Lovely all the way around! Came into town and was needing some tlc. All of the staff were so attentive and helpful! Called and spoke with Sharon who helped customize the experience for me and maximize my relaxation! I had planned on getting just a quick massage and she told me how great the facials were (I had never gotten one) and decided to give it a go! Stellar service from the whole team from the moment I called. Was greeted and checked in by Jackson with a smile on his face and instantly felt relaxed! Let me tell you, Mari changed my mind on facials! Fantastic and will definitely be getting facials from now on! Nikki also did an amazing job on my massage, pressure was perfect and overall a much needed boost of relaxation. 10/10 just what I needed!

I had an incredible experience with Mari for a facial. She was knowledgeable, it was calming and the results felt amazing! Sharon and Stacey were so helpful and kind as well. Cant wait for the next time!

If you need a lot of massages, and I mean a lot, then this might be the place for you. I wound up there thanks to a gift card, and of course they want you to spend money every month and become a member, rather than pay for an occasional service. I thought it seemed like a decent value and a worthwhile investment in myself. It was more hassle than it was worth when I finally canceled my recurring monthly membership and used up my credit. I wont say their service is not worth what you pay for, but their rates arent great if youre not on their recurring revenue stream. They have decent practitioners, I never had a complaint about the employees, but their business model and strip mall atmosphere guaranteed Ill never patronize another Massage Envy, anywhere.

Loved the massage, I booked another massage for 3 days later. I was still sore from the massage so I called to move the appointment 4 hours before my appointment and was charged HALF of the massage even after I spoke to one of the employees on Friday asking if I was still sore, if I was able to move the appointment which I was assured by them to be fine as long as i gave them a 4 hour notice. When I talked to them to cancel or move my appointment, I was charged and given misinformation and still paid a LOT of money for nothing. Poor customer service in my opinion and I will be finding another spot which is more flexible.

Here is what happened: I canceled my services over 18 months ago (of the time of this post) and they continued to charge me for every month. I called in May to have them cancelled again, after they charged my card almost 2 grand and I had to pay that off or face issues with a debt collector. They didnt cancel and charged AGAIN. I called them again, furious and spewing at the mouth about it and they assured me it was cancelled. (I have already cancelled my card, so they wont be getting any more money) However, this review is 3 stars and that is because of the manager. She didnt remember me from last month (... okay... sure) but she was very cordial and polite and offered to extend their policy for me, as my circumstances were extenuating, to 6 months to finish my collected massages rather than 60 days. (I have 26 massages to collect) She was the only reason I did not give this place a single star. Please note, that manager was very kind and good. She is the only redeeming thing about this experience.

I have been going to this located a few times a month for the past year. In all honestly, you really just have to find the right masseuse. I have been to three other locations and would not rate the quality of my massage very high, however, I have now found a person who is great. I wont see anyone else! It is usually easy to make an appointment 72 hours in advance instead of a month like smaller places. The quality of the office is good, quiet and relaxing. I am a member and enjoy have simple billing and as a member prices are VERY affordable.

I have reached out repeatedly to MassageEnvy Southtown to try and cancel, and Jodi the manager has yet to connect with me. She tried calling me once and I called her back and never heard anything. My therapist Kevin is no longer with Massage Envy and they are unable to get me in with Sheryl, my backup therapist, as she is all booked up through December. I have contacted my credit card company and blocked you from making charges again on my card and I also disputed the last 3 charges. Still waiting to hear back.

The manager Sara is so awesome and helpful! I loved my massage and the massager therapist. I had such big tight knots in my back and she worked them out and I felt so much better. Everyone there is so sweet and pleasant. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

The people below me that have written bad reviews have to be the type of people that you simply just cannot make happy regardless. I love this location, compared to any other massage envy they truly try to please you as a customer. the massage therapists give an amazing massage, I honestly havent ever had a bad experience at this location. the front desk staff knows my name, and the massage therapists have always inquisitive about my body and its problems. I definitely recommend this location to all my loved ones and friends.

Best massage I’ve ever had! Cora was amazing!!! She listened to the type of pressure I was wanting and did fantastic, I have never been more relaxed. The service was great and the experience from start to finish was incredible.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude and incompetent receptionists. The clinic director, Ashley, needs to take a class in customer relations as she was extremely condescending to me, a client. They told me I was able to use my gift voucher on the phone and then when I arrived, they told me it was not valid. They then proceeded to tell me I would be charged 50% of the $55 massage fee, when I had only booked my massage because I was told it would be free due to the voucher. I will never come here again and if you want to be treated with any bit of dignity or respect, you should never go to Massage Envy Bloomington either.

