I usually buy my coils here..freemax mesh pro, they’ve been out of the triples so I bought a quad. The coil was bad out of the wrapper and they won’t exchange it. Terrible customer service! For a 4 dollar item they lost my business forever.

Ill start off with saying Ive only been here 1 time, only one worker as far as I could tell. Was incredibly rude after I asked 1 question that he seemed to not want to have anything to do with. Went outside and gave the business a thumbs down and the employee took it to heart and came out. After exchanging a few words on how I felt the dude just got hostile and started flipping me off with both hands saying he doesnt give a single **** dont think Ill be coming back here. Would love to talk to the owner about how unprofessional that was.

I’ve met all the guys here and Alex is the best worker! Everyone here is awesome, but Alex is the best hands down. She not only helps us every time with retrieving our desired vape, but she gives us insight and details on the flavors and hit of devices as well as the potency of of other products! She has learned our preference as a customer and used it to better help us find products that work best for us! She is also very personable without violating a professional line.

I bought a vipe here thats it, it was my last time I bought two vipe from RandM Tornado, two different flavors, both serve air, but after a few hours I start to ingest smoke like a battery, I already went, I changed one but they continue the same with a cost of $20 each one there is a very friendly young man but there is a young lady who does not help you and does not change the product since I bought another day the next day I went with the resin from the transaction from my bank and it did not change it...

Best vape store in my opinion :) customer service was great and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Awesome and knowledgeable place. But, very expensive. It would be nice if prices were competitive with other vape shops (Smoke Tokken, 10-15 minutes down the road). The extra 35% in cost for the same product will keep me driving the extra 10-15 minutes. Hopefully this conveniently located shop has better prices in the future.

I love this new store! They have a lot to choose from and they are continually adding new inventory! The owner did a great job designing it …. It is absolutely beautiful . The shop is always well kept and clean. I have met the owner a few times and he has always been pleasant . Peter the manager is very kind helpful and has lots of knowledge with vapes. He’s always got a smile and is always friendly when he greets me ! Now Galaxy Vape is my #1 go to spot ! I tell all my friends to go here!!!

Best vape store Ive been to hands down! (I mostly go there for cbd and delta 8 products) The owners there are always so friendly and they have so much to choose from! Their prices beat other smoke shops too which is awesome.The place has really come together since it first opened, I love it (: Highly recommend

Used to be my go-to shop. however, the last few times Ive bought the exact same disposable I always get, it has leaked and misfired. the first few times I thought it was the vape company and getting faulty ones, but after going to a different store, I can guess its just this store. also it will save you some money if you go like anywhere else. besides if you come in here while theres another customer, expect to wait like 15 minutes to get helped because theres only one employee at any time.

Couldnt tell you when this place actually opens, but its not 7. Im here at 7:10, the signs say open and theres a car here, but the door is locked and no ones answering the phone. Basically theres a guy sitting in there doing nothing.

I bought a vape from them that was $129 before taxes. Took it home and it would not hold a charge took it back with everything it came with box and all and receipt and was told they couldn’t do anything about it that I needed to contact the manufacturer. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

Bought a Smok Novo 4 mini, was sold the wrong the coils. Returned them and the gentleman exchanged them for higher resistance since the device is not adjustable. Less than month later, the device will no longer charge and another employee informed me that there is nothing they can do. BEWARE, all devices are open box, origin unknown. I raised this as a concern when buying one, they only sell open box items.

Alex, hooked me up with a solid elf bar she well informative, explained point system well. She needs a raise.

They dont have much to sell. and there customer service is awful. They dont know much about vaping. And very rude to new vapers like myself. Try to sell you stuff you know nothing about. Just to make a sale

Went there to inquire about if they carried a product, the rude guy worker, before even entering Galaxy vape store, with no signs posted of “ no shoes, no shirt , no service, refused to let me enter without a shirt. A sign stating “No shoe, no shirt, no service” should be present and posted before service are rudely refused. There is a reason why it is not “BBB” approved.
