My go to vape store that ALWAYS has what I need in stock. Ive driven about 20 minutes from home for this store alone ever since moving to Minneapolis (Uptown and now Hopkins) last May. Super friendly staff as well!

I dont review businesses all that often on Google, but I wanted to give this one as a thank you. Anytime I go here, I am treated respectfully and with patience, but today was over the top.I needed a new box mod and tank and I am the type who knows what he wants, so I can be difficult to please. All my questions were answered and I was set up with a mod and tank that addressed my concerns and needs. I was also surprised to learn that there is a return policy for this store and its refreshing to know that even though I dont foresee needing to return what I got today.Just knowing these guys will stand behind their products sets them apart because other vape shops Ive been to have all sales are final policies. All around great service and policies I support and the added patience and respect from their staff goes a huge way. This will be my shop of choice as long as I live in this area.

Great shop great prices friendly staff

I purchased a vape from them, left and walked to a business fairly close to the store. Sat down to continue vaping only for the vape to cause burning in my throat. I walked back to the market to notify the employee with curly hair and glasses. He appeared to be mixed. Notified him of the issue only for him to tell me that I had to hit it again to prove that I experienced a burning sensation. I was so uncomfortable. I told him it really did burn but he insisted I hit it in front of him. And as mentioned. It burned again. He reluctantly offered me a refund, dropped my money on the counter and walked off. How rude. I’ve never been treated that way by anyone. Never again.

The shop is owned by a father and his sons help manage. They recently opened a place in maple grove but I havent been there yet. Everyone Ive encountered there is super nice and knowledgeable. Its nice that you can sit and try the flavors before you buy and they dont rush you to choose. Definitely my favorite place to go.

Awesome store and awesome people. The juice selection is great and the staff always has great input. I always talk to Drew, who by the way is best brother of the three, and reccomends great juice lines by Juice Head, Fu Man Brews and others. The store is clean, organized and always has good music playing. Prices are fair compared to everyone else, but when you factor in the service, it is a steal. The Rewards program is awesome too. They are usually helpful but more times than not they are out of my juice or my wifes juice or any number of things. But surprisingly enough their Blaine store has it so I end up going there instead where the staff seems more knowledgeable and they seem like they actually care.

Best e cig shop Ive been to. They had a ton of e liquids. Easy to try out. Had what I was looking for. Propaganda cotton candy and Cloudmouth spoon!

Ive been coming here for years. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and they have a huge selection of juices and devices. Their testing bar is extensive and pretty diverse. The shop is kept clean and organized which gives it a good vibe. Not to mention, their prices cant be beat and their rewards program is legit.

This is my favorite place to go to when I need juice, a new tank, or even a place to hangout after work. Their staff has a lot of knowledge on what their selling and has always went above and beyond with helping me.They even have a reward points you can get, which is super awesome. Ill continue to be a loyal customer to them because they have been so great to me.

This place has a great selection of juices, and the staff has been honest and helpful everytime I have been here. They seem to always be well stocked up on their products as well. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. Prices seem to be fair. A great place to go if you are still learning about products and preferences.

This is a great place to go if you vape. Everyone who works there is so helpful no matter what you need. If youre just dropping in for some more juice or want to try out some other juices they have no problems helping you! I went in one time and I needed a glass replacement. I brought in the part and they knew exactly what I needed, and the employee went in the back and grabbed it for me! Theyre always so helpful and they always have what I need on hand! Great customer service, and best prices around!

This shop is awesome! Always fully stocked compared to other shops I go to that are regularly sold out. That being said I did have one minor problem here and they were quick to resolve. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

Great place to go to, has great service and a good vibe

Was 1300 miles away from home with a broken Nebox...clearly Im in a need for a kit but since I have my stash at home, just need a lower cost kit to get me by yet still have enough power to get me through the week.Got really good advice on a proper kit that isnt too bad in price and will still get me by and was given direction on juices since I didnt bring any of my usual faves with me.Liked the juices so much that had to go back the next day for more to take back home with me.Overall, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, good prices and INSANE variety of juices.

Great array of products and most staff are generally helpful. However, they can be distracted at times by the mobs of younger vapers that choose this place as their hangout causing us to often wait for service while they converse. That, or there is no place to stand or sit to test flavors because there are far too many hanging out.

I vaped for couple months. got the idea from one of my buddy in my unit and this store is my first vape store. staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I lost much points because I didnt know about the rewards system earlier but they got me back. purchased three kit and lot of flavors from here and I love it. they deserve my best rate!

Wonderful shop with a great staff. They have a great selection of flavors in a very laid back vaping bar. The staff is very friendly, Ive spent plenty of time there trying different flavors and talking to whoever was working. Prices are great, and the rewards system is wonderful!

I went into the ecig market a very nice gentleman greeted me asking how my day was going. I asked for his name he told me it was Riley. He was very friendly and had a great positive attitude, great patience and passion for his work. Keep him, hes good.

Super friendly people here always willing to help you find the perfect juice, coils, mod or tank. Prices are super reasonable and the reward system is great for saving a bit of money, they have a great stock of accessories and juices.

We googled the store and drove 20 mi. to check their vaping kits ready to spend around $300. When we entered the store in the middle of the worst pandemic both employees were not wearing masks and were not bothering to put them on.Not cool to be so insensitive and irresponsible towards your clients.We left the store and spent our money elsewhere.

So incredibly helpful! The gentleman who helped me was there on his day off! Suggested a very nice starter vape kit and juice. Also ultra helpful when troubleshooting problems since I was new to the vape world at the time. Great atmosphere inside, the people who come to just chill are also super nice. Answered all of my stupid questions when I had no idea what I was doing :) definitely recommend checking it out!

I was asked to rate the GoMax disposable tank. After the other disposable tanks were discontinued.The GoMax is a great tank. Ive had it for 3 weeks plus and its performance is like day one. Cloud, flavor, and coil are all great. Id definitely buy the GoMax. I wouldnt shop anywhere else, eCig Market is the ONLY WAY to get your vaping needs.

When I started vaping I came to the Ecig Market. Very pleased with their products. Been vaping for just about 3 years. We moved out of Brooklyn Park in June tried a ecig shop near our new place and I didnt like their ejuice. Found out there is a Ecig Market in Blaine. I will continue to go to the Ecig Market. Prices are good and staff very helpful.

Let me start by saying I dont even vape and I thought this place was epic. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection is on point. I love how youre able to test the flavors at their vape bar, Ive been in many shops and they are nothing like the e cig market.My boyfriend vapes so hes always dragging me everywhere for his liquid fix. I found this place on Google and told him to try it out, Im glad I did! Its his go to spot now and the prices are very reasonable.

Hands down the best ecig store in the metro and Ive been to dozens over the last 10 years. As good as it gets for pricing and customer service. The juice bar and selection is unbeatable.

Good shop majority of the people there r helpful .. came here n there looking some advice and some help as being a noob I didn’t know much .. the guy that serviced me acted as if he was hurry acted as if he wanted me out the door .. he acted as if I was a window shopping told me not too do things I wasn’t suppose to do with there displayed items .. no customer service period I felt dissappointed .. get ur stuff straight and get that guy out of there .. long hair guy hint hint .. might of been wearing glasses with a hat hint hint .. it’s vape bar he’s probably been smoking all day long and still I bought a vape and some juice .. stay away from him and Ull be alright ..

They have bad-fake esco vapes.. you’ll think they’ll have good ones how nice the place look, but I’ll definitely never come here again.
