I recently visited Longevity Wellness for a facial and I can’t say enough good things about it. Val was amazing and so helpful. This was my first facial so I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel very comfortable. She talked me through my skin’s condition and what we would focus on during my service. The entire experience was so relaxing, I booked another appointment before leaving! I wanted to find a place with staff who really cared and would take time to get to know me and my needs, and I hit the jackpot here. I highly recommend Longevity Wellness and Val!!

When I filled out the paperwork there was no mistaken what the target area was and it was never focused on. I combined Accupuncture with this massage to get relief from my knee and I was highly disappointed with this massage and it was not cheap!Update: Management allowed me to come in free of charge to get my services redone by another technician.

Booked a 60 min deep tissue massage with Emily the day before my appointment and it did NOT disappoint!! I loved that they could get me in on short notice. I added hot stones at the last minute too, definitely would recommend. Emily was great. Very intuitive and perfect pressure!

I got home from my facial with Abby and I knew I had to write her a review. I got the pore detox facial and let me tell yall, it exceeded my expectations. Abby was incredibly friendly and warm from the moment I walked in and explained to me in detail what I could expect from the experience. She was so polite and asked me if I wanted to relax or hear about the products she was using on my face and I replied that I wanted to relax, which was exactly what I got to do! I have been to facials before where the aesthetician wanted to chit chat and while that was fine, I have been under a considerable amount of stress at work lately and just wanted to show myself some love and relaxation. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.In terms of results, my skin is absolutely GLOWING. I will be back for sure!

Easy to schedule, Dawn was fantastically attentive - did not feel like she was rushing even though it was the end of the workday, easy parking, lovely atmosphere. Getting a prenatal massage at 38+ weeks pregnant was the best decision ever!

I have recently moved to Mt. Pleasant and have been looking for a skincare facility that is dedicated to facial services other than injections, fillers, and or surgery. A good friend of mine recommended Longevity Wellness and I had my first facial this morning. My therapist was Val Allen and my session was absolutely wonderful! Val was so knowledgeable and pleasant. She discussed my current skin care regime and inquired about any concerns or issues. I felt very comfortable and at ease as she started my facial. Val explained the products she was using and why and I’m telling you as she was working on my face I felt all the stress and strain I have been carrying around melt away! I came away from this experience rested, refreshed and glowing! I scheduled a second session with Val on my own, there was absolutely no sales pressure to buy products or additional treatments. Val is going to be my new best friend! 😁 The facility is very pretty and cozy and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Val and Longevity Wellness for a wonderful treat to yourself or a loved one.

I decided last minute to have a self care day. I booked a 30 minute massage and 30 minute sauna session the night before, AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED! I left feeling relaxed and renewed. My only regret is not booking the hour massage. I will be back, often!

I recently had a prenatal massage, and Id like to share my experience. It was simply fantastic!The massage therapist took ample time to ensure I felt comfortable, and we discussed all my concerns and health issues in detail beforehand. This gave me a tremendous sense of security and relaxation.The actual massage was incredibly soothing and relaxing. The gentle movements and the special focus on the needs of expectant mothers were exactly what I needed. I felt in expert hands throughout the entire treatment.The experience was so positive that I immediately booked my next prenatal massage. As an expectant mother, I cant recommend this type of massage highly enough. It wasnt just relaxing; it was also a valuable way to pamper both myself and the baby.Many thanks to the team for this wonderful experience. Im already looking forward to my next massage!

I cant say enough good things about Longevity Wellness. Amber has been my therapist for over 6 months and Im so glad I found her. Ive had some complications after knee surgery earlier this year and she has helped so much. Amber is very knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics and has been able to successfully work out some of my musculature issues. The bonus is that she is so personable and easy to talk to and somehow my 1.5 hour massage flies by! Everyone that Ive met there has been very friendly and I would highly recommend Amber to anyone in need of a deep tissue massage.

The sauna experience is so relaxing and fun here. I’ve been to multiple spots around town and can guarantee you get the most value for your dollar here. Literally just walking in the door I felt instantly calm.

My friend called to arrange for 5 of us to have a self care day at Longevity today. Communication with Abby was outstanding and was able to get our treatments arranged easily. I had a facial with Savannah that was just fantastic. She used just the right pressure and told me about the products she was using. Others in our party had massages. We also tried the Infrared Sauna. AMAZING. Next time we are in town, we will book without hesitation!

I had a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Shane and it was great! Ive been having a lot of issues with my hips and glutes from years of working out and never stretching. Since my massage my body has felt so much better and Im looking forward to keeping it up!

So grateful to have found Longevity Wellness! I had a few surgeries on my ankle in the last two years and with all of the physical therapy I have put my body through, I decided to start getting a massage once a month as part of my own wellness routine :) Ive been 3 months in a row so far and no joke, it feels like a part of me is healed every time I walk out of there. Booked a much needed last minute massage. I ended up with Shane as my massage therapist. He listened to my concerns and issues and developed a plan for our session. Throughout the session he checked in to ensure my comfort. I left feeling renewed and cant wait to visit again!

