Day 2 Day Tobacco

Ordered 3 bottles of a vape juice that I cannot find anywhere else online, it’s my favorite and I’m extremely impressed that they had stock of it. They shipped my order out the same day I placed it with tracking and it arrived within 3 days. Well packaged and products arrived as described. They have a lot of good flavors and brands I will 100% be ordering from them again.

Stopped by today for my favorite brand of vapes and the gentleman at the front introduced me to some new products! I’m very pleased by the customer service and pricing!

Super frustrated and disappointed.I ordered from Day 2 Day for my first time since my usual vape shop was out of the product I wanted. I ordered 5 products (approx. $75) and when I received the items, 2 of them completely did not work at all and the other 3 were so stale that I could barely inhale due to them not hitting.The product I ordered is what I have been using for almost 4 years so I know what to expect when new.I have emailed Day 2 Day 3 times and have attempted to call them 3+ times with NO response/answer back to either.I definitely will not be shopping with them again.

Ive never had a problem at this place ever. Everything there including cigarettes are cheaper than all the other tobacco shops and stores gas stations also the best thing Ive ever bought from there is a pouch and it comes with the 4th amendment and dogs cannot smell through it I cannot find that nowhere else except for at the store this is my one of my favorite stores that I go to

IF I COULD GIVE THESE GUYS NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD, THEY SENT ME VERY BAD PRODUCTS .THE LIQUIDS WERE ALL BLACK IN THE DISPOSABLES AN THEY ARE VERY SHADY I SPENT $200 DOLLARS ON A ORDER AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY THEY HAVE RETURNED A COUPLE OF MY EMAILS BUT THEY JUST MAKE SMALL TALK AND GIVE YA THE RUN AROUND ITS BEEN A MONTH IVE SENT THEM PROBABLY A DOZEN EMAILS THEY HAVE RESPONDED TWICE BUT NEVER SAY ANYTHING ABOUT REIMBURSING ME MY MONEY IWOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS

👎👎👎 Something is WRONG here. Bought 3 different Escobar vapes and none of them lasted more than a few days. Usually one Escobar will last me over a week. I’m guessing he’s buying fake vapes, whether he knows it or not. Plus bad customer service. Seems shady

Considering all other reviews for this store are 5 stars I tend to believe you must be reviewing a different store?Day to Day Tobacco has the best prices of any store and I know this because I have shopped around to find the cheapest prices and Day to Day is the most reasonable.The costomer service is always polite and they are very helpful in finding for me what I am looking for.The store is very clean and they carry a variety of products, they will meet all of your tobacco needs!You know what, dont take my word for it go in and see for yourself...you wont be disappointed.😄

Great prices and great customer service! They always answer my questions and help me out. They have great delivery options too. Very much my go to for disposable vapes. Ordered from them a handful of time and I’ve never had any problems

I wish I could leave less than 1 star because of how terrible the customer service and swindling is.He even overcharged a customer for fruit snacks while I was in the store trying to return something that broke twice in the first two weeks of owning it.He blames everything on the customer and twists your words to the point of absolute confusion. I highly recommend you use caution in buying anything from this store.

Im quitting cigs via vape, vape breaks last night... I check local places, day 2 opens at 8! Awesome. Get there at 805. Nothing. I call he says 830 today great, I wait... 830 comes & nothing. I leave around 840.I get its a Pandemic and people probably dont non-pandemically go to a vape store at 8am. But why purposely waste peoples time? And for the love, change your f+cking hours.I guess Ill take my 89.99 to Amazon. Sad sh+t.

BEWARE!!! THEY SELL FAKE VAPES!! when I asked for a refund after I checked the security number on the website they told me no you opened it. Waste of money I called ahead of time to see if they had the product cuz I know how many places sell fakes ones.

Blue Razz Ice & Lychee Ice is smooth and nice flavor and the good thing is u get to switch from one flavor to the other and this store has more than one flavor nice guy/lady and they are understandable people
