they go in depth in explaining they positive impact and what they are doing with the adjustments.Overall they are wonderful and deserve all five stars! I have been getting chiropractic care for 15 years now and have been to five different chiropractors. Today was my second visit at Lyn Lake Chiropractic and I am blown away! The level of care put into each visit to personalize the adjustment is incredible. My first visit I had a comprehensive exam of any current and past issues and was adjusted the same day after electric stim, heat, and massage therapy. I had popped my first rib out of place and my pain went from a 9 to a 6 in the first visit and from a 4 to virtually no pain on my second. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Anthony were both so thorough, making sure I was adjusted perfectly and left feeling great! I am so happy and beyond impressed!

I have been utilizing this clinic for the past 7 months, following a car accident. I came to Lyn Lake Chiropractic after being unsatisfied with the other forms of treatment I was trying. After my very first visit at Lyn Lake I felt relief. I have seen them on a regular basis since then. I have always been treated with great care during visits. I am greeted by name and with a big smile. The treatments begin almost immediately. I rarely get a chance to wait in the waiting area-which is actually quite enjoyable because of the badass massage chairs. The hands on massages are the best Ive ever had-props to Molly. And My progress is discussed with Dr. Steve each time. I highly recommend Lyn Lake Chiropractic. They are very professional, personable and respectful.
First of all, know that this is an *experience*. You get two different kinds of massages for 30 minutes!! before you even get adjusted. Its wonderful. The facility is fun and clean and they have incredibly reasonable prices and a variety of really awesome people who work here. I know they get a lot of publicity for working with athletes but they are also great with families and kids. My toddler recently had a tumble on the stairs and though she seemed happy and fine she was walking with a limp. We werent sure what to do and honestly, our first response was that we wanted the guys at Lyn Lake to check her out. Kevin and Steve, who are both fathers, treated her like a daughter and I could not have been more grateful. Very great place for a lot of reasons, highly recommend!
I truly lucked out by being recommended to go to this place. I had gone to doctors, specialists and did 3 months of physical therapy for severe shoulder pain. It never really got better with the movement and pain, and then with one visit at lyn lake chiropractic I felt more relief of pain and regained movement than in all of the other visits at specialists and physical therapy. The workers here take their time to understand exactly what is wrong and try out different treatments. Mine ranged from deep tissue massages, scraping treatment and realignments and I can honestly say my shoulder injury has improved greatly to the point it’s almost gone.

My husband and I were new to MSP and started going to Lyn Lake for routine chiropractic care. We have become regulars over the past few years.I have always been incredibly pleased with the service but most recently overly impressed with Dr. Ryans care for our 1.5 yr. old daughter! He was so patient and had her laughing and giggling throughout the entire treatment! Better yet - she has now been sleeping through the night since her treatment!!!I also have to add if you are looking for a good Dr. to address shoulder pain check out Lyn Lake - and see Dr. Ryan!! I highly recommend this clinic! I have had chronic pain in my shoulder and rotator cuff for years, and this is the first place in Minneapolis where my shoulder has been adjusted directly and effectively to reduce my pain and improve my posture. Dr. Ryan was particularly good for shoulder work!The staff here are all SO friendly. The staff seems to genuinely care, and prioritize your treatment over convenience. For example, I asked my usual chiro James (or JP... I think) about a neck adjustment Id had done in the past that helped reduce my migraine pain, and he was able to do it but mentioned that Dr. Ryan is more experienced with that adjustment. The next time I was treated I asked the office coordinator if I could have Ryan do that adjustment for me, and they noted it and made sure it happened. I really appreciated the little swap and how no egos were bruised or anything like that, everyone was happy to get me the treatment I needed!They do an open floorplan like Ive seen in some physical therapy places, but you can ask for a private treatment room if youd prefer it. Including any wait time, TENS/ultrasound treatment, massage/stretching, and adjustment, I am there for about an hour on average. The massage technicians have all been amazing (I usually am seen by Jeff). I used to go to IOC in Edina (Dr. Roetman) and I liked it there but it was too inconvenient to travel there; this is my favorite chiropractic place in Minneapolis and Im so glad Im going now because its making a huge positive difference in my health.
I recently had a sports injury from rugby and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I asked a teammate if she had any recommendations, and she referred me to Lyn Lake Chiropractic. I cannot believe that I have not been introduced to them until now. My experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment you walk into the door, you are treated as an individual not as an injury. I was overly impressed with several different things. The employees there work as a team. They consulted with each other and were not afraid to ask one another for a second opinion. Not only did they ask for second opinions from each other, they asked for my opinion as well. I was actually included in my own care! They also made sure I was comfortable with the different treatments they introduced and did a great job making sure I understood exactly what they were doing and why. I will not be going anywhere else, and I am going to recommend these guys as much as possible! Do not make the mistake of passing them up :)
It’s amazing how many different forms of treatment they offer to get you feeling better that day. Beyond that, every single staff makes you feel welcome and at home by acknowledging you by name and getting to know you on an individual basis instead of just being another patient. The walk-in appointment allows for you to be treated immediately without pain for additional days. Dr Mitch comes highly recommended and knows how to treat his patients. I wish I had started this process a long time ago for my workers comp accident.

