iPUFF Smoke and Vape

Came in 6/4/24 to purchase a cart and a pipe. Excellent location, within walking distance of where we are staying on the beach. Clean, organized, well stocked, with a knowledgeable counter person, whose name I forgot to ask for, but they had some beautiful tattoo work. Thanks for the cart suggestions! We love it.

I absolutely love this store, only went once for a quick stop and Mariah was so helpful. Store was super clean and organized, made finding products so much easier

I was double charged 2 days after my initial transaction. I got 2 pack of cigars and the price was 3.35. Once I got home from vacation they changed the price to 6.70 and made my account negative

I discovered the lost Mary brand of vapes when we had to get one a while in Myrtle Beach at this store. It was pretty cool inside I liked it. Lost Mary is my go to vape brand now.

Nikkie,( edited to ONLY change the name of facility employee) is the best! Quite knowledgeable about what she has in stock, and has about 50% stole me from my regular stop. I will come to you for pods, coils, and devices, at least until you stock Pod Juice.. Dont forget! Mississippi Fred McDowell, I Do Not Play The Rock & Roll!!

Went here the other day and the service was great. There were pretty busy and bri made sure to get to me right away which was nice because I was running late for work. If she isn’t a manager she should be! I’ve came here before and let me tell you definitely a lot better.

I absolutely adore this little smoke shop!It was stocked with amazing merchandise, great prices and the woman [with awesome tattoos!] working behind the counter was an absolute sweet soul! A must make stop for all your smoka needs & then some! :D

Young African American woman with braids helped us and she was Very rude and had a very poor attitude - didn’t help us at all.. very unprofessional!! Will not be returning.

Went to Ipuff since moving to the area instead of my normal shop. First experience had problems and had to return to the store later, BUT when I returned the manager was in store and was very sweet. She worked with us, and I left a happy customer. Would recommend to others for sure

The customer service here is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Had bought some expired CBD and brought it back the next day with no issue: Bri was such a help and went way beyond what she had to for us. Will definitely be back again and cant encourage you enough to visit if you need smoke or vape products.

Fix your open times because obviously something is wrong. Says 11am on Google. If you’re a capable business owner you can change it.The people who are claiming this place’s posted hours makes no sense are absolutely correct.

The employee was rude. We asked her where something was and without even looking at us she said in the case. But never showed us where or acknowledge us afterwards. Smh. She just lost business.

They are very experienced and knowledgeable about the products they sell! I also found the employee that was there very friendly and helpful.

I went in for a vape. They said they had been closed for some time. Took everything home. Most of it didn’t work. Brought it back and they exchanged everything no questions asked. Great service I was very pleased.

WHY ARE YOU CLOSED WHEN YOU SHOULD BE OPEN!!!I came 40 minutes out of my way to visit this shop to purchase some coils for my vape and to see what kind of juices they have and I saw on their google page they were open but when I got there the lights were off doors locked with a blinking open sign so i went to the store next door waited over half a hour and came back to check if they were just out for a few minutes nope still closed when they should have been open if your gonna leave the store at least leave a note on the door so I don’t waste my time.

I bought a vape from there and it didn’t even work I got home and the vape would charge and charge for the 2-3 hours recommended and would NOT work! The lady who was there also wouldn’t let me open it or anything. Just sucks they didn’t even give me a receipt and also they were just very RUDE! The girl that was in there was talking to some guy just chilling in a chair and it seemed to be he didn’t even work there! He was just smoking a cigarette and making the place smell disgusting!

I bought a vape,needed help with it, young gentleman didnt know how to help me, so sold something I didnt need. I didnt leave the store. Asked if I can return the item,and was told all sales are final. Bad business

I came in there today and it was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. The lady sitting at the counter made very rude comments towards my thick southern accent when I asked if they sell vape juice. Another man was sitting in a chair in front of the counter smoking a cigarette making the area around the counter stink. Very terrible experience!!

Shaun is the man - courteous and helpful on the phone and in person. Great looking shop, and great service.

Came here with my brother in law and it was around 5pm and it was closed, says it closes at 8pm but maybe the hours changed but I know its a quality vape shop with good product and friendly, helpful staff

Courtney was awesome helping me pick out my juice! I even bought my boyfriend a new vape the prince vape and it’s awesome. The prices here are super competitive and the ambiance is amazing.

It was very interesting. They had a little bit of all kinds of vapor liquids and gadgets for 🚬. They even have disposal ecigs. Staff was super friendly. Definitely stop at this store

Just bought a disposable vape, packaging on inside was already opened, wiped it off and wouldnt vape, Im guessing someone used it all before I purchased it, lame. Check yours while in the store.

You need to stay OPEN during your hours to make sales!!!We drove out if our way to visit your store to find an open sign blinking but the doors were locked, lights off & not 1 person inside at 11:30am on a Wednesday. Really?? No note to be right back, nothing...
