Last Call Party Bar

For a night club in the thick of Downtown... the service and DJ made the night out worth it. Bar Staff were very personable and kind, DJ was great at reading the dance floor (as they should be); the music changes and vibe were kept strong all night long. The place was shoulder-to-shoulder. Loved it!

This is a dive bar with the most ridiculous and often discriminatory dress code policy.Its clear theyre trying to minimize a specific group patronage.Go elsewhere... theyre too judgemental and inconsistent.. people want to dress down over the weekend... your establishment will die slowly with noone having good nor fond things to say about it.This is me leaving a kind review.

Im a world traveler and Ive visited many bars and restaurants during my travels. After a bad experience at a different place I found myself at Last Call. The experience completely turned my day around. The 2 for 1 happy hour special goes on for many hours into the night. The bar was clean, music was great, and drinks were strong. Natalie did a phenomenal job attending me and the other patrons all night. Nobody was left waiting and everyone got exactly what they asked for with no issues. The bar has plenty of seating for any size group and the games are scattered around the first and second floor. Darts, arcades, beer pong, and much more. There are plenty of TVs including a large projector screen in the middle of the bar and large open windows to feel the great weather. I totally recommend this place and if Natalie is running the show, you can expect professional and courteous service.

Worst bar i have ever been to. We paid for drinks that we didn’t even get. The short brown hair man behind the bar is digesting and making rude remarks to women all night. I feel so uncomfortable here. Will not be coming back if he’s still working. Do better.

There’s a bartender here who is very rude to me, I asked a simple question about the atm and she gave me a rude response as well as judge me for tips. The music is good though I’ll give them that. The owner is super sweet!

Popped in for a drink before heading to the Target Center. It has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I was there on a Sunday, so there was plenty of open seating. Bartenders were slightly hard to get the attention of. When I got my last beer, the keg was out so she filled the second half of the cup with a different type of beer. Thats different, wasnt terrible.

They claimed that they have a dress code for their BAR it’s not even a nightclub it’s literally just a bar. They wouldn’t let my fiancé in because he was wearing camouflage pants and claimed that there is a strict no printed pants policy. I think the security was just making it up because there is no dress code policy on their website.

I went to Last Call a couple weeks ago to meet up with a girl I’ve been seeing & her friend. After 15 minutes I went to the bar & got a Crown Royal with Cranberry. Watched the bartender make my drink & I didn’t see them put any alcohol in it. I asked them to remake it after tasting it & was kicked out of Last Call. I was calm & courteous the whole time just simply wanted my drink I paid for to actually have alcohol in it. They tend to be a bit discriminatory towards Black, Brown, & Indigenous people. I expect this from white owned businesses & I’ve seen it here before, but it always makes it worse when you experience yourself. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

What a great location❗️, the 🍕 is to die for in the winter! Their full menu just came back into play ⚾️ so dont miss out. If your into the night life 🥳 I highly recommend you check this place out and bring your friends🗣. The security and staff make everyone feel welcomed.

How is it that this kind of bar has a dress code and ONLY for men ? They did not let my boyfriend in with ripped jeans and right after they let a group of women in (all wearing ripped jeans ) other more sophisticated and top notch clubs/ bars don’t even have this rule.

It was not really my vibe. There was a live DJ, which was cool. They also had games like you would find at like a college party upstairs. I didnt have any food or drink, but my friends had a good time.

Very over rated bar, extremely well inconsistent dress code based on how the door man is feeling. Can be a good time just make sure to pack extra clothes in case they don’t like your “look”

Your establishment needs to get better trained security at the door that aren’t racist and doesn’t discriminate against it’s customers! Had the worst experience at your night club tonight smh I will never step foot in here again

Last Call drives around with a small billboard truck right outside my apartment several nights per week blasting music from 9 PM - 2 AM. I’m leaving a 1 star review today. Next time, I’m calling the police to report a noise complaint. This isn’t advertisement, this is illegal amplified music from a motor vehicle.