I Came in with severe sciatica pain and was not even able to sleep at night, I Sat down With Ryan and his team for a consultation about what was causing me the discomfort, They began treatment immediately and from the very first visit the pain was at least tolerable, I have been in for three follow up appointments and can tell that the treatments are really giving me my quality of life back. No, no, no. No way, If you only value yourself at the same level as livestock then this is the place for you. Your adjustment and treatment is done in a group setting with about 5-7 other people coming and going and only about arms length apart. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. I didnt even get to talk to a chiropractor. The table in the group arrangement was incredibly uncomfortable for my neck and I was starting to get a headache lying face down. This place isnt about wellness its about high volume patient turn over. This chiropractic shop is the dollar store class of Chiropractic offices. Yea, it comes with a smile, but theres nothing of value behind it. But theyll get their insurance money!
The most wonderful staff around! I have been coming here for at least a decade for several reasons! The staff is polite, informed, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable and happy. My last visit was yesterday. I had been in a lot of pain and I felt soooo much better after my muscle stimulation, massage, and adjustment. My massage therapist seemed almost intuitive and knew exactly where my pain was and how much pressure to use. Pure magic. My adjustment went so smoothly and I felt immediate relief. Lyn Lake Chiropractic is awesome :) I just moved to MN and needed an adjustment badly. I couldnt swallow properly or turn my head. They were able to fit me in the same day that I called, and really took their time listening to my needs, and asking a lot of questions. They took a digital x ray of my neck (really interesting) hooked me up to stim, massaged me (so amazing) gave me the best adjustment of my life, stretched me out and sent me on my way feeling great. The atmosphere is very casual, which I loved and I felt comfortable with the staff they were knowledgeable, helpful, fun and honest. I would recommend Lyn Lake to anyone :)
Ill start by saying that Ive been in multiple car accidents and seen many chiropractors; Ive been dealing with neck pain for a long time. In my opinion Lyn Lake has the perfect set up. They take a multi pronged approach at care. Along with the typical adjustment, they offer electrical muscle simulation, massage, ultrasound therapy, graston, etc. I leave these visits feeling better and like something was actually accomplished, as opposed to the rush you in, quickly adjust you, rush you out, that will be $85 experience Ive had at other places.Also, the staff is amazing. The receptionist is always nice and smiling, and works with your schedule. The massage therapists are all nice and very skilled. And Dr. Kevin is the best chiropractor Ive ever had. He educates, but doesnt preach or lecture. Hes not pushy and I dont feel like Im being sold anything, like at other places Ive been to. His approach is to get you better as soon as possible, instead of dragging intense and costly care out as long as possible.Overall, this is the best chiropractic experience that I have ever had and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get help with pain related to injuries.
My mom and I have been going here for several years. I love it because they do the electroids then you get a 5 minute massage before they adjust you. They can get busy at times but the staff is super friendly and they are definitely worth it, they actually care about how youre feeling and they dont rush the process.

