Definitely not your average vape shop! Helpful and knowledgeable staff, but also has a bar at the back that serves non alcoholic but enhanced cocktails, similar to Charleston Hemp Collective. Its definitely a more lively and social vibe than I expected. I will be back to try the drinks, too!

The atmosphere and the environment of this place is absolutely unparalleled in the industry. It was so amazing. As soon as you walk in it is bright and colorful, music playing that gives a great vibe. Then as you look further inside, it turns into this gorgeous horseshoe bar that makes you gravitate towards it. Grab yourself a drink or maybe some coffee after you get what you need. To top it off, one of their consultants greets you at the door with the greatest energy I’ve seen in a long time. Especially in this industry. Usually the door has a Bella on. Somebody comes crawling out from the back as if you’re bothering them. NOT HERE!!! They can’t wait to see you, so head on over.I had the pleasure of meeting Bailey. This guy knows his stuff. He was able to answer all my questions and made the perfect recommendations for me. He could have made this a quick an easy trip for me but the atmosphere of the place just made me want to stay and spend more money. Great job y’all! Super dope spot.Updated 4/24/24 : another phenomenal experience. I lost both pens I just spent almost $100. So I came in after work barely making it before they closed and I got to meet SARAH. First of all Sarah is super dope. But she helped me find two pens with a reasonable price so when I lose these over the weekend, I won’t be as heartbroken. lol.10 outta 10.Can we bring whippets in for $20 😅Update 5/30/24Micheal (spelling) has been so awesome. First time customer here and I was very happy with my experience. There was a wide and impressive selection of products to choose from. I like the large display cases that allowed me to see up close because all other shops I’ve visited have me straining to read. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the employee who greeted us was very helpful. I definitely will come back to Airavata Vapors.

I am a avid Kava And Kratom drinker, this is one of the best Ive been two. I did like the Kave made with coconut water but I like it best traditional. Meet Kava Tender Mike he created one hell of mocktail the out for blood. Mike I give you 10 stars on the drinks you created. Wellbe back from GA to try you coffee drinks, best be just as good as others. Just kidding Im sure itll be worth the 7 hour ride.

I stopped in because my regular store was closed being the 4th of July and I was in Mt.Pleasant visiting family.They were so welcoming and very helpful!I didnt catch her name but I was helped by a lovely lady with gorgeous super curly hair and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.I love the setup of the store and the fact that the products are all were customers can easily see.The only thing I wish is that they were in North Charleston where I live...lol but i think a great customer service experience and great product selection is worth the drive and honestly its not that bad of a drive from Park Circle in N.Charleston!They have definitely gained a new customer here!!

Place is amazing the kava and kratom drinks are the best I’ve had, every person who works there is wonderful and very uplifting, this place quickly becomes a home away from home with how accepting everyone is including other customers always a vibe here, highly recommended coming in and hanging out at the bar.

Love to spend time at the Kratom/Kava Bar. The beverages are great quality, potent and reasonably priced. The staff and regular customers make this the place to be for a fun and relaxing experience. Absolutely LOVE Thursday night trivia at 6:30.

Im not a regular but everytime Ive gone here Ive been impressed with the level of knowledge they have on all their products. My most recent visit was to get some CBD or related product for my 14yr old pitbull. They actually had hemp oil for pets. My dog is now running around and more playful since starting him on the oil which I put on a treat for him to eat. He seems much happier and in less pain from old age. Now the pup is wearing tie-dye and listening to reggae.

Been coming to this place since day one! They have a great set up. Plenty of cool stuff and a awesome selection. The kratom bar is a really fun hang out with a chill vibe.

When the purple Haze and got a greedy and they didnt have the type of battery I wanted so he sent me across the road to these guys. Right when I walked in theyre very welcoming and they are very friendly got me hooked up with a battery with a built-in Bluetooth speaker. I havent tried out the quality yet but I plan to and it was only fifty bucks. These guys were doing there social distancing as well as their coveted safe rules as wearing masks and so on so forth. I would recommend anyone going to this place and they have a nice bar where you can sit and chill and smoke.