Gets packed on the weekends! Nice place to dance at, but there are usually fights!

Best place to go if you want to dance the night away!!! 🕺🏽I believe there is a cover if you go after a certain time (11 maybe).

Came here before the twins playoff games. At first I was skeptical. But I enjoyed the experience every time I was there and kept coming back! They had a good beer selection but they were out of a lot of options but the bucket of coors lights were just fine for pregaming. Not much for food options unless you like frozen pizza but It’s a great atmosphere to hang out in before a sporting event.

Couldn’t get in because I look like a gay individual when they tried saying it’s cause I have ripped jeans mean while I said you just let both of the men in with same ripped jeans than mine and they proceeded to tell me its okay for them but not okay for me and I can not come in. Not okay. Homophobic establishment.

I love this bar. Love the atmosphere. but there has been an uptick in phone thefts here. I think there should be more security maybe around the bar/dance floor area so we can catch this better? 😭

Dress code which I can respect, but when the you watch not one, but multiple people get to go in despite similar clothes being worn into the establishment makes me targeted.

Excellent bar with good food menu and fast service.Bartenders are very cool and quick and proactive with drinks and food.I was there for a packed MMA fight night and even though it was packed everybody could get drinks quickly.The place is clean and with excellent location downtown Minneapolis.

Bartender on a Saturday in Minneapolis and didnt have to wait for drinks. She was nice, friendly, and drinks were good! Great place to pop in and grab a beverage before or after a game, whether it be a Twins or Timberwolves game, theres a bit screen and a great location kitty corner to all the action! If Im downtown, Im stopping in dke one here!

Stopped here for the St Pattys Day Bar Crawl Saturday, and our group had a blast! The staff was friendly, and the drinks were amazing! There was a lot of space for a large group as well! Will definitely be back soon!

It is a hit or a miss place but when I was there one night they played all the right songs and good drinks specials so definitely an enjoyable memory.Dropped one star coz they have a dress-code (beanie not allowed lol) and felt weird about it.

Great place for HH and for a group event. Staff went out of their way to make sure our group enjoyed the experience. Good value for party of 50 too. I will be back for HH with a small crew.

Would not recommend this bar. On Saturday night I was asked to leave because my ex boyfriend who wont stop harassing me is friends with the staff and told security to kick me out after I walked in and bought 3 drinks... Was there for two minutes, caused no issues, spent money, and then was kicked out for no reason. Their staff/security also have a history of being unnecessarily aggressive. In the summer of 2022 my friend was punched in the face by security which was absolutely uncalled for. His injuries were so bad he needed stitches. Surprisingly, the bar handled it well and they reimbursed him for his medical expenses. Clearly their staff dont have morals though. Spend your money elsewhere.

Atmosphere was good on a Thursday night. Came in 2 hours before the kitchen closed. Ordered a burger a couple minutes before the 2 guys I was with. We all ordered burgers. The guy who ordered after me got his food 15 minutes before me and the guy who ordered last got his food well were still waiting and it’s been almost an hour. They have plenty of staff I see guys walking in and out of the kitchen, it seems they just lost his order and don’t make them in the order they come in. If you are hungry don’t come here expecting food in a timely manner

The staff at this establishment was literally the best ever. I was there early afternoon for one drink. They were so awesome. They could have been doing other stuff, but they were attentive and just genuine human beings that cared. They did there craft to the extreme. The nachos were the best and at happy hour half off, man you can not beat them. The staff made this an experience not just a beer on the way home.

Was a really good DJ and the crown and ppl that went there was just out to have a good time. It was super fun cant wait to go again soon!!

Not really my kind of spot; More for the under 30 crowd. Noisy, basic food (no full menu during trivia and happy hour), but drinks are priced fairly. Service was very good! Just not my type of place. Seemed like it was trying too hard to be a trendy/fashionable sports bar for young professionals. Maybe would go over better if it was just was it is: A basic dive bar?