Plus if you need other treatments, they can and will do those as well (Graston, taping, traction, etc.). Even though it’s almost always busy, you still get personalized service and never feel rushed. Ive always thought bodywork was useful/important but had little knowledge of chiro as it never seemed financially feasible for me to explore without “needing” it. 14 months ago I got in my 1st auto accident and after a month knew I had to address the pain I was still having. A friend recommended LynLake so I reluctantly called, expecting to make an appt weeks out that I would inevitably psych myself out of. The receptionist was so kind and said I could even come in that day. I ended up making an appt for a week later, and the person I talked to was so reassuring that I actually kept it. After intake I had a comprehensive exam w/ Xrays and met both the Owner and Drs. I immediately could tell I was in the right place. Having never been in an auto accident, received chiro, and frankly, been a mess, I never expected to feel so comfortable. Fast forward I’ve been visiting Lyn Lake consistently since then, enthusiastic about going to appts for the first time in my life (I’m 26.)I go to the Lyndale clinic & have been adjusted by Ryan, Kristen, and Bryan. They are all fantastic, knowledgeable and really listen to you. The majority of my adjustments are with Ryan who I swear has magic abilities. If you have ever had bodywork done in your life by someone who just seems to have a 6th sense about your pain, that’s Ryan. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & his approach to healing your body with you is unmatched. He actually talks to you like a person who has a brain and lives every day in their body, you know? He is never condescending, or unwilling to explain what he’s doing/what is happening in your body. Don’t be fooled by how the clinic is set up, (the main treatment area is shared w/ other patients) when Ryan is with you he is focused on you alone. (Sidenote: they also have private rooms for those who prefer/need to be seen that way.) My only piece of advice is even if you think you don’t know what you’re talking about, describe how you feel as best you can. Ryan taught me what it means to be in a medical setting w/o anxiety, and encourages me to always be open if something doesn’t feel quite right or needs more attention.One of my favorite parts about Lynlake is receiving EStim, heat, massage, (and other modalities based on individual need) which help my muscles relax before adjustment. I could write books about the amazing massage therapists (Jeff, Essy, Naomi.) They rotate working on patients so w/ continued visits you will get to experience each of their unique gifts. Heaven is probably a floating table in the clouds where the 3 of them take turns massaging you forever. Luckily they offer sessions outside of clinic hours for those who want a full massage experience.A trip up north meant I’d miss a week at LynLake, I was worried about how it would impact my pain/progress but to my surprise was told they had opened a new clinic near to where I’d be staying. Ryan had already called and told them I’d be coming in sometime that week, I didn’t have to worry about anything other than getting there. I experienced the same attention to care at their Waxberg Clinic in pine city.I credit LynLake with changing and even saving my life. Beyond the real pain relief, they have reminded me why I still have faith in humanity, made me stronger, and given me tools that I will use for the rest of my life. I can’t recommend them enough. Ive been going to Lyn-Lake Chiropractic for almost 18 months now. First, to address a shoulder issue that has been giving me trouble for years, and secondly, for a recently aggravated hip flexor issue.In both cases, I was given a series of treatments beginning with electrical stimulation to relax the muscles in the afflicted area, followed by some deep tissue massage, along with some Graston scraping, and ending with some Chiropractic adjustments.In both cases I frequently felt immediate relief, and any questions I had, were handled with intelligent easily understood answers.I have highly recommended Lyn-Lake Chiropractic to other strength training athletes and personal trainers.
The winter before last I fell on my tailbone and couldn’t even sit down. A month later with zero improvement and an upcoming international flight I decided to try different approaches including lynlake chiropractor. They made ALL the difference. After a consultation their first adjustment provided so much relief, I couldn’t believe it. Probably couldn’t have gone better. Within a couple of weeks I was ready for my long flight. So thankful to them and the relief they provided. Still go in for an occasional adjustment when I feel off, but will go straight to them next time something like that happens again.
This team has saved me multiple times when Ive experienced back spasms. The typical flow is using a muscle stimulation machine to warm up the back, followed by a massage on problem areas, and rounded out by adjustment. Sometimes its a quick visit, other times when Ive needed more serious support theyve always given me the time and resources to get better. Be aware the tables are all in the same, open-air room. Its a bit odd at first to be adjusted in front of others, but everyone is respectful and it actually builds a sense of community.

