Jessica did an awesome job on my shoulder. I had a big knot on my shoulder and Jessica massaged it right out. It felt 100% better. Then continued on with the rest of my massage. She was very friendly. Cant wait for my next session.

After a bad experience about a month ago with another therapist, I chose to give this place a second chance, and I do not regret it. Jaime did such an amazing job and she made my massage session so relaxing, peaceful, and joyful. Which is what I needed for a long time. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was very intentional with my needs. Thank you SO much Jaime for making this experience so wonderful. I’d love to come back and request her again. (:Also- the front desk was SO wonderful as well. They greeted me so politely and with great enthusiasm. I truly did appreciate my encounter with them towards the beginning.Thank you again!

Jordan is amazing! I have been seeing her for 5 to 6 years. She selects the right facial so what’s going on with my face and I’m never disappointed. She also gives the best arm hand and neck massages!!

My wife left her necklace here after an appointment. They claim they threw it away after 48 hours but neglected to share that timeline when they called saying they had it. They only told us that when we went to get it. That information seems important to share. They didnt seem to care at all that they were throwing away peoples personal belongings without letting them know about their ridiculous timeline.

Having had many different massage therapists, I can say Sosos one of my favorites. She listens to my concerns and focuses on my problem areas without question. She has an upbeat/positive attitude making it an all-around positive experience! While other ME locations have given me issues, the Blaine location has been nothing but professional and awesome to work with.

Adela (Addy) is absolutely fantastic! It was one of my favorite massages I’ve ever had.

Had a great time learning and experiencing microdermabrasion. I was a little hesitant at first but Avae really helped me learn and understand what it was. I really enjoyed it and it definitely helped me. Very calming and just an overall great time. Will definitely be coming back.

Addie is a kind and warm personality. She is knowledgeable and conversational. I am still feeling the effects of yesterdays massage and got a better nights sleep than I have in a long time.

Kacie worked wonders on my back.I had some very irritated muscles due to my rib being out of place. Took awhile but, she was able to send me on my way fixed and feeling great.Thanks Kacie!!!

Paid $200 for a 60 min chemical peel, they had me out in 35 mins and will only give you an entry level peel regardless of what you ask for... Cant speak for the results yet but I dont have high hopes considering I could have used a mid-level vs low level peel. 60 min facial would have been a better choice in my situation. *****Update: my response to the comment below the link you requested I visit to provide more information is bringing me to what looks like a virus ridden site. Jamie does an excellent job finding all my knots and I feel great after each massage. She is attentive and listen to my concerns as I have many problem areas.

Stretch sessions is why I am a member!! Nhiakou is amazing! Very professional and comforting with explaining along the way what he’s stretching and why!

Avae is a wonderful aesthetician. The products are gentle but effective. I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my complexion since having peels at Massage Envy.

Jessica was very attentive and addressed the issues in my sore and/or tight muscles. Plus she is a delight to visit with during the massage.

My wife made an appointment for a massage 2 weeks in advance - 2 hours before the scheduled appointment Massage Envy called and canceled. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience and told her their weekends were completely booked thru February of next year! My wife had taken the day off for this massage.I understand that things come up (illness/emergencies) however, had my wife canceled 2 hours prior to the appointment she would have been charged for the “late notice”.

Its impossible to get a same day appointment, which is really the business model I need for massages because I can not schedule out a week or two when my body is in pain.Therefore, I end up paying for the subscription (I have 16 credits, and my husband has 18), then going to a walk-in massage parlor when I need a massage.

My favorite thing at Massage Envy is facial. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable about skin care. She is fun to talk to and super friendly. I always feel good about my skin after her session. Highly recommended!

Beware before signing up for a contract with Blaine Massage Envy. First of all, the employees can’t cancel your membership, a manager has to cancel (even if it has been one year), so when you call to cancel, they tell you a manager will call you back within 72 hours — I’m on my third attempt and no one has contacted me… if you were trying to cancel your membership with the Blaine, Massage Envy location, I would highly suggest sending a registered letter where you get a receipt. Second of all, when I signed up a year ago, they told me that they would have facials available, but they didn’t hire someone that could do them for about six months. Third, i’ve never been able to make an appointment for medium or firm massage within a 2 to 3 month period. Then they usually they say they don’t have schedules that far in advance, just that they are full - i’ve been available weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, weekends, late evening, I’ve been available at all times, and they never have anything, I end up going to Vadnais Heights instead. Suggestion to Vadnais Heights, your main location, not this Blaine, they operate professionally. I’ve gone weeks at a time where I’ve called at all hours of the day, and have not gotten a hold of anyone. The Blaine location definitely added to my stress this past year…ironic.