Been going here for years, their selection is always plentiful, and the staff will be there to answer all the questions you have. Really nice spot to just relax and get some kratom tea as well

This was my very first visit. Staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. Great selection of all kinds of goodness. Little bar in the back, not sure what they have over there, as everything is towards the front of the shop. If I didnt live so far away it would be my go to, but any time Im working out this way Ill be sure to stop by

Pretty cool setup! You walk in between two rows of floor to ceiling glass chests with all the products, and there’s a little window on either side to purchase. Prices are a bit spender than other places in the area, but not by much. I think part of it is paying for the atmosphere. They have a bar at the back which I know has kratom tea and maybe some other stuff, I can’t speak to the quality as it’s not really my cup of tea.I normally just stop in and grab a vape when working in the area. Friendly staff!

I gave a five-star review because they have excellent selection and the customer service was also excellent. Having said that, I must say I disagree strongly with the trend of having a tip screen on your checkout tablet at your vape counter. This trend of asking for tips in non-tipping situations has gotten out of hand and is uncomfortable and awkward. I have already paid you for your service when I patroned your store, meaning of all the other vape shops I chose you because you provide a quality selection and good customer service so I paid you for your goods. Now if you do something extra above or Beyond then thats when I believe a tip is necessary for instance at your bar when youre serving drinks if those drinks need to be custom made by a bar keep she deserves a tip and thats only if she did it with a smile and provided exceptional customer service I was raised on the proverbial put a $20 in the pocket of the person who helps you not giving an extra $20 for the cost of goods thats taxation! Do away with this ridiculous trend!

Amazing environment, amazing customer service, and such a fun place to hangout! They’re also very allergy friendly and will check for whatever allergies one may have. When I had spine surgery last year, I was able to get Kratom which really helped with the pain. And for my anxiety the kava and kratom mix has been such a help (along with the delta carts), I cannot stress this enough:they are the most understanding people, and have help so many other of my friends going through mentally hard times! 10/10 for absolutely everything. I recommend this place over any vape shop I have attended. I cannot thank them enough.In summary, this is the best place to go for all products, and to have an amazing time with the staff/ customers who are quite lovely people!Peace& love, you guys are a fabulous establishment!!

Really cool vibe in this shop. There’s a “bar” that serves Kratom and other drinks. They have a very wide selection of vapes, juices and all kinds of other stuff. I will say that their elf bar (or whatever they call them now) flavor selection is fantastic. Lots of variety!

This place rocks consistently, everyone there is super friendly (especially Dylan today thank you), knowledgeable of products available, and very accommodating of any questions or preferences you may have. I absolutely only recommend Airavata for all your ecig/disposable needs!

Airavata is INCREDIBLE!! It is one of my favorite spots in Mount Pleasant! The products are the best quality and the staff answers any and all questions and gives recommendations with such patience and knowledge. Went in 5/21/23 for an entire Vape Mod set up, e Juices, chargers....in essence, the works. Had a great experience, and it was super quick. Got the mod I was eyeing online, and came with good knowledge from the worker about the temps, wattage etc. Totally recommend this store. Purchased the GeekVape Aegis L200 Classic, the entire works with it, and 3 delicious, 3 mg nic juices flavored Berry Crunch, fruity pebble Donut, and pineapple-grapefruit. Cant go wrong here.

BUYER BEWAREI’ve been shopping here for a couple months and haven’t had an issue til now. The disposable cart I bought was clogged and wouldn’t hit properly without clogging up. I went there to get it fixed and a gentleman with a beard and hat helped me to try to unclog it. I left and within 10 min it was clogged back up again. I brought it in today and a lady working at the bar tried to help me. She was able to unclog it by hitting it extra hard. I told her I didn’t want one that was “extra hard” to hit and clogged up EVERY time and she told me that because I she could get it to “work” she couldn’t exchange it for another. $60 wasted for a cartridge that is embarrassingly hard to hit.It is standard in the industry that some carts come bad in the package. Exchanging a full BROKEN cartridge for another working one should have been a simple process. This is a terrible way to treat someone. There are dozens of cape shops and I will be finding a new one.

