Excellent massage therapy from Gabriel—deep tissue, skillful and sensitive, healing and restorative—on top of that, his presence was wonderfully peaceful and warm, and conversation with him was delightful. No complaints at all! Really gracious service by Yinet after a mix up of location and late arrival to our appointment.

Ive been working with Jose and love the results. He gave me gentle exercises to do every morning that are also helping. I have more mobility and move through the day with more ease. I was even able to dance at my daughters wedding this weekend.Ive had work done by a few of the other therapists and have found them too be excellent as well.Totally worth it.

Amazing experience with my massage today! Upon arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and had everything in order and set for a service for my husband and I. The therapist I had, Jill gave great tips and kneaded with the right amount of pressure. Thank you all!

Most recent trip will be our last. My wife and I have visited multiple times each. Come to find out its under new ownership and the relationship started off rough. I was a few minutes early and stood in line waiting to check in. Two ladies and one couldnt help me. They started my appointment 15 minutes late and ended it 5 min early. The conversation started with the lady complaining about getting a hard time from customers. Afterwards, I went to pay and its now $115 and for a 40 minute massage. Also, kind of my fault for saying outside of the usual, please spend a little extra time on my lower back and trap. She spent all of the 40 min on those two areas and thats it. Partially my fault as mentioned....fast fwd to a couple months later (May 22, 2024). Wasnt going to go back, yet the establishment offered a credit due to the above experience, and the worker said there is no credit for me. So a 45 min (supposed to be 60) 415 start time and ended at 4:50 for $100 then gratuity. Done.

I came to see Jose nine months after a reverse shoulder replacement. My recovery had been progressing slowly despite ongoing physiotherapy and extensive daily exercising. The progress with Jose has been amazing. Rather than immediately focusing on the shoulder he first identified other physical factors (eg. hip alignment, thoracic spine flexibility) that were impeding progress and we addressed those. He then began increasing attention on the shoulder itself. After three months the progress is well beyond my expectation. I now enjoy much better range of motion, strength, and comfort. I feel confident with activities that I was shying away from. And rather than the process being a black box, Jose has carefully explained his observations & treatments and has provided me with the understanding required to continue to progress on my own as I head north for the summer. I wish I had learned all this stuff about the body fifty years ago!

When Kazu moved away I was devastated but I’m so glad I found Gabriel! He is great for deep tissue and relaxation. I always feel great leaving and my body feels restored. I am avid lifter in the gym and Gabe helps me work through my soreness and any pain I may be feeling. Thank you Gabe!

My hip had become more and more bothersome and I was one phone call away from booking a consultation with a hip surgeon. After only a couple of sessions with Jose at Naples Massage Performance Therapy my hip had felt better but than it had it months! Jose had given me the exercises needed that have made a world of difference and have given me hope that surgery won’t ever be required. His understanding of how the body works and is interconnected is brilliant. I highly recommend you see Jose for any bodily ailments you may be experiencing before giving any surgeon a call!

I will be forever grateful that I was referred to Maxine and Jose. They gave me my life back after an old low back injury was triggered. It was very upsetting not to be able to exercise without pain.Their understanding of what was going on and how everything related to my pain was impressive and spot on.They set realistic expectations. I was given therapy and exercises for me to do at home. These helped build up my strength and flexibility so now I can exercise again. I found Naples Massage & Neuromuscular from a Google search when I was looking for an ART provider. I have been suffering chronic plantar fasciitis for 20+ years and the pain recently became intolerable and I heard ART could be helpful.I feel very thankful that I found Jose when I did... He did an initial assessment on me and it turns out the root cause of my problem is actually my hips/glutes (Im paraphrasing here :)He has been working with me on breathing, stretching, and mobility exercises for my hips, and I have felt immediate relief after the first two sessions. He gave me exercises to do at home so I can continue to improve on my own too. And as it turns out, I dont even need the ART.I would not hesitate to recommend Jose and Naples Massage.Jose is truly a miracle worker and I am very thankful for his help!

After suffering a back injury I reached out to Naples Massage & Neuromuscular in order to be able to function again. After getting a massage from Artie for some relief I was guided to Jose who dealt with the structural issues that were keeping me from participating in daily activities. After 2 sessions with Jose I know have a better understanding of the root causes of my problems and how to deal with them. Not to mention that I’m able to function and complete daily tasks which were impossible prior to my visit. Would highly recommend this place!! Life changing.