I’ve been having extreme pain in my left foot/heel. I was referred to Lyn Lake. I’ve never had graston before, a technique where a metal device is used to break up fibrous tissue. I’ve been having great results with them and the body adjustments are helping too. Highly recommend! - Tracy
Ive been going to Lyn Lake for over 10 years now (roughly once a year, unless something more major crops up). For me at various times its been - shoulder, hip, and lower back. I appreciate their athletic approach in knowing the aches and pains of those who regularly exercise but still run into issues. Kevin, Steve, and Ryan do a great job in assessing whats wrong and treating it. They each are very competent and also compliment one another. If you are receiving treatment from one doctor for a few sessions and not making progress, then they freely let another doctor take a fresh look and approach to your problem. This happened to me and it worked. I appreciated their team approach. Their therapists are well-trained and know the various means to loosen tight muscles. I highly recommend Lyn Lake!!

Awesome service, incredibly efficient and generous. They quickly adjusted my lower back after an injury and had me better than my “normal” within 2 sessions. The also are open to working on opening hips and pelvis to support fertility, which is awesome in my case. I will be regularly in for maintenance and with any other injuries that pop up!

The staff there is so friendly and accommodating. I went in with a back problem and I wasn’t treated like a number, the staff truly cares about your health and well-being. I continue to go weekly to work on old sports injuries and mobility as well as maintenance for my back. I would and do recommend them to anyone.
I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now. I live over an hour away and never hesitate to make the drive specifically to this place. This place is absolutely amazing. If anyone is looking at reviews for a chiropractic care this should be your last review to look at because this place will take care of every issue you have. This place just doesn’t adjust you and put you on your way. It is like a full course meal! There is the tens unit the massage section the adjustment section and even other items on the menu I didn’t know existed. So that’s the menu portion. Then the staff. That’s a whole new level! You’re not a number here you’re an actual person with a name and some how they are able to remember our faces and names and almost immediately work on your pre-existing issue. It seems like everyone has x-rays in their fingers because they know exactly where the problem spots are! I know it’s a long review But if you are really serious about finding the right chiropractic care well this place is an absolute no-brainer. Oh and a side note. I found out they do pregnancy chiropractic care as well. My wife is pregnant and absolutely fell in love with this place. Hope this helps anyone looking for the right place.
I was on day 3 of a 20 hour road trip, and my neck was absolutely KILLING me. I couldnt sleep, and couldnt even turn my head without pain. I called them and left them a message the evening before I was going to be driving through their area, and begged for an appointment. The lady called me the next morning, and although I was a new patient, she got me in early that morning! The people were super nice. I walked out and finished my vacation feeling so much better. Would definitely reccomend them!

I found Lyn Lake Chiropractic after hitting a total dead end with trying to heal an old sports injury that was still causing chronic issues. I had literally tried everything. I called Lyn Lake because the website stated that they did Graston. Initially, it was all I was looking for, and figured if Graston didnt work it was just time to stop trying, my issue was incurable and I would just have to live with it. I received a call back from Dr. Ryan and I basically told him where I was at with things. He let me schedule just for Graston, something they dont normally do, but I ended up getting adjusted anyway. Not only was it one of the best adjustments Id ever had, but I was struck at the unique community chiropractic business model of Lyn Lake --- At Lyn Lake you start with electric stim, then get a 10 minute massage, and then get an adjustment. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and down to earth, and showing up makes you feel like walking into an entire room of caring friends. Lyn Lake Chiropractic is next-level service in a really upbeat atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I have had a variance in leg length which traveled from my ankle to my mid back.. dr. Ryan help realign my body so it works better.. Great place and a skilled team. I appreciate all of them.The only thing is appts run too long and they need to be sure to schedule conservatively to provide their best service.

Ive been to a lot of different chiropractors and these folks by far provide the best service and care. They provide all patients with and electronic stimulation treatment and a 10 minute massage before the chiropractic adjustment - and its included in the appointment so it still only costs my regular co-pay for the extra care! They have also always had a same day appointments available and are incredibly flexible on getting me an appointment that is convenient for my schedule.I was recently in a car accident and not only are they providing me excellent chiropractic care, they are going out of their way to help me navigate my insurance company as well.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They were able to get me in the same day as my car accident for treatment. As someone who has been utilizing chiropractic for years, it’s one of my favorite places because they make sure they take care of every aspect of your problem, treating the muscle aspect with the massage and stim along with getting the joint moving again with their experienced doctors all while offering extra services such as X-ray in house, ultrasound, taping, traction and more. The staff really cares about every one of their patients!