My go to place for my vape pens. I personally use the vaperesso. All of the staff are super friendly. They have trivia every thursday evening and a full cratum bar. Cant say much for that as cratum makes me sick but some people can handle it just not me. Great friendly place for all your vaping needs. They dont just try to sell you the most expensive vape they recommend the one that works best for them. Sometimes its the cheapest one. Had nothing but good experiences from them the entire time ive been coming here.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! I purchased an Nfix-mate to quit smoking and it started giving me issues before a month had gone by. I stopped by today and the staff fixed it (at least temporarily) and said if it gave me any more issues to bring it back with the box and they would replace it. Im happy if they do and would certainly understand if they didnt. Love the atmosphere as it has changed so much over the years

I drive from North Charleston to shop here. Hands down probably the best vape shop in the area/surrounding areas. Employees are super friendly, Im usually immediately helped when I walk in, and am out within three minutes. Only shop I can find that stocks Naked American Patriot flavor anywhere near Charleston. So if youre reading this dont stop stocking it please!!

Bought the 2000mg Northern Lights … I was loving it until it stopped working. I thought maybe it needed a charge … left it on the charger for 30 minutes on my car ride home. Went to use it and it still wouldn’t work. I tried charging it more in my room, still not working. It’s not empty, I checked.So I tried calling the store two times … which is still open, but no reply. Tried to leave a voicemail but it’s full. So 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

In the past few years, I have made healthier lifestyle choices that have helped me inmensly. I recently went through a lot and wanted a drink, my Mom told me about this place... Its an alcohol & judgement free environment where people young and old can come to relax, work, read, draw, and socialize. It is a very safe environment and the staff really try their best to help out a customer in anyway they can. Trivia night is Thursdays at 6:30 (but you gotta get there early because it fills up quick!) My favorite vape is Miami Mint by Elfbar, it literally tastes like you are in Miami 😁🌴🌴🌴. If you walk in looking for a specific product and they dont have it, they will get your information and will order it for you! This is the only vape shop I will go to! Not only is it a vape shop, it is a family. Check it out!

The store has a good selection, quality of the products are not that good. They break and leak! When we first started going, everyone was nice and helpful. Now, they are rude and or have an attitude. We go for the Kratom but not for much longer.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection and ok prices. Most of the time I feel very welcomed, but during my last visit I felt rushed and like I was annoying the sales associate by having so many questions. I am very interested in vaping, CBD, and kratom and hope to be welcomed the next time I return since they have the best selection and variety of products that Ive found thus far.

Bought a growler of kratom tea a few days ago and these guys really know what they are doing. Ive taken kratom for a few years now with not much effect. I tried theirs and my anxiety is close to zero and my general sense of wellbeing is at an almost perfect level. I also have zero back pain. I will be getting kratom there from now on.

Visiting from Florida came in to rewick. Very helpful owner. Great selection of mods and juice. If you are a local looking for a great spot the. I would recommend this shop. Look forward to them being around long term. Open late which makes the shop a lot more desirable.

Chill atmosphere, cool drinks. Very relaxing and comforting environment. Dogs are just as common as people in the shop, you will meet some of the nicest people!

The tall girl was so unpleasant and consistently in a bad mood, they do have a rewards program but are selective about the people who get the same rewards. If u don’t believe me, pls go see for urself compare the prices but this comes with fair warning

I came in with an EVOD vape battery and cart that wouldn’t pull. literally 2 employees and 1 customer let me use their batteries to see if the issue was my cart or my pen. also the sweet girl who rung me up offered me to try 2 of the batteries in the case too (if u guys r reading this: my battery and cart work perfect now thank u guys so much) and overall i come here a decent amount and it’s always just such a good vibe and everybody is so nice and makes u feel welcome. i really really recommend this place not only because of the employees but they also have a HUGE variety of vape products. 1000/10

Walked back in 1 minute after purchasing. Idk what their refund policy is, but they must not have one. Wouldn’t give refund for defective product. And zero care for customer service at all from who appeared to be the manager. The cashier was cool and professional though.Take your business elsewhere.