Worst massage and this place is a rip off. My masseuse picked me up from the waiting area 15mins after my appointment was suppose to start. They apologized and I asked if we could make up the time, they said because I was late they helped someone else. None of this made sense, but there was a language barrier. I pushed back, but after getting no where with the conversation, I just asked to get the massage going as we were wasting more time. The massage was poor, I asked for a medium to deep massage, it was light to medium at times at best. Lastly, my massage ended 8 minutes earlier than schedule, I even took a photo of the clock in my massage room to show it ended that early, but I dont see a place to post a photo. Essentially I was jipped out of over 1/3 of my $96 massage. I will not be going back to say the least.Wanted to add that I did provide my comments through their online portal after they commented back to my post, and I did not get a response.

Ive been a member with ME for 8 years now. Ive been ALL over and seen many locations. This location is my favorite. It has the most spa-like feel of them all, it has the best front desk customer service of them all (and Im sorry, but MEs front desk staff in general is awful), and overall I feel so much more comfortable here. I also found a fantastic therapist here that listens to my needs and knows what she is doing. She is very well educated and isnt just another therapist you pay to rub lotion on your body. My massage needs tend to be more of a therapy session than a relaxation session, so Im so glad to finally find someone who is educated in massage therapy.

Ive been a long time Massage Envy member and have seen several Massage Therapists and Estheticians at this location (because I usually book last minute!) and always have such a great experience! This facility is clean, professional, warm and welcoming. I recently tried their new microderm infusion procedure and highly recommend it. Amelia has been helping me address my skin concerns over the last few months and it hasnt taken many visits to see a positive difference. I am impressed by Ashley, one of the leaders, who genuinely gets to know her customers and calls them by name. And the best part is the great price for these spa services!

I got a gift certificate for massage envy, and after looking at google reviews for all of the locations in the Twin Cities I ended up here! Adam was great! Ive gotten many many massages before and would definitely recommend him and Massage Envy Southtown to friends! Quick wait, friendly front desk, clean, and great massage!

I had a massage scheduled for November 22nd. The receptionist mistakenly put it in the system for Nov 15th. I have an appt card showing Nov 22nd written by their front desk plus it was on my calendar. Massage Envy never called us (We had two appointments) and without our knowledge switched us to email confirmations and sent it to dead email addresses we hadnt used in over 5 years. We never got the emails showing us the date was wrong (I even checked the old email addresses, nothing!), so they charged our credit cards in full for two 90 minute massages for two appointments we didnt have. We asked for a refund and explained the situation, they said their front desk DOES NOT make mistakes and we were wrong and have to pay for the therapists time. Normally they call and confirm all appointments, but with ours it was a special situation where they decided to email us (something theyve never done in 6 years, we always get calls). When I asked for a refund based on being a client for 6 years, explaining I had it scheduled for the week after, and never having an issue before I was told Absolutely not. If we cannot provide you with service level you are looking for there are 22 locations in the twin cities that may provide you with the level of service you are seeking.So there you have it Ive spent over $9000 at Massage Envy which does not qualify me for any customer service decency, but if you dont like it go somewhere else!!! If you choose to do business here just be aware that they can put your massage on the wrong date and they will not call you. You will be 100% responsible for their mistake which they will happily charge to your credit card and they will not budge regardless of how many years of service or money you spend with them.

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I have always had excellent service at the Southtown location. The front desk people are very pleasant and Mary is outstanding. I see her for massage and facials and have gladly recommended others to this location.

Utterly atrocious service. The hour massage was only 40 mins long. They said it was a full body massage but I only got my upper back and calf muscles massaged. Chantel was lazy. If you MUST go, then do NOT get her. Waste of time and money with zero compensation. They also said to undress to whatever I was comfortable with, but then proceeded to insist continuously that I take off more clothing than I wanted to. Incompetent staff as well...

So, I received a message a few hours after my appointment telling me that I am no longer allowed to receive services at any location due to non payment. Also, Sarah, who made the call threatened to call the police and file a report. The funny thing is she wanted me to call back and leave my number. How did she call me if she didn’t have my number? What’s not so funny is that I have had a membership at this place for a year and a half. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!!!

Had a friend make appt for me. Was running late coming from another city and called them ahead to reschedule the time. I was 10 Minutes late by the time I get there. They canceled my appt which costed $50 and said I won’t get my money back. They never informed me the consequences of running late. They didn’t even show me their brochure that had the rule. To me that was a rip off and they are theives. Never going there again.

I like the atmosphere of this branch more than others. Dayo is the best facial esthetician I have ever had- at massage envy or any where else. I tried 4 other estheticians before finding her. I would definitely recommend her.

I have never been able to have an appointment here as they have canceled both appointments within 2 hours of it. This is very frustrating and I dont know if Ill ever go here because I keep getting canceled very last minute. Zero effort to make up for it either. Typically corporate BS. Dont plan a relaxing day with this company in mind!