Racist bar. Multiple times I have tried to enter this bar and every time I’ve been turned away for a different reason. “No rips in jeans” as I watch numerous white men in ripped jeans get in no problem. “No athletic clothes” because I have Nike brand lifestyle shorts on as I see multiple white men in long, obvious Nike basketball shorts walk in after me. There is no placating this bar. If you’re brown, they will find a reason not to let you in under the guise of professionalism. I truly wish the worst upon your business. You have not right to operate in Minnesota

Our server (Alexandra) was great and would be the only reason Id come back on my own without friends wanting to come here. She was incredibly attentive the entire time we were there and held her composure when anyone in their right mind would have lost it when things started to get out of control. Everyone in the bar basically decided to close their tabs at the same time. At that moment it was like any order the servers had together throughout the night went right out the window. It took us over 30 minutes to close our tabs out after the Vikings game and a lot of the tabs at our table were incorrectly charged with different things we ordered over the span of the games. We didnt want to wait longer for the correction, so we all just paid and left. They handled the capacity to the best of their ability. Small thing to some, but not in my eyes, the music played well into the anthem when the game started. Food isnt anything you cant find at any bar, but the pitchers of beer were cheap. The big screen they have is also pretty solid. Im indifferent on coming back again, but I do know I will not be going back for any sporting game again.

They ruined my last night , waited for 30 minutes line and i got kicked out because im black!! Never coming back there , when i talke to the management so rude & mean !!

Well I cant say much about the food because we were never served. Walked in no greeting. So we assumed we seat ourselves and we did at a table. Place had about 7 people at the bar. After about 10 minutes we just left. Have no idea what the deal was. We are professionals here on business looking to spend money on drinks and food.Place looks great and inviting. Apparently not inviting for us though.

There is a lot of potential here. It was very empty when I visited though, so I imagine it could be much better than my experience. The service at the bar was very awful with the first barkeep. The second was decent. The food was quite good. I recommend asking for extra sauce on whatever you order. They were extra light on the chicken sliders.

I was at Last Call on Friday with my boyfriend, I made 2 purchase and he made 2. After some banking errors/confusion on my part, I emailed the establishment my concerns and posted a reviewing listing my concerns.Mike immediately reached out and over the course of 2 days was able to verify what the charges were and assisting with any further confusion.There was great attention and care paid throughout this process and I greatly appreciate it.As such, I would highly recommend this bar as they have shown a high standard of customer care and respect.

I love this place during the week but at 645 on a Saturday the owner wont turn down the music. Normally thats just fine but when you cant hear the person next to you (literally next to you) and the wait staff is powerless to help...there are better places for a group.**update**Turns out the owner can override it on his phone and constantly does this. This place is a big stay away for everybody but a subset of 18 - 20 year olds who still think loud and bright are a substitute for any sort of substance.

Well excuse me for asking where the blow is at in a packed bar at 1:30 am. Completely normal behavior if you ask me. You didnt have to literally push me. Im 145 pounds it doesnt take 5 men twice my size to kick me out. Party foul. Maybe I was joking. I have rights and I was technically assaulted here so I went somewhere else.

Great bar! Was one of my favorites in college and came back after graduation and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend whether you’re pre-gaming before a sports event or going out!

Visited the restaurant 1/31/18 as usual with my friend after work. We knew you had specials during the week and been coming there for the wings every Wednesday for the last few weeks.We got there and received the menu and it had your daily specials on the back. As usual we order our wings. Chelsea was the server.Wings come out and we finished our food. Our bill comes out and we didn’t get the wings special. We let the server know and she says it’s super bowl week, you guys should know we aren’t doing specials. We argued that you should make the customer aware that you aren’t honoring specials.We asked to speak to manager.Out comes Larry (Kitchen Manager) who was not in a good mood to begin with. He says same thing server says and we let him know we are repeat customers and they should coach the servers to let people know of price adjustments and not hand us a specials menu.He gets upset and says if you aren’t going to pay that full amount, I will call the cops.Five minutes later cops show up, nice gentlemen. We told them the issue and they told us to take care of the bill and take it up to the GM. Emailed GM and Obviously no response.My friends and I will not be back again. I will also make sure we tell everyone. We visit restaurants all over the country and do reviews about food and experience. You guys have definitely failed.