I had a really bad toe injury and needed an x-ray with no current doctor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Dr. Kevin Schreifels and Dr. Kristen Robinson took extremely good care of me. They treated me as if I had been a patient for years and gave me tip top care. I greatly appreciated their honesty and could tell that Lyn Lakes goal is to truly help their patients recover, and not just sell them on extra chiropractic needs. As a new resident to the Minnesota area I would DEFINITELY recommend Lyn Lake Chiropractic. I would go to Dr. Kevin again if I had any bone injuries or chiropractic needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was recently injured at work. Initially, I went to an acute care clinic & was first diagnosed with a quadricep injury. Upon seeing a PT there, they then said the problem was in my lower back. After 2 1/2 weeks going back & forth for an MRI & PT visits and prescription pain killers,they told me that my back couldnt be making my leg hurt.Period.They said maybe I should go to the Spine Clinic. Period.Still having tremendous pain in my upper leg & also inner thigh, I needed some relief!Being a marathon runner, I looked up Sports Chiropractor online & Lyn/Lake Chiropractic was the 1st thing listed. After reading about their philosophy & the fact that they are geared toward athletes,especially runners, I gave them a call. From the very 1st second, I felt right at home. The person that answered the phone was super helpful & I got an appointment that morning. I would have had to wait 3+ weeks at the Spine Clinic!When I arrived at Lyn/Lake, I was amazed at how welcomed I felt.I saw Dr. Steve Eckstein, who reviewed my MRI results explained how my back injury could be making my leg hurt. He talked me through what procedures that the clinic would be doing to help relieve my pain. All the massage therapists there are wonderful! They all seem to inherently know just where the source of my pain is!All the back adjustments and stretching I have received in the past month have allowed me to feel normal again. The things that I havent been able to do(sleep,sit, drive,weight train and most importantly run) are now all starting to return! Since I started seeing Dr. Steve, I havent needed a painkiller, prescription or otherwise, am driving again, slowly getting back to lifting weights and have started running again. My biggest fear when I got injured was that I wouldnt be able to run again.I am SO thankful for all the people at Lyn/Lake Chiropractic. They are truly a family and treat me like one of their own. Ive been a chiropractic patient off and on for 25-years. Over the years, Ive seen a number of docs, some of whom were pretty darn good. Today, however, I received the most comprehensive, effective treatment ever at Lyn Lake Chiropractic Northeast.Im visiting Minnesota for the Christmas holiday and developed nagging pain in my neck and lower back. Its nothing serious, but something that happens when I go too long between visits with the chiropractor. When I walked into Lyn Lake today, I was greeted by a friendly staff, each member of which looked me in the eye, smiled, and welcomed me. Dr. Kristen listened to my complaint, assessed my condition, then went to work. She started with STIM treatment along with heat. One of my previous docs occasionally applied the same treatment, but in my experience, its pretty unusual. To my surprise, Massage Therapist David followed up, breaking down the various trigger points in my back that were causing me a lot of misery. The massage element of todays chiropractic treatment was a first for me. Dr. Kristen completed my treatment by painlessly adjusting my neck, spine, hips and pelvis. There was no rush; rather, Dr. Kristen and David took all the time necessary to alleviate my pain.By the time my treatment was finished, I was feeling pretty privileged. I felt 100% better and thought Id received special attention. What I learned was a real surprise: the treatment I received today from Dr. Kristen and David, is routine. Its standard for every patient, at every visit, and is given at a very reasonable rate.Ive previously written only one review in my life. I just felt compelled to write today because the great treatment I received at Lyn Lake was way over the top. I wish the Lyn Lake docs were my regulars.