I know many that joined massage envy but are unable to ever find an open appointment. They put you on a waiting list but are never called. They give you a very short time to use paid for sessions..... wouldnt ever recommend!!!

My husband bought me a gift card here for Mother’s Day and it was possibly the worst gift I’ve ever been given. After trying to schedule online and then calling 5 times, leaving 3 voicemails, and never receiving a call back, I finally got an appointment. I showed up for my appointment only to be told the masseuse I was scheduled with does not do prenatal massages and I had to reschedule. The next available appointment being 3.5 months from today. This is such a joke. At this point I would prefer a refund of my gift card so I don’t have to deal with this ridiculous place again. Alas, that would mean someone had to answer the phone and they clearly don’t do that.

I received an hour massage gift card from my husband from the Blaine location after recently giving birth. I scheduled my massage from the massage envy app and had my appointment this past Sunday 9/22. The appointments were running behind. Jason honored my one hour appointment and did a fantastic job. However when I went to pay with my one hour massage gift card I was informed that I still had to pay an additional fee to cover the balance of the service. I was so confused, I mean isn’t that what the gift card was for? There was no one that could fully explain the situation to me, so I went ahead and paid the remaining balance. Then I was offered the membership, which I took since I had a great massage. I opted into a 6 month membership, but when I was filling out the paperwork it should that it was a year long. The sales associate assured me that it was just for 6 months and that I could cancel anytime (kind of worried about this...) I recall in my past experience with another location that once you sign up for a membership that the membership pricing should immediately be honored. So I brought that up thinking I would get a refund and that the hour massage gift I received from my husband would cover the service. Again no one could answer my question and all I got was I’ll leave a note for our manager as they are not in today and they will call you about the situation regarding my questions. I have a baby at home so I left after that. Let’s just say my husband was not happy. What he planned as a relaxing gift turned out to be more of a headache.Long story short, great massage but lacking on knowledge at the front desk.

It was great but I cant ever go back. For nonmembers your first 1hr massage is 65, after that it costs 115 for the same massage. Not interested in paying $30 a month just so I can pay $65 for the massage.That is one strange business model!.....And you can tell by the response from the owner that they do not actually read the reviews.

Massage envy is a scam. I hope a class action lawsuits is in the works. You prepay but then no available appointments as far as they book out. If you dont use them, was told by them, you loose them. Hopefully lawyers are working on it. Massage envy will just respond back to this post, sorry contact us. We have done that and they still dont provide openings.

The staff here is awesome! Been going here years, I see one therapist regular (Tonya), who 100% awesome. Also, worked with a few others, never been disappointed (Beverly, Jaime, Emily, Amanda, Nikki), always a great job. The front desk Angie is great too. Thanks!

Massage was good and relaxing but i was extremely caught off guard by the price. my first massage was $70 and i rebooked my next massage before i left and the receptionist didn’t tell me anything about a newcomer discount or how much the massages normally cost. when i went back the second time it was well over $100 and i had to split the payment between two cards. the price isn’t an issue to me, what was the problem is the lack of communication with the pricing. i was never told that your first massage you get a discount and i feel that’s something that should be communicated with a customer that has never been there before. coming out of a massage already disoriented and being told that your massage is $50 more than it was last time isn’t a great experience. their online booking system also doesn’t work, it says they don’t have available appointments for months out but if you call (and on the off chance that anyone actually answers the phone) that most likely have multiple appointments available

Very hard to get a hold of...I purchased the membership not knowing how hard it was to even get an appt. Every single location is basically booked out at least 3 months for prenatal. Had I known this I would have not purchased the membership, but the girl I spoke to insist its cheaper so I got it. Not only that but there is not enough massage therapist who does prenatal. Everytime I call to make an appt they refer me to a different location whose also booked out. It would have been nice to know there is not enough massage therapist who does prenatal massages. Will definitely not be renewing my membership ever. They dont ever call you back even if you leave a VM either. One time my appointment was canceled the day before and they reschedule me, but call me back twice to change the time and I got confused so I missed my appointment and I was charged for it...but its ok for them to cancel on me within less than 24 hours. Disappointed.

