I’m so happy I found Caroline!! It’s been a year since I had a massage and after the year that I had, I needed this bad.This was my first intense deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Your body really does keep score of what you’re been through a Caroline helped release things my body was holding on to. Days after, I’m still feeling renewed and relaxed. I’ll be back for sure.

I travel a lot for work and was dealing with back pain and decided to find a local message therapist. I stumbled across Caroline and schedule a 90 min massage for the next day.I have had a lot of massages as a former athlete but this was the best. I am a swimmer and have just come to accept horrible back, neck, and shoulder pain. Caroline was so through with these areas and her techniques were a game changer.She was able to dial in on the right amount of pressure I needed, around a 7 on a scale from 1-10. I needed to turn my mind off and Caroline was extremely communicative before we started to ensure we were both on the same page as to what I wanted to achieve in this session.Her space is welcoming and comfortable. The table was extremely comfortable and I was very impressed she used hot towels to removed the massage oil.I will be back. I will find any excuse to return to Minneapolis just so I can get a massage from Caroline.