What a difference from when I was here 6 months ago. Was dead back then. Now its packed. Absolutely loved it. Drinks are fairly priced. The place has had some changes and it looks great. The staff was very friendly. Some loud mouth was out front promoting the place and thats what got me to come inside.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and facility at last call. They have shuffleboard, arcade games, and Jenga. We had an awesome time. However, the GM named Peter made my party feel very uncomfortable and threatened. One star is extreme for the bar as we had a good time after we apologized for his pride, but that guy is a liability to the entity

Spendy drinks, but a great location downtown to end a night out and to go dance with friends! The atmosphere of this bar is great with lots of seating, the open-air areas, and games upstairs. The whole place is also kept very clean, especially for being a popular bar downtown. I usually only get one drink here due to prices, but I always have a blast here and would recommend checking this place out!

I was walking past this spot and some guy handed me a free drink ticket. So OBVIOUSLY I had to go in and check it out. This bar has had several other names and it looks basically the same. Drinks are still wildly overpriced (the drink ticket was only good for rail drinks and lite beers). I did have a nice chat with a member of one of the three bachelor/bachellorette parties there.They also appear to serve decent enough food, some guy was getting wings that looked to be edible.It is unlikely that I would ever venture in again on my own. But I wont knock it.

Giving 1star is giving too much. Came here while in town for my cousins wedding and watched the “manager” and some random lady who never identified her position, stereotype and treat my cousin with blatant racism. After being there for over an hour, the random lady told my cousin that her manager said he needed remove his hood.... ok no problem. My cousin steps outside to make a phone call and random lady proceeds to tell him he cannot come in because he is “out of dress code”. Never once did we see a posted dress code and there is also not one posted on their website or flyers. I asked to speak to the manager why my cousin was asked to take his hood off, and then the manager proceeds to tell me that he did NOT say he needed to remove his hood, but he did ask her to check his ID. The random lady never checked his ID (by the way, he was drinking a Shirley temple because he doesn’t even drink) and myself and other family members had already taken shots before anyone asked to see our ID’s. Being from Georgia, I was very shocked and disappointed to see how disgustingly they harassed my family when all we wanted to do was watch the game and catch up considering we hadn’t seen each other in 9 years. Sadly it put a major damper on our evening. Please do not give this place your business. Minneapolis is literally a melting pot with people from all over the world, so RACISM SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTED.PS.... when I had the manager and the random lady both side by side, neither could get their story right about why they singled out my family member. Just absolutely disgusting.

I had An Awesome time here, good music, drinks, & women, and the security was respectful and welcoming, I wasn’t going to walk in at first because of the experience I had with the bar across the street from them but one of the front guys asked me what happen and offered a free drink which was very hospitable and appreciated, Whenever I come back to this city i’ll definitely stop back through. Very cool little bar right in the heart of downtown!The pricing is pretty decent compared to other comparable locations nearby.There are lots of TVs for sports.There are LOTS of different bar games to enjoy. Theres a couple different videogames but theres also darts, billiards, giant Jenga, and several others scattered throughout the bar.Very friendly staff, very clean, definitely worth a stop if youre in the neighborhood!

Giving this bar 1 star is too much! I would love to say what really happened but apparently the owner/manager keeps flagging my review so it can’t be seen. I’ll keep it simple... I will NOT support a bar that does business the way they do. Horribly ran!! The bouncers and manager are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Found one of their flyers stuck in the window of my car. What if the flyer slipped completely through the seal causing damage to my window regulator? I would have to disassemble my whole door to remove it.