I had the most extreme pain in my shoulder and back. Maxine fixed the problem with such great care. Once the pain was manageable, Jose started working on the root of the problem. He has been like a chiropractor, physical therapist and masseuse all in one! Not only do I have zero pain, but my mobility and flexibility have improved greatly. Lower back pain that I thought I had to live with because of age/genetics is gone. Run, don’t walk, to see them!

Maxines Active Release Therapy treatment got to the root cause of my knee and shoulder issues. What they offer is so above the rest of other massage places. Its worth a visit for a consultation

I would honestly give them Zero Stars if I could! Hands Down the Worst Customer Service Ever! The owner cares more about her bottom line then the customers. Upon a referral I scheduled my husband an appointment here, in driving to the appointment GPS took him to another part of the building. My husband could not locate the office and called the front desk for assistance. The front desk notified him that they had recently moved to the other side of the building and unfortunately GPS continually takes people to the wrong side of the building to their old location and apologized to my husband for the confusion. One would think that if the front office was awear of the wrong directions continually given out by GPS that they would inform their new patients of this ahead of time. But I guess not! So while my husband was still on the phone with the front desk he found the correct location and walked in for his appointment to only be informed that he was too late for his appointment (15 minutes) and he would have to reschedule his appointment!! And not only did he have to reschedule his appointment but he would be charged $100 (which they did charge our credit card) for a missed appointment!! He said I didnt miss my appointment I was here, I was just apparently at your old location on the other side of the building. Which they told him they would discuss it with the owner and see if she would waive the $100 missed appointment charge... Which she did not!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ETABLISHMENT!!!I was referred here several months ago to see Kasia. My preferred massage style is deep tissue/sport, I want my massage to be beneficial and help heal me since I have a sedentary career. I had heard rumors that the business was being bought out by new owners and that a lot of the massage therapist were leaving due to this. I had booked my massage with Kasia before I left for a week vacation. The massage was booked out for a whole month since she was also going on vacation. I was never notified via call/email/text that my 90 minute massage was moved to a completely different massage therapist named Jessica. As a business owner myself and someone who works in the service industry I would notify a client that the service provider they are booked with no longer works at the establishment and that they would have to move my appointment to another service provider. I am a very loyal client and when I like a service provider I stick with them! I am also coming to your establishment for that service provider! You could tell the massage therapist Jessica was brand new and fresh out school. My massage was not worth $130 for someone who lacked experience. I’m very disappointed in the response of the young woman who is the front desk associate when I asked her what had happened to my appointment and why I wasn’t notified about the switch. Her response was “I don’t know I wasn’t the one who moved your appointment” not i’m so sorry for the misunderstanding and the lack of communication. Never the less this business obviously won’t be notifying there clients of service providers leaving and switching there appointments without your knowledge.

I came here for active relief technique, or ART, and I couldnt have been more happy with the results. Jose began manual osteopathy therapy and breathing... Within a couple weeks my lower back, hip and thigh pain have all but disappeared. More importantly, I have learned about my hip tendencies and issues and how to prevent pain and injury moving forward. Book a consult, you will glad you did.

Omg. I was on vacation for two weeks and this message was the worst experience I had. As a matter of fact, it was probably the worst experience Ive had in several years. I could not be paid enough to return.How do you remedy something that has already happened. This woman should not be allowed to massage anyone. Her English was so poor that at one point I had to raise up off the table and tell her to stop. I should have known when she said Okay, I hurt you now that something was very wrong. I just assumed that because of her lack of English skills that she didnt really mean that she was going to hurt me. Boy was I wrong. She kept saying sore now, better later. It was like something from Saturday Night Live or the Three Stooges. I kind of wondered about her when she started telling me how all of the media in America was wrong about the war in Ukraine. She said Ukraine started the war and that Russia was defending itself. I guess it was all my fault. If I had been listening a little closer and not been so concerned with the pain I was having, I would have left before it even started. Now, if you can explain how you can remedy that, I would like to know. This is why I dont leave a lot of reviews. When you tell what happened, the business always wants to make it my fault. Why cant someone just say, We messed up and we will try to do better ? Instead you just want to tell me what I should have done differently. I came there partly because of the high rating on Google, but my experience was actually less than one star. Just accept it, my experience was terrible and dont tell me what I should have done.

