Not bad, selection is decent hasnt changed much nor restocked in a long time. Still a decent place if you live across the street and dont feel like go a quarter mile further.. Open late so thats good..

This is the perfect place to get robbed. If youve been working all week for low Pay, and even less respect, you should definitely give this place a go. It’s like stepping into a little piece of hell. Both times, Ive been sold faulty vapes, and both times turned down in less than 24hrs of having there products. As you can tell I dont leave reviews, but when I do, I leave them pissed. The Indian lady that was in there was trying to tell me she was the one that sold them to me the night prior, then apologize when I called her on it on whom was working last night (not her) and laughed it off, ( her: O it was monday hahaha) wtheck?. She then proceeded to tell me, since Ive left the store with the product that there are no refunds, I tried to ask for an exchange while she was cutting me off, so I threw them down and left the paperweights and my pride right there on the ground. Im suppose to be quitting smoking, but I think it was way cheaper and way less stress than dealing with this China made junk, and store owners who could care less. So if youre like me, and cant afford to wipe your butt, but still wanna throw away your money...youre in for a treat.

Great selection, but the customer service is almost nothing. She may have some rough days but she never says hello, gets an attitude if you have questions and a smart butt when we tryung to describe what you need. Like, if I dont know, Im updated to ask her?? It just makes going in here a little stressful and as someone who doesnt smoke ask the time or is trying new things, it doesnt make it a good experience. If go here if I knew what I needed though for the selection.

They will charge you for your product, say they had an internet issue and it didnt go through, then charge you again. This place is a scam. Theyve had an internet issue and have been doing this for at least 4 years that I know of. Make sure to check your bank accounts and get your receipt. I got charged twice after she reassured me it didnt go through.

My boyfriend and I come in this store often and honestly please go to literally any other location. The woman who tends to work in there, dark curly hair and quiet, is horrible at any type of customer service. This location is closest to my house and I understand bad days but she is nothing but rude to anyone Ive brought in. New smokers or experienced. Some people Ive brought in didnt know the name of certain and items or didnt see something because its all so new and she talks to them like they are stupid. As if she is inconvenienced by her job. She never once has said hello when we come in to any customers. She does nothing but mean mug and have attitude. If I need help and cant go to the one person in the store, whats the point. Good for in and out, otherwise stay away.

Note...check your vapes and do not allow rhe sales woman to open it for you. She removed the mouthpiece protection and vigorously rubbed the mouthpiece with her fingers before asking if i wanted to make sure it works. The packaging contains important information and should go with the purchase not be left in store. The employees should not open those packages at all. The staff needs serious training.!!! And though i bought 2 identical pens (same brand and type selection), one was lower in oil and needed a charge almost immediately.

Went in asking for Delta 9 products. Person behind the counter told me Delta 9 was illegal. Reminded them that hemp derived Delta 9 is legal and they then said that they had Delta 9 products but they were a really low percentage. I dont know why but they seemed really determined to discourage me from buying Delta 9, so Ill just keep ordering online.

Came here a few nights ago to get some salt nic- the lady who helped me was very helpful and had good customer service unlike the UpNSmoke off Airport-much nicer bright and clean-would give 5 stars if they were more knowledgeable about the juices and AIO devices-I do feel the prices here on average are higher than other vape shops in the area. I was pleased with the selection and variety of vapes that I have not seen at other stores in the area. They also have an amazing Hookah selection I didn’t look close but there seemed to be just about anything you would need and so beautifully made.
