I just left this location and I have to say that Ive never walked in and found what I wanted so easily. I did not catch her name but the lady who helped me was very nice and informative. I will definitely be returning and recommending this shop.
Customer service is top notch here! I’ve been going to this store for about a year when I moved to Naperville and I have had nothing but great experiences each time. They’re always getting newer and better products while keep our favorites well stocked! I have never had a “bad” vape from here, they prioritize quality!

One of my favorite shops to go to. Not only is the customer service always on point, they always have what other shops do not. I went in looking for a specific device that I have yet to find in any other vape shop in the area, and of course this one had it. And at an amazing price! Something else that stood out to me about the customer service was, as soon as Shara learned my name after checking my ID, she and everyone else in the shopped referred to me by my name. This is the type of service I receive at a bank, I would have never imagined Id be treated with so much respect any where other than that. I also forgot to get my ID back after providing it and before I could even leave the parking lot, she came running out to return it. This is the place, folks.

I went here to check out the new smoke shop in town. After walking in, I quickly realized that this store is stocked up on EVERYTHING I could have possibly been looking for, and more!