Absolutely love this place!! However, my last two massages were not the best. Not saying they were bad therapists, they just werent for me. Both times I stated that I would like more focus work on my QL. Neither of them worked my QL, but instead just kind of grazed over it. Even 5 minutes would have been nice. In my opinion, if its worth mentioning then its probably worth working on. Still giving this place 5 stars because they really do have some incredible therapists, but if you dont book out then its hard to get them.

Have come many times to float but today a massage for the first time. Emily was great in every regard and recommend her. I will be back.

Came in for relief of sciatic pain. The therapist was not knowledgable in relieving this sort of pain. She used hot stone therapy to manipulate my sciatic nerve and I spent the following day in the emergency room in screaming pain and unable to move. I emailed the office, but they did not respond.Still havent responded. If you want a casual massage they are fine, but if you have a serious problem, fiind some place else.

The float spa was GREAT... They have an awesome deal for first time clients that make it a great way to try it out if you never have before. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was very helpful and attentive (even after receiving a call with some terrible news).....I did try to buy some gift cards for the holidays, but they were out. I know I can buy them online, but my 75+ yr old mother wouldnt get the same satisfaction out of an online gift card. That being said, sh¡t happens, not that big of a deal on my end, just lost business on their end unfortunately. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back...... Thanks again!

Booked a 1 hour massage for me and my girlfriend. The check in process was quick and easy. The facility is very clean with a nice atmosphere. My MT was Emily and she was phenomenal. She took time to go over what I needed from the session and tailored my massage accordingly. Very nice and personable with a great personality. She got to all my problem areas. My girlfriend had Lauren and she said she was really great as well. All in all, a great place with great staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a good massage.

I was very impressed with Deanna! She went above and beyond to help my body with recovery and releasing tension. Not only that, but she made me laugh and created such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.My massage was a very good mix of painful and relaxing- which is exactly what I look for. I had a horrible experience. Absolutely don’t go here they don’t appreciate their clients. The owner Tabatha doesn’t even bother to call clients back. An older woman at the desk booked my massage incorrectly I had a gift card for 90 minute massage and explicitly asked for 90 minutes but only received a 60 minute massage. Afterward, When I asked for the special to be applied to my next session as I was shorted 30 minutes, the front desk woman was very crude and expressed that was just my loss. I asked to speak to a manager or owner as it wasn’t my mistake and shouldn’t be my loss. She continued to argue with me and made me feel uncomfortable to come back. I asked her to have the owner Tabatha call me but tabatha refused to return my calls or emails. Certainly no way to treat customers, maintain clientele, or expect referrals (I am a business owner and commonly refer people to massage therapy). When a business doesn’t bother to get the clients side or correct errors they are sure to fail. When the owner finally did respond she argued with me and made me feel totally unwelcome and that she did not at all appreciate or want my business. The massage itself was also mediocre at best.The owners response is false, she did not contact me whatsoever or return my calls emails, or issue a refund for over 3 MONTHS. She attempted to keep the funds until I referred to the Better business Bureau. I will continue to express to others (in addition to the thousands of views this review has) how unprofessional this facility is. A friend of mine has already ended her relationship with the company also.

I had a massage with Deanna. I am suffering from severe hip pain and sciatica after full knee replacement surgery. She has been incredible in helping customize my massage to work on my specific issues. Her massage is not only incredible but it is really helping me heal. It is very difficult to find a top notch body technician and she is it! Her massage techniques are excellent and also therapeutic for any pain issues. I can’t recommend her enough and I am so grateful.

Naples Massage And Neuromuscular charged me on two different days for a service that I had on one day. I received an alert from my credit card that the charge was made so I contacted Naples Massage And Neuromuscular immediately to ask them to credit it on my credit card because I was already charged the fee a few days prior. I have called them at least 12 times in this past month and they keep telling me that a woman named Grace needs to contact me to credit me. They have yet to do that! If you don’t want to be charged multiple times for a service do not go to this business!

The ART and massage here is fabulous. Best in Naples and quite frankly best we have ever experienced. My husband and I both have Anthony Di our massages and he is amazing. Tabatha is a magical healer and wonderful person. The whole experience here is professional and very reasonable for the excellent services.