Do not go here. I scheduled a 90 minute massage that was supposed to begin at 1:30. I didnt get into the room until 1:40 and had maybe a 30 second consultation. Then the massage ended at 2:50... So I received maybe 70 minutes but paid for 90. The massage therapist also said she was still working on her strength so she couldnt do the deep tissue massage I needed. I then asked that she just work on all my knots in my back and neck but that didnt happen at all. The massage was okay but you could tell she was very inexperienced. I left feeling more tense than I did when I first got there. I will never go back.

Difficult to get anyone on the phone. Appointments must be scheduled weeks in advance, forget getting help for a tension headache. Im not sure if they have enough masseuses for the amount of customers. I have written to them by regular mail and email to cancel my membership, but havent received confirmation yet. I have received email about services I could get. I have wasted so much money on this place!

Absolutely recommend Avae (pronounced like agave without the g) for facials.She customizes and care and makes great skin recommendations. The facial felt great as well.

So disappointed with massage envy. They charge you each month for the membership but cannot schedule appointments. I’ve attempted to schedule an appointment several days through March and not one appointment was able to be scheduled. This is robbery as you cannot cancel or you will loose all your prepaid massages. I currently have 35 prepaid massages that I cannot get into use. It’s unethical and disgusting.

I was just refused service because I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask safely. I offered to wear a face shield but obviously cant do that while face down during a massage so I was refused service. Ill be canceling my membership this week.

I guess I should have read reviews before I booked a massage here. This was going to be my first time getting a massage at this location and when I scheduled the appointment I was told that if I had to cancel for any reason it needed to be by the end of the day the day prior or I would be charged partial payment, and if cancelled on the same day I would be charged 100%. I received a call on the day of my massage cancelling my appointment due to an ill call. While I understand this isnt something that can be planned on, I asked how I was going to be compensated for them cancelling on me since it was stressed that I would be charged if I cancelled. I was told they dont do that and they werent going to charge me. Well of course you arent going to charge me!! I didnt cancel on you!! If you want to charge your customers for cancelling on you then your customers need to be compensated for a last minute cancellation on your part. Even offering $5 off my massage might have convinced me to come back to this location. Ill be going to another location now.

I would say that they have canceled more of my scheduled appointments than have been successfully completed. The front staff does not seem to know when the therapists will be working, and schedules appointments for times when the therapist is not there. I even had them call as I was on my way there once, because I was scheduled and they realized that the therapist wasnt working. I dont understand how they can keep a business going with this horrible customer services. Coon Rapids Massage Envy is much more organized, professional and well managed.

Massage Envy is more concerned with attaining new business than retaining their current customer base. I have struggled in 1.5 years to get in for massages, because they just dont have the staff to serve their customers. Ive brought this up before and they havent been too concerned. Just yesterday they tried to run my card for their monthly payment. Our HSA account is going through some changes and the number changed. I was not aware of this. Massage Envy was super quick to call me out on it, suspend my account, and threaten to cancel any future services if I didnt pay within 24 hours. Ive never had an issue with a provider there, but corporate policies and management ruin many things. Its always all about the money.

I decided to spoil myself and become a member to get a monthly massage. Multiple times my massage has been canceled the day of and it is difficult for me to find the time to come in with my busy schedule. I suggest either don’t go to the Blaine location or done bother become a member because it is a waste of money.

I was pleased with the outcome of my experience. I received a massage and was unhappy with what I had paid for. I expressed my concern and management reached out to me and offered to fix everything. The professionalism from the management staff was wonderful and I felt like my concerns mattered. They were flexible with my schedule and made sure I was happy with everything. Thank you.

First off, I would say buyer beware. I was not aware that Id get trapped in a year long membership once I became a member, so please read the fine print. If you think youre getting a discount by becoming a member well, just be prepared to shell out a lot of money. Its not worth the year long contract if you do not have the money, plus you must throw in an extra payment before you cancel (not cheap). Something to consider.ALSO, at the time, they didnt quite inform me of the length or choice of membership. As with many things a customer signs up for, i believe this is important to explain instead of just neglecting to inform you. Once you cancel, you only have 30 days to use up your massages even though you PAID for the massages yourself monthly. I know its not a phone company where your minutes disappear but I feel like this should be extended since those are paid massages, not just neglected minutes. Again, this was my experience. The massages themselves were satisfactory, great masseuses.

