Such a small variety of 512 thread vapes for oil carts. Small doesn’t cut it, they have two options: one for $15 and the other for $30. The irony is the $30 version is excellent for the price point. It just seems there’s many other niches for my usage than a cheap, throw away or one model of an average price point.

Cmon guys. Customers outside waiting. Was standing for longer than 25 min. Had the sign said on lunch then it wouldn’t have been a problem. When you put a sign on the door that says 10 min or less and no one shows for 30 min your just setting yourself up for problems and really neglecting loyal customers that spend their hard earned money with you guys

The guy inside is absolutely awesome. He knows his products well. Hes also very welcome and talkative. I found my coils and my fav vape juice all in one stop and thats hard to do. Very impressed. Definitely recommend 100%

Mason is super friendly, knowledgeable and can fulfill just about any request. The owners seem pretty cool too. Great place! So glad I stopped in! They have a loyal customer here!

To be honest, there’s usually one Employee and if anybody else is the customer, there’s gonna be a wait. Yet, the staff has mostly been knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re looking for a broad range of the products for cannabis, it’s very limited given the enormous shelf space available to them and how many quick products are actually available. So why the four stars, The product above was my fourth and last two years it once again ran out of battery life or whatever the hell it is that makes A $30 product I don’t average no more than four months - but when everything else is closed and you’re a need you go to what’s available. I called five minutes from closing and I was 15 minutes away and employer was kind enough to wait for me. I’m copping enough he wasn’t compensated extra for climbing up the ladder so this is a shout out to him - whoever was working Wednesday, August 12. Tx!

This place is a gem! The staff is wonderful, especially Jay. It truthfully is the only vape shop that I shop at and if your loyal and they know you, theyll take care of you. I actually look forward to going in there to make purchases. So thank you Jay for always making me feel welcome and for treating me like youve known me for some time now. See you soon!

Vape and tobacco has the best customer service. Ive been going to chi city since they opened and it has changed drastically for the better. The prices are always great and the owners are always looking to better their selection. Whatever you need they will order it for you and give you the best price they can. If they are late theres usually a sign on the door saying when they are coming in. People need to realize that it is a family business and things happen in life. Ive never had issues coming there and Id rather take the drive to chi city than any other local tobacco or vape shop.

Came in here for the second time today and got exactly what I needed.... an answer to my newbie vape question and some supplies.Super helpful and friendly staff. They answer my questions and get me exactly what I need quickly, so makes it easy to get in and out. Perfect place for me to stop on my way home from work. Will be returning.

Place has good selection and good prices but they stroll in anytime they like..waited outside for 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open according to the sign in the door..and no one showed up..3-4 people came and pulled on the door while I sat outside and needless to say they were mad as hell.. people drive out to your business and u cant bother to open when u say I will?!?!? How unprofessional can you get?

Wide selection of vape, E-cig, and tobacco products (++cigars), plus their usual accessories. Many unique flavors and various brands. Much more than CBD, Pipes, and get out. More importantly, [and unfortunately unique amongst similar stores]: Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Theyre actually there to help you find what youre looking for, and certainly dont mind doing so. Great place for people still figuring out their preferences and seasoned folk alike.

Ive bought from them twice now, and I am very pleased. The first time I went, I was looking to buy CBD oil for the first time. They didnt sell me the CBD product, instead taking the time to educate me on CBD, allowing me to make an informed decision. I CHOSE to buy CBD oil from them because I felt well informed and absolutely zero pressure to buy it. That is a great way to run a business. The second trip I took here was to buy a replacement drip tip for my SMOK tank, and wouldnt you know it, they were out... But they tore the place apart, and actually found one, resulting in a very happy customer!

Love this shop. Jay is really knowledgeable about the vape products he sells and very helpful with maintenance. Also, they have a house blend of vape juices that are phenomenal! I especially like the blue line and the green line for the delicious citrus kick. And theyre sweet but dont leave that too sweet aftertaste that other blends do. I recently moved to glen ellyn but I still make the drive to naperville to get the juice because nothing Ive tried has even compared.

2:30pm on 10/21 I came here and was greeted with wonderful service from a lovely women. The person in front of me didnt have an ID but was trying to buy a pack of Newports. The clerk refused him, he proceeded to say that Jay (Jay is the owner) sells to him all the time the worker held her ground and understood the LAW. The illegal customer then threatened the workers job, claiming have the ability to talk to Jay and see that she gets fired! He then demanded the workers name and Jays phone number... the employee handled the situation with professionalism and courage in the face of a bully and a punk. Ill be sure to return in the future if not out of locational convince but out of sheer respect for this worker. I wish I could remember her name.

I was disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received. The cashier continued to play a video game on his computer and didnt offer much assistance in choosing a new vape for me. I didnt receive a thank you, have a good day, or even a receipt.

If you want a bunch of stoners that sit there and blow vape smoke in your face visit this smoke shop. They specialize in being way over staffed 4 people just sitting at the counter vaping. Also will select the most expensive butane for you when you ask for the cheap option. Will never come here again.

Good selection of brands, and the owner is very friendly. I went to this shop when it opened and wow has it changed.Unsure about other harsh reviews but it is a sizeable store for one clerk, so I expect to buy what Im looking for, and not have someone come up to me like Im at target.

DO NO GO TO THIS STORE! will sell you fake products that do not work as name brand, also do not like the fact I see 14 year old kids buying tobacco products like its no problem. Horrible customer service and very uneducated staff. This place should be shut down and re opened with different owners!