Deanna “ The Body Mechanic” massage therapy resolved a lingering shoulder injury was painful and was clicking. After therapy I have no more pain and the click is gone and a return to range of shoulder motion increased. An excellent knowledge here ! Very happyWent again ! OMG she’s amazing and I will be back soon but note … results are at this place with the whole staff

I arrived for a long visit to see my mom here in Naples. Thinking I had shoulder impingement Tabitha quickly diagnosed a frozen shoulder. My mom has been her client for years! Her professionalism and knowledge makes you feel right at ease!! I’m super picky being a retired nurse. After two treatments I am able to put my arm behind by back!! I’m ecstatic with the improvements. She is a gift to the Naples community.

I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a real therapeutic massage from a real masseuse. It is not a chain with trainees or untrained amateurs or students giving massages (Think massage envy or massage 33). I have had 5 back massages including bolts in my Spine and this place is incredible. I typically. Book with Ms. Ryan and she is extremely good at her job particularly pressure point massage. They also have all kinds of different massages, floating chambers, cryogenic stuff and more. I have not used those but this place is great so I have no issues recommending those as well.

I have been using Tabatha at Naples Massage and Neuromuscular for over 3 years now. Tabatha has cured many of my sports related injuries. I was referred to her by a trainer friend of mine when I was suffering with hip pain for months. It took only 3 sessions with Tabatha and it was resolved and I have NEVER had an issue with it again. I have injured my neck on two occasions and she has fixed my issues. Whenever something hurts, she is the first person I call. She is cost efficient and she keeps me out of the Doctors office and away from medications. Without Tabatha, I honestly believe I couldnt do the physical things I do to stay fit and active. She is an essential part of my healthy lifestyle.

Kasia was excellent, I went to her twice during my brief stay in Naples and also had my teenage kids get massages with her. She explained she had been trained originally as a physical therapist in Europe and re-invented herself in the United States as a massage therapist. Her loquacity can be a useful distraction to the intensity of the deep tissue manipulation and she is quickly responsive to feedback and suggestions. She also showed me exactly how to use a tennis ball for a kind of self-massage. Good at explaining how and why discomfort in one area can be related to tightness and altered posture in other areas. Very intense! She will get out knots and you will be sore several days. Worth it!

First time and WOW, very impressed, the cleanliness and the comfortable surroundings along with the staff are great. Tabatha, the owner is a wealth of information from nutrition to healthy lifestyles and pain management. The therapist that are employed there really listen to your needs and concerns then follow through with a session that is truly customized for you. Could go on and on about the unbelieveable Float Therapy they offer as well. Will certainly return.

Lauren gave an excellent deep tissue massage focusing on my problem area. The decor and ambiance are lovely. Highly recommend this spa, you wont be disapointed. They also offer a discount for your first massage, it was a great deal.

I have had many massages and it is difficult to impress me. I went today for a massage with Anthony and the bar has been raised to a level I never thought it could be. It was the most amazing massage. Anthony listened carefully to assess what would be the best technique to help my shoulder and back. All I can say is that his massage exceeded all expectations. I will be back!

Unprofessional and weirdly run. They scheduled me for a 7:30 AM appointment, confirmed twice with text messages to me. I get there right on time and the place is locked up and dark. I wait until close to 8 when a distracted woman shows up and says, “You must be Charlie.” She had that part right. “Well the front desk scheduled you for 7:30 but we don’t open until 8,” she said with almost studied nonchalance. “But your system sent me two texts confirming 7:30,” I said. “Yeh!” she laughed. “Front desk!” Hey. How about a phone call? No explanation. No word of apology. Textbook indifference. I had to get to work and couldn’t hang around for a masseuse to show up. If you try this place — and you perhaps understand why I think you should be wary of how this place operates — be sure to call ahead of your appointment time and make sure (a) they are in fact open and (b) there’s someone actually there scheduled to take care of you. Or better yet, try some place else.

I had problems and injuries with my legs during my first year of college cross country and track. I will certainly be coming here whenever I return home from college. I’ve had a massage by Lauren, 10/10. I have had multiple A.R.T. sessions with Tab and again, 10/10 highly recommend. I noticed a difference in pain/soreness after the first session and now I’m not getting as sore during my increase of training. Not to mention, I’m more flexible then I’ve ever been. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and welcoming. This place has turned into a must have for me.