I had a lymphatic drainage and scar tissue massage with Jessica. She is amazing! She has so much knowledge about these kinds of massage and was able to answer all of my questions about recovery and healing. I needed this as there were big holes left from my Doctor’s office. I don’t usually do these kinds of reviews, but this was such a needed service and I only wish I had started earlier post op. ( I came 3 weeks post op, I should have come 48 hours). If you are on the fence~ schedule an appointment. You will thank yourself!

Ez Peregrino is an amazing massage therapist. He has provided me with excellent care working out tension and knots in my neck and back. I can’t recommend him enough.

I have had several spinal surgeries over the years and began experiencing low back pain again the past few days. My regular massage therapist is out on maternity leave so I did a google search for massage therapists and found Longevity Wellness Massage online. I called and was greeted by a pleasant and welcoming receptionist (sorry, can’t remember her name ) that scheduled me for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Josh. He did not disappoint. He was able to effectively help reduce the tightness in my muscles, was very knowledgeable, professional and a really nice guy. I highly recommend him. I’ll definately be back!

My son recently sprained his ankle playing football. Trainer said go home and put it up. Because he is a senior this year I wanted to see if there was something more we could do to speed up the healing process. I sought out Tarran…her knowledge and ability is amazing. We were able to get him back playing. He will continue to receive treatment from her to continue the healing to a full recovery. Am so thankful for the Longevity Team that do so much more than massage!

My therapist Jessica was amazing! I had a 50 minute Swedish massage and it was everything I needed. Jessica has a very calming touch and energy about her, relaxing me right away. I will highly recommend her and Longevity Wellness and will be back soon! Thank you!

HIGHLY recommended! After years of neck, back, and shoulder pain/discomfort (and stiffness from lack of mobility following rotator cuff surgery), I got a deep tissue massage from Angela. She was phenomenal. The difference I felt was unbelievable. Ive had a lot of deep tissue massages in my life and this was -- without a doubt -- the best. On top of that, everyone there is extremely nice and easy to work with. Ive already booked my next appointment.

My first infrared sauna experience at Longevity Wellness Massage was wonderful. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful in explaining how it works. The sauna room was cozy and comfortable, like a little cocoon. Im looking forward to my next sauna!

I had a great experience getting a facial at Longevity. The space is calm and welcoming. The aesthetician was knowledgeable and friendly but not overly chatty. The room was comfortable and warm. An hour went by in a flash. Highly recommend!

Great massage, welcoming environment, highly recommended! Jessica was fantastic! She did a relaxing and invigorating shiatsu massage which left me feeling good. Water was provided as well as bathroom/changing space. Everyone working there was polite and helpful. It was a safe facility with a relaxing interior and decor. They also offer related products that were interesting which we bought. Highly recommend this massage place and Jessica in particular.

Nick gave me the BEST massage Ive ever gotten in my life! He really knew how to do a deep tissue massage with a lot of attention to my trigger points. I also did a 30-minute infrared sauna session, which was surprisingly enjoyable. Another great way to loosen up any sore, tight muscles you might have. Highly recommend this place!

The space is modern and welcoming as is the staff! Jessica is absolutely magical. Shes easy to communicate with so you wont feel awkward asking for more/less pressure, plus, she likes to talk to you thoughout your massage which makes the situation comfortable! Jessica is the only massage therapist Ive consistently gone to and I dont think I could ever go to anyone else. Plus, shes super insightful on the body muscles and how everything works!

Alana and her team are amazing and probably the best in the Mt. Pleasant area. My massage therapist was Jamaal and he was great. He really listen to what I wanted and focused on those areas. I would recommend him to anyone I know. The massage rooms are clean and I felt at home in them. If you have not tried out Longevity Wellness you need to, you will not be disappointed.

I have been seeing Angela at Longevity Wellness for over a year now and I have thoroughly enjoyed every session! She takes the time to know her clients and really works to improve your problem areas. I notice a huge difference in suppleness after I see her. I highly recommend the Ashiatsu massage for deep tissue work, as well as using the infrared sauna before sessions. Angela really goes above and beyond for her clients!

I just had an am amazing deep tissue massage from Shane. He truly has a gift and passion for his work. I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I plan to integrate massages with Shane into my self care routine. I feel blessed to find him.