If there was ever such a thing as too much fun, this would be the place to find it. The staff is super responsive and accommodating.We came with a large group and we all had a blast. I seriously couldnt think of a way to complain about this place, even if I tried. We went to town on their Diegeo selections. Wiped that place clean of all their Don Julio! 😝🤘

Awesome place! Great drink deals, a lot of games to play, and overall a fun atmosphere. I just wish they were open at lunch time because they would make a lot more money and gain a lot more business due to people, like myself, who work downtown and need a new lunch spot.

Pros:Typical sports bar.Good prices.Nice bartender.Cons:They pipe in some vanilla scent that makes the place smell like a stripper. That may be a pro for you.I asked the bartender for a Sauvignon Blanc, just for entertainment value. After mispronouncing it, she looked in 3 coolers and still couldn’t find any so I went with beer.

A perfect place to get your belongings stolen!!!! I had my phone and wallet pickpocketed from my bag during the zombie bar crawl. Told the DJ and he basically responded as if it happens all the time and there was nothing he could do. After the fact, I found out that 3 other friends of mine had their wallets or phones stolen or almost stolen from them here. Theyve also not allowed my guy friend to come in because he was wearing ripped jeans. Go literally anywhere else.

It’s usually ok but lately I feel like I need to hold onto my purse and hold my hand over my drink. The crowd kind of seems aggressive? Idk. The small upstairs area is fine but downstairs is cramped and full of yikes.

This place is very nice clean great for watching games . We went here before the t wolves game monday april 23rd pricing is very good however our server was not good. Took 15 mims to get drinks took over 45 mins for 2 apps . I would go back cause i really enjoyed the place but they need me to come be a consulant for them... how can you have 3 servers and 2 bartenders before a playoff game should have had at least 5 servers working it was a rough experience but they food was amazing and its a very well kept bar . I could triple the owner income just by staffing it correctly.

Gave waitress credit card to hold table.Card was returned right away.My companion actually paid for the approximately $50 tab.Later on $200 in charges were on my card and it was manually entered according to the Amex transaction. Only way to type in a credit card number is if someone took a picture of it or wrote the info down.Still contesting.DO NOT GO HERE.

FRAUD - They compromised my credit card.I went to this bar and gave them my credit card for my tab and unfortunately, I forgot to get my card back. I know they had it, because they charged my card at 1:30 AM. Then, at 3:00 AM the next morning, someone tried to use my credit card at a Holiday Gas Station in Plymouth.After I realized that I left my card there, I tried to call many, many times and they never answer the phone. I then left them a voice mail about my credit card being compromised and they’ve not bothered to call me backI’ll be reporting the owner and the bar to the Mpls PD for fraud.

I was there for a corporate event. The food was good. Id prefer more non-alcoholic options other than soda. Im a non-drinker but often join friends who are out and about. Id pay +$5 for a good NA drink.

Had good drink specials and they have giant Jenga and giant Connect 4, both free to play. They also had one of those mini curling/shuffle board tables, but youd had to pay to use that. Quite disappointing.

I was with a group and I am the only man in the group with long hair and piercings and I was wearing a band t, once the bouncer checked my Id he said we dont like hipsters here I thought he was joking I chuckled and tried to walk in but they lifted me out of the bar. They wouldnt let me in based off of how I look. Pretty messed up for a place in 2020 ended up having to have my group leave that garbage bar to go somewhere that they are inclusive.

Last call is a fun place to go before cheering on the Twins. Monday thru Saturday they have happy hour 3-7.. $2 off Wells, calls, domestic bottles and domestic taps and half off select appetizers and flatbreads. Friday they have free Buffet that has fruit, veggies, cheese and fried foods. Also on Fridays they have $2 fireball shots , $3 import bottles $4 martinis and they have a DJ until 2am. Every night of the week they have specials.. Mondays are half price burgers, Tuesday is half price tacos, Wednesday is whiskey, wings and wine, Thursday is $3 drink specials. The free Buffet on fridays is only free with a beverage purchase. The service is friendly and prompt.

We waited over an hour for food which we never got because we left or else we would have missed the game. Service was poor to say the least. We had to get our waitress’s attention if we wanted something. The place wasn’t even that busy! Very cool looking bar, but very disappointed with the service..