Ask for Lauren. She is an excellent massage therapist. I could barely walk when I got there. After Lauren finished, my hips and lower unlocked and I could move again. Not to mention, the facility was very nice. Highly recommended.

Always get great service here. It is possible to stick with one therapist but you need to book in advance. I have used several of their therapists and have not been disappointed with any of them

While visiting, I decided to try Naple Massage and I was not disappointed. Lauren was my massage therapist, she was Exceptional! Her technique was great and I appreciated the extra time she spent on my problem areas. I am planning a second trip to Naples Massage while I am here, and looking forward to a float also!

I´ve got neuromuscular treatments by Tabatha, who is the only registered Neuromuscular therapist in Collier County. She knew exactly where to go with her hands and though the treatments were a little painful, I always felt the positive effect and release of pain in my body. She is a kind and quiet person and besides her beautiful personality she has a lot of experience in her profession.The entire team is very friendly, competent and professional, the Covid19 measurements are taken very seriously and masks are worn.

Tabathas presence alone makes you feel at ease and joyful! Her work is incredible, she is attuned, patient, well-trained, focused, and caring. For the past six months my treatments with Tab have allowed my cervical neck pain to find lasting relief. I have found A.R.T. to be the most effective way to relieve my pain. I still get massages regularly, but A.R.T. targets the exact source of the pain. I am grateful.

I am a 1st time client and treated with Tabatha for chronic shoulder pain amd lack of mobility. After a few treatments, my shoulder is “unfrozen” and I can see a path to normal use! Tabatha is extremely knowledgeable and professional!

Recently I received an email from Naples Massage about Body Pliant which is an assisted one hour stretch. Instead of a massage I tried Body Pliant and I was amazed at the immediate benefits. I walked in with my neck burning in two places and walked out feeling like I was on a cloud. I just wanted to stand in place and feel no pain for as long as possible. Yes I will be returning to Misty and Naples Massage.

I have been going to see Tabatha several years now. She is definitely my go to person when my body is angry. I remember one injury left knee from running, 3 years ago, instead of going to Tab first, decided to try my family doctor. He tells me bla bla bla... I mentioned a person that does Active Release Therapy. He gave me that look, you know the clueless one, so I explained it to him. At that point he told me to stay away from people like that. So he sent me to an orthopedic surgeon. Long story short he wanted to do surgery. So now Finely over a week of been un able to barely walk, made an appointment with Tabatha. My husband and I were frist time customers using the float tank. We had an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience with the front desk receptionist ( an older women) and the quality of the tanks. My husband chose the pod which was cold. Float tanks should be equal to your body temp and should feel like nothing. It was cold and uncomfortable. When told the women in the front had was rude and not willing to reconcile our unhappy experience.

While in Naples I was recovering from a herniated disk and went to NMN three times in two weeks. Janine was terrific, listened to me, understood what I was dealing with, and paid attention to how much pressure I could tolerate. Over the course of three sessions she focused on my painful areas and really got me on track to a pain-free back. She was awesome! I would highly recommend NMN and Janine.

Thank you for all you do! After a back injury in just 2 ART sessions I was able to be back to playing baseball. Months of chiropractic care provided little relief. Tabitha found where the issue originated and expedited my healing. Try Naples Massage & Neuromuscular you wont be disappointed.

I have had a few massages at other facilities, but I have to say that the work done by Tabatha and her staff far exceeds the results that were achieved elsewhere. I have arthritic issues with my lower back and recurring difficulties due to an old work injury and excessive wear and tear on my aging body due to vigourous sporting activities in my younger days including biathlon, tae kwon do and the fact that I still ride a motorcycle. Tabatha has the strongest hands, as does Anthony, the famous Frogman, and deep massage is what is needed to assuage the travails of my aching body parts. As you can see from previous reviews, I am not alone. This is the place to be. Of course it doesnt hurt that Tabatha just happens to be my daughter...having said that, everything Ive said is true. So if you are aching, go see her....she and her staff will fix you up. Most of her clients are just aching to see her...........love you, kid......

Tabitha literally has healing hands. I have recommended many friends with chronic pain being numbed by narcotics and conventional therapies for weeks to months and usually within three visits with Tabitha their pain has subsided and they have returned to normal function. I saw Lauren Wheeler yesterday for a massage. If you like strong, deep, thorough massage, shes the one to go to. Shes very good at what she does, and I left feeling like Id grown an inch.