I can’t stress how incredible of a spot Airavata is—from the most welcoming staff to the extensive selection of products, this truly is THE spot to come to. i have been an avid coffee drinker for many many years and now have fully switched to kratom. i find i feel far more energized without the anxiety which is ideal. they have an extensive selection of Delta8 too—truly anything you could ever desire. if those aren’t enough reasons, Hendricks puts on a mean trivia night on thursdays. All around good vape store with selection of CBD products, vape, and kratom. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The reasoning for the three stars is an experience I had the other day. Ive been taking kratom for a few years now dude to chronic back pain and insomnia from hell. When I asked if their green powder was stronger I was told its different for everyone (not in a helpful way). Im not exactly sure how but the dude somehow knew about me being unemployed? when I decided to get the 100 grams instead the ounce he started laughing and said, you wonder why youre never going to work followed by laughter from one person at the bar who then got uncomfortable because they appeared to feel bad. On top of that the red is in no way comparable to the green. Kratom strength is based on alkaloid content, If say the green is somewhere around 2%, the red, Id say is .2 - .3%. Its one thing to take a few more grams, its another thing to have to take 15 more grams and still not get the desired effect. Again this is just one instance/individual, the other staff has always been helpful. I spent my last spendable $30 on the 100 gram so it would last. Very upsetting, not too sure about going back if Im going to have to Interact with this dude.

Lets start off with me stating im not a vapor. I was seeking some advice on quitting cigarettes and some buddies mentioned possibly getting a vape or e-cig. I didnt purchase my unit from them, I was told what to get from a friend and went into this location seeking juice and refill cartridges. The flavor that the unit came with had a tobacco blend to simulate the taste of ciggs and needless to say I was not having that lol its a bit hard to find because theyre pretty new and dont have a header sign so to clarify..face Publix in the shopping center and theyll be directly to the right next to Havana. Upon walking in, I was greeting immediately and very impressed with how open and clean the place was. It has a very inviting environment inside. The host of the store was amazing and very quick to know my model and suggest certain things to try and how to refill it. He wasnt pushy about buying anything and just very accommodating with what is what about ecigs and Vapes. I was completely new to it and he was amazing. The clientele there all seemed to be chill and were kind of hanging out enjoying themseoves with their modded kits and drinking custom drinks they make there at this net little bar. Overall, the experience was amazing and highly suggest this location for vape needs and just a place to go to hang and try some yummy calming mixed drinks. The drinks by the way are a great alternative to drinking alcohol for me. Ive had a few and suggest trying some. That is guy it was a good time.

The staff doesnt seem very knowledgeable. They lack customer care. They seem more interested in getting stoned than providing customers with the info they need. Usually, people dipping kit kats in yoohoos on the sofa. Ive found a better vape store in the area that will get my repeat business. Not the place for me.

I go there for the products but certainly not the staff. I usually dont get much help at all and get little professionalism. I am, however, immensely impressed with the amount of product they have! I come here to get anything regarding e-cigarette and salt nic needs.

This had to be some of the worst service Ive ever had going into a vape shop. Man behind the counter was more worried about talking with the chicks and dude that was in there hanging out then helping me pick out a juice and talk me into overpaying for that said juice 32.99 plus tax is just to much for a 120 ml bottle. Juice selection is slim. Just an overall bad visit

Very unhappy with the customer service. I came in to purchase a gift and the associate was rather rude. Rude to the point where I expressed my displeasure and was met with an indignant attitude. This the first time I have taken time to post a negative review anywhere. I will happily patronize elsewhere.

Since I started vaping, Ive visited over ten different stores and franchises trying to feel my way around in this arena. Most have been underwhelming, offering little to no expertise and inflated prices that take advantage of impulse/emergency profit in lieu of real customer service.Airavata Vapors is the opposite of all the above - a wonderful and relaxing shop where you could spend hours soaking in the knowledge of the staff. There are arcade and console systems for your enjoyment - all for free! In trying to lock down my ideal flavor and nicotine strength, I sampled 15 different ejuices before finding the right one. Stasch[sic?] was super helpful throughout the two hours I spent doing this. Endgame - perfect flavor, perfect mix of nicotine, and Im saving a lot vs the old cigarette habit.Thanks for all youve done, and I look forward to my monthly visit!

Sammy(sp) and Eric were fantastic. They listened to what I was looking for and not only made suggestions but took the time to explain what they were trying to sell. Very clean establishment and I will certainly be returning again!!

Customer service was amazing the guy was very patient with me. Although I did get 8 puff bars in diff flavors and all of them tasted like nothing almost like a no flavored cough drop.

Everything you need for vaping. Got a cool chill spot with a couch and video games. Very cool atmosphere and a guy named Stash is very knowledgeable about camping mods.