Pretty decent spot to grab drinks and food before an event downtown. We popped in before a concert and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Drinks were not at all weak and food was decent bar food.

This place is complete trash; as I watched my 5’ girl friend get dragged out by a security guard in a chokehold, OVER NOTHING, I confronted the security guard and was begging him to let her go. He put me in a chokehold instead and dragged me out as well, with absolutely no regard for our safety or wellbeing. This could’ve easily been solved without any physical confrontation but this bar and their security guards thought otherwise. I will never come here again and will advise everyone else I know against coming to this bar.

To Arlan White, clearly you are uneducated and COMPLETELY ignorant to the daily racism of ALL races, religions and genders!!!!Being a white Italian female, I have seen personally with my friends at Last Call treated with Racism!!We were ALL dressed in expensive dress clothes, dresses, shoes, etc.We were rudely, and aggressively turned away because of baggy pants.Again, we were ALL in dress clothes, which are tailored(btw) belts on and dress shirts tucked in.I am 52, 130 pounds in a Michael Kors dress, seriously???? We 1 million% were not allowed to enter because the men in our group were black.I wish to God I would of had my cell phone on me. Because I would have been able to post and show first hand how we were so rudely and CLEARLY treated with Racism!!!!My now husband (who is black) & I face Racism almost every day. Unfortunately, from both white & black.If everyone was blind, this would not even be an issue. My parents taught me to treat others by who they are as a person on the inside.For those who are evil and mean, treat them with sorrow and pitty.For they only could have become that way because they them selves have been taught and treated by evil and mean humans.For EVERYONE out there, how on Gods green earth do you expect to answer to your God or higher power , or religion your actions on earth???????????NO HUMAN being is better than another. Friday HH is legit. Drinks are cheap and there is free food. The chef introduced himself, and the whole staff was exceptionally friendly. Will be back for sure.

This place perfumes their air like a Vegas casino, its so off putting you have to hold your nose just to walk past. I cant imagine how terrible it must smell inside there.

Great place for fri happy hour or a group event. Really good apps and not typical bar food. Unique games upstairs including a shuffleboard table, darts and Jenga. Try it out.

I tried to leave out of the bar tonight and a female security guard was blocking me from leaving. I was telling her I’m just trying to leave and she was trying to pick a fight with me. I will never go back I was just trying to leave why would she block me from leaving and try to pick a fight how rude!

Just up the street from Target Center, right next to light rail station. Very clean, good service and good conversation area. Just stopped in for a beverage before a concert at Target Center.

Went on taco tueday food ok no security until 10 only problem people just walk in and bother you or they steal tips on the counter so dont sit to close to the door no dj either till after 10 planning on partying dont pick tuesday nights

Randomly walked in one night with an out of town friend and we had a blast. Its a place where you feel welcome nomatter what background youre from.

First time out since 2018. Nice place. Good atmosphere.

I gave them my ID to.play shuffleboard. I forgot to claim my ID at the end of the night. I contacted them the next day, continously the next week, and stopped back weeks later. They claimed they lost my ID. Not sure how you lose an ID when that is your job to hold it.

Not a very good experience. They were out of the 3 beers i wanted. The beer i ended up having was alright. Service was very slow and dissapointing.

No food after 9 otherwise good specifically $2 drinks days!!

Waitress wouldn’t give us the time of day. She barely came to the table. When she did she was very short and left before we finished talking to her :(

Great tvs and the food was really good. Had the bbq chicken flatbread which was amazing and giant nachos.

It took long time for a drink cause bartenders were bissy counting tips then I get last call name drank 1/2 my beer and wait staff took my beer away and then came back to c if I wanted a beer .... I left and move on .not right

Fun time Thursday nights have amazing drink specials. A little small though.

Read several post about people being denied for obscure and clearly bigoted reasons. We planned to travel north and visit but will certainly not be coming here.