Ryan was incredible! I had been searching for bodywork for athletes in the Charleston area for a few weeks and each place kept coming up short. I had the greatest message this weekend while traveling to Mt. Pleasant. My therapist was Jessica! and WOW she really knows how to treat ones body with care. I have had deep tissue messages before and I was a little skeptical at first but she truly knew how to address my concerns while offering one of the best deep tissue, Lymphatic messages I have had in a very long time. Dont let her small stature fool you she has great hands and knees too! :-) I plan to make trips back there again. I also thank my husband for finding Longevity Wellness. I got a deep tissue massage from Justin and it truly was the BEST massage I have ever had! I’ve struggled with neck, wrist/forearm, and hip pain for years...and Ive gotten a LOT of massages in my life. However, I have never experienced anything like the massage I got from Justin. In one session, he was able to work out kinks in my neck that I assumed would always be there (since no one else has ever been able to help). The difference I felt was unbelievable and I have never felt better. He was phenomenal! I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I highly recommend Elle Beynnon as a massage therapist for you at this spa. She is so nice with a great sense of humor. Elle is a good listener - attentive to what is bothering you and applying the right amount of pressure. I like a deep tissue massage and Elle definitely delivered - one of the best massages I have ever had. The world needs more people like Elle.

This is my new favorite place for a massage in Mt Pleasant! Each massage therapist who has worked on me has listened to what I needed and had me feeling much better when I left. I previously received a prenatal massage at longevity and it was perfect! Yesterday 10/19/19 @ 1:00 pm also it took about 20 minutes for the appointment to start, It was a disaster, I do not believe the person conducting the massage is profesional trained in prenatal massage and Id be surprised if she was certified! Im coming to the end of my pregnancy and I really really was looking forward to unwind and relax taking the stress off my back... instead I became extremely frustrated, uncomfortable and irritated that I was not dealt with properly and put in this position. I was faced completely up, flat on my back which is known to be not good for the baby and also suffocating for me. My previous prenatal massage was conducted 100% on my sides. Im so upset its ruined my weekend. What makes it worse is that even though I asked to stop the massage half way through I was asked to pay for half the massage! I hope the owner/ manager take this seriously. I didn’t bother to asked the “therapist” name but I will I don’t want any pregnant lady to experienced the same horrible service. Lauren B

Due to old injuries, I have fusions in my neck and also have a metal rod in my back which means I need a therapist who could massage without making it painful. Alana is my go to for my monthly self love massages. Service perspective: She is always accommodating when I am trying to schedule an appointment. The best massage Ive ever had !!! Very professional and experienced with a great attitude and service . Being a trainer and athlete I put a lot of stress on my body by working out , I had limited mobility in different areas due to muscle tightness within four sessions I had full range of motion and was pain free . I just finished my 2nd massage with Josh at Longevity Wellness. I recently have been dealing with increased pain and reduced flexibility due to my arthritis (both RA & OA) and the crazy changes in the weather. Cold, Hot, Cold... In addition to another great massage, Josh took extra time at the end of the session to provide advise as to what stretches I can do between appointments to increase flexibility and reduce lower back and neck pain. I am forever grateful!!!

I have worked with both Emily and Jessica. Emily is currently helping me with extremely tight ITBs and hip flexors. My legs and knees are feeling so much better! A while back I also had a wonderful session with Jessica for neck pain and her work really helped. Very happy!

Im a full time hairdresser and salon educator so between working on hair and traveling I was very tense and in pain. I suffer from slight scoliosis and as a result this adds to my aches and pains and terrible posture. After being referred here by a fellow hairdresser I booked a custom massage with Shelly. I am not even exaggerating when I say this visit changed my life. Shelly listened and took over the appt to learn my issues and approached everything through science and even gave me step by steps of what and why she was doing things. Can I tell you I left feeling like a mummy that was unwrapped and freed from my tense muscles and aches. We discussed what type of appts I should follow up with and when and I booked my next one already. The first thing I noticed when I was getting dressed was how straight I was standing just from this one visit! The best massage I’ve ever had. I am very active , and I have a lot of aches and muscle pains. This places is incredible. I even left with exercises to do to help create less tension in my shoulders. A MUST!!!!

If you havent tried Thai Massage, I highly recommend it. This is the only place around here where Ive found a practitioner. Its much like a cross between yoga and massage - like assisted stretching and pressure point work. Fabulous! And Shelly was wonderful.

Shelly did a wonderful job. I visited her due to recurring pain I have from a back injury. Shelly discussed my injury with me in detail and attacked the muscles she felt would be most affected. She was spot on. My pain has been a mere fraction of what it was before I visited her. Additionally, she provided me with stretches I can do in my own time to help with my affected muscles.

Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain. Ive had chronic low back & hip pain from years and years of golf and Jenns use of NKT therapy is the only thing that has had a lasting effect for me. Love this spa! This spa has many options on their menu, but the esthetician designs the service to meet your needs. The environment is clean and serene. I prefer this spa to the Woodhouse Spa. This is coming from a massage queen!!

Extremely disappointed. After reading such great reviews, I couldn’t wait for my appointment the other day...but never ever did I feel cheated out on paying for a service. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. Not worth the money I paid at all. The place was dark, bathroom was messy/gross, and the service was rushed.

Came by twice in the middle of their official business hours to find them closed both times. 4:30pm on a Monday, posted hours said they closed at 6pm. Came by the next day at 1:30pm, closed again, with posted hours saying they were open until 3pm. Im done trying, going somewhere else.