Superb, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. So good that I wish them all a larger and more professional space to work in. The space is small, noisy, and not conducive to relaxation. The tiny waiting area is often swarming with unsupervised children playing with the massage chairs (which are not toys, by the way). The music is loud LCD junk, which actually adds to everyones stress whether they admit it or not. Someday I hope that this business can expand into a larger space where patients can really relax and receive treatment more privately and peacefully. This excellent staff deserves it!
I found LynLake after a tumble down an entire flight of stairs while 25 weeks pregnant. Entering in a physically & emotionally fragile state, I left feeling like a million dollars. I immediately felt as though the staff there was family. That was two years ago; since then I’ve referred my husband, sister, BIL, father, and co-workers. They have all had a great experience here too.
Always feel fantastic after visiting. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they truly care about your well-being. They dont try to make you come in more than necessary to heal you and will work within your schedule to get you back on your feet. Really cant say enough good things about this place!
I have been going to Lyn Lake for years for running injuries and overall maintenance and it is ALWAYS a great experience with intended results. My two teenage sons have been going the last two years and it has helped them with soccer and track. A MUST go to chiropractor.

Ive been patient at LynLake for several years. Dr Ryan has always taken time to listen to my concerns and tailor my treatments to my specific needs. Recently Dr Kristen has been doing treatments to help with my TMJ and Mai (massage therapist) has done some wonderful work on my SCM muscles that helps to lessen my pain. All the massage therapists are great so even if Mai isnt available I still get a quality massage. When I go into LynLake its like Im visiting friends, everyone knows my name and makes me feel comfortable. I had an issue with my bill a few years ago and the receptionist and billing person were really helpful and got the issue cleared up quickly.

These guys are great chiropractors! General treatments include electric muscle stimulation, massage, and an adjustment. They accept insurance (check with them whether yours is accepted or not) and have good rates for uninsured (me). Convenient location, walk-ins available, what else do you need to know!

Dr. Kevin went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping one of my sons this summer. His concern and follow up were beyond compare. He did what he could to treat my son and helped me find additional care when it became apparent that his injury was not something he could help with anymore. I knew my child was in good hands with him and will take him back there again when needed. Went for my first appointment yesterday and was blown away by how friendly everyone was. I suffer from migraines and need to be adjusted semi-regularily to keep them in check. After moving back to the area I was trying to find a chiropractor that offered everything my old one did (therapy treatments, soft tissue work and some other odds and ends.) Not only does Lyn-Lake offer everything my old chiro did, but they had several things I had never heard of! The game-ready ice compression wrap is amazing.Anyway, if youre looking for a great chiropractor that offers a wide variety of therapy techniques this is your place. Ryan took the time to take x-rays and explain what was causing my migraines in depth. We went from treatment to treatment and he continued explaining why we were doing each thing and the benefits each offered. Highly recommended!

My husband was having chronic nerve pain that was radiating down to his ankles from his lower back. He also had an upper back problem that was causing his forearms and hands to go to sleep. We have been very happy with the care he has received at Lyn Lake NE. Travis is very thorough along with the massage therapists they have there. They used techniques that were different from other chiros hes seen and incorporated it with exercises to strengthen muscles to keep things in place. He is feeling much better.

He asked me to follow him into a room and closed the door behind me. He had printed out my review and put it on the desk in front of me. He asked me if I had written it. I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me that instead of writing a review about my concerns, I should have spoken privately with him instead. I do not know this man. I felt threatened and embarrassed. ***I am a PCA and bring my client here on a weekly basis or so. The team is extremely friendly, but they do not enforce the mask mandate. It’s a little disappointing considering that they are a type of medical facility. My client has asthma and is at risk for a severe covid infection.

Lynn Lake is the best place to go in the Twin Cities! With a friendly staff who is understanding and timely, you get right in and out and they dont expect you to come back unless you need to! I am a runner and have been going to them for over 2 years now. They are loyal to their customers and will extend a hand when in need. Need a guest speaker for a class or a clinic? They will provide, need a Massage Therapist for a wellness expo? They will be there. Plus who doesnt love not having to make an appointment. Walk in anytime that its convienent for you and they will get you in and out and on your way pain free! They also provide other services that I have experienced first hand such as Electric Stim, laser therapy, ultrasound, grasting, and more.
