Its open with a lot of natural light, the products are displayed nicely and easy to see. They have a lot of different kinds of products, you have a lot of choices. You are greeted by a smile and a hello when you walk in. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions you have, very informative about the different kinds of products and what would work for you. Great positive conversations. When checking out they help you to get any discounts or coupons you might have. You get a thank you and have a good day as you are leaving. Overall a fantastic buying experience. 10 out of 10.

Ive never had a better experience here, they actually treat you like a human being instead of a wallet coming to buy merchandise, refreshing in comparison to other vape shops Ive been to up in Davis county

Good smoke shop for being the only one in sanpete county! Love the people and the atmosphere in there as well always welcoming. And will talk and start conversations with you! Very knowledgeable people and they know what they are doing. They remember you and what you always get! Love them all and there open on sundays!!!

Love this place and they are cheap! I dont know who thinks their expensive but in the last month I have compared prices in Salt Lake, Kearns area, Provo, and Spanish Fork and they are still the cheapest. We never feel pressured by the employees, they are knowledgeable and just straight amazing.

I like the product here and the juice is cheap but $12 for a pod? I could understand a pack of pods being that much but not one... they are atleast $4 at other locations

NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE!I got there right a 10 when they supposedly open, waited 20 minutes and they still weren’t open. Waste of my time!

Absolutely loved Tracey she would always be willing to help ya out if u was a few dollars short, but then me n my husband bought my daughters Christmas gift there after it went under new management, and apparently ppl have said I was changed 55 for a 20 dollar item!!! Not happy.

So I used to Be a very loyal customer. I loved the store. I still do. I went in several times today and her crew is AMAZING. I went in with the owner there, took my mask off so she could see it was me and met to apologize, explain why I’ve been away dealing with personal issues of my own. She did not treat a returning customer whom had just spent a fair amount of money kindly. I was very uncomfortable leaving the store I actually cried. Great shop, great crew. More kindness from the owner is needed. If I could give 0 stars I would but her crew rocked it they deserve the full 5. Very KIND, respectful, and helpful.

Extremely over priced compared to other places, taking advantage of being in a small town. Also never open on time. There has been 5 occasions where i have gone in at 10am Monday-Thursday and they were not open. Waited 10 minutes and still no one came. If you cant open at 10am then change your hours.

I went in today and she had great prices, the store looks great, she is extremely helpful and I was impressed with watching this store start our so small and having come so far. I am happy to take my business to her and I think people should really take another chance if they thought their poor review was indicative of what the store is actually.

The Help was very helpful and they had what we needed. Prices were a little higher than I pay in Logan.

The only vape shop down here. Not the best selection but she does carry some really good juices. 2 of the ones she has have become a couple of my all time favorites. She is good about ordering the coils you want if doesnt carry them. It would be nice if you could buy the entire box rather than having to buy them in singles. Some of her pricing seems really high but seeing as it is the only one here or even close people will sill pay it. She is really friendly and nice enough to have a little leeway on her hours if you ask her. Over all its not a bad little shop.

I had to buy me a pipe for when I get weed so I went in to the vape shop and ended up spending $32 on n actual big Blown glass marijuana piece that is doing a wonderful job of turning my buds to ash. & The staff was really helpful.

This place is my favorite vape shop, ever. Vape shops consistently have about the same inventory. What makes this place different is the staff and owner. The staff are super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The owner, Tracy, was closed the other day when we pulled up around 7 (an hour after they had closed) but was sitting in her truck and opened back up to help us. Thats something rare and unexpected and impressive. There are a lot of great things that can be said about small town hospitality.

Tracy was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was friendly and listened to us and what we were having problems with and made suggestions after the fact. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to start vaping or has pain issues that need immediate attention. Outstanding work and keep it up!!!!

The store hours said that they are open at 10 am Monday-Thursday. I had just gotten there at 10 and the door was locked and no one was in there. I sat and waited in the parking lot for about 10 minutes and still no one! I am very disappointed with this place. The new owner should reconsider hiring employees who can actually show up on time!

The workers here were very helpful. I got some CBD muscle balm that was amazing. Tracy even gave me a sample of the other one to help my daughter with her sore muscles. Would definitely recommend this balm!

I just went to Salt Lake and got a brand new smock species for $84. I got 100 mill bottle of juice for $18. I got another 60 mill bottle of juice for $12. All the same namebrand products in Mount Pleasant. Even using the gas to drive up north you still save money and keep the quality.This lady’s service is awesome and her customer service is great. I just think being the only store in the county cal I just think being the only store in the county, people are being taken advantage of.

This is the only smoke shop around and thankfully everything is very fairly priced and she has a wonderful selection! Even if there was another smoke shop near by with better prices... Smokin Hot Vapors has quality products, great prices & lots of variety. The juices she carries are of the higher quality, no cheap tasting juices here‼️ My husband is a coal miner and uses the CBD often for all his sore muscles & pains. Tracey is very knowledgeable of the products & is willing to help customers out even when the store is closed, if she is available. She is a very friendly & happy lady & her store has a great atmosphere. NO need to go up north as her prices are comparible, if not better. This is by far one of the best vape shops that Ive been in she has some of the best tasting e juice that Ive tried. Today the shop was closed and Tracy was so nice to open the shop so I could get a bottle of e juice theres no other owner that cares about there customers like Tracy. I went in and asked about a Crown 3 Coil. She told me there was no such thing. I asked for a Valyrian. And basically got told the same thing. So I just bought juice instead. And she proceeded to give me the wrong change. When I pointed this out she told me I didn’t have a receipt so it didn’t matter. I guess since we don’t have any vape shops near us it’s ok. But I would definitely have her count the money back to you.

The owner is pretty cool and knows the product really well... Plus she opened the store for us on Sunday just for us... And she has really good flavors.

They have extremely weird hours of business, it’s always random. The lady who runs the shop doesn’t know where her product is at 90% of the time but if her other employees are there they can find it. Oh and they only except cash