I have been going to this location since I moved in October- I have seen a different therapist every time and none of them are able to come remotely close to the therapist I had at the Rogers location. They do not listen to what I want after explaining before we start, I end up getting a back “rub” not a massage even when I ask for firm/deep pressure. So tired of wasting my time and money so I have now decided to cancel my membership. I am hoping to find an actual massage therapist who can work on my back/neck/shoulders at a different place nearby. I am pretty sure I leave here so disappointed that I ammore tense than before the service.

This place is horrible! If i could give it zero stars i would! I went in and explained that i had lower back pain on the right side of my spine. Not only did i ask for focus on that portion of my body, i had to consistently ask for more pressure, it felt like a toddler was wiping their greasy hands on my back! I was told thats all the pressure i have for today and out of the 1 hour massage session she had focused on the part i specifically asked for the most attention about 10-12 mins maximum! I DO NOT recommend this place, the worst massage EVER!

The massage was great and the massage therapist did a ready job listening to what I needed. However, they asked me to arrive 15 minutes early - which I did. Then they put me in a room where I sat until 10 minutes after my appointment start time. Then the therapist talked to me for about 10 minutes. (All of which is fine), but then my massage ended one hour after my appointment time was set to start. So I paid for a 60 minute massage, but actually got only 40 minutes of it. Kind of a rip off. I’d probably try somewhere else instead of coming back here again.

Massage Envy Spa of Blaine is amazing! All of the staff are great and the massages and facial services are outstanding, hands down the best I have ever had. I am seeing a ton of negative reviews about this company and I just do not understand why! After reading them I am seeing many people complaining about the policies, READ YOUR CONTRACTS PEOPLE!! So many complaints about the front desk staff, they are only doing their job, it is not their fault you are choosing not to follow what is outlined in your contract! All in all Massage Envy Spa of Blaine is one of the best businesses I have done business with, and like I said before the services are amazing!

Compared to all the other Massage Envys in the area, this one is the worst. Their customer service is ridiculous. Bought a massage for my friend, and there is a new rule where if you dont show up, they charge you for the whole thing which I completely get. If you are a no call, no show, by all means, you should be charged. But if you cancel within 24 hours, they are only supposed to charge you for half. Get that too, but still annoying. My friend cancelled her massage that morning because he kid got sick and had to take him to the doctor and they still charged her for the entire thing which is clearly not what their policy states. She made a google review and a Facebook review about this and was told by Massage Envy to contact them through their portal, which she did. Its been a month and she still has received NO response NO credit.

I have been a member at this location for the past 5-6 years. I have always had wonderful service and massages. I had one poor massage experience and the front desk staff called me immediately after and refunded my fee and rebooked me the next day! I have been getting massages for the past 20 years and have high standards. Massage envy blaine meets and exceeds my expectations regularly. The only downfall is it hard to get appointments if you work most days. I have a few therapists I use so it is easier to get in. Thanks for a job well done massage envy staff in blaine!!

I had a WONDERFUL experience here today with masseuse Amanda in the Blaine location. She is kind and a gentle spirit with healing hands. I really recommend her and Massage Envy! ❤️❤️

I am extremely disappointed with this location and their service. I have tried to catch up on my monthly membership and need to schedule 6 weeks out to get an evening appointment. On two occasions this was cancelled on me. I have been trying to catch up to cancel my membership as obviously I am paying more for services that I am not receiving. If I cancel then I need to use my credits in a window shorter than the lead time I need to schedule an appointment. Do not get a membership with this location as they cannot keep their commitment to their customers, but expect you to keep yours.

The services were okay, but the business was awful. I called a week in advance to use up my prepaids. They told me I had two full hours left. I thought I only had an hour and half, but I didnt know if the last lady charged me because there was another debacle in that situation. So I made them double check and triple check. And they assured me I had two full hours. I got a massage and facial to use them up because I knew my prepaids were expiring soon. They didnt tell me until I paid, that i only had 1.5 left after all so I owed 30 bucks. I would not have done two hours of services unless they had assured me that is what I had left. I called he manager and she said she did me a favor anyway because my membership expired yesterday. No one told me that either. I wont be signing up for another membership since they cannot give me accurate info, or fix it when they make a mistake. Im tired of service not being what it should be.

Great massage therapists for the most part. But everything else is like the other negative reviews here. I was even charged for the session I had to cancel for being sick. When you are sick they wont give you a message. Why am I getting charged for that?Its all about message envy getting paid here, not the customer service.

I really wanted a deep massage and my back and shoulders were super tight. I got zero relief from my therapist. Left needing a massage. I will never go back. It was a waste of time and money. Lesson learned.

Very disappointed in the staff wasting my time. As a business owner I am very disgusted with the way the store is ran. Me and my girlfriend have 16year old daughters that we wanted to transfer massages to. We know about the new law stating that an adult has to be present in the room while the service is being performed. We called several times to verify that we could have them in a couples room so only one adult would have to be present. They confirmed this on 4 different occasions. I then bring them to their appt. which the front receptionist cant find the consent form. She asked me if I could sign it after. I agreed. Then the massage therapists came out for their appt. one of them told the receptionist that the form would need to be signed prior to the service. I was understanding that the form needed to be filled out prior, so I waited another 5-10min. Then the same therapist (once they found the paperwork) came over to me and decided that instead of one adult there needed to be one PARENT FOR EACH CHILD. It honestly seemed like the Therapist was purposefully trying to be difficult! Everyone else seemed to think that we were in the right except her(this was confirmed when my girlfriend called after we left) . If someone doesnt want to do their job that bad she shouldnt be working there! After all of the time sitting there, we were then sent out the door..... The Coon Rapids location has never treated us this way. Bypass Blaine and go to Coon Rapids if you decide to get a membership at Envy.

Hello,I want to write to someone about our experience that happened to us today. I called massage envy in Blaine Mn 2 weeks ago to schedule couples massage for my fiancé and I. First available appointment they had was Friday Feb 19th at 3:00pm. After 15 minutes on the phone registering she scheduled our app. We received a phone call couple days later telling us that that was a mixed up on a schedule and they wont be able to do it in the same room as a couple massage but if we can come in an hour earlier at 2:00pm we can still do it. So after talking to my fiancé he was able to get off work earlier in order to make it to this app. We arrived at the location at 1:45 pm as they asked us too and filled out paper work. 10 minutes later one of the massage therapist came and asked me to come with her and told my fiancé that his therapist would be with him shortly. We were confused as why are we being taken to different rooms when we clearly made app for couple massages and had to wait 2 weeks. She went to front desk and they couldnt figure out anything other then to reschedule us. We were hoping to get in tomorrow and we were willing to do so. When we went to front desk she had app on Monday at noon... Monday noon?? We both work and this would not work for us... So after standing there for a while first available appointment was March 4th!!!! Its only February 19th today and now we have to wait another 2 weeks!!! This absolutely unacceptable especially when I schedule this 2 weeks ago and I was willing to come in an hour earlier meaning we both had to leave work...Something like this happening is very upsetting and disappointing and frustrating. We made other plans around this appointment and now we have to wait another 2 weeks. Nobody knows what happened and asks me if I know the name of the person that called me back to reschedule. No I didnt know that name it happened 2 weeks ago and and didnt think I would need to remember her name. I wanted to leave review but I havent got to that point yet. We are both Disappointed and frustrated.Selma

I can never get and appointment, can’t book anything online, the booking website is horrible. I call and it always goes to voicemail, I leave messages and no one calls me back. I will be cancelling my membership

My wife got us massages here a couple months ago. She added on the sugar foot scrub, but the masseuse didnt know how to do it. She said shed just give me a foot rub and take the sugar scrub off my bill. Um, OK ???Still, the massage was good so Id like to go back and treat my wife to a massage. Good luck getting an appointment earlier than 3 weeks out if youre not a member! Gimme a break. We are going somewhere else...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I havent even been seen yet. I have requested appointments online 4 times now. Everytime they call me and tell me that I can not be seen that they are booked.I called the location today and requested the customer service # and they refused to give it to me.you cant build a successful business if you turn customers away every single time they try to make an appointment.

Crystal is the Best, I hate to put this out there because she will fill up and make it harder to get an appointment with her. She is helping with a pinched nerve. She is amazing! Thank you Crystal .
